The purpose of this study is to look through the progress of Yeosu Exposition ex-post facto service, to survey the cognition degree of the general public for it, and to estimate the nonmarket value. For such a reason, this paper examines the planning direction and enforcement situation of ex-post facto service first and then conducts a cognition degree survey of the 900 general public in the nation. Also, this paper carries out the nonmarket value of Yeosu EXPO ex-post facto service using CVM. Estimation results is that the annual value of it is 50.8 billion won and the total value for 5 years is 217.1 billion won. These results mean that there is nonmarket high value besides general market value for Yeosu EXPO ex-post facto service, and government should consider this to determine the future of it.

건설공사 사후평가는 공공건설사업 수행성과를 평가하고 차후 유사사업 추진 시 이를 활용하여 공공건설사업 효율화에 기여하기 위한 제도이다. 국토교통부에서는 발주청별로 실시하고 있는 건설공사 사후평가의 결과정보를 체계적으로 통합 관리하고, 이를 활용할 수 있도록 건설공사 사후평가 시행지침을 기초로 한 건설공사 사후평가시스템을 구축하여 운영 중에 있다. 하지만 사후평가 시행지침의 개정에 따라 입력양식 및 관리항목이 변경되고, 축적된 사후평가 결과정보의 분석기능 등의 부족으로 유사 건설사업 수행시 활용 체계가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설공사 사후평가 시행지침의 개정과 분석 및 통계기능 강화를 위해 따라 건설공사 사후평가시스템의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 사후평가시스템의 활용도를 제고하고 유사 공공건설사업 수행시 시행의 효율성을 도모할 수 있으리라 예상된다.

Post-evaluation system reflects the results of performing a public construction project in the future similar public construction projects to be utilized in the planning. However, the current system simply compares the expected values, such as demand, B/C ratio, cost of construction, construction period, with the actual values after the completion of construction. In addition, most public owner does not actively conduct the post-construction evaluation tasks, so that the evaluation results has not been returned to early stage of a construction project. In this study, status of the post-construction evaluation system is investigated by a survey of the public owner and the construction project evaluation system of the United States and Japan was analyzed. This paper presents the improvement scheme of utilization of the results of the post-construction evaluation system. Through improving the post-construction evaluation system, it is expected that public agencies would easily utilize the post-construction evaluation.

A construction post evaluation is introduced to provide information that can be used for similar construction projects in the future through the evaluation of the efficiency of a public construction project and the verification of the appropriateness of the project results. However, it is not widely used due to a lack of awareness of the method. For this reason, the aim of this study is to provide a basic frame that can be utilized as a reference for a similar project in the future based on the construction post evaluation. More specifically, a more effective analysis method for the construction post evaluation is proposed and then an exemplary analysis is performed based on the method. The paper analyzes 293 cases stored in construction CALS. Construction cost growth rates of railway projects are tend to be greater than other project types like highway, expressway, and harbour. Then, construction schedule grwoth rates of expressway are greater than others. This is expected to provide useful information for a future project, and serve as a basic frame. Moreover, it is also meaningful that a project can be analyzed from different perspectives through the construction post evaluation.

Construction post-evaluation (CPE) boosts the efficiency of public construction projects by assessing the performance results of public construction projects and using the results to pursue similar projects. This evaluation comprehensively analyzes and assesses the planning of construction work, the estimated and actual construction costs, the construction period, the demand for construction projects, and the effects of construction projects after the construction work to ensure efficiency. The data was used to prevent lax project execution and enhance the quality and efficiency of similar construction projects. On the other hand, CPE results information must be managed systematically to refer to and use CPE data in similar construction projects. Therefore, in this study, the CPE system was developed as a measure of the systematic and comprehensive management and use of the CPE results information of individual ordering agencies. Therefore, the groundwork was laid for the assurance of quality enhancement and efficient project execution in public construction projects. This system is expected to serve as a useful tool for comprehensively analyzing and assessing construction works.

The purpose of this study is to present a plan to collect records for the post-management of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, which was held in February 2018. To achieve the research objectives, the value and types of records of the 2018 Winter Olympics follow-up records were identified, and the cases of mega sports event follow-up were selected and analyzed. Based on this, the following three measures were presented to collect records related to the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. First, records were collected based on collection methods over time. Second, records were collected based on the object and subject of recording. Third, records were collected based on subjects related to the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. The study's result can be used to establish a Pyeongchang Winter Olympics memorial hall and to prepare a collection plan for follow-up management after holding a domestic mega sports event.

베이즈 법칙에서는 사전확률과 우도가 주어지고 어떤 실험결과가 일어났을 때 사후확률을 계산한다. 이러한 사후확률의 계산 문제를 미니탭 매크로를 이용하여 쉽게 계산할 수 있다. 또한 일련의 독립적이고 연속적인 실험결과에 따르는 사후확률도 편리하게 계산할 수 있다. 최근에는 미니탭 한글 Release 14가 출시되어 한글로 결과를 나타낼 수 있도록 매크로를 작성할 수 있다.

The prior distribution is the probability distribution we have before observing data. Using Bayes' rule, we can compute the posterior distribution, the new probability distribution, after observing data. Computing the posterior distribution is much easier than before by using Excel VBA macro. In addition, we can conveniently compute the successive updating posterior distributions after observing the independent and sequential outcomes. In this paper we compose some Excel VBA macros for applying Bayes' rule and give some examples.

최근 자연어 이해 및 생성에 있어서 사전학습 기반의 언어 모델이 널리 사용되고 있다. BERT, roBERTa 등의 모델이 있으며, 마스크 언어 모델링을 주요 과제로 하여 사전 학습을 한다. 하지만 MLM은 문법적인 정보를 활용하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 단 순히 무작위로 마스크를 씌우고 맞추기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 입력 문장의 문법적 정보를 활용하는 방법을 소개하고, 이를 기반으로 사후 학습을 하여 그 효과를 확인해 본다. 공개된 사전학습 모델과 사후학습 모델을 한국어를 위한 벤치마크 데이터셋 KLUE에 대하여 조정학습하고 그 결과를 살펴본다.

본 연구는 벤처캐피탈의 투자심사단계 및 투자 이후 사후관리단계에서의 리스크 관리·활용과 투자성과 사이의 관계를 살펴보았다. 즉, 투자심사단계에서는 투자대상기업을 발굴한 벤처캐피탈의 리스크 분석 및 대응방안의 활용수준과 투자성과와의 관계를 규명하였고, 사후관리단계에서는 리스크 관리를 위한 모니터링 활동과 투자성과와의 관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구에서는, 첫째, 투자심사 단계에서의 경영리스크 및 재무·법률 리스크 분석 및 활용 수준이 정량적인 투자성과, 특히, 특허 등록수에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 벤처캐피탈의 주요 역할인 투자 이후의 모니터링에 대하여는, 주관적 투자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 투자대상기업을 발굴하여 리스크 관리 중심으로 투자를 심사·집행하고, 투자 이후 리스크 관리 중심으로 투자기업의 가치를 증대하기 위하여는 벤처캐피탈리스트의 역할이 특히 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 투자기업이 보유한 자원·역량에 한계가 있다는 점을 고려할 때, 벤처캐피탈의 역량이 투자기업에 지원되는 것은 해당 기업이 지속적으로 성장하기 위한 바탕이 될 것이다.
