The purpose of this study is to examine the Korean social workers' level of social work values and advocacy(attitudes and strategies) and to verify the relations among social work education, social work advocacy and social work values by examining whether social work education influences social work advocacy and social work values, and whether social work values affect social work advocacy. Further, this study wishes to confirm not only the direct effect that social work education has on social work advocacy, but also how social work education indirectly influences social work advocacy through social work values as a mediator. The research of this study was conducted on 242 social workers who have obtained social worker licenses and are currently working in the community centers. As survey tools, this study utilized social work advocacy attitudes, social work advocacy strategies, outcomes of social work education, social work values, self-esteem and locus of control. Collected data were analyzed by using SPSS/PC+ 12.0 for descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression. The research hypothesis was established according to the analysis method of the testing mediation of Baron & Kenny (1986) in order to examine whether social work values intervene between social work education and social work advocacy. The results of the hypothesis test confirm that social work values on the social level serve as a mediator variable.

The present study investigates the relationship between social competence and economic performance in social enterprises. Social enterprises simultaneously pursue social value creation and economic value creation, two of which are not easily compatible each other. This study explores the conditions under which these two values can synergize with each other and thereby, positively affect each other's performance. In particular, I examine how two important social competences, that is, social identity and social alliance, influence economic performance of social enterprises. Using the secondary data on social enterprises from Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency, I run OLS regression analyses to test hypotheses. I find that investment on social value creation, only when it aligns with social identity, has a statistically significant and positive relationship with economic performance of social enterprises. Further, the study finds evidence that social alliance in and of itself does not affect economic performance of social enterprises. However, social alliance does have a positive influence on social enterprises' economic performance, only when taking into account social alliance partners' organizational attributes and a focal social enterprise's degree of readiness to absorb expected gains from social alliance altogether. The present study improves our understanding on social entrepreneurship research by suggesting how social enterprises can enhance two seemingly incompatible values in a simultaneous manner. I also discuss potentially fruitful future research agenda based on the present paper's findings.

2007년 노동부의 사회적기업 육성법을 시행하면서 정부의 인증을 받으 사회적기업들이 탄생하였고 이는 기존의 국내 기존의 사회적기업의 개념과 정의에 새로운 국면을 탄생시켜 관련 연구들이 새롭게 시작되게 되었다. 또한, 시간이 지날수록 학계, 정부, 민간의 사회적 기업(Social Enterprise)에 대한 관심이 커지고 있으며, 앞으로도 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 인해 사회적 기업이 많이 늘어날 것이다. 하지만, 사회적 기업이 추구하는 가치에 대한 정확한 이해와 이를 바탕으로 한 지속적인 발전(Sustainable Development)에 대한 연구는 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업이 추구하는 사회적 가치와 경제적 가치, 환경적 가치 등에 관한 개념을 국내외 문헌 고찰을 통해 폭넓게 제시하며, 아울러 이제 막 태동하기 시작한 사회적 기업에 대한 확장적 사고를 통해 지속적인 발전이 가능한 사회적 기업의 바람직한 모델에 관해 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 선진 해외 사회적 기업의 다양한 모델 사례를 다양하게 제시하고, 이를 통해 우리나라 사회적 기업이 추구해야 할 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 사회적 기업의 가치에 대한 폭넓은 시각에 기초하여 기업가적인(entrepreneurial) 사회적 기업의 다양한 모델을 제시함으로써 우리나라 사회적 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는데 기여할 수 있는 의미 있는 연구이라고 판단된다.

This article deals with the characteristics of science, technology and society studies for societal challenges and policies to encourage that studies. It reviews several cases of science, technology and society studies. Transition management, community-based research, technology assessment and social acceptance of new technology are discussed. And it is argued that ' research' as a conceptual framework for analyzing the that studies. A couple of policy agendas enhancing that studies are suggested.

최근 에어비앤비나 우버와 같은 협력적 소비 기반의 비즈니스모델을 가진 공유경제가 성장하고 있다. 본 논문은 공유경제에 대한 개념을 정의하고, 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 논문은 경제적, 기능적, 경험적, 사회적 가치를 포함한 4가지 지각된 가치와 주관적 규범, 이미지, 사회적 임계점을 구성하는 3가지 사회적 영향이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 신뢰와 사회적 규범, 네트워크와 사회구조를 포함한 사회적자본의 조절효과에 관심을 두고 있다. 가설을 검증하고자 온라인과 오프라인에서 설문조사를 실시하였고, 지각된 가치와 사회적 영향이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 변수별로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 사회적자본의 조절효과를 알아보기 위하여 위계적인 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 지각된 가치 중 경제적, 경험적 가치는 공유경제 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적인 회귀분석의 결과에서 사회적자본은 지각된 가치와 사회적 영향의 공유경제 이용의도 관계에 있어 조절적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지각된 가치를 통합적 분석, 기존 공유경제 연구에서 자주 다뤄지지 않았던 사회적 영향과 사회적자본의 요인을 다룬 점에 의미가 있지만, 설문조사 결과의 한계가 있었기에 향후 새로운 연구 방향성을 제시할 수 있다.

글로벌화 시대의 도래에 따라 국내외에 사학연금 가입자의 국제적 이동이 급증하고 있다. 이에 따라 국내외 사학연금 가입자의 사회보장협정 체결에 관한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 국민연금은 제도 도입 초기부터 해외 국가와 사회보장협정을 통하여 보험료 이중적용의 면제와 가입기간 합산을 통해 각국 연금제도에 기여한 기간에 따라 양국에서 각각 연금을 수령하고 있다. 그러나 사학연금은 국민연금에 비하여 해외 사학연금 가입자에 대한 정책적인 고려가 되고 있지 아니하다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 상황을 감안하여 해외 사학연금의 사회보장협정 체결의 필요성과 타당성 및 체결효과에 대하여 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 사학연금이 독자적으로 사회보장협정을 체결하는 방안보다는 국민연금에서 체결한 사회보장협정을 준용하여 사학연금의 사회보장협정 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 주장은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국민연금이 체결한 사회보장협정의 내용을 토대로 사학연금이 사회보장협정 체결을 시도할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 사회보장협정 체결을 위한 제반 규정 및 시스템을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 사학연금의 사회보장협정 체결의 필요성 및 근거 자료를 제공함으로써 사학연금의 사회보장협정 체계를 추진하는 방안을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

이 연구는 인천광역시 소재 사회복지시설에 근무하는 사회복지사 274명을 대상으로 2015년 5월 및 7월에 실시한 설문조사 결과 중 사회복지사들이 겪은 인권침해와 불이익 경험 여부 및 영향요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 이 연구는 인권침해는 상사나 동료 및 클라이언트의 폭언, 폭력, 성희롱의 경험으로, 불이익은 임금과 수당, 복리후생, 기관운영에서의 차별로 구분하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 이 연구는 사회복지사가 여성일수록, 연령이 낮을수록, 기혼자일수록, 고용형태가 비정규직일수록, 근로시간은 길수록 인권침해와 불이익을 경험하게 되는 확률이 상대적으로 높으며, 대학원 이상의 학력 소지 사회복지사의 경우 불이익 경험 보다 인권침해 경험을 받을 가능성이 높은 것으로 확인하였다. 또한, 이 연구는 사회복지사들은 인권침해 경험에도 불구하고 직장 내에서 이를 문제로 제기한 경우는 10.3%에 불과한 것도 확인하였다. 전국 및 기초지자체 차원에서 사회복지사의 근로환경과 인권침해에 관한 조사연구가 있는 상황에서, 처음으로 광역지자체차원에서 이를 분석한 이 연구는 사회복지사의 인권침해와 불이익의 예방과 피해구제를 위한 적극적 조치가 필요하다는 의견도 제시하였다.

This paper presents a formal model of social policy development. The model shows that the development of social policy depends both on the social policy preferences of voters and on the political institution which mediates the preferences of voters. In the direct democracy, median voter's social policy preference is critical because he is Condorcet winner in a pairwise vote. But in the representative democracy, political parties design social policy to win the support of a majority of voters. Hence, the political institution like electoral rule may affect social policy outcome. The model presented in this paper contrasts 3 alternative constitutional features and investigates how they affect social policy outcome. In result, this papers emphasizes that policy preferences of voters and political institution may be key variables to explain social policy development and divergence among welfare regimes.

This study was performed to verify the effects of disability service providers' human rights awareness and social support on social integration. In addition to identifying the mediating effect of social support when human rights awareness are recognized impact on social integration and verified the direct and indirect effects on social integration. In result, First, human rights awareness is having a statistically significant effect on social support, Second, on human rights awareness also it showed a statistically significant effect on social integration. Third, social support has been identified as affecting social integration, Under the influence of social support appeared to affect human rights awareness recognized indirectly in social integration. This the human rights awareness affects directly social integration, social support was identified as mediators in the process of human rights awareness and social integration. Therefore, If a disability service providers made the correct recognition for human rights and social support can be seen that social integration can be achieved.
