Social responsibility of enterprises has recently been emphasized in practice. However, most of the previous studies on social responsibility has been mainly made on the large enterprises, not including small and medium enterprises. This study investigates the literature of previous studies and conducts the survey to find out how the fitness of small and medium enterprises' social responsibility affects corporate reputation and purchase intention. According to the analysis results of 101 valid responses, the study shows that fitness of small and medium enterprises' social responsibility affects corporate reputation and purchase intention, and corporate reputation has an effect on purchase intention. The results of this study may provide many small and medium enterprises with guidelines for their social responsibility activities.

본 연구의 목적은 알콜중독가정에서 성장한 성인자녀들의 적응도에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 인과관계를 설명해줄 수 있는 이론적 인과관계모델을 개발하고 그 모델의 적합 성(fit of the model)에 대해 연구되었다 본 연구의 이론적 인과관계모델은 가족 체계이론 대응이론 사회지원이론, 그리고 사회학습이론에 기초를 두고 개발되었다. 본 연구자에 의해 개발된 이론적 인과관계모델은 표보의 특성을 좀 더 적절하게 설명할 수 있고 모델의 적합 성을 증진시키기 위해 수정된 인과관계모델을 바탕으로 연구되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약 하면 다음과 같다. 1) 사회적지원의 이용성을 인식하는 성인 자녀들의 경우 정서적으로 불 안정한 상태를 초래했으며 ;2) 사회적지원은 삶에 대한 적응도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고; 3) 정서적으로 안정된 성인자녀들의 경우 글의 삶에 좀 더나은 적응도를 나타내는데 영향을 미쳤다 본 연구에서는 또한 사회적지원과 성인자녀들의 정서적 상태간의 부정적 인관관계에 대해 논의 되었으며 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 상담현장에서의 실제 활용에 대해서도 논의 되었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effects of perceived organizational justice on the associations between personal job-organizational fit and job loss perceived by social workers. The survey was conducted on social workers in Gwangju. This study conducted descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0 as an analysis method to verify the main assumptions of this study. The analysis showed that First, The degree of personal job-organizational fit was shown to be slightly higher than normal. perceived organizational justice was investigated as two sub-factors, and distributive justice was shown to be slightly lower than normal and procedural justice to be higher than normal. The degree of job loss was also investigated at a lower level than normal. Second, personal job-organizational fit had negative(-) effects on job loss and the effects were moderated by perceived organizational justice.

전국에 천연가스를 공급하기 위해 지하에 매설된 가스배관은 파괴 또는 파손 발생시 경제적, 인적인 면에서 대형 재해를 일으킬 뿐만 아니라 에너지의 안정한 공급이 위협받게 되어 산업적인 면에서도 큰 손실을 유발하게 된다. 가스배관에 대하여 적합한 파괴안전성 평가를 수행하고, 불가피한 손상이 발생할 경우 사용적합성평가(Fitness For Service)를 통해 대처방안을 수립할 경우, 에너지 공급의 안정화 및 경제적, 사회적 손실의 방지를 이루며 안전하고 효율적인 배관망 운용을 할 수 있다. (중략)

This research was conducted over one month from May 1st to May 30th, 2015. Data were collected after confirming purpose of current study with eating house manager from the restaurant consumers. This study investigated the impact of nostalgia tendency on the propensity to revisit the eating house. Nostalgia impact on the propensity of the perceived emotional food repurchase also had the effect of significantly positive (+) on the road to repurchase B=0.767(p<.001). The coefficient of determination for measuring the adequacy of the model to determine the coefficient that measures the suitability of the model was explaining 58.9% of the variation in the premises 0.589, models with F=431.234(p<.001) to verify the significance of the model is significantly It has been described. Second, nostalgia tendency and social tendencies of the bond part had a strong impact in moderating effects of (-). The lower the social bond was investigated by increasing the propensity nostalgia.

최근 우리나라는 고령화시대로 접어들면서 노인들의 사회적 적응 향상을 위한 노력이 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 노인들의 수단적 일상생활활동, 특히 금융활동을 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 노인에게 적합한 ATM 인터페이스를 새롭게 디자인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 은행에서 제공되는 실제 ATM 화면과 동일한 디자인 구성과 기능을 하는 태블릿 PC 기반 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 이를 통해 노인들을 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 노인에게 적합한 ATM UI를 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 알코올 중독 가정내에서 성장한 성인자녀들의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 인간관계를 설명해 줄수 있는 원인-결과 모델을 개발하고 그모델의 적합성에 대해 연구되어졌다. 본연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. :1) 사회적 지원의 활용성 정도에 대한 인식이 높은 자녀들의 경우 정서적으로 불안정한 상태를 보이는 경향이 있으며 ;2) 사회적 지원의 활용성에 대한 인식정도가 높은 성인자녀들의 경우 어려운 상황을 잘 극복해 나가는 성향을 보여Th ; 3) 위기 대처 능력이 뛰어난 성인자녀들의 경우 생활만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. ; 마지막으로 4) 정서적으로 안정된 성인자녀들의 경우 그들의 삶에 대한 적응도가 높은 경향을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 또한 사회적지원과 성인자녀들의 정서적 상태간의 부정적 상관관계에 대해 논의 되었으며 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 미래의 연구방향 및 상담현장에서 본 연구내용의 실제활용등에 대해서도 논의되었다.

Nowadays, as many robots are developed for desktop, users interact with the robots based on speech. However, due to technical limitations related to speech-based interaction, an alternative is needed. We designed this research to design a robot that interacts with the user by using unconditional reflection of biological signals. In order to apply bio-signals to robots more effectively, we evaluated the robots' overall service evaluation, perceived intelligence, appropriateness, trustworthy, and sociability according to the degree of the robot's embodiment level and the response speed of the robot. The result showed that in terms of intelligence and appropriateness, 3D robot with higher embodiment level was more positively evaluated than 2D robot with lower embodiment level. Also, the robot with faster response rate was evaluated more favorably in overall service evaluation, intelligence, appropriateness, trustworthy, and sociability than the robot with slower response rate. In addition, in service evaluation, trustworthy, and sociability, there were interaction effects according to the robot's embodiment level and the response speed.

충청남도는 2015년에 극심한 가뭄을 겪으며 보령댐은 역대 최저 저수율을 기록하고 128일간 제한급수를 시행한 바 있다. 가뭄은 농작물 피해, 인적 피해뿐 아니라 사회경제적인 피해 또한 야기하지만 강수량과 가용수자원양만을 고려하는 기존의 가뭄 위험 지수들은 물리적인 피해만 반영한다는 한계점을 갖는다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 기존 가뭄 지수에 지역적 특성을 반영할 수 있는 사회경제적 인자와 가뭄 적응능력 인자들을 함께 반영하는 가뭄 위험 지수를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 위험을 산정하기 위해 International Panel on Climate Change(IPCC)는 재해, 노출, 취약성으로 구분하였고, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)는 인과관계 구성의 체제를 강조하며 Pressure-State-Response(P-S-R) 프레임워크를 개발한 바 있으며, World Risk Index(WRI)는 노출과 취약성으로 산출하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 가뭄 위험 지수는 P-S-R 체제의 인과관계 구조를 참고하여 재해(hazard), 노출(exposure), 적응능력(capacity)으로 구분하였다. 재해는 기상학적 가뭄을 평가하기 위한 요소로서 SPI 기법을 통해 산정되고 노출은 가뭄의 피해 대상을 의미하여 지역별 용수 수요량을 사용하였다. 적응능력은 가뭄 피해를 줄일 수 있는 지역적 특성을 나타내며 사회적 능력과 공학적 능력으로 구분하여 산정하였다. 사회적 능력은 개인의 재정능력, 공무원 수 등이 포함되며 공학적 능력은 댐 현황, 지하수 이용현황, 하천시설 현황이 포함된다. 본 연구 결과와 2015년 가뭄을 비교함으로써 개발된 가뭄 위험 지수의 적합성을 확인하였으며 이를 통해 지역별 취약성 평가를 할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 노약자용 기능성 운동 시나리오 설계에 앞서 특정 대상인 노약자들을 다양한 측면에서 이해하고자 수행하였다. 따라서, 노약자에게 적합한 운동 환경 및 게임 환경에서 고려해야 하는 사항들을 신체적 특성, 심리적, 인지적 특성 및 사회적, 물리적 특성 그리고 적합한 게임 환경 등에 대하여 체계적 문헌연구(systematic review)를 통하여 조사하고 범주화 한 후 전문가들의 검증을 거쳐 목록화하였다.
