This study is to suggest a system to increase workers' job satisfaction by analyzing the impact of conflicts in their families and work places to the satisfaction of work and the effects of personality types affecting job satisfaction. For this study, a questionnaire targeting 450 workers was conducted. As a result of this study, firstly, it was revealed that both conflicts of the family-work place and the work place-family have statistically negative interrelationships and impacts with/on job satisfaction. In terms of sub-fact categories, it is revealed that work itself has more impacts than personal persuasion based on people's value. Secondly, the results of this study concerning the conflicts in a family and the workplace shows the same result with the previous studies. They are formed by mutual interactions of cause and effect. Thirdly, it turned out that differences in Enneagram Personality Types have statistically significant impacts on job satisfaction. The result also shows that thinking-centered personalities and behavior-centered personalities have more impacts on job satisfaction than emotion-centered personalities. Study result indicates that more wide use of a psychology consultation program for workers and their families, EPA(Employee Assistant Program). It also shows that introductions of personality trainning programs and personality coaching programs are required.

There is a growing interest in Co-operative education as an important way of university-industry collaborations for improving employment competitiveness, recruiting talented human resource, and promoting university-industry collaborations. In this study, we recognize that the paradigm of professional practice have to be changed from internship to Co-operative education. This paper examines the characteristics of Co-operative education in a regional public university through a case study of Central Washington University(CWU), USA. The results of the study and policy implications are as follows. First, the professional practice program of CWU is centered upon Co-operative education and has a high local and regional connectivity in terms of location of institutions that students work for professional practices. Second, the professional practice program of CWU has a high connectivity between majors and jobs, and is characterized by an active participation of students majoring in humanities, social sciences, arts and education. Third, the qualifications of Co-operative education are strict, but programs of Co-operative education are flexibly operated according to the characteristics of departments and colleges. We emphasize that universities in Korea need to focus upon the employment connectivity, the major connectivity, the local and regional connectivity, Therefore, when attempting to introduce Co-operative education. In addition, the management and governance of Co-operative education should be flexible.
The application of tool which has grown rapidly by the age was used for the product development, however as today the computer digitalization has been fixed to the necessary process in every factory-made mass production, making the sensitive desire of designer the digitalization through systematic, rational information database building from the planning level of product to the final mass production in such a environment change. It should satisfy a variety of needs of consumer. The enterprise that hopes to get a winner in the present age brought in computer with useful tool to process information efficiently. The computer has displayed much more excellent computation ability than human to come up to their expectation and the growth of electronic technology was possible to make the computer's high-efficiency, economy and integration. No matter what we have a good economy and integration. No matter what we have a good information there is no meaning unless we are able to use it' so we should take it out by the our need. Therefore, this paper observes a future-oriented possibility of computer & Telecommunication in information society, information-oriented design environment and the trends of minimal and integrated computer. We will improve the designer's ability to develop a novel product that have the diversification of them using application, aiming at computer utilization and image identification design strategy of product in the age of network telecommunication.
In order to come up with satisfying product and improvement, firms use traditional marketing research methods to obtain consumers' opinions and further try to reflect them. Recently, gathering data from consumer communication platforms like internet and SNS has become popular methods. Meanwhile, with the development of information technology, mobile companies are launching new digital products for children to protect them from harmful content and provide them with necessary functions and information. Among these digital products, Kids Phone, which is a wearable device with safe functions that enable parents to learn childern's location. Kids phone is relatively cheaper and simpler than smartphone but it is noted that there are several problems such as some useless functions and frequent breakdowns. This study analyzes the reviews of Kids phones from domestic mobile companies, identifies the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of the products, proposes improvement methods strategies for devices and services through SNS consumer analysis. In order to do that customer review data from online shopping malls was gathered and was further analyzed through text mining methods such as TF/IDF, Sentiment Analysis, and network analysis. Customer review data was gathered through crawling Online shopping Mall and Naver Blog/$Caf\acute{e}$. Data analysis and visualization was done using 'R', 'Textom', and 'Python'. Such analysis allowed us to figure out main issues and recent trends regarding kids phones and to suggest possible service improvement strategies based on sentiment analysis.
The purpose of this study is to derive the implications of Grit research by analyzing domestic research trends on Grit, which is a non-cognitive subject that has been actively researched in Korea recently in order to grasp the achievements so far and to seek directions for research. The analysis method was analyzed according to the pre-set criteria (annual publication status, research subject, research method, research topic, etc.) which were focusing on KCI listed and KCI excellent Grit papers among domestic academic papers of 'RISS'. As a result of the study, from 2013 to 2019, a total of 203 papers were searched and published in 92 domestic journals. Beside that, the subjects of the study, 88 cases (43.35%) were college students and 180 cases (88.67%) were quantitative studies as the research method. So, the most common research method was quantitative research. As a quantitative research method, the structural relationship between Grit and other variables, mediating effect, difference verification, and moderation effect verification were shown in order, and qualitative research has been conducted since 2017 to develop the concept of Grit, the Grit scale, and the corresponding factor structure and validity. This study will contribute to the educational field by presenting the implications of research on the development of Grit in Korea.
Changes have been taking place in North Korea, which has been pushing for selective informatization with a priority on a system safety. North Korea has been developing its own mobile communication industry over the past decade by expanding base stations, producing smartphones on its own, and developing applications useful in real life. Recently, the introduction of 5G technology has been elevated to the status of a national agenda to be fostered as a key industry for national economic development. The time has arrived when the needs of North Korea, which has to advance technology, are aligned with the capabilities of South Korean mobile communication companies, which are seeking to new markets to overcome stagnant growth. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate a cooperative scenario for mobile communications companies between the two Koreas in the early stages of the 4th Industrial Revolution and its core technology 5G, while also making a timely proposal to position North Korea in the GVC. Mobile communications is a large-scale industry that can create synergies from inter-Korean economic cooperation by facilitating exchanges and cooperation between the two Koreas, inducing numerous derivative industries and driving job creation. Joint mobile communications activities with North Korea would be an effective cooperative aspect that can contribute to the economic prosperity of the entire Korean Peninsula.

Modern society is developing rapidly and technologies that provide convenience in living are developing day by day. On the other hand, the development of cyber attacks that threaten cybersecurity is developing faster, and it still adversely affects the industrial environment, and industrial damage is steadily occurring every year. Industrial security is an activity that safely protects major assets or technologies of companies and organizations from these attacks. Therefore, it is a situation that requires professional manpower for security. Currently, the manpower situation for security is staffed, but knowledge of the understanding and concept of industrial security jobs is insufficient. In other words, there is a lack of professional manpower for industrial security. It is the NCS that came out to solve this problem. NCS is the state standardized ability (knowledge, attitude, skills, etc.) necessary to perform duties in the industrial field. NCS can systematically design the curriculum using NCS as well as help in hiring personnel, and NCS can be applied to the national qualification system. However, in the field of industrial security, NCS has not yet been developed and is still having difficulties in hiring personnel and curriculum. Although the NCS system in the field of industrial security has not been developed, this paper proposes the industrial security NCS to solve the problem of hiring professionals later and to help the field of industrial security NCS to be established later.

In considering the overheated competition amongst social commerce, it is imperative to determine which parts of the social commerce service are considered important by consumers, and which parts need improvements to sustain relationship between consumers and the corporation. Therefore, this research has identified the motives for usages of consumers as affordability, convenience, information acquisition, pleasure, and sociability, and set satisfaction as a factor that works as a medium between previously mentioned motives and willingness to repurchase to identify factors that affect willingness to repurchase and factors that affect positively. Additionally, to identify significant results that have not been identified in statistical analysis. The experiment was conducted on those who have experienced purchase on social commerce or are currently using social commerce. The survey was created based on prior research, and has representativeness as a sample were conducted empirical analysis and visualization analysis. As the research result, the result that satisfaction causes are in close relationship with causes for repurchase, and affordability has the most positive effect among the five motives for usage were deducted, and the conclusion that the relationship among data are easily deducted when statistic analysis and visual analysis are carried out at the same time was postulated.
Recently, there has been a sharp increase in the damages caused by ransomware across various sectors of society, including individuals, businesses, and nations. Ransomware is a malicious software that infiltrates user computer systems, encrypts important files, and demands a ransom in exchange for restoring access to the files. Due to its diverse and sophisticated attack techniques, ransomware is more challenging to detect than other types of malware, and its impact is significant. Therefore, there is a critical need for accurate detection and mitigation methods. To achieve precise ransomware detection, an inference engine of a detection system must possess knowledge of ransomware features. In this paper, we propose a model to extract and classify the characteristics of ransomware for accurate detection of ransomware, calculate the similarity of the extracted characteristics, reduce the dimension of the characteristics, group the reduced characteristics, and classify the characteristics of ransomware into attack tools, inflow paths, installation files, command and control, executable files, acquisition rights, circumvention techniques, collected information, leakage techniques, and state changes of the target system. The classified characteristics were applied to the existing ransomware to prove the validity of the classification, and later, if the inference engine learned using this classification technique is installed in the detection system, most of the newly emerging and variant ransomware can be detected.
As the influence of online reviews on consumer decision-making increases, concerns about review manipulation are also increasing. Fake reviews or review manipulations are emerging as an important problem by posting untrue reviews in order to increase sales volume, causing the consumer's reverse choice, and acting at a high cost to the society as a whole. Most of the related prior studies have focused on predicting review manipulation through data mining methods, and research from a consumer perspective is insufficient. However, since the possibility of manipulation of reviews perceived by consumers can affect the usefulness of reviews, it can provide important implications for online word-of-mouth management regardless of whether it is false or not. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed whether there is a difference between the review evaluated by the consumer as being manipulated and the general review, and verified whether the manipulated review negatively affects the review usefulness. For empirical analysis, 34,711 online book reviews on the LibraryThing website were analyzed using multilevel logistic regression analysis and Poisson regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there were differences in product level, reviewer level, and review level factors between reviews that consumers perceived as being manipulated and reviews that were not. In addition, manipulated reviews have been shown to negatively affect review usefulness.
