  • The importance of corporate social responsibility has been more highlighted recently for the sustainable management of the company. The purpose of this study is to empirically find out if the effects of CSR activities on public corporation are shown as same as they are on the private companies which have been verified in the previous studies. We set 'CSR activities' and 'Brand Image' to the independent variables and 'Corporate favorableness' and 'Purchase intention' to the dependent variables. The empirical analysis results are as follows. We have found that high positive causal relations are shown in 'CSR activities' ${\rightarrow}$ 'Corporate favorableness', 'CSR activities' ${\rightarrow}$ 'Purchase intention' and 'Brand image' ${\rightarrow}$ 'Corporate favorableness', 'Brand image' ${\rightarrow}$ 'Purchase intention'. Therefore just as product related 'Brand image' influences positively on purchase intention, the CSR activities have positive influence on product purchase intention and on the whole corporate image as well.

Also the social communication had a positive effect on globally integrated. Both affective commitment and calculative commitment have a positive effect on globally integrated. • It seems crucial for entrepreneurship researchers to study how individual creativity is influenced by a number of entrepreneurship related traits. This is because individuals aiming to become entrepreneurs by launching their own start-ups need to enhance their creativity level to compete successfully in the target market. In the field of entrepreneurship studies, however, there is no literature about exploring the relationship between individual creativity, and entrepreneurship related constructs such as intrinsic motivation, parasocial interaction, prosocial motivation, and perspective taking. In this sense, our proposed research model focuses on filling the research void like this. To verify the proposed research model. we collected valid data from college students. To add rigor to our study, we allowed participants to view a talk show content where a successful entrepreneur was telling his story. Empirical test results were robust statistically enough to prove the validity of our proposed research model.

  • The results of the present study on corporate social responsibility activities have different results for each researcher. This is considered to be the influence of the moderated variables depending on the relations among the variables. The purpose of this study is to propose anti-corporate emotion as a variable to moderate the relationship between social responsibility activities and outcome variables and to investigate its influence. The results and implications are as follows. Ethical responsibility activities and discretionary responsibility activities had effects on corporate attitude and corporate attitude affects consumers' purchase intention. This is consistent with many previous studies, which means that it is necessary to create a positive psychology for a firm or product in order to induce consumer behavior. In addition, in the group with high anti-corporate emotions, the effect is not significant even if the company has a lot of discretionary activities, but if the ethical responsibility is done, the negative attitude toward the company can be alleviated even if the anti- corporate emotion is high. This explains why many companies now have social contribution activities as an alternative to reduce the corporate crisis, but the effect is insufficient. Therefore, companies that want to carry out social responsibility activities should be interested first in the ethical management or ethical responsibility activities of companies.
