The effect of pre-investment cost and message framing that influence on the perception of fairness (기존 투자비용과 메시지 제시방법이 공정성 평가에 미치는 영향)

  • People believe that they make a rational decision. But the results of behavioral economics research show that people make a emotional decision at many times. The perception of fairness is one of the example in emotional decision. Sometimes people give up their monetary profit and revenge counterpart when they feel unfair. So the perception of fairness is very important. Two experiment was conducted. In experiment 1, researcher studied the effect of the pre-investment cost in perception of fairness. The result showed people who had pre-investment cost thought more unfair but were more likely to continue prior decision. In experiment 2, researcher studied the effect of type of CEO and message frame in perception of fairness. The results showed that people thought the proposal was more unfair when CEO was son of founder and message was gain and loss framing message.

  • This study has started from the political process of local community power structure to elaborate the reason why both a majority of cultural artists and cultural artist organizations want to be against establishing the local Foundation for Arts and Culture. The cultural artists and cultural artist organizations believe that the establishment of the local Foundation for Arts and Culture might threaten not only their monopolistic status or their livelihood in the local market relying on public supports, but also make them being marginalized from the potential supports. Therefore many of them have somewhat unfavourable opinions about its establishment. Drawing from the Jellabuk-do case, their concern of being isolated from the monopoly by the local Foundation for Arts and Culture are reduced to publicized discourses such as powerization, the lack of expertise, the loss of independence, and the fall of business. When constructing the Foundation for Arts and Culture, the major values are 'Pluralism' and 'Fairness'. On one hand, the terms of Fairness means that it should be fair in operations, support and executive composition. On the other hand, Pluralism means that policy-making rights should be distributed to various groups, not owned by some specific groups. Some plans for building Foundation for Arts and Culture are needed to make diverse classes and groups to expect the pluralistic interests emerged eventually.

  • 화학플랜트는 폭발성, 유독성 물질의 제조와 취급하므로 사고 발생에 의한 영향은 대단히 크고, 또한 사고 후 몇 년에 걸쳐 그 주변사회에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 화학공장의 화재, 폭발 및 독극물 누출에 의한 사고 등과 같은 가능한 모든 유형의 위험을 예측하고 예방하기 위해서 위험성 평가를 수행해야 한다. 이에 공정안전관리(Process Safety Management, PSM)에 대한 사회적인 관심이 증가하면서 많은 연구자들이 위험성 평가방법을 개발하여 잠재적 위험을 발견하고 안전대책(safety guard)을 제시하여 공정의 안전성을 확보하고자 노력해 왔다. 그러나 개발된 위험성 평가기법은 대부분 전문가들의 수작업을 통해서 이루어짐으로 신뢰성과 안전성을 항상 보장해 주지 못한다. 따라서 근래에 위험성 평가과정을 자동화하고자 하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 정당의 후보선출과 공정성: 유권자정당 모델을 중심으로

  • 당원중심 정당조직이 약화되고 있는 정당정치 변화추세 및 진성당원이 절대 부족한 실정에서 의원이나 원외위원장에 의해 동원되고 있는 당원들이 참여하는 경선의 현실적인 한계를 고려한다면, 당원 이외 유권자도 참여하는 보다 개방적인 경선을 지향할 수밖에 없는 상황이다. 이번에 국민경선의 확대내지는 제도화를 목표로 중앙선관위 및 한나라당과 민주당의 개혁특위가 제시하고 있는 공천안, 특히 모든 유권자가 참여할 수 있는 여야 동시 완전국민경선안은 선거인단을 모집하여 실시하는 기존의 제한적 국민경선보다 불공정한 동원, 역선택 등의 문제 해결에 도움이 되리라 본다. 하지만 여전히 해소되야 할 경선 공정성과 관련된 구조적인 문제는 경선이 치러지는 지역의 정당조직이 비민주적으로 운영되는 데에서 비롯되는 경선 후보들 간의 불균형 문제이며, 전략공천이라는 형태로 치러지는 사실상 하향식 공천 역시 경선 공정성을 크게 훼손할 소지가 있으므로 정당의 전략공천 비율은 더욱 축소되어야 할 것이다. 2012년 총선이 임박한 상황에서 현실적으로 무엇보다 시급한 것은 한나라당, 민주당 모두 공천제도 개혁안을 조속히 확정하고 선관위안을 법제화하는 일이며, 이를 통하여 유권자가 참여하는 정당경선의 제도화가 이루어질 때 최근 시민후보의 등장과 같은 시민사회의 도전으로부터 비롯된 정당정치의 위기상황을 더욱 새로운 정당정치로 나아가는 계기로 전환시키는 일도 보다 용이해 질 것이다.

The Mediating Effect of Empowerment between the Distributive Justice and the Burnout of Personnel in Community Rehabilitation Facilities (장애인지역사회재활시설 종사자의 분배공정성과 소진의 관계에서 임파워먼트의 매개효과)

  • This study verified the influence of distributive justice on burnout and inspected the mediating effect of empowerment of personnel in rehabilitation facilities. We surveyed 321 personnel in facilities of Daejeon and Chungnam areas. The main methods are structural equation model analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The important analysis result is that distributive justice influenced burnout negatively and mdiating effect of empowerment was identified. According to analysis results, some measurements were proposed to reduce personnels' burnout. For increasing distribution fairness, compensation by objective evaluation of ability and workload, establishment of transparent compensation system, improvement of working conditions of irregular workers are required. In order to improve empowerment, leadership education for managers and operation of related programs, voluntary participation of employees in programs, provision of supervision and education of empowerment are needed.

A Study on Organizational Justice Affecting Social Workers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior : Focusing on the Mediating role of Trust in Supervisor (조직공정성이 사회복지사의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 상사신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The OCB(organizational citizenship behavior), spontaneous extra-role behavior of social workers, plays very important role in the provision of qualitative service for the clients and the organizational performance of social welfare agencies. Starting from the importance of OCB for the effective organizational management, this study focuses on the effects of antecedents such as organizational justice(procedural and distributional) and trust in supervisor on the OCB. This study collected data from 360 social workers and 59 their supervisors working in the community welfare centers, paired the self-reported data and the supervisor-rated data, and analyzed the data through the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The findings of the study show that organizational justice(procedural and distributional) has no direct effect on the OCB, but indirect effect on the OCB through the mediator of trust in supervisor, and that procedural justice has more effect than distributional justice. This study suggests that the management of spontaneous behavior of social workers is not a separated fragmentary phenomenon but should be understood and managed comprehensively in the continuation of the perception of organizational members for the organizational management, the resulting affectivity toward their supervisor, and their behavior in the organizational life.

  • This study is an empirical analysis completed based on a survey of the members of major construction companies and is analyzed to verify the relationship between the ethical characteristics of major construction companies and firm's competitiveness and its effects. In this study, based on previous researches in domestic and foreign, the factors that are affected by the business ethics were analyzed, and the competitiveness of firms, which is a dependant variable, was divided into four different types: quality, price, sales, and promotion. The proposal and final conclusion regarding the relationship between job satisfaction and concentration was made after the investigation of research hypothesis. The conclusions described below:(By the Linear regression analysis) 1. The product competitiveness is affected by moral competence, will to act ethical management, transparency of fairness, customers, and social responsibility. 2. The price competitiveness is affected by will to act ethical management, transparency of fairness, customers, and social responsibility.

  • 국가 R&D에 대한 투자는 지속적으로 늘어나고 있고, 늘어나는 투자만큼 질 좋은 성과의 창출이 사회적으로 기대되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 우수한 연구자의 연구수행을 필요로 하며, 그 전제조건은 공정하고 객관적인 평가로부터 시작된다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 기존의 평가는 특정 평가위원에 의한 평가결과의 왜곡 가능성이 존재한다. 이를 억제하기 위해 기존에는 보편적으로 최고/최저점 제외 방식을 사용하였다. 하지만 왜곡 가능성이 그 이상 존재할 경우에는 왜곡을 막기에 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 평가위원별 평가결과 데이터를 군집화 기법을 활용하여 왜곡 가능성이 존재하는 평가위원을 분류하고, 이를 평가위원 선정 시 반영하여 왜곡 을 억제하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 평가의 공정성 및 신뢰성 향상 측면에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The Effect of Organizational Justice on Turnover Intention of Clinical Nurses: The Mediating Effect of Organizational Silence and Moderated Mediating Effect of Manager's Negative Feedback Rejection Inclination (조직공정성이 임상간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 조직침묵의 매개효과, 상사의 부정적 피드백거부성향의 조절된 매개효과)

  • This convergent study aimed to verify the mediating effect of organizational silence and manager's inclination to reject negative feedback in the relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention of Clinical Nurses. Participants were 250 nurses working at general hospitals with 300 hospital beds or more. Examination of the mediating effect of organizational silence showed a mediating effect of acquiescent silence when procedural justice affected turnover intention. Additionally, when interactional justice affected turnover intention, prosocial and acquiescent silence mediated it. Examining the moderated mediating effect of manager's inclination to reject negative feedback showed moderated mediation effect when procedural justice mediated the acquiescent silence and affected the turnover intention. Interactional justice had a moderated mediating effect when the mediation between prosocial and acquiescent silence affected turnover intention. Therefore, it is necessary to efficiently regulate the manager's inclination to reject negative feedback when organizational justice affects organizational silence and turnover intention.

A study on the Social Contribution Activities of Social Enterprises which can bring out Customer's Empathic Response -Focusing on Familiarity and Authenticity- (소비자의 공감반응을 끌어낼 수 있는 사회적기업의 사회공헌 활동에 관한연구 - 친숙성과 진정성을 중심으로 -)

  • This study has analyzed on affecting factors of the customer's empathy toward the corporate philanthropic activities in terms of corporates and their products. From the corporate perspective, we have checked how the activities affect the perception of the customer familiarity and authenticity. Study shows that the fairness of the social contribution activities have an impact on both the familiarity and the authenticity (hypothesis 1, hypothesis 2). Social contributions reciprocity has been shown to influence familiarity (hypothesis 3) and it was not statistically significant to the authenticity (hypothesis 4). Looking at the relationship between the familiarity and authenticity from the product side, charm and familiarity (hypothesis 5), uniqueness and authenticity (hypothesis 8) showed that the impact on the definition. On the other hand charm and authenticity (hypothesis 6), uniqueness and familiarity (hypothesis 7) appeared to be not statistically significant. Finally, the relationship between familiarity, authenticity and empathy is as follows. First, the familiarity was found that it is affecting the authenticity (hypothesis 9) and for the consumer sympathetic (hypothesis 10) appeared to be not statistically significant. And the authenticity was found having a defined effect on the consumer sympathetic (hypothesis 11). It is really far more important to suggest an integrated approach to continue a sustainable and stable relationship by increasing consumer purchasing and empathy for the products and services of social enterprises. This study provides practical implications for marketing strategies of social enterprises, which can draw the consumer sympathy through the social contribution activities of social enterprise.
