After Satoshi Nakamoto published 'Bitcoin: A peer-to-peer electronic cash system' in 2008, Blockchain has been GPT (General Purpose Technologies) that affect the whole cycle of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. This study attempted to identify the innovativeness of Blockchain. Because of Blockchain's ambidextrous characteristics, Blockchain has two kinds of innovativeness, technological innovation by physical technology and social innovation by social technology. Thus, this study will be useful to increase understanding and establishing strategy for Blockchain.

The purpose of this study is to develop a substantive theory that understand the burnout and secondary traumatic stress experience of social workers who worked in the trauma centers. This research was conducted by Grounded Theory. The result is as follow: In the initial coding, 159 units of mean, 47 subcategories, and 12 main categories. The central phenomenon of the initial coding was 'the wounded existence.' In the focused coding, the core category was 'seeking to recover professional identity as a social worker.' In the theoretical coding, the burnout and secondary traumatic stress experience of social workers who worked in the trauma centers were classified as four phases;'Commitment to the mission', 'Conflict', 'Stagnant' and 'Disruption'. Based on the findings, the preparation for the disaster social work practice, the perspective on "social healing" of trauma, and the necessity of the mandatory policy or intervention for social workers self-care were discussed.

In the reality that the seriousness and concern about the youth problem is increasing, this study focuses on the vision plan project supporting the NEET youth in the social welfare field. Therefore, this study analyzed how the social workers recognized the NEET problem before participating in the project, what difficulties they experienced in the process of the project, and how they coped with these difficulties. The results of the study are as follows. Social workers were saddened by the seriousness of the youth problem before their participation, but they recognized that there was no way to solve it and many social workers were not fully aware of the youth or NEET issues. In this context, in the course of running a project with NEET youth, social workers experienced difficulties due to the nature of the NEET youth, difficulty in forming a relationship with NEET youth, and difficulties for young people not to spend time in the program. And social workers also faced difficulties due to the lack of know-how in the project, difficulties in operating the center alone, and difficulty in achieving employment goals. In the process of coping with these difficulties, social workers have actively sought, persuaded and supported the NEET youths to participate in the project, adapted the time, place and method to the youth, and removed the stigmatization element in the project. They also worked closely with local residents, local institutions and municipalities, formed networks, and changed the viewpoint of providing work experience rather than getting young people, but seeing long-term outcome. As a result, social workers have experienced not only individual change but also social welfare organization, field, community and local institutional change. Based on these results, this study suggested that the social welfare practice field should provide various activities in the process of supporting the youth gap year policy. In addition, this study suggests that the social workers play a role in connecting various actors rather than suppliers when working with young people, and that the social welfare field should expand the scope of project to include youth.

The aims of the study were to analyze the San-Sul-Kwa textbook under the rule of Japanese Imperialism(1909～1945). It was analyzed that the contents of San-Sul-Kwa were selected for the purpose of national interests of Japanese as a ruling country through four times of amendment of education and many kinds of drill and practice in terms of number and operations were emphasized toward entire grades. However, some parts of textbook over the period seem to have had significant affects on mathematics education of Korea since the period.

생명보험산업 중 MDRT이라는 조직은 보험설계사 중에서 뛰어난 실적을 올린 사람 중 클레임이나 사회적으로 문제점이 없는 사람들이 가입하는 모임으로 보험업계에 설계사들은 MDRT 조직의 회원을 목표로 갖고 있는 경우가 많다. 목표는 인간 행동원인을 설명하는 가장 기본적인 동기변인으로 알려져 있으며 성취와 직접적 관련이 있다. 목표에 대한 성취는 개인적 목표와 일치할 때만 행동을 활성화 시킨다. 관련 연구들은 목표와 관련된 많은 연구들은 장기적인 관점에서 미래목표를 설정하고 달성 정도를 점검을 통해서 미래목표가 현재와 미래 간의 관계를 설정하도록 도와준다고 하였다(Miller & Brickman, 2004). 이는 보험업계에서 MDRT의 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 보험산업 환경이 급격하게 변화하고 있는 과정에서 보험설계사에게 요구되는 역량은 개인의 노력만으로는 제한적일 수 있으며, 조직의 지원이 실질적인 성과에 영향력을 미칠 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 보헙업에서 개인역량과 조직의 지원이 성과에 미치는 영향력을 분석하며, 더불어 목표지향성은 성과에 미치는 영향력을 조절할 것으로 판단된다.

In this research, I explored how to apply the history of mathematics in teacher education and investigated the applicability of Chosun Sanhak (mathematics of Chosun Dynasty) as the program that enriched the mathematical knowledge for teaching of prospective elementary school teachers. This program included not only mathematical knowledge but also socio-cultural knowledge and connection knowledge. Prospective teachers participated in various mathematical activities such as explaining, reasoning and problem solving in this program. The effects of this program are as follows. Prospective teachers learned the subject matter knowledge(SMK) which was helpful in teaching basic concepts and skills of elementary mathematics. Next, this program produced the pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) to prospective teachers by giving ideas how to teach.

21 세기의 초 정보화 산업사회에서 우리의 아이들이 자신의 목소리로 세계 속에서 살아가게 하기 위해서는 다른 사람과 다른 아이디어를 낼 수 있도록 교육의 틀을 바꾸지 않으면 안된다. 따라서 21세기의 미래 사회를 살아갈 학생들을 가르치는 교육의 현장 역시 창의적인 인간을 길러낼 수 있도록 변해야 한다. 즉, 자신의 아이디어로 창조적인 삶을 영위해 나갈 수 있는 독창적인 아이디어를 낼 수 있는 인간을 육성하는 교육체제로 바뀌어야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 영재학회에서는 대전광역시 초·중고등학교 학생들과 대학생, 일반인들을 대상으로 제3회 대전사랑·과학사랑 창의력 경연대회를 실시하였다. 그리고 대회실시 결과를 평가·분석하여 교육현장에서 창의성 교육이 확대 실시될 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다.

There are a few alternatives to support the ‘Saeng-hwal-ji-do-sa’(Home Improvement Extention Specialist:community welfare specialist) ‘Family Welfare Specialist’(Ga-jeong-bok-ji-sa) are recommended to inhance the family life. Saeng-hwal-gwa-hak(human ecology) which is anticipated to lead the social empowerment and social movement applies to the community welfare. 1. Education program and data of Saeng-hwal-gwa-hak are to be based to community information welfare. 2. Community level workshop is to be practiced. 3. Education program and counseling are to be served in advance and the cure level. So research must be followed as community level and the result of it ought to be flown community welfare policy and administration.

자연유역 내에 도시가 자리잡고 발달해 나가면 유역의 특성에 급격한 변화를 가져온다. 이러한 변화로 인해 도시유역은 자연유역과는 상이한 수문학적 특성을 나타낸다. 그 동안 도시수문학의 주된 관심사는 도심지 홍수예방, 상수관망 등에 주어졌고, 장기적인 관점에서 도시유역의 물순환에 대한 정량화는 별로 다루어지지 않았다. 이 연구에서는 비교적 최근에 급격하게 도시화가 이루어진 탄천 유역에 대해 도시유역의 장기적인 물순환에 대해 정량화하고 자연유역과의 차이를 분석하고자 한다. 강수량, 유출량, 증발산량, 상수공급량, 하수처리량 등의 가용한 자료를 동원하여 탄천 유역의 물수지 분석을 수행하였다. 탄천유역은 유역 외부에서 상수를 공급받고 사용된 용수는 하수처리시설을 통해 하천으로 방류되고 있으며 이로 인해 유출 특성이 자연유역과 많은 차이를 보이고 있다.

디지털 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 벤처를 성공적으로 육성하려면 빅데이터와 인공지능 알고리즘을 바탕으로 한 비즈니스 모델이 사회적으로 적합한 형태로 수용되어야 한다. 그러나 디지털 벤처가 데이터와 알고리즘 활용에 있어 공정한가에 대한 의구심과 도전이 지속되고 있으며 이와 관련된 연구 노력도 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 온라인 유통 플랫폼 벤처로 급격히 성장한 쿠팡이 직면한 도전을 통해 빅데이터와 알고리즘 기반의 비즈니스 수행에 따른 어려움과 이에 대한 이론적 고찰을 시도했다. 쿠팡의 도전을 알고리즘, 빅데이터, 자동 최저가 매칭 시스템, 그리고 오프라인 업체의 비교 데이터 활용에 관한 문제로 정리했다. 이들 각각에 대하여 의무 범위론의 관점에서 문제 해결의 실마리를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 쿠팡의 자체 브랜드 출시를 배경으로 디지털 플랫폼 기반의 벤처 기업이 성장하면서 제기되는 사회적 도전 과제들을 검토함으로써 지속가능성을 유지하기 위한 전략적 고민과 실천적 연구 노력이 뒤따를 필요성을 환기시킨다.
