The Development of Contents for Unification Education in Busan from the Perspective of Social Tourism ('사회적 관광' 정책 관점을 통한 부산지역 통일교육콘텐츠 개발 방안)

  • This study suggests the conceptual basis to integrate local tourism support policy and local unification educational contents development strategy through theoretical analysis about 'Social Tourism' and 'cross-compliance'. Also the purpose of this study is to reinterpret existing tourism resources in order to apply it to the case of Busan. In this study, I investigated the data that have been studied in Pusanology and the history of Korean division. And I conducted interviews with 10 residents who have lived in Busan since the Korean War.

A Study on the Effect of Social Worker's Job Characteristics on Their Job Satisfaction (사회복지사의 직무특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The objective of this study examined the effect of job characteristics on the job satisfaction of social worker employed by 1st social agency, hospitals. Data were collected by 240 social workers. Based on Hackman and Oldham's(1975) theory of core job characteristics, this study was to defined other element of job characteristics, in social worker's duties, focused on moderating effect of self-confidence for job satisfaction, and compared to social worker's job characteristics between 1st social agency and hospitals. The results of this study were summarized as follows; first, job autonomy, feedback among Hackman and Oldham's 5 core job characteristics showed positive influence on job satisfaction. The other job characteristics found out significantly effected social worker's job satisfaction than Hackman and Oldham's 5 core job characteristics. Second, identities of social worker's job, cognition of professional level, necessity, and self-confidence variables were found to have a statistically significant strong relationship with job satisfaction of 1st setting social worker. The other side, necessity, self-confidence, sex, social worker's academic career variables positive influenced medical social worker's job satisfaction. Third, the moderating variables which had significant difference among social worker's working conditions. 1st setting social worker's self-confidence partial moderated the effect of job characteristics on social worker's job satisfaction. But, medical social worker's self-confidence not moderated the effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction. As a result, Social worker's job satisfaction depended on job characteristics and self-confidence. Therefore, to assure the job satisfaction, redesign for social worker's job characteristics, reinforced their self-confidence. Staff-development education program, supportive environment, supervision program is strongly recommended.

FMS의 현상과 장래 동향

  • 중품종, 중량생산용의 합리적인 생산 system의 일형태로서 미국 Kearney & Trecker 사가 실용하고 있는 Flexible Manufacturing System(약칭 F.M.S.)을 처음으로 발표한 것은 1960 년대 후반이었다. 그러나 이 FMS도 그 후 얼마동안은 선전마저도 되는일 없이 지내왔다. 그런데 사회의 발전과 더불어 사회의 제품에 대한 요구가 다양화, 단수명화의 방향으로 진보되어, 그 결과, FMS의 중요성이 인식되게 되었다. 그리고 1970 년대후반부터 라고 표현될만한 상황이 일본,미국,서독 등 3개국을 중심으로 표현했다. 당초에는 라고 하는 용어만이 선행한 바람 직하지 못한 점은 있었으나 그후 FMS의 본질을 이해한 System의 도입증가와 함께 FMS 기술도 상당히 발전되어 왔다. 또한 FMS의 가동예의 증가와 더불어 그 도입효과가 눈부시다는 것이 분명해졌다. 이 FMS의 중요성은 , 혹은 라고 하는 말로 집약되는데 당연히 현재로서는 FMS는 공업선진국, 개발 도상국을 막론하고 큰 화제를 불러 일으키고 있다. 따라서 이와같은 중요한 FMS의 상황을 국제적인 관점에서 정확히 파악한다는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 그러나 현금에 있어서의 FMS기술의 급속한 진보는 이와같은 관점에서의 상황파악을 매우 어렵게 하고 있다. 이제까지도 예컨데 Scharf와 Schulz, Hutchinson, Spur와 Mertinz 혹은 기계기술협회생산기술조사분과회(일본)의 조사예가 있으나, 상세한 것은 각국별, 혹은 각사별의 해설을 참조하지 않으면 이해할 수 없다. 더우기 이제까지는 기계가공용 FMS가 주체였으나 현대에 이르러서는 FMS의 적용범위는 판금가공, 단조가공, Plastic사출성형가공, 조립 등에 널리 이용되어 왔기때문에 점점 그 현상의 파악이 어려워지고 있다. 따라서, 여기서는 그와같은 FMS의 현상과 장래의 발전동향을 간단히 이해할 수 있도록 개설하고자 한다.

The Value of Peace and the Acts of Women of the Old Testament from the Migrational Perspective (이주의 관점으로 본 구약성서의 여성들의 행동과 평화의 가치)

  • This study seeks the applicable value for contemporary multiculturalism based on the women (Hagar, Tamar, Rahab, Ruth, A great woman who lives in Shunem, A nameless servant girl) of the Old Testament who experienced migration. The article critiques uses of scripture that emphasize the roles of the women in the household. It provides a new interpretation through the perspective of feminist criticism, narrative criticism, and reader-response criticism. The article introduces the examples of six migrant women who created peace with people around them through their positive roles despite the fact that women had limited function under patriarchal society at that time. It suggests, while recognizing the difference regarding race, gender, and class between migrants and non-migrants, women and men, that they should not be used as the tools of discrimination. Furthermore, through these women from the Bible, the reader may find role models of independent women who are working for peace and social justice.

A study on the perspective of the human nature of Xiang-xiu (향수(向秀)의 인성(人性)에 대한 이해)

  • Xiang-xiu(向秀) tried to find compromise between naturalness(自然) and Confucian ethical code(名敎), the individual consciousness and the group consciousness in the Wei-Jin(魏晋) dynasty. He made his views on the human nature through the revealing of desire and morality of human. Xinag-xiu considered that the human nature comes from the ultimate principle of the nature(自然之理), so it's possible to provide reasonable basis to the meaning of the 'desire' and 'morality'. Furthermore, the 'desire' is regarded as the driving force of human life through the reasonable cognition, at the same time he insisted that we should control our passions by sociality and the social norm. So in the view of Xiang-xiu, the human nature has two characteristics, such as the principal of the driving force of human life and the control of the base desires and the negative desires. It could be confirmed by his opinions about the following human's nature and sticking to our last in the his Zhuangzizhu( 莊子注). Through the perspective of the human nature, Xiang-xiu emphasized the unification of the unaffected human nature and morality(sociality), the desire and the social norm.

  • 최근에 제4차 산업혁명을 거론하면서 사물인터넷(IoT)을 하나의 중요한 요소로 보고 있으며, 사물인터넷의 한 방향으로 홈네트워크인 홈IoT가 주목을 받고 있다. 최근의 경제적, 사회적인 변화로 1인 가구, 독거노인, 맞벌이 가구의 증가로 인한 주거환경 변화가 사물인터넷 디바이스의 새로운 수요 증가를 시키고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 홈IoT와 관련하여 다양한 이슈화가 있지만 크게 두 부분으로 제언을 하고자 한다. 하나는 사물인터넷(IoT)가 가지고 있는 근본적인 문제인 전원으로 에너지 자립형 IoT와 관련하여 에너지 하베스팅을 기반으로 연구되고 있으나, 홈IoT 설비의 관점에서 단순하게 접근하고자 한다. 두번째로 정보보안 관련으로 최근에 랜섬웨어와 같은 네트워크 침입을 통한 해킹 및 접근이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있음으로 네트워크 보안관점을 보고하고자 한다. 결과적으로 홈IoT는 무선전력방식이나 전원접근방식을 저전력 방식으로 새롭게 표준화나 전원 서비스를 함으로서 좀 더 용이하게 IoT를 설치할 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 네트워크 보안은 개인의 경각심과 더불어서 IoT 장비 개발사의 지속적인 보안 업데이트가 가능하도록 인증절차가 필요할 것으로 판단이 된다.

The Implications of Global Citizenship and Regional Identity in Multicultural Society in the Field of Geographical Education (다문화사회에서 세계시민성과 지역정체성의 지리교육적 함의)

  • The purpose of this paper is to discuss the educational implications of global citizenship and regional identity in geographic education of multicultural society. Geographical education inquires into places and region on local, regional, national and global scales. Geography studies geographical representation of ethnical, cultural, political diversities of human societies. Therefore geography is a very proper subject for multicultural education. Geography has also inherent legitimacy on multicultural education in the viewpoints that space or region has valued inherent nature which is constructed by human experience, perception and response etc. Citizenship in multicultural education requests some abilities and attitudes of world citizens superior to state or nation oriented citizenship. However the education of world citizenship doesn't mean abandonment of regional identity in geographical education. Citizenship is based on geographical units which have their territories. Regional identity is the feeling of belonging as a member of a certain region, and is formed not only by race, ethnic, gender, political and social position but also by thought of nature, landscape, national identity, regional dialect, and historical context, etc. The regional identity in multicultural society means the homogeneity which includes the heterogeneity of diverse groups, and has a key which solves the conflicts of diverse groups in the region. Consequently multicultural education in geography would focus on the cultivation of regional identities which are founded on critical thinking to solve the conflicts of multicultural society. The geographic education in multicultural society would rather emphasize on region than on race or nation, and can integrate the global vision of world citizenship with the diverse viewpoint of multicultural education.

Technological Governance Regarding Life-Sustaining Technologies: The Limitations of RRI and Bioethics ("한국의 연명의료정책과 기술 거버넌스: 사회에 책임지는 기술혁신(RRI)의 적용 한계와 생명윤리")

  • Recently, as DNR prevails more and more in Korea, discussions regarding meaningless medical life-sustaining-treatment (LST) intensified. Some of the Supreme Court decisions are even discussed in mass media, causing public debates. These cases tell us that, as life-sustaining medical technologies are highly developed, more sociological and policy-related analyses are needed on them. Firstly, this study will review 40 previous studies that analyze recent discussions in Korea about LST. Secondly, this study also shows that in bioethical and policy-related perspectives, governance about LST calls for a new implications regarding thanatoethics and thanatopolitics. In this new theoretical framework, death with dignity (DwD) can be understood as a process of giving back the thanatopower to the subject who chooses his way of ending based on his sound and free will. Thirdly, some of the new LST or resuscitation technologies such as automated external defibrillators (AED) are developed in RRI framework. However, if subjects themselves choose not to apply those technologies on them, as in the case of DNR (do not resuscitate) vows, meaning of developing such technologies are to be questioned. But currently such questions regarding the limitations of RRI are seldom asked. I argue that in order to properly apply RRI framework on existing technology, we also need to consider these points.

The Difference Test among Job Types in the Impact of Social Welfare Worker's Person-Organization Fit on Service Satisfaction (사회복지사의 개인-조직간 적합성(P-O Fit)이 서비스만족에 미치는 영향의 업무분야 간 차이검증)

  • This study is to review the standpoints for person and organization fit and suggest integrated standpoint, and identify causal relationships between P-O fit and client service satisfaction and test differences of casual relationships between job types through moderating effects of job types in the relationships among variables, and suggest some implications based on the analytical results. For this study, sampling was conducted for social welfare workers. In this study, analytical results showed that P-O fit influences client's service satisfaction through job attitude. This study suggested some implications on the base of analytical results.

사회복지사 개인간 갈등 형성요인에 관한 연구

  • In this paper, the proposing a fundamental data for a systematic and effective organizational management by examining the extent of the levels of conflict perceiving among individuals of social welfare workers in the Busan community social welfare center, a social welfare organizations, and investigating the related influencing factors are the purpose of the study, The summary of this study is as follows. At first, it is dysfunctional when the level of conflict is either exceedingly high or low in the interrelational conflict aspect. However, the social welfare workers' working in the community social welfare center, the extent of individual conflict is relatively low as 2.37 out of 5 points. Secondly, the multi-regression analysis is operated for controlling the population sociological factors and measuring the effectiveness of the conflict factors to the level of conflict. The influencing factors affects the result in the order of greater extent are communication factor, leader's flexibility of leadership factor, spontaneity among personality, confidentiality. As a result, Not like the case that in the technological bureaucratic organizations such as the enterprises or industrial organizations, in the human service organizations including social welfare organizations, these technological bureaucratic paradigm does not applying directly since the material of organization is composed of humans who are given moral values. Therefore, this paradigm should be put as a presupposition of the conflict management strategy. And, the communication among colleagues, learning a reasonable problem solution method, or the chances of education or training for establishing a sound human relationship should be prepared in order to lower the level of the conflict among individuals in the community social welfare department. Furthermore, professional education programs are needed for not only supporting an effective supervision and consultation(consultation with superiors and colleagues), but also, working with confidentiality and pride as a professional.
