This study explored the moderating effects of security ability on the influence of privacy concerns on internet activity using Korea media panel survey data. To this end, we applied between-subjects factorial design between 2 (privacy concern high / low) × 2 (security ability high / low) groups and compared five types of internet activity among four groups by variance analysis. As a result, privacy concerns have a main effect on internet activity, and security ability have a moderating role in this relationship. Despite the privacy concerns, people do their internet activities in order to enjoy the benefit from the internet. This study have academic implication in that it focus on the issue of privacy paradox in terms of the type of internet activity. In addition, practical implications are that, in order to activate online activities of individuals in an internet-connected society, efforts for enhancing their security abilities are necessary.

With the development of information communication and network technologies, ubiquitous era that supports various services regardless of places and time has been advancing. The development of such technologies have a great influence on educational environments. As a result, e-learning concepts that learners use learning contents in anywhere and anytime have been proposed. The various learning contents authoring systems that consider the e-learning environments have also been developed. However, since most of the existing authoring systems support only PC environments, they is not suitable for various ubiquitous mobile devices. In this paper, we design and implement a contents authoring system based on learning activities for u-learning environments. Our authoring system significantly improves the efficiency for authoring contents and supports various ubiquitous devices as well as PCs.

The study aims at constructing adaptation model, CampusQual, to evaluate the services which Tsinghua provides for Korean Students. The study is based on ServQual's "expectation-feeling difference" via conducting a survey on satisfaction on their campus life. We implement a survey including 30 questions in 5 sections: demographic statistics, study & information literacy, campus life, social & culture and regulations. Then through CampusQual model, we analyze the Korean students' adaptation level. CampusQual is a new service model that would enable Korean students to better live and study in universities in China. It also provides feasible suggestions and guidance for administrators on improving campus services for Korean Students.

With the growing international consensus regarding sustainable development of transportation, the plan of transportation infrastructure needs to meet various requirements toward enhancing environmental conditions. Accordingly, the upcoming long-term plan of high-speed rail network has to be reflecting the sustainability of transportation systems. In this paper, we propose methodologies based on multi-attribute utility theory for determining priorities of sustainable high-speed rail investment. The proposed methodologies identify indicators for sustainable transportation systems such as economic, environmental, social, and transportation-related ones and then, explain the way how to evaluate the overall sustainability by comparing the relative importance among indicators. This will help transportation agencies to prioritize high-speed rail investment toward sustainable transportation systems.

In this paper, our goal is to investigate the influencing factors on the online-based interpersonal relationships formation of the SNS users. To achieve this, first, we collected the influencing factors on the online-based interpersonal relationships, conducted survey, and then we analyzed the data with the PLS(Partial Least Square) and structural equation. As a result, we verified the main cause of factors as personal, relational and environmental factors and 8 kinds of detailed factor as social attraction, physical attraction, informational post, reciprocality, similarity, contents quality, web appearance and perceived spatiality are the influencing factors on the online-based interpersonal relationships dimensions. Finally, these factors were proposed as the influencing factors on the online-based interpersonal relationships formation of the SNS users.

The Knowledge and information are rapidly built through networks; and, through this, epochal changes and developments are reoccurring in diverse societal economic cultural ways. Especially, digital-education emerging together with educational environment changes is taking its place as an educational system which will be able to replace traditional education methods by overcoming the limitations of time and space held by present education methods. The role of GUI(Graphic User Interface) design, which adds user cognitive power and convenience as a method of purveying innumerous information, is growing. Consequently in this research, through the analysis of educational contents utilized in public organizations, research is performed regarding an educational content design for a more effective education of learners.

10년 후, 미래의 자동차는 더 이상 단순한 운송수단이 아닌 우리의 삶을 윤택하고 더욱 풍요롭게 만들어주는 일상의 공간(업무 휴식 정보)으로 진화 발전할 것이다. 이러한 자동차 패러다임 변화의 중심에는 지능형자동차 기술이 자리하고 있다. 지능형자동차 기술은 자동차산업뿐만 아니라 사회 경제 전반에 미치는 파급효과가 매우 크기 때문에 국가 경쟁력 강화를 위한 차원에서도 큰 가치를 지니고 있다. 또한 미래형자동차는 안전성 편의성 향상이라는 소비자들의 다양한 요구와 시장의 확대를 희망하는 기업의 요구가 잘 맞물려 있기 때문에 향후 기술개발에 대한 예산 확충 및 지원 확대가 절실히 필요하다. 지난 1990년대부터 지능형자동차 개발에 적극적으로 참여한 일본, 미국, 유럽 등 자동차선진국은 최근 각종 신기술을 개발해 시장에 내놓고 있다. 자동차 10대 강국 중하나인 한국은 21세기 세계 자동차시장 선점과 오는 2010년 세계 3위의 기술 강국으로 도약한다는 야심찬 계획을 세우고, 지난 2003년에 미래형자동차를 국가 '차세대 성장동력산업'으로 선정하였다. 이에 따라 국가연구개발사업인 '미래형자동차사업'을 출범시켰으며, 국내 자동차업계는 물론 대학 및 연구소 등과 연계하여 '지능형자동차' 등 3분야의 관련 핵심기술 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. '지능형자동차 기술개발'이라는 비전과 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 IT기술과 자동차와의 융합기술 개발이 그 무엇보다 중요하다. 우리나라가 세계에 IT강국으로서 명성을 널리 자랑하고 있다는 점에서 지능형 자동차의 미래는 밝다고 할 수 있지만, 관련 분야의 인적자원 네트워크 구축이 보다 탄탄하게 다져지지 않는다면 이는 그저 '빛 좋은 개살구'에 지나지 않을 것이다. 끝으로 국내에서 진행되는 ITS 관련 프로젝트와 지능형자동차 개발 연구과제의 유기적 연계와 효율적 추진, 지능형 자동차 시험 평가방법 표준화, 국제 기술 표준화 및 안전규제에 적극 대응, 지능형자동차 신규제품 및 서비스의 도입을 위한 제도개선 및 정비 등에, 정부와 산 학 연이 지혜를 모아 중점 실행계획을 수립하고 행동으로 옮길 때 우리의 지능형 자동차 미래는 밝을 것이다.

The Jasmine Revolution started from Tunisia in January 2011 has brought many changes into countries in North Africa and Middle East. We need to study the causes of the revolution. First, the kings and dictators in those countries oppressed the opposition parties and the media aiming for long-term seizure of power. The power concentrated on specific people produced illegalities and corruption. Secondly, most of the national income of those countries belonged to kings and dictators producing problems during the distribution of the income. Especially, with the decrease of oil price in 1990s and the increase of the price of daily necessities in 2000s people lost their credits on their governments. Lastly, the number of people in those countries using the Internet has increased by 4,863% from 2000 to 2010. The expansion of social network services such as Facebook and Twitter was one of factors that made the information control by those countries difficult. We should think about the possibility of sudden change in North Korea. It is necessary to compare and analyze the political, economic and social characteristics between those countries and North Korea. It shouldn't be just a simple comparison or analysis. It should provide basic data for objective and quantified index development in relation to sudden change in North Korea.

Business consignment using personal information is increasing for the operating profit and work efficiency of Internet companies. If the personal information leakage accident occurs at the consignee, the consigner who provided personal information will be damaged greatly. The purpose of this study is to analyze the business attributes of consignee using consigned personal information and present a model that can be used to select companies with high risk of personal information leakage by considering the importance of the involved personal information. For this, personal information consignment relations, consignment services, and personal information items used were analyzed. Social network analysis and cluster analysis were applied to select companies with high network centrality that are advisable to obtain information security certification. The results of this study could be used to establish information protection strategies for private or public enterprises that manage companies using personal information.

To develop a creative design concept, amount of idea thinking between team members is important. In the process of planning to proposal brainstorming helps clarification of problems and allows a creative solution. Here, idea generation is to express thinking into words, and greater amount of idea is more valued than to choose one fine idea at first. This paper studies actual processes of brainstorming, and we utilize network services upgraded in Web and multimedia techniques to develop idea with arrangement. We compare the amount of idea generation by groups and topics with Brainwriting and Braindrawing of Webstorming, without limitation of space and time. Then, we propose a creative idea thinking by analyzing the characteristics of design team members in various aspects. This result will contribute in improving national potential value and design competitiveness by the help of design and IT, on product research and marketing.
