DDoS attacks is upgrade of DoS attacks. Botnet is being used by DDoS attack, so it is able to attack a millions of PCs at one time. DDoS attacks find the root the cause of the attack because it is hard to find sources for it, even after the treatment wavelength serious social problem in this study, the analysis and countermeasures for DDoS attack is presented.

With the development of Internet and transition to information society, social capital is expanding to online from the traditional offline context. Especially with the widespread of social network service(SNS) the number of SNS users is increasing sharply and the importance of online social capital has been more and more significant. Most studies on social capital focused on organizational aspects but few studies have payed attention to personal aspect. Empirical studies on the relation between SNS and social capital were seldom conducted in previous studies. Based on the theory of social capital this study targets on the relationship formed through SNS and analyzes on how the relationship affects the perceived social capital. In this study 'self-presentation', 'playfulness' and 'critical mass' are posited as the antecedent factors of 'SNS usage'. This study proposes a research model to examine the effect of 'SNS usage' on 'relationship reinforcement', 'relationship building' and 'perceived social capital'. According to the results of empirical analysis, 'self-presentation', 'playfulness' and 'critical mass' can generate significant positive influence on 'SNS usage'. It also confirms not only the effect of 'relationship reinforcement' and 'relationship building' formed through SNS on 'perceived social capital' but also relationship between the social capital formation and SNS usage. The outcome obtained in this study can be applied in developing SNS services.

This paper attempts to explore the use of social metadata in academic libraries. A total of 173 academic libraries were examined and analyzed. Various social metadata were reviewed, involved with users' participation and contribution. Error-reports, tagging, recommendations, ratings, reviews, comments, sharing, and community were identified that support selection, sharing and collaboration through social engagement. Suggestions drawn from the findings are offered to utilize social metadata in order to enhance users' contribution and interaction. It is hoped that this exploratory study will provide insight into the use of social metadata in academic libraries.

RFID technology as a typical convergence technology combines RFID communication, mobile communication and network infrastructure, and information processing technology. As it enables users to communicate with the surroundings, RFID technology is now recognized to serve as the basis technology for the ubiquitous information society where users can get the needed information anytime and anywhere. Through lots of efforts for the early technology development and standardization activities on RFID technology, Korea has been leading technology standardization as well as technology initiatives. Thus in this paper, we discuss the RFID technology trend by analyzing RFID standard patent data which is declared in international organization for standardization (ISO, IEC, ITU). Especially, we analyzed 906 standard patents data that declared in International organization for standardization (SO, ISO/IEC JTC1, ITU-T) on June 2013.

E-mail, one of the oldest services in internet becomes very important and essential way to communicate with development of internet. Due to E-mail has a property which is not complete for security, sometimes it is used for purpose of commercial or bad things, therefore it becomes the latest problem to keep off a Spam-mail and commercial advertising E-mail, many ways to keep off were perposed for it. In this paper, I explained how to sort and keep off these Spam-mail and commercial advertising E-mail with three way, prevention by server level, prevention by construction of network level, prevention by client level. we designed a prevention system for Spam-mail and implemented it by Visual Basic.

Disaster management system can prepare enough for a social disaster. In addition, it is measures to reduce damage. When, where and how to prepare for a disaster will happen we can not expect an appropriate sense of crisis, disaster response and is the right choice early. In this paper, the next national disaster safety sector effective use SNS will find ways. To do this successfully in the field of international disaster safety use cases and measures are derived that can be applied to our country. As a result, comprehensive and systematic introduction of disaster management system to minimize the damage will contribute effectively to the rapid disaster recovery.

IT 혁명으로 전자적인 활동이 전 사회의 중심 축으로 이루어지고, 또한 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리와 통신기술의의 눈부신 발달에 힘입어 기업의 Business에 커다란 변화를 초래하게 되었다. 특히, 인터넷이라는 환경하에서 전자상거래는 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, 기업은 전자상거래 모델을 앞다투어 개발하면서 새로운 E-Business 환경을 수용하고 있다. 또한 기업은 무역업무에 이러한 전자상거래를 도입하면서 국제간 거래의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있지만, 국채간 사이버 무역이 안고 있는 여러 가지 애로점을 가지고 있다. 그 중에서 국제간 전자결제에 과한 문제이다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역업무를 실행시키고, 활성화하기 위한 하나의 결제방안을 제시해 보면 제3자에 의한 결제 시스템으로서 인터넷 서비스 제공업자, S/W 개발업체, 은행과 신용카드회사를 비롯한 금융기관 등은 결제시스템을 구축하는 방안이 강구될 수 있다. 또한 이 시스템에서는 다양한 판매자의 제품을 소개하고 일정 시간간격 또는 특정 구매자의 총누적 거래대금이 일정수준에 이를 때에 결제함으로써 신용카드를 지불수단으로 사용하는 경우에도 소액거래를 지원할 수 있다. 또한 전자결제제도가 성립되기 위해서는 전자자금거래의 규제를 위한 법 제도적인 측면의 정비가 시급하다. 따라서 각종 거래의 결제에 관한 법적관계는 물론 금융관련 법률을 기본으로 하여 새로운 접근방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 사항들을 고려함으로써 사이버 환경의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.

In this paper, we proposed a method of improving the location estimation error existing in RTLS (Real Time Location Service) system for the mobility individual. According as Ubiquitous comes, interest for indoor location tracking system was more increased socially. However, existing indoor location tracking system doesn't correspond actively in frequent change of indoor environment, and there is a problem that correct location measurement of transfer object is difficult by NLOS property of indoor environment. Purpose of this paper proposes environment accommodation location tracking system that is improved location precision of transfer object and grasps location of indoor transfer object effectively that is essential element effectively to provide service to satisfy various user's request according as Ubiquitous comes.

This research examines technologies and systems regarding right to control information in the network era. For this purpose, It attempts an integrated analysis of technologies and systems on the basis of the tree components of cyberspace. And it examines the prior researches and cases on privacy, personal information, and right to control information with emphasis on technologies and systems of the cyberspace. To protect privacy information, it analyses vulnerability of element technology, platform service technology, and individual technology. In particular, it describes, from the perspective of right to control information, the risk and security measures for personal information to be used as relation-context in the Web 2.0 environment. The research result will assist the methodology of future researches for grand theory on privacy information and help understanding the interaction between technology and society.

Through WWW, one of Internet services, network infrastructure is grown explosively and web-based technologies have been developed tremendously. That technologies have had a potent influence on wide-area of society, so did educational area. Meanwhile, discussion is emphasized at school education because of its great advantages at a constructivist perspective and the part of performance assessment. But, there are many differences between web-based discuss-learning instruction and face to face discussion, because the former is based on interaction through the media especially networks. Consequently, in this paper, we look into about the consideration factors of the web-based discuss-learning instruction, and also study about the support system development factors and methods.
