Social Network Service(SNS) have become very popular during the past few years. Also SNS, an current communication platform, greatly contributes to transmit the information rapidly and strengthen a sense of community and fellowship in military service. however it has vulnerable factors. For example, invasion of privacy, exposure of personal information and military data. In this particular case, it is a deathblow to the military service. Military Social Network Service require to protect the military security threats and disclosure of defense secrets. For such reasons we need the secure SNS that protects from any attacks or vulnerable factors. We present classification of functional type and analysis the SNS architecture. The goal of this work is propose military SNS security functional requirements for practical use safely.

Our society is currently exposed to environment of various information that is exchanged real time through networks. Especially regarding medical policy, the government rushes to practice remote medical treatment to improve the quality of medical services for citizens. The remote medical practice requires establishment of medical information based on big data for customized treatment regardless of where patients are. This study suggests establishment of regional medical cluster along with defense and protection cooperation models that in case service availability is harmed, and attacks occur, the attacks can be detected, and proper measures can be taken. For this, the study suggested forming networks with nationwide local government hospitals as regional virtual medical cluster bases by the same medical information system. The study also designed a mutual cooperation security model that can real time cope with IP Spoofing attack that can occur in the medical cluster and DDoS attacks accordingly, so that the limit that sole system and sole security policy have can be overcome.

The purpose of this study is to estimate convergence level of digital device and service and analyze group difference of consumption behavior and problem according to digital convergence level. The research method was survey with digital business expert and 343 samples. ANOVA research method was applied. The results of research are as follows. First, the study suggests that with a self-directed consuming attitude associated with both online and offline, there are the possibility to spread social problem which has unclear boundary, the possibility of intrusion into privacy through the network flow, and the matter of the credibility of information in convergence media. Second, since digital devices are important to connect consumers to the network, consumers have anxious dependence on the devices, which causes the fatigue of information to increase rapidly.

Internet of Thing (IoT) computing is an environment where various devices with sensors and actuators are connect, and interact together to acquire contexts and provide useful services. With the advances of IoT technologies, its usability becomes an in important issue. However, there exist various types of faults in IoT computing which are not conventionally addressed in software research community. Providing reliable IoT services is challenging. In this paper, we present a hierarchy of IoT faults and analyze causes and symptoms of the faults. Based on the analysis, we define effective methods for managing IoT faults. We believe that our proposed framework for managing IoT faults can be utilized in reducing the development cost of IoT applications and enhancing the quality of the applications.

People use various tools to present themselves including Social Network Services(SNS hereafter). This study categorized three types of presentation of self, which are genuine, ideal, and social self, and based on Goffman's Impression Management Framework, investigated if these types of presentations have any patterns related to SNS posting styles. Especially, we focused on the styles of hashtags including if hashtags are used in the main tests, if hashtags are hidden, and what kinds of words are used for hashtags. Using 450 posting data uploaded to the Instagram, we found that the posting presenting ideal self show very high rate of using hidden hashtags(98%) and using common expressions(97%), which are not the case for genuine and social self types. This results imply that people concern more about their impressions especially when they present their ideal self on SNS, partially confirming Goffman's Impression Management Framework.

Recently, smart home technology has been developed with a great response due to the convenience of home automation. Smart home technology provides various services by connecting various Internet of Things (IoT) and sensors to a home network through wired/wireless networks. In addition, the smart home service easily and conveniently controls lighting, energy, environment, and door cameras through a wall pad. However, while it has become a social issue due to the recent hacking accident of wall pads, personal information leakage and privacy infringement are expected. Accordingly, it is necessary to prepare preventive and countermeasures against security vulnerability factors of wall pads. Therefore, this study expects that it can be used as basic data for future smart home application and response technology development by examining the weak causes and countermeasures related to wall pads.

Today, interest in health information has risen overall due to the aging society, increased public interest in the quality of life, and the increased state's interest in reducing medical costs. Accordingly, efforts have been made across the library and information science in terms of academic research, libraries in terms of providing health specialized services, and the state, yet policies and strategies for providing the health related information in an integrated and systematic manner through the libraries have not been proposed with clarity to date. Thus, this study aimed to propose a method to provide the health information in an integrated manner by the libraries through the previous studies, policy studies, and case studies. Consequently, it proposes to build a system to integrate the health information, build an overall database of the health related information, develop and operate a health specialized library program, operate a general support center for the health information service, and build a cooperative network among the related departments and institutions for the health information service. The details proposed by this study is likely to contribute to developing services for improving the health of the citizens of this country.

With the huge success of Social Network Services, studies on social network analysis to extract the current issues or to track the symptoms of epidemic disease are being carried out actively. On Twitter, tweets reflect people's reaction to an event and users' individual status well, so it is possible to detect an event regarding a tweet as a sensory value. Recently, social signals are used to detect the spread of illness like the flu as well as the occurrence of disaster event like an earthquake in early stages. In this paper, we set up a cold as a target event and regarded tweets as Cold Signals. To evaluate the reliability of Cold Signals, we analyzed correlations between weather factors and the cold index provided by Korea Meteorological Administration.

The study empirically explored factors influencing How storytelling factors in social networking services, SNS, affect consumer response on the uses and gratification theory. conducted an analysis of 120 university students attending universities in the Seoul metropolitan area using an experiment. The results of this study are as follows: first, The storytelling factors, relevance and veracity have a positive effect on clarity. second, it has been shown that only veracity has a positive effect on parai-social interaction with media figures with emotional attachment. third, para-social interactions have been shown to influence content attitudes and orality sequentially. This study deals with the effect of SNS storytelling on the consumer's part, providing practical implications for enhancing content attitudes and word-of-mouth, by increasing para-social interactions with consumers while identifying the components that should enhance the way SNS is delivered in terms of storytelling.

Based on the development of IT(information technology), the explosive diffusion and growth of the new media and services in Korea has attracted keen international attention. The construction of IT infrastructure driven by the proactive social informatization policy of the government has also been spectacular. Korea has persistently pursued strong 'new media-informatization policy' with three main objectives in mind: 1)Industrial-economic value creation; 2)socio-cultural value creation; and 3)building of the knowledge society-knowledge state. But its consequence is rather paradoxical. While its performance is excellent in terms of quantity growth of industry and technology, quality development of society, culture and knowledge creation is lagging far behind. This paradoxical outcome originates, not from any simple policy error, but from a structural problem inherent in new media-informatization policy in Korea which has long been captured by developmentalism. In order for Korea to harvest the reward of strong new media-informatization infrastructure, it needs to institute a policy structure based on a knowledge IT strategy such as research and development of core and patent technologies, design and production of quality contents, networking knowledge bases of society, etc.
