The purpose of this research is to explore gender differences in perceptions and relationships among dominants affecting deviant behavior of adolescent in cyber space. This study developed a research model to analyze the factors explaining the intensity level of cyber deviant behavior, employing internet usage, awareness of anonymity, fear of cyber crime, and perceived seriousness as major research variables, and collected 478 survey responses from college students in Seoul.

작년 11월에 시작된 (일본)총합자원에너지 조사회 전기분과회에서의 $\ulcorner$일본 전력자유화 논의$\lrcorner$가 절정을 맞이한 가운데, 전력중앙연구소는 같은 11월에 $\ulcorner$에너지미래기술포럼$\lrcorner$을 개최하여 정책, 기술 양면에서 자유화 논의에 파문을 일으키는 제언(提言)을 하였다. 경제사회연구소를 중심으로 한 정책적 관점에서의 발표도 화제를 끌었으나, 기술적 관점에서의 과제 검토는 단순한 정책 논의가 아닌, 새로운 재료가 전력관계자에게 제시되었다고 할 수 있다. 경제분야에서 기술분야까지 폭넓게 커버 하고 있는 전력중앙연구소가 종합적으로 전력자유화의 과제를 평가한 것을 계기로, 앞으로 더욱 활발한 논의가 전개될 것으로 예상된다. 여기서는 특히 기술분야에 있어서 전력자유화에 대한 (일본)전력중앙연구소의 제언을 간추려 소개한다.

컴퓨터게임에 대한 여러 가지 논의는 부정적이거나 기술적인 연구의 한계점을 보이지만, 그 가능성과 사회적 영향력에 대한 부분은 우리 생활 깊이 들어와 인식되고 있다. 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 복잡한 특성을 드러내는 컴퓨터게임은 현 디지털시대와 이 시대를 살고 있는 모두를 포함하여 이들의 문화와 크게 밀접한 연관성을 가진다. 이에 따라 컴퓨터게임이 어떻게 현 시대를 반영하고, 영향력을 미치는지에 대해 다각도의 학문적 접근이 필요함을 밝히고자 한다. 결핍에서만 생겨나는 욕망의 주체가 컴퓨터게임이라는 즐김의 공간에서 일상과는 대립된 가상을 실현하는 심리적 관점에서의 관찰과 함께 양방향적인 게임의 특성을 각각의 이론들과 연관지어 보면서, 막연한 부정적인 시각에서 벗어나 컴퓨터게임을 여러 분야의 만남의 장으로 인식하고 문화로서 바라보는 객관적 시각의 필요성을 밝혀보고자 한다.

최근 우리나라 사회의 각 분야에 걸쳐 Smart Korea를 구축하고자 하는 노력이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이는 각 개인뿐만 아니라 기기들도 지능적인 사고를 통해 서로 유기적으로 연결될 수 있는 체제를 의미하는데, 국가 전체적인 관점에서 Smart Korea가 구현되기 위해서는 각 개인의 관점에서의 똑똑한 삶인 Smart Life가 구현되어야 한다. 이러한 Smart Korea와 Smart Life의 구현을 위해서는 무선 통신을 위한 필수적 자원인 전파자원의 효율적인 활용이 기술적인 측면에서 뿐만 아니라 정책적인 측면에서도 중요하다. 본 고에서는 먼저 Smart Korea와 Smart Life의 개념을 살펴보고, 각각의 구현을 위한 전파자원의 이용정책 동향에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

Social Network Service is one of platforms rapidly growing in the environment of digital convergence. Most of researches regarding social network service(SNS) done up to the present time are concerning about technic and effectiveness characteristics of SNS. However, this study focuses on the roll of self-disclosure in the use of social network services(SNS). From the perspectives of personal and social motivation rather than the effectiveness and technic characteristics of SNS. the relations among self-disclosure, enjoyment, social ties and intention to use have been tested empirically. The results from this study shows that self-disclosure has not directly effects on the intention to use of SNS, but indirectly effects on it through personal enjoyment and desire to have social ties.

Internet is in rapid growth from technology to total social environment, so technical and syntax based cyber crime is evolved but also psychological and semantic based one is showing. In this paper, we analyze the cyber-crime cases announced by police, then classify it into social and technical influence. After that, we study the profiling method on psychological view point of cyber-crimes. We expect that it is possible to classify cyber-crimes into the categories rapidly and take less time to analyze and response.

This study investigates the characteristics and implications of the newly emerging socially-oriented innovation policy. The socially-oriented innovation policy has systemic views on the evolution of socio-technical system and innovation policy. It's ultimate goal is the transition toward sustainable socio-technical system and it takes "strategic niche management" approach for the transition policy. The governance structure of the policy is more open to the public actors, such as social service organizations and public institutes. As a case study, "the Technology-based Policy for the Enhancement of Quality of Life", which is the first comprehensive socially-oriented policy of Korea, is examined and it is suggested that the policy has some limitations because of the path dependency of targeting-oriented and catching-up style innovation policy of Korea.

The March 2022 presidential election held at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic drew flak for undermining the principle of universal suffrage by failing to guarantee properly the voting rights of confirmed and quarantined persons. Guaranteeing their voting rights requires thinking about e-voting that can fundamentally overcome the temporal and spatial limitations of current paper voting polling stations. The question is how to deal with the increased possibility of contradicting or violating the principles of equality and direct and secret suffrage due to the expansion of universal suffrage. In order to obtain implications for this, we looked at the case of Estonia, which has been holding 11 national elections without any problems since the introduction of e-voting in 2005. Estonia was successfully building trust in the system, government, and society through the institutionalization and routinization of the overall socio-technical system of e-voting, along with political and constitutional agreements on the principles of elections. Therefore, we should not only consider the possibility of e-voting in terms of technological development and level but also discuss the establishment of trust by mediating conflicts between election principles from a normative point of view to reach a social consensus.

So far there have been intermittently quantitative and syntactic analyses of the past elementary mathematics curriculums to comprehend elementary mathematics education in Korea. However, we think we also need qualitative and semantic analyses to comprehend and examine the past elementary mathematics curriculums exactly and so to look out on our future elementary mathematics education. Generally, school mathematics curriculum reflects both the philosophical aspects of mathematics itself that form the background of the philosophy of mathematics education and the sociological aspects in real mathematics class that could be the output of the curriculum. With this view, the logic of the social constructivism can be an appropriate way that leads mathematical philosophical analysis and sociological analysis in mathematics education. With this kind of method of analysis we got the results that: the past Korean elementary mathematics curriculums mainly have the tendency from the ideology of the progressive educator(the 1st) to of the technological pragmatist(the 2nd), from that of the old humanist(the 3rd and 4th) to the progressive educator(the 5th and 6th) again, and lastly that of social constructivism(the 7th).

This paper reviews the relationships between diverse ecological design strategies and competing conceptions of ecological approach in place making. It focuses conceptual trends of what we categorize a building "green" and outlines a social constructive perspective on the development of sustainable architecture. This study classifies seven logics of ecological design-eco-technical, eco-aesthetical, eco-social, eco-medical, eco-renewable, eco-cultural, eco-central - which have their roots in competing philosophies of environmentalism. In my analysis of the logics concerning sustainable architecture, the adapted and incorporated technology from high-tech to low-tech levels is a key issue. These points lead us to propose a way that each logic configures the technological approaches and alternative visions of sustainable places. This paper discusses the implications of the competent nature of plural ecological design perspectives for architectural education, practice, and researches.
