The purpose of the study was the defining of gambling game using effect to adolescent's' morality. We conducted the survey on 1,331 students about adolescents' favorite game and made two groups, gambling and non-gambling game, and we checked the effects of game using time with personal psychological and social factors on the morality that was surveyed 6 months later. The study showed gambling game using time showed negative effect the morality but non-gambling game using time didn't show any relationship with morality. This means preferring gambling cause decrease of the morality, not game contents playing. And we proposed the follow-up study through the result.

This paper attempts to pursue the internal characters of gambling games. After examining the concepts of gambling and arranging related theories, we found that gambling games have 3 factors of technical intervention, betting and ratio of payment. The betting is subdivided 3 factors of existence of betting, unit speed of betting and extendibility of betting. These factors may be used to a framework of conceptual analysis to gambling games. If social and cultural factors can be added to these factors, gambling games can be comprehensively and empirically analyzed.

This study establishes the theory of minimizing the Speculation occurring and creates the promotion of the domestic Arcade Game. The study analyzed the present Game Rating of speculation standard in this field and compared the domestic instances with international ones. The study therefore proposes that the domestic game industry should adopt the future model of electromagnetic-card that will lead to the basis of the industry that is not under the system at present. The new system will also verify the useful alternative that will enhance the domestic Arcade Game.

In South Korea, regulations on gambling have been implemented since the beginning of the Game Rating Board, and they have been improved, newly enacted or deleted according to the current game industry. For instance, regulations on arcade games include that no more than 10,000 KRW can be input per hour, automated operation is prohibited, results cannot be saved, money exchange is prohibited, etc. The study aimed to relieve excessive regulations on gambling arcade games in South Korea such as unnecessary regulations and duplicate regulations in a practical way. It is therefore expected to contribute to implementing regulation plans for gambling games suitable for the level of consciousness of the South Korean people.

This study aims to suggest relaxed regulation plans for web-board games by analyzing regulations on gambling games with online and mobile platforms. One of the controversial issues in the South Korean game industry these days is legal regulations related to 'gambling'. Gambling is one of its ambivalent factors, which is necessary for fun of these games but has risks of overindulgence and addiction. This study analysis the web-board enforcement ordinance from Feb. 2014 and current relaxed regulation. Moreover, we find the plan which will be relaxed to regulation under what safety net. We propose the solution of web-board regulation policy which is available for an adult.

반도체 산업계에 있어서 IC 등을 주류로 하는 마이크로칩의 생산성 및 성능이 현저히 성장하여 많은 경제효과를 가져오고 있다. 이와함께 전자부품에 사용되어지는 취성재료의 종류 및 그양도 점점 증가하는 추세이다. 이러한 취성재료의 절단에는 초극박의 다이야몬드 브레이드가 널리 사용되어지고 있다. 실리콘웨이퍼와 같은 취성재료의 다이싱가공에서 문제가 되고있는것은 칩핑과 사행현상의 발생이다. 사행현상의 원인으로서는 브레이드축면의 비대칭성,절삭날의 둔화,숫돌축과 이송방향의 위치결정오차,후렌지 단면의 흔들림등을 들수 있다. 그러나, 사행의 발생영역과 사행이 계속되는 이유에 대해서는 전혀 검토되어진바 없는것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 다이싱가공시의 사행현상에 주목해서 사행현상의 발생영역을 명확하게 함과 동시에 AE 센서를 이용하여 인프로세서로 사행현상의 검출방법을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This study investigates the impact of riparian vegetation in the floodplain on channel stability, changes in bend curvature, and meandering channel migration. In channels with riparian vegetation, over time, meander width remains relatively constant, but selective bank erosion leads to meander development and downstream movement. During this process, bank erosion and changes in the riverbed are not significant, and the channel maintains relatively constant conditions with reduced sediment discharge and minimal variability. As the density of vegetation increases, bank erosion rates decrease. The erosion rates along the riverbanks increase with the density of vegetation on the floodplain, thus affecting the development of meanders. This factor notably contributes to enhancing riverbank stability and influencing channel changes through floodplain vegetation. Bank erosion rates and dimensionless bend curvature are greatest when there is no riparian vegetation but decrease in conditions with vegetation. Furthermore, the relationship between lateral migration rate and dimensionless bend curvature is similar to that of bank erosion rates. Therefore, riparian vegetation enhances channel stability, influencing bank erosion, meander curvature, and meander migration.

하도식생은 흐름과 유사의 이송에 영향을 주고, 하도의 지형변화를 일으키는데 중요한 역할을 하다. 하도 식생의 밀도가 증가하면, 하안의 안정성이 증가하고 하안침식이 감소하며, 사주의 형상과 거동에 영향을 준다. 또한 하천의 사행발달 및 하천의 지형변화에 영향을 준다. 식생의 성장과 밀도는 홍수 및 하상변동에 의하여 영향을 받으며, 이는 흐름 및 하천의 지형에 영향을 준다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하도식생에 의한 사행하천의 발달과정을 2차원 수치모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 하도식생의 생의 성장과 소멸과정을 고려하여 식생밀도를 고려하여 사행하천의 변화 과정을 분석하였다. 초기에 하안침식이 발생하고, 하폭이 증가하였다. 특히, 흐름이 집중되는 만곡부에서 하안침식이 증가하며, 하도의 사행도가 증가하였다(Fig.1(b)). 시간이 증가하면서 만곡부 내측에서 고정사주 내측에서 scroll bar가 발달하며, 만곡부 외측에서는 하안침식이 발생하고, 사행도가 증가하였다. 또한 식생의 침수시간이 감소하고 식생의 성장률은 증가하였다(Fig.1(c)). 식생의 밀도가 증가함에 따라 사행도는 증가하였다. 식생의 밀도가 증가함에 따라,

In Korea, there are a lot of regulation on gambling industry. Among them, the most unique regulation is the CAP system. The purpose of CAP system is to minimize the social side effects of gambling industry. For that, National Gambling Control Commission controls the maximum number of business premises of gambling companies. The CAP system is a means of preventing excessive expansion of the gambling industry. The CAP system has lasted since 2009. This study investigate how the CAP system influence the structure of gambling industry. In result, after the CAP system carried out, the growth rates of gambling industry are similar to those of national GDP. And before the CAP system, the HHI index and CR index were decreasing trend. However, after the CAP system, the HHI index and CR index were not decreasing. That means the structure of gambling industry has been stable and settled. And there were few variation among the gambling companies in sales. In conclution, the CAP system influenced the gambling industry to be stable. There were few competition among the gambling companies in Korea. And the structure of gambling industry has been settled.

The sinuosity model has been developed to simulate to developed to simulate the floodwave in meandering channels by solving the extended Saint-Venant equation with the Preissmann scheme. The suggested model is compared with three conventional floodplain routing methods in terms of governing equations, mass conservation error and floodwave analysis. The sinuosity model produces the mass conservation error of 1.5-1.8%, however the separate channel model produces 9.1% and 27.4% for sinuosity of 1.5 and 2.0, respectively. The model has been used to simulate flow in an idealized meandering river with a floodplain. The attenuation ratio and the travel time ratio are found to increase as the floodplain roughness and width increase and as the sinuosity factor decreases. The model is expected to contribute the floodwave analysis in sinuous channel with compound corss sections.
