A Empirical Research for Subcontractor Selection Model in the International Construction Project (해외건설 전문건설기업 선정모델 개선을 위한 실증 연구)

  • International construction market have quantitatively increased and have reached up to 700 Bil. US$ through active effort of construction firms and government. In spite of this increase, substantiality issue has been constantly disputed due to qualitative problems such as lack of capability and technical shortage. To overcome these problems, many methods in performing quantitative growth and qualitative substantiality of overseas construction are being researched which showed that selection of subcontractors in general contractor is regarded as a very important success factor. However, it is difficult to make a reasonable decision for selecting the subcontractors due to the lack of evaluation standards and reliability. This study proposes an improved evaluation system through adjustment of the evaluation indicators using correlations analysis and multiple regression analysis with pre-qualification and performance evaluation of 121 firms in 6 countries.

The Idea Effect of Pictorial Typography Class Using Artpropel (아트프로펠을 활용한 픽토 타이포그래피 수업의 발상 효과)

  • Pictorial typography is a fusion of image and type, which makes it possible to easily and quickly recognize information by complementing the boredom of characters and ambiguity of images. In this study, 6 classes were assigned to the 30 students in A specialization design class and applied artistic propel method to the pictorial typography design class, followed by the process of perception, reflection and creation, We analyze the two evaluation factors, functional and aesthetic changes, and verify the validity of the artpropel course. In the pre-post survey conducted in this study, the self - evaluation and the peer evaluation were improved. Functionality increased by 5.34 points in self evaluation, 5.4 points in peer evaluation, and 2.1 points in self evaluation and 1.8 points in peer evaluation. As a result, it can be seen that the pictorial typography class through the artpropel process helped to improve the functionality and aesthetic, and the effect of functionality was more significant than the aesthetic.

A Service Facilities Evaluation of Inland River Cruise Ship by Pre-Post Comparison Based on IPA Methods (IPA분석방법에 의한 내륙연안 크루즈선의 서비스시설 사전-사후 비교 평가)

  • From the day of luxurious inland river cruise ship started in Chongqing, China, the controversy is continuous; some people think those luxurious cruise ships on inland river might reduce the experience to enjoy the scenery of the Three Gorges, while some people think, which could improve the experience. In the study, the service facilities provided by luxurious inland river cruise ship will be evaluated by Pre-Post comparison based on IPA methods. After a review of the service facilities provided by luxurious inland river cruise ship running on Three Gorges areas. The tourists who would take the trip were asked to fill an questionnaire to examine the desired service facilities performance, which represents the highest level of the service facilities of the cruise ship that is expected by customers. After the trip, they were asked again to fill another questionnaire to examine the importance of service facilities and the performance of service. Pre-Post comparison would be examined to tell whether there is any change between pre and post experience. IPA would be used to evaluate the service facilities provided by inland river cruise ship. At last, some strategic suggestions to the development of inland river cruise ship are made.

Development and Application of Issue-Centered Teaching.Learning Process Plan for Environment-Friendly Housing Education (환경친화적 주생활 교육을 위한 쟁점중심 교수.학습 과정안 개발 및 적용)

  • The purpose of this study was to develope issue-centered teaching learning process plan for environment-friendly housing education and to apply it to the housing section of Technology Home Economics in a middle school. PRO-CON cooperative group model was used for the teaching learning process plans of 2-session lessons according to the ADDIE model. In the development stage, 7 activity materials and 20 teaching learning materials (4 reading texts, 12 pictures and photos, & 5 moving pictures) were developed for 2-session lessons. The plans applied to the 7 classes, 222 students, in the third grade of the G middle school in Gyeonggi-do during July 10th-17th, 2008. The results showed that the final pro-con was influenced by the rationals of juries' pro-con of each team and the representative's discussion besides one's environmental perspective. The intention to implement environment-friendly housing activities was significantly increased between before and after the lessons. The contents, methods, goals, and process of the 2-session lessons were evaluated over medium to somewhat higher levels. Those evaluations except methods and general satisfaction with the lessons were differed by sex, students' and their families' interests in environments but not by the type of housing. These results might support that pro-con cooperative group model of controversial issues on parking lot would be appropriate to environment-friendly housing lessons and could apply to broad issues on housing and various schools in other areas.

  • 인터넷 접속서비스에 대해서는 사전적 규제를 하지 않는 것이 세계적인 추세였으나, 최근 유럽에서는 인터넷 접속서비스에 대해서 사전적 규제를 가할 수 있는 지침이 채택되었다. EU가 2003년 7월에 채택한 「2003년 프레임워크」는 종래의 수직 통합형 산업구조가 인터넷 기술발전에 따라 물리적인 네트워크, 전송서비스, 콘텐츠로 정보통신산업이 층별로 세분화되어 가고 있다는 사실을 반영한 새로운 규제체계로 평가할 수 있다. 이 규제체계의 방향성은 경쟁이 미진한 분야에는 사전적 규제, 경쟁이 활성화된 분야에는 사후적 규제를 가하는 것이다. 본 고의 목적은 일본의 인터넷 접속서비스에 관한 시장 및 규제 동향을 소개하는 것이다. 여기에서는 먼저 일본의 인터넷 접속서비스 사업자의 현황을 개관한 후, 인터넷 접속서비스에 대한 정부차원에서의 규제동향을 고찰한다. 일본에서는 인터넷 접속서비스에 대하여 사전적 규제를 하지 않고 있다는 점을 감안하여 일본의 대표적 ISP 사업자라 할 수 있는 JPIX와 NTT 동서를 대상으로 인터넷 접속서비스의 사업현황과 이들 기업에 접속하기 위한 접속조건 등을 살펴본다. 맺음말에서는 현재 일본에서 이루어지고 있는 인터넷 접속서비스에 대한 규제동향을 우리나라와의 비교 관점에서 고찰하고 우리나라에의 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Development of Standard Program on Dietary Life Education for Adolescents and Evaluation of the Program through Pilot Operation (청소년 식생활교육 표준 프로그램 개발 및 시범교육 효과 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a dietary life education program for adolescents and evaluate its effectiveness. The program was divided into three areas: 'Natam' (taste education), 'Wetam' (traditional dietary life education), and 'Gitam' (sustainable dietary life education), consisting of a total of 10 units primarily focused on cooking activities. For participants aged 14~17 years, face-to-face pilot education was conducted by a trained instructor once a week for 10 weeks. A questionnaire survey was performed to evaluate the educational effect(n=72) and satisfaction(n=82) during education period. Significant improvements were observed in knowledge levels for the 'traditional dietary life education', and 'sustainable dietary life education' which were identified as insufficient in the preliminary survey. Attitude and behavior levels were significantly improved across all areas. Satisfaction was high with a score of 4 out of 5 points for all areas. In conclusion, this program was found to be effective, and further emphasis should be placed on traditional and sustainable dietary life education to enhance its impact.

The Development of Music Education Model based on e-learning (e-learning을 활용한 음악과 수업모형 개발)

  • 본 논문에서는 on-line을 통한 교육방법의 하나인 e-learning(Web Based Instruction)을 활용한 음악과 수업모형을 개발하여 교육적 활용 효과를 검증하였다. 웹 기반 교수학습 자료를 구축하고 각종 학습 자료를 탑재하여 수업에 활용하였으며, 교육 효과를 보다 정확히 알아보기 위해 수준별(상,중,하) 3개 그룹으로 나누어 e-learning 기법을 적용 사전평가 및 사후평가를 통하여 얻어진 결과를 통계 처리하여 검증하였다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 능력과 필요에 따라 능동적인 학습이 이루어지도록 하였다. 개별학습, 반복학습 및 자기주도적 학습을 진행할 수 있도록 구성하였으며, 그 결과 구체적이고 실질적인 학습 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. e-learning 활용수업을 실시한 실험 집단 전체에서 off-line 수업을 실시한 통제집단보다 학습 성취도에 있어서 효과적인 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 상위, 중위 그룹의 학생들에게는 웹 기반 교수학습 활용수업이 학습효과에 있어서 큰 차이가 없었지만 하위 그룹의 학생들에게는 크게 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Color Consulting Services to Improve the School Environment, Seoul Report Results (서울시 학교환경개선 컬러컨설팅 효과성 평가 용역 결과보고)

  • 본 연구는 청소년 스트레스 호르몬 변화를 보기위한 연구로 컬러 컨설팅 환경개선에 따른 스트레스 호르몬 변화를 연구하였다. 청소년 스트레스 연구들에 따르면, 아동이나 청소년도 성인만큼 스트레스를 경험하고 있고 청소년들의 스트레스는 정서적 부적응과 신체적 건강에도 영향을 미친다. 스트레스가 지속되면 부신피질에서 스테로이드 호르몬인 코티솔도 분비하는 근거를 통해 환경변화로 생긴 코티솔 분비를 측정하였다. 코티솔 분비를 통한 스트레스 반응 정도 측정은 침해성을 최소화하기 위한 간편한 방법인 타액검사로 실시하였으며 비 침습적인 방법으로 특별한 장비나 도움이 없이 수집할 수 있었고 부작용이 적은 효율적 검사였다. 연구 결과 전체 학생(46명)의 코티솔은 환경개선 사전($0.121{\pm}0.087{\mu}g/dL$)에 비해 사후($0.096{\pm}0.058{\mu}g/dL$)에 감소하였고(t=1.718, p=.093) 중고등학생(36명)의 코디솔은 사전($0.137{\pm}0.092{\mu}g/dL$)에 비해 사후($0.104{\pm}0.062{\mu}g/dL$)에 감소하였으며, 유의수준 10%에서 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 보였다(t=1.750, p=.089). 따라서 환경 개선 전에 비해 환경 개선 후 청소년들의 스트레스가 감소되었음을 알 수 있다. 하지만 초등학생(10명)의 코티솔은 사전($0.064{\pm}0.023{\mu}g/dL$)에 비해 사후($0.065{\pm}0.016{\mu}g/dL$)에 변화를 보이지 않아, 유의수준 5%에서 통계적으로 유의미한 변화는 나타나지 않았다(t=-0.121, p=0.906). 따라서 후두엽이 발달하는 중학생 시기는 환경 변화에 민감하며 색채 자극에 크게 영향을 미치는 시기인 만큼 본 연구에서 환경전후로 검사한 코티솔 분비의 측정값도 감소함을 볼 수 있었다. 하지만 본 연구는 환경 변화에 코티솔 분비량에 유의미한 변화를 나타내지 않은 초등학생들은 스트레스 호르몬 변화에는 차이가 없었지만 환경변화의 자극이 없었다고 볼 수는 없다.

Effects of Foot Bath Therapy on Menopausal Symptoms and Sleep in Women in Their 50s (족욕요법이 50대 여성의 갱년기 증상 및 수면에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: Purpose: This study was to study the effect of foot bathing on menopausal symptoms and sleep disorders in female subjects in their 50s with menopausal symptoms. Methods: After 12 weeks of foot bath therapy three times a week, pre- and post-menopausal signs were measured. Results: Subjects with hot flashes, heart discomfort, sleep problems, depression, irritability, anxiety, physical and mental fatigue, sexual problems, urination problems, vaginal dryness, and joint and muscle discomfort significantly improved after than before(p < .001). Subjective sleep quality, sleep incubation period, sleep duration, sleep disturbance score, sleep drug use, and sleep dysfunction significantly decreased after foot bath than before(p < .001). Habitual sleep efficiency increased considerably. Conclusions: The subjects showed overall improvement in menopausal symptoms and sleeping quality after a foot-bath. Therefore, foot bath therapy is evaluated as a natural healing therapy suitable for improving menopausal symptoms and sleep.

Effects of the Teaching and Learning Programs for Science Teachers' Scientific Hypothesis Testing-method Invention (과학교사를 위한 가설검증방법 고안 교수-학습 프로그램의 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the teaching and learning programs for science teachers' scientific hypothesis testing-method invention. Subjects were 30 secondary school science teachers. The potato juice task was administered to the subjects before and after instructional treatments. The four-step strategy including the steps of identifying factors, identifying variables, selecting variables and inventing methods, was applied to the development of the teaching and learning programs for the science teachers. The programs were developed by 6 experts through the R&D method. The results of this study revealed that the number and elaborateness of science teachers' scientific hypothesis testing-methods increased after the instructional treatments. The testing ability of testing-methods invented by science teachers in the posttest was stronger than the one of the methods invented in the pretest. This study also discussed the implications of these findings for teaching and learning in science education.
