Besides the imposition of taxes and mandatory actions, why in a special rules needed in the contract between state and civilians. The contract between the state and civilian are unlike with civilian's contract in the comparable effect, even if the effect of the agreement and the parties bear the structural nature of the self-other agreement between private economic actors and there are a variety of different specificity. In other words, the agents of the contract with the state government for control of opportunistic behavior are very specific rules exist. Through this, even if it is the relationship between state and non-mandatory private realms of the contract, even if the area forced me to the fact that the difference can be confirmed. Representative of the government of the country to understand the delegate decisions and judgments and other opportunistic behavior always seem to exist on the possibility of such devices for the pre-control needed.

Due to the rapidly ageing population and low birth rates, most countries have faced with the problems of an ageing population. As a result, research into aging and the means to support an aging population has therefore become a priority for many governments around the world. Ambient Assisted Living(AAL) approach is the way to guarantee better life conditions for the aged and for monitoring their health conditions by the development of innovative technologies and services. AAL technologies can provide more safety for the elderly, offering emergency response mechanisms and fall detection solutions. Since the information transmitted in AAL systems is very personal, however, the security and privacy of such data are becoming important issues that must be dealt with. In this paper, we propose a Chameleon hash-based secure authentication protocol for AAL systems. The proposed authentication protocol not only supports several important security requirements needed by the AAL systems, but can also withstand various types of attacks. In addition, the security analysis results show that the proposed authentication protocol is more efficient and secure than the existing authentication protocols.

This paper proposes a real-time foreground segmentation and background substitution method for protecting the privacy on visual communication. Previous works on this topic have some problems with the color and shape of foreground and the capture device such as stereo camera. we provide a solution which can segment the foreground in real-time using fixed mono camera. For improving the performance of a foreground extraction, we propose the Temporal Foreground Probability Model (TFPM) by modeling temporal information of a video. Also we provide an boundary processing method for natural and smooth synthesizing that using alpha matte and simple post-processing method.

This research was investigated the improved changes of Korean traditional costume after introducing the western costumes in this society. For this study microfilms of Chosun llbo, the popular newspaper since 1920s, and costume magazines for 1950s and 1960s were examined. The periods of the improved changing of Korean traditional costume were divided by the characteristics of qualitative and quantitative changes. Those were two, such as passive period and active period of change. At passive period, the change was not far from the original from of traditional costume and it was limited to the waist of skirt, length and width. But at active period, there was distinctive change from the previous period. Active period is divided by 2 sub-period again. In 1950s, the concept of darts of western costume was accepted to Korean costume and there was the western clothing for everyday costume, the characteristics of Korean costume were added to the base of the western clothing. It was named 'Arirang dress'. Original Korean costume had worn for special occasions since late 1950s.

Ubiquitous services for the convenience and safety of human beings along with the development of society are being realized through RFID technology and sensor network, and its application range of fields is also broaden. However, since the USN contains all the information of individuals and things, all of its private spaces can be attacked by external attacks; so, that the problem of security continues to arise. We designed a one-way chaotic feedback synchronization method as a secure communication method to fit the USN composed of one sync node and n number of sensor nodes. We designed the method by which the sensor node is synchronized in one direction of the sync node. This method solves the problem that all sensor nodes need to be resynchronized when the sync node is changed, which is shown in bidirectional synchronization. This is a security method that can be effectively applied to 1:n communication such as USN.

When cadastre system was first introduced in Korea, we only uses the surface of the land and thus its form was very simple. Nowadays on account of the development of architectural technology, the rapid expansion of population and urbanization, the cubic utilization of land including the land usage of underground and surface space is widely settled. This article studies the function of cadastre and public notice to encourage cubic utilization of the land, argues the necessity of 3D-cadastre system to protect property right, and suggests the GPS land measurement as a possible measure.

This paper examines the impact of corporate governance structure on the cost of debt. Total sample is divided into the small sample, the medium sample and the large sample of equity concentration, based on the equity ownership of large shareholders. Our regression results show that foreign investors are not associated with the cost of debt in the small and medium samples of equity ownership, whereas foreign investors are significantly associated with the reduction in the cost of debt in the large sample of equity concentration. Academic implications of our findings are that as the ownership of dominating shareholders rises, they seek their private interests of perks causing an increase in agency costs and a decrease in firm's economic value, thus expanding borrowing costs. Practical business implications are that foreign investors may alleviate agency problem of dominating large shareholders in the firm through monitoring activities, thus enhancing the efficiency of business decision-makings.

A semiotic approach to modem visual arts has emerged since French post-structuralism was introduced to Anglo -American academics by "deconstruction" or "postmodemi sm." It views a work of art as a sign, which is its math odical assumption and, at the same time, makes its appli cation more accessible. In the milieu of modem visual arts' effort to be intimate with general audience, modem art photography is now fared with the request to be a familar and universal domain, instead of being left only in photo books as artistic and academic achievements. More specifically, various photo images puter graphics to such megaexhibitions as "Gwangju Biennale,. "Media City Seo ul," and "Pusan International Art Festival," are main objects of study. A coherent and scientific analysis of visual semitotics is still on the way, however, it is an urgent task how to read and interpret a photo image with multiple meanings. This study argues that visual seniotics can be a powerful tool to enhance the understanding of art photography. After all, seniotics is a product of age； we live in the age of legibility, that is, of reading the work of art well as the social events and phenomena. art well as the social events and phenomena.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the temporal and spatial characteristics of mobile games through Mikhail Bakhtin's chronotope concept in order to examine the changes of mobile games and gaming. Based on chronotope, a concept that refers to the inner relation between time and space reproduced in the novel, I examined the inner relation between the space - time experience in the mobile game platform and the reconstruction of the mobile game text. The mobile game builds the present-here world based on the player's will while superimposing the act of playing through the mixed platform of existence based on the player with the time and space of everyday life. The chronotope of a mobile game with players as platforms is created in the current space of now-here rather than connecting to the virtual world. In this paper, I review the role of chronotope reproduction in mobile games, focusing on role-playing games and location based games. In the mobile role-playing game, an unhistorical chronotope appears in which the player has a loose sense of distance around the automatic combat system, while the narrative and relational experience is weakened. In a location-based game, a chronotope of player-driven generation that generates amusing meanings through the overlap of the virtual world and the real world appears.

The purpose of this study is to explore the American Youth Film Director Damien Chazelle and his cinema world. Chazelle as a youth director directs three movies as (2014), (2016), (2018) in Hollywood, and represents youth directors in Hollywood. For this study, adopt two research methodologies which are 'Auteurism' and 'culture studies', and explore traits of esthetics, subject and context meaning by analyzing representative three movies. Lastly examines significance of his movies in Hollywood history. This study concludes that Chazelle is a 'Auteurism director of self-reflexivity' who has three things in common as 'narrative: success myth', 'mise-en-scene: Chazelle's world', 'self-reflexivity: Auteurism film directing'. Youth film director Chazelle is opening up the future of Hollywood as a 'Auteurism film of self-reflexivity' and the creative film directing of the youth generation.
