This study investigates the reasons of dropout in a survey of 348 dropouts from a cyber university located in Seoul, Korea. Most common reasons are time constraints due to work or family-related needs. Difficulties in adjusting to online learning environment and uncertainties regarding the value of a cyber university degree also played important roles. Drop-out students who pointed to these two reasons also suffered from lack of communication and interaction with other students and professors. Efforts to address these issues are in order as well as the development of time-efficient learning strategies and financial aids.

최근 사이버 공간(Cyber Space)을 통해 교육 수요자의 다양한 교육적 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있는 사이버 교육에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이 논문은 수년간의 학습 경영 활동에 대한 경험을 바탕으로 사이버 공간을 통해 효율적인 학습 경영을 할 수 있는 학습 홈페이지를 제작하여, 학습 경영 활동을 개선시키는 기법에 대해 기술한다. 이 논문에서는 효과적인 홈페이지 작성을 위해 학생-학부모-교사의 요구사항을 선물을 통해 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 학습 담임의 기능과 임무를 파악하여 중학교 3학년 1개 학급을 대상으로 학급 경영활동을 한 후, 그 결과물을 홈페이지에 구현하여 학습 경영 활동을 개선하였다. 이렇게 구성된 홈페이지를 통해 교사들은 학습 경영 활동의 개선에 필요한 사이버 공간 활용 방향과 흐름을 파악할 수 있게 되고, 학생은 컴퓨터를 매개로 한 의사소통을 통해 사이버 공간에서의 다양한 교육적 접근에 친숙하게 되며, 학부모는 시간적.공간적 제약 없이 자유롭게 학습의 행사나 학생에 관한 자료를 열람할 수 있게 된다.

초등학교 학급 홈페이지에 아바타를 접목시켜, 초등학교 학생들의 홈페이지에의 몰입 및 사이버 자아개념에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 학급 홈페이지를 구축, 활용하는 이유가 학교 교육 현장에서 이루어지는 교과 지도와 생활 지도를 온라인 상으로 확장하고 시간과 공간을 초월하여 지속적으로 지도하고자 하는 것에 있다고 볼 때, 방과 후 학생들의 자발적인 참여 및 활동이 필수적이다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 아바타를 접목시켜 활용하는 것이 과연 학생들의 학급 홈페이지에의 몰입 요소로써 작용할 수 있는지를 알아보는 것은 의미 있는 일이라 생각된다. 또한 사이버 공간에서의 새로운 자아 표현으로 여겨지는 아바타가 초등학생의 사이버 자아(cyber-self)에 어떤 영향을 주는가를 파악하는 것은 또 하나의 사회로 구축되어지고 있는 사이버 공간을 어떻게 받아들여야하는가에 대한 교육적 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

The process for the information society centered on the internet supplied us a space of another life, cyber space. In the reality that the cyber space exercised its influence on the our society outstandingly, this researcher think that it needs to have to discuss about the cyber school in the elementary schools by making use of experience the soft landing of cyber university. This study suggested the model of cyber elementary school applicable to the elementary schools, and discussed with the operational plan by the model. Also, it examined the field teachers' opinions about the model classification and operation through the questionnaire, and analyzed the result. It was divided into the four sorts of cyber elementary schools like the school support type, school associated type, and independent type, and transitional period type. This study researched the concept by the model each, the object and purpose of major education, the operational system, curriculum and contents. As a result of collecting their opinions through the questionnaire, it is desirable to be operated as the transitional period type and the school support type in case of the introduction of cyber elementary schools in the present elementary schools.

이 연구는 초등교육에서 사이버가정학습의 참여를 저해하는 요인을 도출하고, 그 요인 중 가장 영향을 많이 미치는 요인을 찾음으로써 참여율을 제고하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구 분석을 통해 8가지 잠정적 저해요인(학습동기 및 태도의 문제, 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감, 컴퓨터 사용의 어려움, 새로운 학습방법의 어려움, 학습설계의 문제, 상호작용의 어려움, 화면설계의 문제, 환경상의 문제)를 도출하였다. 이에 따라 33문항으로 구성된 설문지를 제작하여 사이버가정학습을 실시하고 있는 초등학교(3학년~6학년 학생 429명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 분석한 결과, 초등교육에서 사이버가정학습 참여 저해에 영향을 주는 요인은 학습동기 및 태도의 문제, 컴퓨터 사용의 어려움, 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감, 새로운 학습방법의 어려움, 학습설계의 문제 이었다. 이중에서 참여 저해에 대한 영향력은 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감, 새로운 학습방법에 대한 어려움, 컴퓨터 사용의 어려움, 학습설계의 문제 순으로 4가지였다. 즉, 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감, 새로운 학습방법에 대한 어려움, 컴퓨터 사용의 어려움, 학습설계의 문제가 적을수록 지속할 가능성이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 초등교육에서 사이버가정학습 참여율을 제고하기 위해서 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 첫째, 초등학생을 대상으로 한 사이버가정학습 운영 시 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감이나 새로운 학습방법에 대한 어려움, 컴퓨터 사용의 어려움이 있는지 고려해 초등학생에 맞는 적절한 학습설계를 구축하는 것이 중요하다. 둘째, 초등교육에서 사이버가정학습의 참여 저해요인에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감을 줄이기 위해 학습자가 컴퓨터에 대한 두려움을 없애주고 컴퓨터가 학습에 유용하다고 느낄 수 있도록 초등학생을 위한 맞춤형 교수설계 및 콘텐츠 개발로 컴퓨터에 쉽게 접근하고 즐거움을 느낄 수 있도록 유도해야 한다.

As cyber threats in the maritime industry increase due to the digital transformation, the needs for cyber security training for ship's crew and port engineers has increased. The training of seafarers is related to the IMO's STCW convention, so cyber security training also managed and certified, and it is necessary to develop a cybersecurity training system that reflects the characteristics of the OT systemof ships and ports. In this paper, with the goal of developing a training model based on the IMO cyber risk management guideline, developing a cyber security training model based on the characteristics of maritime industry threats, and improving the effectiveness of cyber security training using AR/VR and metaverse, A method for developing a system for nurturing cyber security experts is presented.

사이버 상담실에 대한 다수의 연구를 통해 밝혀진 사이버 상담실 운영의 필요성과 장점으로 인해 사이버 상담실을 운영하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 사이버 상담실은 장점만 있는 것이 아니고 익명성으로 인한 1회적이고 비인간적인 관계 형성 등과 같은 문제점을 갖기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 사이버 상담실 운영의 장점은 살리고 단점을 보완할 수 있도록 학급 홈페이지를 활용한 사이버 상담실을 구축하여 운영해 보았다. 그 결과, 학급 홈페이지를 통한 사이버 상담실 운영은 시간 부족으로 어려움을 겪는 아동과 교사, 학부모의 상담 욕구를 충족시켜 주었고 활발한 상호작용을 통한 친밀한 관계 형성 및 상담 아동에 대한 사전 정보, 계속적인 관찰 둥은 상담 효과를 극대화할 수 있었다. 또한 관심을 유도하기 위한 이벤트는 아동과 학부모를 사이버 상담실까지 유도하는데 효과적이었고 오락적 요소가 가미된 채팅보다는 기본적인 비밀게시판이 오히려 더 심도 있는 상담도구로 활용되었다.

본 연구에서는 사이버 교육(e-Learning)에서 컨텐츠 정보특성, 인터페이스 특성, 브랜드인지도, 부가서비스 제공 여부, 강사의 능력, 기술인프라 정도, 놀이성, 지각위험 등이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 세 가지로 나누어 기업의 사내교육대상자, 학원 등 사교육대상자 및 대학교육대상자 등의 사이버 교육의 피교육자 유형에 따라 어떠한 e-Learning의 특성이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는가를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구모형에 포함된 변수는 기존의 연구에 근거하되 e-Learning의 특성적 요인을 포함하여 선정하였다. 사이버 공간에서 구매행위에 관한 연구는 다수의 연구자들(Jarvenpaa 등, 1997; Eugene 등, 1995; Parasuraman 등 1996; Spiller 등, 1998; O'keefs 등, 1998, Li, 등, 1999; Donthu 등, 1999; Macintosh 등, 1997; Garbarino 등, 1999)에 의해 다양한 방법으로 연구가 진행되었지만 본 연구에서는 e-Loaming의 환경적 특성에서 종합적 연구를 하고자 한다. 따라서 기존의 인터넷 환경 하에서 행해진 인터넷 컨텐츠의 특성에 관한 연구를 기반으로 사이버 교육(e-Loaming)의 특성과 부합하는 변수들을 연구 모형에 포함하였으며, 또한 사이버 교육에서 새롭게 부각되는 요인들을 부가하여(이승희, 2001; 박광태 등, 2002; Bonk, 2002; Learning Decisions, 2001) 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 근거로 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

본 논문에서는 정보화의 발전에 따라 사이버 공간에서의 청소년들의 사이버 폭력이 증가하고 있는 현실에 비추어 사이버 폭력의 개념과 유형을 알아보고 청소년들의 사이버 폭력의 발생 원인에 대해 청소년의 유일한 놀이문화로의 인터넷, 스트레스 해소, 청소년의 인정받고 싶은 욕구만족, 사이버 폭력에 대한 죄의식 결여로 나누어 간략히 살펴보고, 청소년의 사이버 폭력의 예방을 위한 대응방안에 대해 건전한 사이버 공간의 형성, 온라인서비스제공자(OSP)의 책임 강화, 사이버윤리교육 강화 등을 들어 보았다.

This study examined students' satisfaction with cyber education focused on the sections of consumer education in the University. The sample of this study was 94 students taking a 'Consumer Policy & Education' cyber course. The data were collected using structured questionnaires and analysed by descriptive statistics, frequency, percent, mean, SD, t-test and one-way ANOVA with Duncan test. The results of this study were as follows: First, the reason students took a cyber course was that it was easy to manage the course under "self-control". Second, they studied an average 1-2 hours for a one unit lecture at home on weekdays between 9 p.m. and midnight. Third, the students' satisfaction with cyber education showed a slight preference for the web based environment as opposed to the online lessons. Fourth, the biggest problem with taking a cyber course was that the students found it difficult to concentrate well on the lecture.
