Despite the importance of science education in an informal environment, the reality is that there is a lack of trend analysis research on 'Informal Science Learning (ISL)' and its effects. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to find out the educational effects of ISL and how to use it, and to provide guidelines for future ISL research directions. This study classifies specific ISL-related papers published from 2010 to 2019 and compares them with each element of GLO used to measure the effectiveness of informal education. The fit of the analyzed data was checked for each part through SPSS and Chi-Square. In conclusion, it was found that researchers are using 'ISL' to pursue 'Knowledge and Understanding' and 'Attitudes and Values' among the five performance indicators of 'GLO'. On the other hand, 'Skills' and 'Enjoyment, Inspiration and Creativity' appear to have the least expectations, so supplementation is required in these areas in the future. In addition, this study intends to suggest a direction for informal science education-related program development and future research to various education workers.

This study developed a scale to measure college students' perceived stress levels for adverse life events that may occur in their daily lives and confirmed its validity and reliability. The scale was developed in accordance with DeVellis' scale development guidelines. Data were collected from 1,242 students of a local university in 2020. The collected samples were randomly separated into two groups (A, B). Group A (N=620) was tested for an initial examination of the performance, exploratory factor analysis, multitrait-multimethod matrix, criterion-related validity, and reliability of each item; and verified with group B (N=622) for confirmatory factor analysis and reliability re-test. As a result, the final scale of 33 items and eight factors were developed. The KMO values were 0.92, and Bartlett's spherical test was significant (χ2=12532.42, p<.001); the number of factors with initial eigenvalues of 1.0 or higher was eight; the cumulative factor loadings of 71.5% and the commonality of each item was 0.56 or higher. The reliability of the scale was Cronbach's alpha 0.94; sub-factors' Cronbach's alpha was 0.78 to 0.90. Therefore, these findings suggest that the scale developed in this study would be useful for measuring the stress levels of daily life for college students.

In the case of fire, a structure loses its original stiffness due to the temperature rise, and the load bearing capacity decreases. The loss of structural strength increases with increasing fire time of the structure. To prevent the collapse of buildings, it is very important to understand whether or not the members are damaged. On the other hand, there is insufficient data to be a guideline for diagnosing and evaluating the residual strength of the members in Korea. Therefore, this study examined the resistance performance by Finite-Element-Analysis of composite beams, which are composite structures among structural members. Composite beam modeling was carried out based on the model used in the Electrical Penetration Room (EPR) in cooperation with KEPCO. The heat transfer analysis and structural analysis of the critical phase were performed using ANSYS, a finite element analysis program. ANSYS was used to perform heat transfer analysis and structural analysis at the static analysis. To analyze the residual performance, the temperature distribution of the composite beam and the maximum displacement result of the heat-affected structure analysis were derived and the experimental data and the structural analysis result data were compared and analyzed.
The development of reliable and objective definitions as well as automated processes for the detection of health care-associated infections (HAIs) is crucial; however, transformation to an automated surveillance system remains a challenge. Early outbreak identification usually requires clinicians who can recognize abnormal events as well as ongoing disease surveillance to determine the baseline rate of cases. The system screens the laboratory information system (LIS) data daily to detect candidates for health care-associated bloodstream infection (HABSI) according to well-defined detection rules. The system detects and reserves professional autonomy by requiring further confirmation. In addition, web-based HABSI surveillance and classification systems use discrete data elements obtained from the LIS, and the LIS-provided data correlates strongly with the conventional infection-control personnel surveillance system. The system was timely, acceptable, useful, and sensitive according to the prevention guidelines. The surveillance system is useful because it can help health care professionals better understand when and where the transmission of a wide range of potential pathogens may be occurring in a hospital. A national plan is needed to strengthen the main structures in HAI prevention, Healthcare Associated Prevention and Control Committee (HAIPCC), sterilization service (SS), microbiology laboratories, and hand hygiene resources, considering their impact on HAI prevention.
In this paper, to investigate the influence of installation damage, a variety of full-scale field installation tests with 15 geosynthetics reinforcements and fill materials of various grain size distribution have been performed. The full-scale field installation test was conducted with reference to the FHWA (2009) guidelines. The tensile strength tests were performed by sampling up to 20 specimens randomly from the excavated geosynthetics reinforcements after compaction of fill material, and the degree of decrease in tensile strength of reinforcements due to compaction was analyzed based on the experiment results. It was found that the degree of tensile strength reduction of geosynthetics reinforcements due to the compaction of fill material is greatly influenced by the type of reinforcement and the maximum diameter of fill material. In addition, it was found that the strength reduction ratio of PET geogrid (PVC coating) with relatively small stiffness was greatest, and that the larger the maximum grain size of the fill material, the greater the strength reduction ratio. And also, a more reasonable evaluation method for the installation damage reduction factor of geosynthetics reinforcements is proposed based on the results of full-scale field installation tests in present study and the existing test results.

This study was conducted in order to suggest directions for nursing intervention and education to prevent problem drinking of adolescents. We examine the influences of mental health characteristics of adolescents on problem drinking. For the research method, this study conducts secondary analysis using raw data from the 13th (2017) Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey. A total of 9,597 cases, excluding adolescents without drinking experience, were used for the final analysis. For the data analysis, the SPSS Win 23.0 program was used, and frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2$-test, and logistic regression analysis were conducted. Research results found general characteristics, school, school record, living type, father's education, and economic state were influencing factors on problem drinking. Regarding characteristics of mental health, depression (95% CI:1.578~1.930, p<.001), subjective happiness (95% CI:1.039~1.491, p=.002), suicidal ideation (95% CI:1.110~1.426, p<.001), and sufficiency of sleep (95% CI:1.085~1.399, p=.001) were primary factors affecting adolescents' problem drinking. Therefore, when conducting education for preventing problem drinking or nursing intervention programs targeting adolescents, it is necessary to provide methods offering experts' in-depth consultation with the consideration of characteristics of mental health of participants. Future research should conduct qualitative studies through in-depth interviews for reviewing problem drinking and identifying characteristics of adolescents. This study provides guidelines for nurses working with problem drinking adolescents in clinical settings and communities.
While increased use of energy and fossil fuel in the recent years could worsen air quality and climate change, only few studies have been conducted on estimation of greenhouse gas emissions and characterization of emission types by sectors and regions in Korea. In this study, greenhouse gases emissions based on resions(Si, Gun, Gu) and emitted sectors(industry, transport, cemmercial and institutional, residential, waste, agriculture, others) were investigated using GHG-CAPSS(Greenhouse GasClean Air Policy Support System) developed to support to national and regional greenhouse gases reduction strategies. GHG-CAPSS follows IPCC(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) Guideline methodology to categorize the emission sources and estimation of greenhouse gases using bottom-up approach. Estimated total greenhouse gases emissions were 588,011 thousand tons as $CO_2$ equivalent. Industry(50.1%) sector exhibited the highest portion followed by transport(17.6%), commercial and institutional(12.6%), residential(12.6%), waste(2.6%), agriculture(2.5%). Based on regional estimation, Gyeonggi(14.9%) demonstrated the highest emitted greenhouse gases among big cities followed by Jeonnam(12.4%), Gyeongbuk(11.0%), Ulsan(9.2%) and Seoul(8.9%).

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the perceptions of TPACK for mathematics teachers who practice the technology-using lessons. In addition, by looking at the part where the perception is expressed in the actual class and the part where the difference of recognition can be revealed, it is possible to provide the direction to teachers who want to practice the technology-using lessons in the future. To do this, two mathematics teachers were selected using purposeful sampling. And we conducted research study and interview in order to analyze the characteristics of the teacher's general background and TPACK recognition, and we analyzed the video, the class materials, and the interview contents for teaching practices from the perspective of TPACK. As a result, the two mathematics teachers practicing the technology-using lessons were connected with the actual class situation focusing on the sub-knowledges of TPACK recognizes as having a lot of them. In addition, technology-based lessons were able to confirm that the functional capabilities of technology alone were not sufficient conditions to lead effective instruction. Finally, teaching method using technology has been confirmed that experience-based field practice can be more important than simply knowing mathematics content, technology, teaching method. Based on the results of this study, it is possible not only to provide methodological guidance to teachers who practice the technology-based instruction, but also to suggest the direction of TPACK research or the development of teacher training program in the future.

Related to the previous paper on the typical crack pattern of tunnel lining with NATM, the characteristic defects in reinforced cement concrete lining of NATM tunnel have analyzed with the precise inspection with safety and diagnosis (PISD) by KISTEC. Depending on the reinforcing materials, steel rebar, steel fiber, and glass fiber have been implemented to reinforcing lining in various NATM tunnel constructions. Reinforcing lining with rebar are prevailed on NATM tunnel to countermeasure the weak geological circumstances, to pursuit the economical tunnel sections, and to resist the risk of tunnel deterioration. By the special act on the safety control of public facilities, the reinforced NATM tunnels for more than 1 km length are scrutinized closely to characterize defects; crack, reinforcement exposure, and lack of lining. Crack resistance by reinforcing is shown in comparison with the normalized crack to the length of tunnel. Typical exposed reinforcements in lining have exemplified with various sections. The lack of lining due to the mal-construction, spalling, fire, earthquake and leaching has been analyzed. The cause and mechanism with the field inspections and other studies has also been verified. Detailed cases are selected by the above concerns as well as the basic information from FMS (Facilities Management System). Likewise the previous paper, this study provides specialized defects in reinforced lining of NATM and it can be widely used in spreading the essential technics and reporting skills. Furthermore, it would be advised and amended for the detail guideline of Safety Diagnosis and PISD (tunnel).
