생성형AI(GenAI) 서비스 특성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향: 1인 지식 창업자(컨설턴트, 강사)를 중심으로

  • 생성형AI(Generative AI, GenAI) 서비스는 단순/반복적인 업무를 자동화하고, 많은 일자리의 생산성 향상에 도음을 주어 전반적으로 기존 일자리 감소에 영향을 줄 것이다. 반면에 높은 수준의 생성형AI 기술을 낮은 비용으로 활용할 수 있게 하고, 예술, 게임, 미디어 산업 등 창작 영역과 플랫폼 기반의 서비스 출시에 도움을 주어, 창조적 아이디어에 기반한 소수의 인원이 참여하는 1인 창조기업에서 새로운 일자리 창출에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 1인 지식 창업자라고 할 수 있는 컨설턴트, 강사들이 생성형AI의 강점인 창의성을 활용하여 업무 효율을 높이는 데 적극적으로 활용할 수 있도록 생성형AI 서비스 특성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델(TAM)을 활용하여 생성형AI의 서비스 특성인 효율성, 창의성, 의인화, 개인화 및 자율성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 인지된 유용성과 인지된 이용 용이성을 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 생성형AI의 서비스 특성이 인지된 유용성과 인지된 이용 용이성을 증진하고, 인지된 유용성과 인지된 이용 용이성이 지속 이용의도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 1인 창업자가 외부의 도움없이 지속적으로 높은 수준의 업무효율를 유지할 수 있게 도움이 되는 지속사용의도를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

A Study on the Factors Influencing Continuous Intention to Use of OTT Service Users: Focused on the Extension of Technology Acceptance Model (OTT서비스 이용자의 지속사용의도 영향 요인에 관한 연구: 기술수용모델의 확장을 중심으로)

  • This study verified the factors influencing continuous intention to use of OTT service users through technology acceptance model and extension. For this purpose, the main results were derived through correlation analysis and path analysis using SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS 21.0 program. The summary is as follows. First, perceived ease of use was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. Second, perceived ease of use did not have a statistically significant effect on continuous intention to use. Third, the perceived usefulness has a statistically significant positive effect on continuous intention to use. Fourth, perceived innovativeness has a statistically significant positive effect on perceived ease of use. Fifth, perceived innovativeness has a statistically significant positive effect on continuous intention to use. Sixth, perceived playfulness has a statistically significant positive effect on continuous intention to use. The above results will be meaningful in that it has revealed a path to understand the extension of the technology acceptance model of OTT services and acceptance of OTT services.

The Effect of Influencer Characteristics on Continuous Use Intention of Live Commerce : Focusing on the Dual Mediating Effect of Interaction and Trust (라이브 커머스 인플루언서 특성이 지속 사용의도에 미치는 영향 : 상호작용성과 신뢰성의 이중매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to empirically analyze the factors influencing the intention to continue using live commerce, which was active as digital contacts become more prevailed due to the progress of the 4th industrial revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic. A research model was established by paying attention to the characteristics of influencers among various influencing factors. Influencer characteristics were subdivided into attractiveness, professionality, awareness, and entertainment. In addition, the dual mediating effect of interaction and trust was also tested between influencer's characteristics and the intention to continue using of live commerce. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting people who have experience using live commerce, and 300 valid samples were analyzed. The empirical analysis utilized SPSS 25.0 and Process Macro 4.0. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that attractiveness, professionality, awareness, and entertainment derived from the characteristics of influencers all had a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to continue using live commerce. The impact of the influence of variables that directly affect the intention to continue using was in the order of entertainment, awareness, professionality, and attractiveness. On the other hand, as a result of examining the dual mediating effect of interaction and trust, it was found that they all tested a mediating role between attractiveness, professionality, awareness, entertainment, and intention to continue using live commerce. Based on these research results, the academic and practical implications of this study were presented.

  • In this study, we identify the Influence of Gamer Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Game Continuance Intention. Also, we provide insight into a way to induce altruistic and conformist behaviors based on our observations. We established a hypothesis based on Organizational Citizenship Behavior theory and verified it with 134 active gamers of Lineage 2. Our results demonstrate that gamers' group behaviors, such as altruistic and conformist behaviors, have significant impact on Game Continuance Intention.

  • Mobile applications are growing fast and the rising popularity of smartphones, which was supposed to take the market even further. The purposes of this study are as follows. First, we find out what really drives the trust and the intention to continuance use the mobile applications. Second, we explore gender differences in perceptions and relationships between the quality factors and trust. The 231 sets of data collected from 120 male and 111 female, who use the smartphones, were tested against the model using PLS 2.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, perceived usefulness and connectivity had an effect on trust and continuance intension. Second, gender had moderate effect on the relationship between quality factors and trust.

  • This paper studied the relationship between the quality of perceived service and the consumer satisfaction on IPTV which is on the increase in the number of subscribers as the representative of a convergence service of the communication and broadcasting. Using the measurement tools of five factors such as the perceived service quality, the accommodation of information techniques, the consumer satisfaction, the intention of continuous use and the users' intention to recommend to others, the empirical study on IPTV users was taken. The results showed that the perceived serviced service quality, usefulness and easy access to IPTV have strong effects on the use and the users, intention to recommend to others.

A Study on Exploring Factors Influencing Continuance Intention in the SNS (SNS에서 지속적인 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구)

  • Social Network Service is a web-based service that allows the people to construct relationship among users with same interest and supports various activities such as managing personal relations and sharing information or contents. Based on the IS Post-Acceptance model and Success Model, this study examines factors influencing the continuance intention in the SNS. Questionnaires are collected from 275 students who are using the SNS. The results are following: first, the perceived usefulness and satisfaction have positive effect on the continuance intention. Second, the perceived usefulness, confirmation, system quality and information quality have positive effect on the satisfaction. Third, the confirmation has positive effect on the perceived usefulness. Fourth, the system quality and information quality have positive effect on the confirmation. Fifth, the satisfaction is the strongest predictor of the continuance intention and the perceived usefulness is the strongest predictor of the satisfaction.

An Empirical Study on User's Continuance Intention Towards Mobile IM Service in China (중국 모바일 인스턴트 메시징 서비스의 지속사용 의도에 관한 실증연구)

  • Due to the intense competition and low switching cost, to find out which factors will significantly impact on user's continuance intention is very important for mobile instant messaging (IM) practitioners. In this study, we adopted network externalities and perceived service quality as independent variables based on the definition of mobile IM service. Network externalities also include direct externalities (referent network size) and indirect externalities (perceived complementarity). The result of this study shows that referent network size has a critical influence on perceived usefulness and perceived complementarity has a critical influence on perceived enjoyment; perceived service quality, as we expected, has significantly impact on not only customer's satisfaction but also perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. Meanwhile, both perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment have directly critical influences on customer's continuance intention.

Continuance Intention to use Remote Work Solutions(RWS) in the with Covid-19 Era: Focused on the TOE (Technology-Organization-Environment) Model (위드 코로나 시대의 원격근무 솔루션 지속 사용 의도에 관한 연구: TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment) 모델을 중심으로)

  • Based on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) model, this study proposed a research model that explains the continuance intention of users in the with Covid-19 era considering the technical, organizational, and environmental aspects of Remote Work Solution (RWS). To verify the research model and hypothesis, an online survey was conducted on domestic RWS users. Partial least squares (PLS) were utilized to analyze the collected 411 data. As a result of the analysis, it was found that functionality and security level had positive impacts on both productivity improvement and satisfaction. However, it was also confirmed that organizational readiness had a positive effect on productivity improvement but did not affect satisfaction. Furthermore, the results revealed that government support had a positive relationship with continuance intention, but the health concerns did not. Finally, the correlations between productivity improvement, satisfaction, and continuous intention were confirmed to be significant. Therefore, 9 out of a total of 11 hypotheses were supported.

Factors affecting the Continuance Usage Intention of Biometric Technology : Comparing Dark Scenario with Bright Scenario (생체인식기술의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 다크 시나리오와 브라이트 시나리오의 비교)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between expectancy confirmation and continuance usage intention in biometric technology. We extend the continuance usage intention model, TAM and expectation confirmation theory by adding perceived privacy, perceived security and trust. Results was analyzed by using structural equations model. The results show that satisfaction and perceived usefulness have positive effect on continuance usage intention in the bright scenario. Perceived privacy and perceived security are positive factors on perceived usefulness, and perceived privacy is positive effect on perceived security. On the other hand, the respondents who are exposed to the dark scenario have negative effects on the perceived privacy, perceived security and trust. And finally, trust has no significant effect on the perceived usefulness.
