Factors Influencing the User's Satisfaction on Biosafety Portal Sites (사이트 사용자 만족도 및 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구;바이오안전성포탈을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the major determinants affecting the user's satisfaction and usage intention on Biosafety Portal Site. The development of the research model is based on the empirical studies on the web site. Five hypotheses are derived and tested using regression analysis. The results from regression analysis suggest that technology, content, design and navigation all contributed significantly to the user's satisfaction. In addition, user's satisfaction with portal had a very significant influence on the continuance intention.

Can users' important usability factor bring users' satisfaction? (사용자가 원하는 사용성 요소의 충족이 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구는 실제 사용자 언어로서의 사용성 평가를 시도하기 위해 진행되었다. 기존의 획일화 된 잣대로서의 평가가 아닌, 사용자가 원하는 사용성 요소가 충족되었을 때의 지각되는 사용성에 대한 만족도를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용자의 유형에 따라 제품 및 서비스의 인터페이스에 중요하다고 생각하는 사용성 요소가 다를 것이라고 가정한 뒤, 그 사용성 요소의 충족여부에 따라서 사용자의 주관적인 만족도가 다르게 나타날 것이라고 예상하였다. 이 연구문제를 위하여 혁신 수용의 사용자 유형 별로 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 사용성 요소를 추출하였다. 조기사용자는 사용성 요소 중 Affect의 사용성 요소를 가장 중요하다고 평가하였으며 후기사용자는 사용성 요소 중 Productivity의 사용성 요소를 가장 중요하다고 평가하였다. 이후 각각의 사용자 유형에 중요평가된 사용성 요소가 충족되거나 충족되지 않은 프로토타입을 제시한 뒤, 사용 경험의 만족도를 조사한 결과, 각 사용자 유형 내에서의 만족도는 충족여부에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으나, 각 사용자 유형 간의 만족도는 충족여부에 따른 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 사용성평가를 평가자의 언어가 아닌 사용자의 언어로 측정하는 새로운 평가방식 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 본 연구는 사용자 유형 별 중요하게 기대하는 사용성 요소의 결과를 제시함으로써 제품 및 서비스의 인터페이스의 개발에 있어 사용자 군 별 중요하게 고려되어야 할 속성들의 판단자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

AI Chatbot Users' Satisfaction and Intention for Continued Use : Moderating Effects of Chatbot Type and Motivations (AI 챗봇 타입과 이용동기에 따른 사용만족도 및 지속사용의도 :자기결정이론을 중심으로)

  • With a recent rise of various chatbot services, this study attempts to explore the role of chatbot users'' psychological characteristics by applying the self-determination theory. In particular,this study investigates (a) the relationship between chatbot users' psychological needs(perceived autonomy, perceived competence, perceived relatedness) and user satisfaction, continuous intention to use, and (b) the moderating effect of chatbot type and user motivations. Based upon a survey, the results revealed that perceived autonomy, competence, and relatedness had significant positive effects on user satisfaction and continuous intention to use. The results also confirmed that the user satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the continuous intention to use. The moderating effect of social and relational motivation was found between perceived autonomy, competence, relatedness and user satisfaction. The implications are discussed for furthering the development of chatbot services.

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of ERP system quality factors on the system use satisfaction and on personal and organizational performances. For achieving this objective, we investigated the interrelationship among quality factors, use satisfaction and business performance in the companies which operate the ERP system using questionnaires, whereas many previous studies focused on general quality factors such as the relationship between system quality and use satisfaction on organizational performance. The difference between our study and previous studies is that we classified the information system quality into three categories (system quality, information quality, and service quality) before analyzing the respective relationship among three identified variables (use satisfaction, individual performance and organization performance). The result of this study proved that the system quality, information quality, and service quality considered as the ERP system quality factors have a positive effect on user satisfaction level, respectively.

  • This study examined the concept and usage moderated mediating model in structural equation modeling. The theoretical model and hypothesis were developed based on the Location-Based application's Expectancy disconfirmation, Location-Based application's satisfaction, Location-Based application's continuous usage intention, service trust. The statistical results of the two model were compared: one was free model(positive/negative) and the other was the Moderated Mediating Model(positive/negative). A structure equation model analysis was carried out to test the research model. Further studies are necessary to Ssupport the research hypotheses.

Suggestions through exploring the relationship between Cadets' Motivation to use SNS and Life Satisfaction (사관생도의 SNS이용 동기와 생도 생활만족도와의 관계 탐색을 통한 제언)

  • We attempted to confirm the current status of the use of mobile phones by soldiers, especially SNS, in today's situation where the use of mobile phones is completely allowed, and to reach an agreement for the use of functional SNS in military life. To this end, 189 students at the Korea Army Academy at Yeongcheon were measured for SNS use motivation and life satisfaction, and the relationship between each sub-variable of SNS use motivation and satisfaction was analyzed. As a result, 3 out of 4 motives for using SNS had nothing to do with satisfaction, and rather, among the sub-variables, the pursuit of status showed a negative correlation with satisfaction. Therefore, the use of SNS to search for information or ideas should be encouraged. In addition, these findings prove that the vague belief that allowing SNS will increase the satisfaction of soldiers is not reasonable, suggesting that a careful approach is required to utilize functional SNS in the military.

A Study on Denture Satisfaction in Rural Elderly People (농촌지역 노인의 의치만족도)

  • Objectives: The study aimed to explore dental status and denture satisfaction in some rural elderly people. Methods: A total of 546 participants aged over 65 years was surveyed cross-sectionally. The subjects were surveyed with regard to their denture satisfaction by a structured questionnaire. The Wilcoxon or Kruskal-Wallis test was used for analysis. Results: As for respondents' satisfaction for dentures by the Likert scale of 5 score, aesthetic satisfaction (3.73) was highest, followed by general satisfaction (3.56) and masticatory functions satisfaction (3.45). In addition, the educational level, occupation, monthly income, the number of remaining teeth, use of denture variables have statistically significant difference in the denture satisfaction of those elderly people interviewed. Conclusions: The results showed that denture satisfaction in some rural elderly people was different in each categories. Consequently, providing tailor-made oral health education programs for the effective denture management of the elderly people should be needed in order to improve the quality of life of the aged.

  • Mobile's health care and diagnostic capabilities are accepted as the most innovative sectors, and the combination with wearable device is being predicted as the future's most promising industries. However, the level of consumer acceptance and utilization is still insufficient compared to the development of technology. This study explores the use intention of wearable device based on previous studies about health apps. In particular, health-related use efficacy of the app, app use intention and app satisfaction are analyzed through a structural equation model. The use of health-related apps revealed that there is a statistically significant relationship with the use of the wearable device. The results suggest that the importance of app use efficacy, satisfaction, apps use should be considered for the successful diffusion of wearable health devices.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신체만족도와 기성복에 대한 만족의 상관관계를 규명하는 것이다. 조사대상은 미국 Virginai Tech 여대생으로177부의 설문지를 자료분석에 사용하였다. 신체만족도는 신체 5부위 (얼굴 상체, 하체, 신장 체중) 각각에 대해 측정되었고 기성복에 대한 만족은 기성복의 바지기장 허리 힙, 허벅지 가슴 넥크라인과 다양성에 대한 만족으로 측정되었다. 결과로 특정 부위에 대한 기성복의 만족은 그 부위에 관련된 신체만족도와 깊은 관계가 있었다 예로 기성복의 바지기장에 대한 만족은 하체와 신장에 대한 신체만족도와 관계가 있었다 Symbolic interaction 이론과 social compari-son 이론이 이들 결과를 설명하는데 사용되었다.
