In this study, the project manager-oriented organization model has been verified by analysing it with forming a clear definition of detailed unitary duty entity to develop current non-efficient CM system constituted by functional organization with the decentralized responsibility and apply the model As a result from verification that the model provides valid solutions by comparing it with the existing, the model is better than the existing in cost savings, target profit sales rate, total rate of new on sales. Moreover, various activities in cost savings and cases where improvement is feasible are executed. However, the model caused some problems in organizational operation, project management and in division of duties so this study proposed improving management method

The prolonged economic slowdown has forced many youths to opt for starting a business instead of seeking employment. Universities have shown their interest in startup training by opening startup courses and encouraging relevant student communities, while at the same time helping their students land a job. Along with this, the government has been implementing various policies through creative economy and youth startup initiatives, but the resulting quantitative growth has not been supported by a commensurate level of qualitative growth and this has created problems on the supplier side, such as by producing redundant functions and roles in multiple projects and inefficient investment. This study, which aims at proposing a direction towards more active support and thus helping the government achieve qualitative accomplishments that can match its effort in terms of quantitative growth, analyzes the current status of startup support of universities in Korea by examining the data regarding training programs and projects, and highlights the issues stemming from startup organizations in colleges. It also suggests solutions for improving in-college startup training and establishing an interlinked system among the relevant bodies in and out of college, with the hope that the results and alternatives proposed in this study will be utilized as the basis for more active student startup support activities.

The purpose of this study is to calculate the economic value of transport demand forecasting risks in the road PPP project. Under the assumption that volatility of the road PPP project value occurs only in regard with uncertainty of traffic volume forecasting, this study calculates the economic value of the traffic forecasting risks in the case of the road PPP project. To that end, forecasted traffic volume is assumed to be a stochastic variable and to follow the Geometric Brownian motion as time passes. In particular, this study attempts to differentiate itself from existing studies that simply use an arbitrary assumption by presenting the application of different traffic volume growth volatility and the rates before and after the ramp-up period. Analysis of the case projects reveals that the risk premium related to traffic volume forecast of the project turns out as 7.39~8.30%, without considering option value-such as minimum revenue guarantee-while the project value volatility caused by transport demand forecasting risks is 17.11%. As the discount rate grows higher, the project value volatility tends to decrease and volatility in project value is always suggested to be larger than that in transport volume influenced by leverage effect due to fixed expenditure. The market value of transport demand forecasting risk-calculated using the project value volatility and risk premium-is analyzed to be between 0.42~0.50, implying that a 1% increase or decrease in the transport amount volatility would lead to a 0.42~0.50% increase or decrease in risk premium of the project.

The detailed current situation of urban renewal projects which have implemented in all over the country is sorted by regional and divisional groups, researching press reports. Problems in the progress of promoting urban renewal projects made the paper are analyzed in this research. This research examined the actual condition about urban renewal projects synthetically and then, deduced the following improvement plan. First, formulating long-term renewal plan is needed. Secondly, It should be changed into the gradual urban renewal project on a small scale according to various conditions of each local area. Finally, support of the central government in consideration of local conditions should be carried out.

Total Project Cost Management System(TPCMS) was introduced with the purpose of increasing the efficiency of cost control for public construction project in 1994. In this paper, general perception of participants of the public construction project on the TPCMS was examined, and the problems in implementing the TPCMS was figured out through expert interviews and survey. Then better ways to implement the system were drawn based on the problems. To effectively manage the cost of public construction project, basically project cost should be estimated accurately in planning stage and managed based on it to have a project complete within the budget. In addition, the cost need to be managed in more systematic ways in terms of data collection and analysis, and the autonomy in managing the project cost given to the project owner needs to be expanded. Most of all, proper budget should be provided to prevent a project from delay through setting the priority of projects and proper budget allocation based on the priority.

항공운송산업에서 항공화물이 차지하는 비중이 점차적으로 확대되고 있으며 향후 2020년(보잉은 2022년)까지의 성장률도 보잉과 에어버스에서는 여객 수요보다 화물수요가 각 1.3%, 0.8%의 높은 성장을 거둘 것이라는 전망을 하고 있다. 특히 에어버스에서는 아시아 태평양 지역 역내와 중국 발 유럽행의 항공화물이 평균 7.0%의 높은 성장을 할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 이러한 높은 성장 전망 외에도 항공화물이 항공운송산업 혹은 세계경제의 선행지표로도 사용되고 있다. 이렇듯 항공운송산업에서 항공화물 부문의 역할이 점차적으로 증대되고 있어 본 연구에서는 항공화물 사업부문에 많은 활동을 하고 있는 항공사의 효율성이 그렇지 않은 항공사의 효율성을 비교하는 연구를 하였다. 먼저 항공 화물 매출액 기준 상위 10개사(2002년 기준)의 효율성을 자료포락 분석(DEA, Data Envelopment Analysis)을 이용 분석하였다. 그리고 이를 이용하여 항공사 전체 매출액 상위 10개사(화물 매출액 상위 10개사를 제외), 미국의 9개 항공사(상위 50대 항공사 중), 기타 10개사를 선정하여 각각의 효율성 비교를 통하여 항공화물 사업을 활발히 하는 항공사와 그렇지 않은 항공사와의 효율성에 대해 상대적 비교를 하였다. 이를 통해 항공화물 사업 부문이 항공사의 경영 효율성에 미치는 영향에 대해 간접 비교를 시도하였다. 분석 결과 항공운송사업중 항공화물 부문이 상위 10대 항공사 효율성이 다른 그룹의 항공사 보다 높게 제시되었다. 이는 항공사의 운송 사업을 화물 운송과 여객 운송 부문의 공동 네트워크의 활용을 통한 시너지 효과를 통해 항공사 효율성을 높일 수 있음을 의미한다.

As the need for improvement of transparency and fairness in the selection of national R&D projects has been continuously raised, we analyzed the impact on the evaluation selection results by evaluation indexes for The land transportation technology commercialization support project and searched for ways to improve indexes using the analysis results. As for the research data, it were applied as selection results of new R&D projects and evaluation indexes in two fields(SME innovation and start-up) in 2021. Logistic regression analysis is used for the influence of each evaluation indexes on the evaluation result, and for the regression model, evaluation indexes with low influence are removed in advance through artificial neural network multiple perceptron analysis to improve the reliability of the analysis results. As a result of the analysis, in the field of SME innovation, the influence of the evaluation index on the workforce planning was the lowest and the influence of the appropriateness of commercialization promotion plan was the highest. In the start-up field, the influence of the evaluation indexes for technology development suitability, marketability, and suitability for carrying out the project were estimated to be similar to each other, and the influence of the technology evaluation index was found to be the lowest. The analysis results of this thesis suggest the need for continuous improvement of selection and evaluation indexes, and by using the analysis results to select a fair R&D institution according to the selection of appropriate indexes, it will be possible to contribute to deriving excellent research results and fostering excellent companies in the field of land transportation.

별정통신사업이란 기간통신사업자의 전기통신회선설비 도는 기간통신역무를 이용하여 기간통신역무를 하는 사업이며, 구내에 전기통신설비를 설치 또는 이를 이용하여 구내에서 전기통신역무를 제공하는 사업이다. 기간통신사업자, 부가통신사업자와 함께 틈새형 시장을 활성화시킬 수 있다. WTO기본통신협상에 의거 98년 부터 재판매 허용되는데, 음성 공전공의 경우 99년 49%, 2001년 100% 외국인 지분을 허용하며, 음성재판매는 98년부터 허용된다.

본 논문은 IEC의 구성, 조직 및 규격에 관한 조사연구와 IEC의 국제 규격 제정 및 개정 절차 등의 조사 연구를 통하여 현재 우리가 필수적으로 갖추어야 할 신뢰성 표준들이 무엇인지를 제시하고, 신뢰성 표준화 사업 및 인증 사업에 관한 방향을 제시 하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 적정하고 합리적인 신뢰성 표준화 사업이 전개되어 서비스의 향상, 생산기술의 혁신을 기하여 산업경쟁력을 향상시킬 것이다.

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of remodeling business by predicting the future price of apartment house after remodeling using Hedonic Price Model. The data concerning such 9 independent variables as location, unit size, unit plan, landscape, parking, the number of elapsed years after completion, number of units, mechanical performance, interior from 25 regions in Seoul metropolitan city were collected and evaluated by established evaluation criteria. The coefficients affecting the price of apartment unit were made by way of linear multi-regression and put into Hedonic Price Model. The feasibility evaluation model for apartment was made and verified by data of remodelled apartment. The predicted results using suggested evaluation model coincide with actual apartment market situations.
