The study aims to explore whether the management and operation of national technique qualification system has a suitable role division between the government and non-government and to design plans for building it. To do so, a direction for role division between the government and non-government was investigated in the management, national technique qualification system. In addition, limitations in the operation of government-centered qualification system were pointed out by analyzing the present status on the management and operation of national technique qualification system and plans for role division between the government and non-government were proposed in the management and operation of qualification system. Various methods were applied to this study as its methodology: the collection and analysis of the relevant literatures, surveys targeting companies(internal qualification managers) and associations by industrial classification(owners' groups) as respondents, holding expert consultations for setting a direction in dividing roles between the government and non-government, interviews with companies and associations by industrial classification for gathering their opinions, forming and operating a collaborative research group consisting of specialists in qualification system.

미 $\cdot$ 일에서 기 개발 운영되고 있는 대형 노천 광산 및 광산 장비 제작 공장에 대한 전반적인 실태 파악을 통하여 향후 대형화로 국제 규모화될 당사 석회석 광산의 운영 및 기술적인 방향을 모색코저 함이 금번 출장의 목적이었다. 이에 당사 광산분야 기술자 6명으로 team을 구성, 76년 하반기에 약 1개월은 미국에서, 약 1개월은 일본에서 양국 굴지의 10여 open pit mine 및 3개 장비 메이카를 방문 견학하였다. 금번 방문결과 다음과 같은 점을 느꼈다. 첫째 금번 당사의 560만톤 증설은 사실상 미 $\cdot$ 일을 앞지르고 국제적으로 굴지의 규모임을 확인할 수 있었고 둘째 광상의 지리적 여건 비교에서는 미국의 것에는 뒤지나 일본의 조건에 비해서는 우리의 것이 결코 악조건이 아니며 세계 특히 일본 석회석 광산업계가 안고 있는 제반문제점의 심각성(광구 경계 인접에 따른 분쟁, 시가지 인접에 따른 공해문제, 개발 여건의 불량 등)에 비추어 볼 때 국내광산 기술자들의 노력 여하에 따라 일본은 충분한 경쟁대상이 될 수 있으며 국내 시멘트업계, 광산의 지리적 지질적 여건상 일본광산보다 더욱 우수한 광산을 만들 수 있다는 자신감을 얻었다. 그러나 첫째 장기적인 측면에서의 광산 개발의 결여, 둘째 맥석과 폐토 처리 및 quarry QC의 불가피성, 셋째 사회적 요소의 낙후(M.S 뇌관부재, 메이카 출장에 의한 장비의 수리, 화약류의 산원(山元) 혼합사용 등) 등은 두드러진 우리의 결함이라고 느꼈으며 이들 결함의 시정, 보완을 위해서 사내외적으로 기존질서의 재검토가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다. 미 $\cdot$ 일 광산에서 일반화되어 있는 radio(walkie-talkie) system 및 electric shovel, 주우시멘트사 산구사무소에서 시도된 belt반전장치, 인력의 확대관리 등은 조기도입하여 실용화 할 수 있는 대상이라 생각하며 일철의 조형산개발(72년 생산 개시, 광산 개발비 200억원, 년산능력 800만톤)은 괄목할만한 것이었다. 또한 앞으로 국내업계 여건이 허락하는 한 광산 기술자의 해외파견 회수를 증가시켜 더 많은 사람들이 직접 보고 느끼어 우리의 것을 개선 창조해 나갈 수 있는 기회를 많이 가져 국내는 물론, 국제 경쟁에 대처할 수 있는 업계 기술자의 자질 향상을 바란다.

Major purposes of this stud? are to analyze Korean firms'innovation networks and sources of knowledge for innovation and to understand their spatial dimensions. In the innovation networks, parent firms are most important for subcontracting firms, while suppliers, customers and competitors are relatively important for independent firms. However, in the future innovation networks, it is expected that government-sponsored research institutions and university wilt become more important on the one hand, networks with foreign firms will become more important on the other hand. Regarding the process of innovation, distance does not matter for the acquisition of codified knowledge. Spatial proximity is, however, critical for the acquisition of tacit knowledge because discussions and researches in a research division within a firm, personal networks of CEO and workers who are responsible for innovation activity, and inter-firm relations with suppliers and customer in a region are regarded important as sources of tacit knowledge. Overall, the innovation networks are different between the Capital Region and non-Capital Region as well as between the industrial complex and non-industrial complex, suggesting that different regional innovation strategies and policies should be established and implemented by considering such regional specificities. Finally, based on the results of this study several policy implications are suggested.

Since button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) cultivation is performed in closed environment, the understanding of indoor environment becomes essential for the quality and quantitative production of the greenhouse-grown mushroom. To generate information on indoor environmental factors affecting on fruiting body quality, we investigated temperature, humidity, and bacterial concentration and species in a greenhouse located in Buyeo, Chungnam Province. Temperature and humidity were recorded as $19.75{\pm}0.35^{\circ}C$ and $87{\pm}3.67%$, respectively. The total concentration of bacteria was measured as $3.84{\times}10^3CFU/M^3$. Advenella kashmirensis, Bacillus vietnamensism, B. licheniformis, Burkholderia sordidicola, Fictibacillus phosphorivorans, Lysobacter daejeonensis, Microbacterium esteraromaticum, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, P. protegens, P. gessardii, P. mosseli were identified from indoor air of the greenhouse.

본 지도업체인 쌍희금속은 1988년 2월 설립, 주생산제품은 닉켈합금선으로서 1997년 12월 현재 총매출액 7.4억원(수출 0.12억 포함) 당기순이익 0.32억원으로 종업원 9명을 포함한 개인기업 형태로 특히 총매출액의 6%를 기술투자비율에 할당하고 있는 유망 중소기업이다. 기술지도와 관련한 연선의 선재(線材)는 포항제철의 $^{ø}$8mm 태선(允線)이 주종이나 특수선(特殊線)인 경우는, 국내선재의 경우 멜팅(Melting)기술이 부족하여 독일국으로부터 $^{ø}$5.5 mm의 선재를 직수입에 의존하고 있었다. 한편 세선가공의 선재는 20여개의 Dies공구 가공공정을 통한 $^{ø}$1.3 mm의 선채를 사용하여 $^{ø}$0.6 mm의 세선(細線)을 가공하고 있었다. 그러나 인발(引拔) 기술과 관련함에 특히 Dies 공구로부터 세선(細線)을 제조한 후 마무리 공정에서의 탈지문제가 정립돼있지 못하여 End User로부터 불만사례가 종종 야기 되었다 이의 원인 규명을 기술지도를 통해 조사한 결과 소성가공유(습식형)의 인식 부족이 주원인이였다. 소성가공유의 조성은 일반적으로 식물성. 광물성, 계면활성제, 극압제 등으로 구성됨에 마무리공정에서의 탈지방법은 가공유제의 기재(Base oil)에 따라 다르다 즉 기유(基油)가 광물계인 경우는 탈지제가 용제형(TCE 등)이 양호하나 식물계인 경우는 Alkali계가 양호하다. 따라서 NaOH sol'n2~3%+분산제(기포방지제)로서 음이온인 노닐페놀 0.1~0.3%의 처방을 제시하고 설비로서는 8$0^{\circ}C$로 유지되는 조제된 알칼리 Vessel과 물중탕 설비(열풍설비 포함)등을 대입하는 공정개선으로 Dies를 통과한 중간제품의 세선 $\longrightarrow$ 탈지설비 $\longrightarrow$ 80～85$^{\circ}C$로 유지되는 열처리(Aniling)공정을 대입함에 세선의 가공경화가 없었으며 아울러 수용성 가공유의 관리 한계(사내표준화)를 설정 관리 하도록 지도함으로서 지도 전에 비해 제조원가의 절하 및 생산성 향상은 물론 세선의 신규 탈지제 개발과 공정 개선을 통하여 가열공정의 부하개선 과 최종제품인 절연선의 품질향상을 가져 왔다.

Weather marketing is firms' effort to incorporate changes of diverse weather factors into marketing planning and activities. The concept has already been applied in many products with mostly seasonal variation. However researches in this area have been limited only in practical areas and has not been supported by scientifIc approaches. Here, we investigated the effect of diverse weather factors like temperature, rain and wind on product sales based on empirical data and scientifIc methodology. For this, we selected the fashion clothing items in department stores. We tried to fInd the relationship between daily sales of clothing items and daily whether factors. Results showed that there is a meaningful relation between the two factors.

본 논문에서는 카페테리아 복리후생의 기본개념의 고찰과 함께 국내 및 국외에서 활용되고 있는 카페테리아 플랜에 대한 사례연구를 통해 A항공사(航空社)를 중심으로 새로운 종업원 복리후생제도 도입을 제시하고자 한다. 복리후생제도 도입방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선택적 복리후생제도에 대한 종업원들의 공감대를 형성하는 것이다. 항공사는 대체로 노동조합이 잘 발달되어 있는 편이고 종업원들의 학력수준도 높은 편이다. 따라서 사내교육 등을 통하거나 노조 설명회를 통하여 전반적인 사회변화에 따른 다양한 선택적 복리후생제도의 효율성, 종업원 니즈에 대한 충족도의 우수성, 저가항공사의 난립에 따른 필연적 M&A 등이 발생할 경우를 대비하여 필요하다는 점, 종업들의 원가에 대한 이해(cost contiousness)가 높아질 수 있다는 점, 등에 대해 알리고 이해를 시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기존에 일률적으로 제공되고 있는 우대탑승제도는 종업원마다 매년 일정한 한도가 부여되지만 티켓을 소비하는 횟수는 각각 다르다. 또한 항공업의 특성상 성수기로 인해 원하는 시간에 원하는 곳을 갈 수 없다는 큰 문제점이 발생하고 곧 니즈 욕구에 대한 불만족으로 직결 한다. 우대탑승 제도에 부여된 항공 티켓 지원은 비수기나 여유 있는 좌석상황에 따라 소비할 수 있기 때문에 종업원의 만족도는 높지 않게 나타난다. 따라서 종업원의 수혜수준을 종업원이 스스로 선택할 수 있게 함으로써, 사원 스스로의 니즈에 맞게 복리후생 계획을 세울 수 있게 하는 카페테리아플랜 즉 선택적 복리후생제도의 도입의 검토가 필요하다. 이런 선택적 복리후생제도는 종업원의 측면에서 좀 더 자신의 상황과 요구에 부합하는 복리후생을 수혜함에 따라 만족도가 증가하고, 스스로 복리후생을 선택함으로써 동기를 부여하는 측면의 의의가 있다. 그러나 현 기업의 능력과 종업원 의식에 대한 정확한 분석 및 이해가 없는 외부 성공사례의 도입은 지금까지 우리나라 많은 기업들의 경영기법 도입사례와 같이 일과성으로 끝나는 위험성도 크다. 따라서 보다 깊은 자기 성찰을 통한 제도의 수용과 이를 부분적으로 개선 및 보완하여 적용할 줄 아는 지혜가 무엇보다도 우선되어야 할 것이다.

In crowded subway stations indoor air quality (IAQ) is a key factor for ensuring the safety and health of passengers. Since physical variables that describing IAQ such as the concentration of particulate, $CO_2$, VOCs and biological agents need to be closely monitored and controlled in multiple locations within subway stations and in remote sites, concept of web-based monitoring and control network using both wireless and wired media needs to be implemented. Connecting remote wireless sensor network and device (LonWorks) networks to the IP network based on the concept of VDN can provide a powerful, integrated, distributed monitoring and control performance. In this study, performance of wireless and wired network in VDN for monitoring and control of IAQ in subway stations is evaluated. Specifically, delay induced in wireless and wired networks, and data transmission rate are evaluated. A key parameter is identified in assuring safety and health of passengers in subway stations.

The evaluation which is fixed quantity it led in about the system which is constructed and improvement and expense curtailment of solution and business productivity of customer dissatisfaction, the system effectiveness and customer satisfaction index etc. improving, it verified.

Recently, with the rise of the mobile device, from mobile devices the user who owns the security, speed up the implementation of the guarantee management environment as businesses and individual equipment for the effcient management of the existing system, but the introduction of the MDM MDM App management features administrators to register the App until you can't prvent the security threat. Therefore, this paper addresses these issues in order to improve the security of your application for the control system. The proposed system is a function of the MDM authentication technology to design analysis, and system architecture to help prevent information disclosure within the design and implementation of Mobile-based application control system. Implementation of the control system to assess the security of the international common criteria security evaluation complete the test scenarios on the basis of the test items. An average of 40% of the test results to verify the results of this enhanced security.
