The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among the factors of tax officials' occupational stress, job satisfaction and psychological well-being. It also aims to provide the effective management ways of tax officials' job. The result of the study showed that the factors of their occupational stress in performing their duties had negative effects on their job satisfaction, the higher their job satisfaction degree was, the higher their psychological well-being was and it could improve the efficiency of the tax administration performance. It also had the positive effects to improve tax payers' satisfaction degree of taxation service. Therefore, the welfare expansion considering the tax officials' roles and importance, wage supplement from provincial governments and institutionalized supplement to improve their job satisfaction are needed for the increase of the efficiency of taxation service.

This study aims to provide theoretical base in criminal law for engineers in the viewpoint of jurists to encourage interdisciplinary studies on cyber crimes. Apart from seriousness of discussion on torrent cyber crimes, a good effect of the internet networks such as sharing of information has bee emphasized while the evil influence of its side effect has been neglected. Therefore, this study suggests that we need to consider reinforcement of cyber ethics, and legal mind of IT technicians, strict security by managers, active efforts to develop legitimate contents by managers of web hardware and P2P, and reinforcement of punishments against crimes by internet users. And this study approaches new norms on computer and cyber crimes in interpretational sense of criminal law, and provides the theoretical base of the criminal law focusing on traditional theories, assumptions, and precedents involved in regulations against computer virus distribution.

This study put the purpose to contribute in the way of complementing a qualification of the opened examination for the fire service to improvement of disposition and specialty of a firemen, and to development of a fire department. The subjects of the opened examination for the fire service are mostly same as those of general civil service examination, and they incite indiscreet competition. As a result, firemen morale became declining. On the basis of every kind of documents and data and the analysis of a questionnaire with students of the department of fire safety supervision, we should solve the problems of lack of qualification and professionality causing stress from work by the unit completion system, which qualifies those who complete prescribed unit in the opened examination for the fire service. It must promote the specialty of a fire fighter so that we can step up to the advanced fire department.

The purpose of Email system is used to transmit important information between companies in today. But Email system has vulnerabilities such that changing email address of sender by attacker. So it is important to authenticate mail server and user using mail server. This paper proposed mail proxy located between mail servers that evaluate authority and authenticate sender and receiver. The proposed email platform has some functions to compose trusted domain and to authenticate mail servers in the domain. Also, if sender and recipient are valid users in mail system, each exchanges a key for confidentiality and the sender sends an e-mail encrypted with exchanged key to recipient. In this paper, we propose a key exchange scheme in proposed platform and verify this protocol using Casper which is the formal analysis tool. In the future research, we will study the overall platform of the domain configuration for the security of mail.

최근의 통상환경중 "Logistics" 혁명을 통한 컨테이너 운송의 신속화, 인터넷혁명을 통한 전자상거래 활성화는 EDI, EC등을 통해 "Paperless trade"가 실현을 앞당기고 있다. 본 논고는 이러한 물류혁명과 인터넷 정보기술의 발달로 대두되는 문제중 기존의 종이서류로서의 운송서류를 전자식 운송서류로 대체하는데 따른 문제점과 이의 활성화 방안에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 인터넷 전자거래가 활성화되어지면 기존의 종이서류들은 전자메시지로 대체될 것으로 여겨진다. 이에 따라 전자계약서, 전자송장, 전자보험증권, 전자선하증권 등이 출현할 것이지만 이중 무엇보다도 전자식 운송서류중 유통성 운송서류의 전자화는 그간 전자화의 핵심부문으로 여겨서 상당한 중요성을 두어왔다. 현재 이용되는 유통성 운송서류는 그간 선하증권의 지연도착문제와 이에 따른 추가 경비의 소요, 또한 선하증권 발급에 따른 부대경비의 과다소비, 종이서류로서의 선하증권의 위조에 따른 사기문제 등에 제기되어 졌고 이에 따라 선취화물보상장 등의 현실적 대안이 제시되었지만 이 또한 여러 문제점을 야기시켜왔다. 전자식 운송서류는 이러한 문제점을 다소 해소할 수 있는 방안으로 알려져 왔다. 전자거래가 활성활 될 미래에는 운송서류의 전자화는 필연적으로 대두되게 될 것이고, 이러한 전자화에 있어 해상운송장의 사용은 바람직한 모델로 여겨지고 있다. 그렇지만 전매가 잦은 산업에 있어 해상운송장은 자체의 유통성의 미비로 인해 그 사용에 문제점이 있고, 실제 상관행에서 많은 이점을 가진 선하증권의 발행 욕구를 충족시켜 줄 수 있어야 할 것이다. 본 논고에서는 전자식 운송서류의 활성화 방안으로 첫째, 전자식 운송서류에 관한 법률정비가 필요할 것으로 여겨지며 둘째, 유통성 전자식 운송서류에 있어 관리기관의 안정성이 확보되어야 할 것으로 여겨지며 셋째, UCP에서 전자식 운송서류에 관한 조항이 삽입되어져야 할것으로 여겨지며 넷째, 여러 측면에서 우위성을 지닌 전자무역거래의 활성화는 점차적으로 운송서류의 전자화를 활성화시키는데 반드시 필요한 명제로 등장할 것으로 여겨진다.

편리한 금융거래 수단으로써 인터넷뱅킹을 포함한 전자금융 서비스가 생활화 되었으며 그 중요성 또한 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 이에 대한 부작용으로서 사용자의 실수나 금융기관, 쇼핑몰, 포털 등의 해킹을 통한 전자금융 접근매체의 유출, 비정상적인 지불결제나 인터넷뱅킹 이체 사고 등 침해사고 또한 함께 증가하고 있다. 금융권은 금융감독원을 중심으로 전자금융 종합보안 대책 수립(2005년) 및 전자금융거래법 시행(2007년) 등을 통해 고객 PC의 해킹방지를 위한 다양한 보안프로그램 제공 의무화, 보안등급에 따른 이체한도 차등화, 금융권 통합 OTP 인증체계 구축 등 전자금융 침해사고 예방을 위한 적극적인 노력을 기울여오고 있으나, 최근 들어 피싱/파밍 등 신종 사이버사기 기법이나 해외의 전문 해커에 의해 개발된 고도의 지능화된 해킹툴이 사용되어 보안프로그램을 무력화시킨 후 고객정보를 유출해가거나 일반 포털사이트, 웹하드, 웹메일 등의 해킹을 통해 인터넷 사이트에 등록된 고객의 인터넷뱅킹 접근 매체를 유출하여 인터넷뱅킹 침해 사고를 일으키는 등의 신종 침해사고를 완벽히 차단하지는 못하고 있어, 더욱 강력한 전자금융 침해사고 예방 통제 방안의 수립과 함께 침해사고 발생 시 원인 파악 및 범인 검거를 위한 역추적 시스템의 구축 등 기존 보안체계를 대폭 강화할 필요성이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시중 은행의 인터넷뱅킹 침해사고 발생 현황 조사를 중심으로 최근 발생한 전자금융 침해사고의 추이분석, 침해사고 주요 원인과 기존 대응 체계의 현황, 한계점 등을 파악하였다. 그리고 전자금융 침해사고의 효과적인 예방 및 대응 강화 방안으로서 사용자 관점에서 공인인증서를 중심으로 한 전자금융 접근매체의 관리 강화 방안을 제안하였으며, 전자금융 서비스를 제공하는 금융 기관 관점에서 효과적인 전자금융거래 로깅 및 역추적 시스템의 구축 및 전체 금융기관과 감독기관 간의 유기적인 공조를 기반으로 한 침해사고 공동 대응체계의 구축 및 운영을 위한 시스템의 구성 방법, 운영 프로세스, 관련 법률의 검토 및 대응 방법 등을 제안하였다.

These days, the hospital management are paying more and more attention to the issue about the increasing employee's turnover ratio in hospital. Such issues are very important because the high turnover ratio reduce the productivity and morale of remaining workers, and means the unavoidable drainage of the accumulated know-how and technology of the hospital to the outsides. The result of such a negative development means the loss of competitive advantage compare to other hospitals. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how the management's leadership style influence on the job-satisfaction for the employees and the employee's turnover intension. At this time we will refer the effect of the hospital brand image as moderator. The result of this study could present the guide line to the hospital managers about the desirable leadership style to enhance the employee's productivity and also to reduce the turnover intention ratio.

대마는 인류가 이용해 온 가장 오래된 약제 중 하나로 그 원산지는 중앙아시아와 남아시아이다. 식물분류학적으로 대마속 일년생 식물로서 Cannabis sativa, Cannabis indica, Cannabis ruderalis 3종이 있으며, 우리나라에서 재배되고 있는 종은 Cannabis sativa이다. 대마 재배의 역사는 인류의 시작과 그 궤를 같이하며, 동 서양을 막론하고 고대 문명에서 대마에 대한 기록을 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있다. 기록에 의하면 병의 치료나 심리적 치유 및 신에게 제사를 올릴 때 제사장이 사용한 것으로 알려져 있다. 대마의 약효에 대하여는 B.C. 2737년 중국의 신농황제시대의 기록에 관절염과 통증등 의료목적으로 사용했던 최초의 기록이 있으며 본초강목과 동의보감에 저술되어 있다. 우리나라의 대마에 관한 문헌 기록은 삼국지 '위지동이전', 삼국사기 '동성왕편'과 삼국유사에 삼베를 사용한 기록이 있는 것으로 미루어 봤을 때 대마재배의 역사는 삼국시대 이전으로 볼 수 있다. 우리 민족은 생활 속에서 대마를 즐겨 사용하였으며 삼베로 의복과 멍석, 행주 그리고 칠공예품이나 신발등을 만들어 사용하였으며, 죽음에 이르러 삼베옷을 수의로 사용하였다. 대마의 용도는 뿌리, 줄기, 잎, 꽃대 그리고 씨앗까지 다양하게 이용된다. 전통적으로 줄기의 껍질을 이용한 섬유제품이 있으며 실, 의복 및 밧줄등이 있다. 대마 줄기의 속대는 종이, 건축자재, 연료로 사용된다. 씨앗의 경우 식품과 조류의 먹이, 생약으로 이용되고 씨앗의 기름은 연료, 화장품, 맛사지 오일등으로 사용되고 있다. 환각성분이 있어 마리화나 원료로 사용되는 꽃대와 잎은 의약품의 원료로 주목받고 있다. 대마에 관한 최초의 논문은 1843년에 Cannabis indica의 약효에 관한 것으로 보고되었다. 1850년부터 1937년까지 미국의 약전은 대마를 100가지 이상의 질병에 효과가 있는 주요 의약품으로 기재하고 있다. 세계적으로 여러 가지 이유로 대마를 의료 응용과 연구 및 사용을 제한하여 대마에 관한 연구가 침체되었다. 대마의 의학연구는 대마의 약효성분인 칸나비노이드의 발견과 그 구조 및 약효에 관한 연구가 시작되면서 1960년대부터 증가하였으며 2000년 이후에는 칸나비노이드 및 칸나비디올의 다양한 의학적 효과가 밝혀지면서 급격히 증가하고 있다. 대마에 포함된 성분의 의학적 효과가 입증되면서 대마 사용을 합법화한 국가가 증가하면서 대마 산업이 급부상하고 있으며, 의료용뿐만 아니라 기호용, 식품용, 그리고 주류 및 음료시장까지 확대되고 있다. 우리나라도 2019년 3월 질병 치료 목적 대마성분 의약품을 제한적으로 허용하는 마약류 관리에 관한 법률 일부 개정안이 시행되면서 의료용 대마에 관한 연구와 산업화에 관심이 증가하는 추세이다.

With the growth of blockchain and cryptocurrency-related markets, cryptocurrency exchanges are growing as a new industry. However, as the legal and regulatory definitions of cryptocurrencies are still in progress, unlike existing industrial groups, they are not under the supervision of regulatory agencies. As a result, users (i.e., cryptocurrency investors) have suffered two types of damage that could occur from hacking and other accidents on the exchanges. One type of the damage is the loss of assets caused by the extortion of personal information or account and the other is the damage from users who might be involved in external frauds. Both are analyzed in comparison with existing operators whose functions are like the exchanges. The results of this study show that membership (KYC: Know Your Client), log-in, and additional authentication in transactions are on the similar level to those of the operators while the fraud detection system (FDS) and anti-money laundering (AML) of fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies need rapid improvement.

According to the Annex 17 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, an appropriate authority of each contracting state has to define and allocate tasks and coordinate activities between the departments, agencies and other organizations of the State, airport and aircraft operators and other entities concerned with or responsible for the implementation of various aspects of the national civil aviation security programme. The airport has to take leading role in implementing security tasks at airport area because the airport operator is the provider of airport facilities and services to its customer and the security activities belong to its services. So Republic of Korea Government enact the Law, Aviation Safety and Security. The Purpose of this Act is to prevent any unlawful act in airport facilities with international conventions, including the ICAO to provide for standards, procedures and mandatory matters needed to ensure the safety and security of civil aviation. But the Act has some error. So is this paper to review the revision of aviation security regulation and the changes of aviation security responsibilities and task assignment. There is the term "aviation security personnel", who are charged with the task of preventing any act of disrupting the order and safety in airport. But there is no term "security screening personnel" who performs to detect or search for dangerous object, such as weapons or explosives, which may be used for the unlawful obstruction.
