A BPM Activity-Performer Correspondence Analysis Method (BPM 기반의 업무-수행자 대응분석 기법)

  • Business Process Intelligence (BPI) is one of the emerging technologies in the knowledge discovery and analysis area. BPI deals with a series of techniques from discovering knowledge to analyzing the discovered knowledge in BPM-supported organizations. By means of the BPI technology, we are able to provide the full functionality of control, monitoring, prediction, and optimization of process-supported organizational knowledge. Particularly, we focus on the focal organizational knowledge, which is so-called the BPM activity-performer affiliation networking knowledge that represents the affiliated relationships between performers and activities in enacting a specific business process model. That is, in this paper we devise a statistical analysis method to be applied to the BPM activity-performer affiliation networking knowledge, and dubbed it the activity-performer correspondence analysis method. The devised method consists of a series of pipelined phases from the generation of a bipartite matrix to the visualization of the analysis result, and through the method we are eventually able to analyze the degree of correspondences between a group of performers and a group of activities involved in a business process model or a package of business process models. Conclusively, we strongly expect the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resources allotments, and the improvement of the correlational degree between business activities and performers, in planning and designing business process models and packages for the BPM-supported organization, through the activity-performer correspondence analysis method.

  • IT 인프라를 통해 변화하는 비즈니스 우선순위에 따라 재사용 또는 결합 가능한 컴포넌트로 통합하는 표준화된 프레임워크인 서비스 지향 아키텍처를 구현하기 위한 핵심기술이 가상화이다. 이 가상화 기술 가운데 네트워크 가상화가 미래인터넷에서 중요한 기술적 이슈로 부상하고 있지만, 아직은 초기 단계이기 때문에 네트워크 가상화의 개념과 세부 기술 등이 모호한 상태이다. 이에 따라, 본 고에서는 미래인터넷 관점에서 네트워크 가상화에 대해 기술 동향을 파악하고, 전반적인 개념과 세부 기술을 다루어 보고자 한다.

A Preliminary Study on the Effective Management Plan for the International Science Business Library (국제과학비즈니스도서관의 효과적 운영에 관한 기초연구)

  • The aim of this study is to propose the effective management plan for (New) Library at International Science Business Belt in Korea. For this purpose, this study analyzed cases of domestic and overseas libraries which have been providing the special Science Business Service. Also user questionnaire surveys were conducted for the user demand in (New) Library. Based on case studies and user surveys, the management plan for ISBL was suggested as follow with its division into five realms; that is, information resources and special programs, manpower, space facilities, internal cooperation and international network. The research could be used as basic resources for the International Science Business Library in Korea.

  • In this paper, we propose the system structure and technologies to implement a business model for an intelligent traffic facility management system based on ubiquitous technology. The business model includes the service functions, service structure, business process, and demand and supply relationship among the participants in this model. We also propose an approach to implementing the model. This includes the network, infrastructure and platform to be used for system composition. We then present the results from an analysis by comparison of different technologies and an adequate technology structure. Finally, this paper may present guidelines to managing traffic facilities.

  • The new environment of music service has brought changes in digital music industry. Today, various forms of music contents are presented in ubiquitous environments. Thus, securing various contents becomes very important in monopolistic competition of music market. Under the circumstance, web 2.0 provides a networking environment to form diverse relations. Social Network Service (SNS) is a service to emphasize people relation and is different from information-centered Internet service. And mobile SNS becomes popular as Smartphone rapidly increases. NeowizBugs merged with NeowizInternet managing Sayclub of a music-specified SNS site. And the firm confirms comprehensive contents by making ties with SM entertainment. Thus, the integration corporation secures and manages a new business model by linking digital contents with SNS. Generally, music-specified SNS has advertisement business model and uses a recommend system utilizing the database of users. By introducing the case of NeowizBugs, this study tries to identify the success strategy of music distributors fitting ubiquitous environment including web 2.0, mobile SNS, Smartphone, etc.

Understanding the Artificial Intelligence Business Ecosystem for Digital Transformation: A Multi-actor Network Perspective (디지털 트랜스포메이션을 위한 인공지능 비즈니스 생태계 연구: 다행위자 네트워크 관점에서)

  • With the advent of deep learning technology, which is represented by AlphaGo, artificial intelligence (A.I.) has quickly emerged as a key theme of digital transformation to secure competitive advantage for businesses. In order to understand the trends of A.I. based digital transformation, a clear comprehension of the A.I. business ecosystem should precede. Therefore, this study analyzed the A.I. business ecosystem from the multi-actor network perspective and identified the A.I. platform strategy type. Within internal three layers of A.I. business ecosystem (infrastructure & hardware, software & application, service & data layers), this study identified four types of A.I. platform strategy (Tech. vertical × Biz. horizontal, Tech. vertical × Biz. vertical, Tech. horizontal × Biz. horizontal, Tech. horizontal × Biz. vertical). Then, outside of A.I. platform, this study presented five actors (users, investors, policy makers, consortiums & innovators, CSOs/NGOs) and their roles to support sustainable A.I. business ecosystem in symbiosis with human. This study identified A.I. business ecosystem framework and platform strategy type. The roles of government and academia to create a sustainable A.I. business ecosystem were also suggested. These results will help to find proper strategy direction of A.I. business ecosystem and digital transformation.

Factors Influencing Social and Economic Performance of Social Enterprises (사회적기업의 사회적·경제적 성과에 미치는 영향요인: 사회적미션, 고객지향성, 사회적네트워크, 비즈니스모델)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the necessary success strategies for the social economy ecosystem and social enterprise stakeholders by empirically examining the structural relationship of factors that affect the sustainable dual performance of social enterprises. Through previous studies, hypotheses and research models were established for the performance factors of social enterprises, and hypothesis testing was performed using PLS-Structural Equation Modeling on 92 sample data collected from the survey. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the social mission, customer orientation, and social network set as performance factors all had a significant positive (+) effect on social performance. In addition, social performance had a significant (+) effect on economic performance by mediating customer orientation and social network excluding social mission, and it was found that the business model strengthened this relationship. In addition to the theoretical significance of demonstrating the structural influence of social enterprise performance factors through this study, practical implications can be found in that it suggests factors that social entrepreneurs should focus on for growth and performance creation.

Research on Tourist Perception of Grand Canal Cultural Heritage Based on Network Text Analysis : The Pingjiang Historical and Cultural District of Suzhou City as an example (네트워크 텍스트 분석을 통한 대운하 문화유산에 대한 관광객 인식 연구 : 쑤저우시 핑장역사문화지구의 예)

  • Taking Pingjiang historical and cultural block in Suzhou as an example, this paper collects 1436 tourist comment data from Ctrip. com with Python technology, and uses network text analysis method to analyze frequency words, semantic network and emotion, so as to evaluate the tourist perception characteristics and levels of the Grand Canal cultural heritage. The study found that: natural and humanistic landscapes, historical and cultural deposits, and the style of the Jiangnan Canal are fully reflected in the perception of visitors to the Pingjiang Historical and Cultural District; Tourists hold strong positive emotions towards the Pingjiang Road historical and cultural district, however, there is still more space for the transformation and upgrading of the district. Finally,suggestions for measures to improve the perception of tourists of the Grand Canal cultural heritage are given in terms of conservation first, cultural integration and innovative utilization.

  • 국내에서 신용카드는 대표적인 지불 수단으로 정착되었으며 신용카드의 사용자와 신용카드의 발급 매수는 이미 포화상태에 도달해 있다. 이 같은 양적 성장은 정부의 신용카드 활성화 정책과 더불어 신용카드사 간의 과당 경쟁의 영향에 기인하고 있다. 신용차드의 사용층은 대부분의 성인 남녀로 확대되었으며, 특히 복수의 신용카드 소지자를 대상으로 자사가 발급한 신용차드를 사용하게 하기 위한 신용카드사 간의 경쟁이 치열한 상황이다. 이에 따라 신용카드사들이 경쟁사의 카드사용 회원을 자사의 회원으로 확보하는 젓이 불가피하며 마찬가지로 사용 중인 자사의 회원이 경쟁사로 이동하지 않도록 사전에 이탈 징후를 포착하여 유지 캠페인을 수행하는 것이 신용카드사 마케팅의 주요 활동이 되었다. 선행연구에서는 신용카드 회원의 이탈과 관련하여 다양한 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 이탈의 특성 분류 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구는 회원 이탈에 영향을 주는 요인을 효과적으로 발견하기 위한 방법으로 베이지안 네트워크(Bayesian Network)를 활용한다. 특히, 베이지안 네트워크의 일종인 일반 베이지안 네트워크(General Bayesian Network)를 이용하여 회원의 이탈요인에 영향을 주는 요인들의 집합인 마코프 블랭킷(Makov Blanket)을 도출한다. 한편, 마코프 블랭킷에 포함된 변수를 이용해 민감도 분석을 수행하여 영향이 큰 요인을 찾아내고 이를 비즈니스 프로세스에 적용하여 실무적인 의의를 실증하고자 한다.
