This paper investigates the effects of thrust misalignments and offsets of the lateral center of gravity of a space launch vehicle on its guidance performance. Sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulations are applied to analyze their effects by computing changes in orbit injection errors when including the error sources. To compensate their effects, the attitude controller including an integrator additionally and the Steering Misalignment Correction (SMC) routine of the Saturn V are considered, and then Monte Carlo simulations are performed to evaluate their performances.

This study evaluated the relationship between drinking and smoking and periodontal disease in Korean elderly people using 2013-2015 National Health and Nutrition Survey. (OR) 1.50; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.00-2.24) than the non - alcoholic and non - smoking groups. The odds ratios were significantly higher. The odds ratios of periodontal disease were significantly higher in the elderly who were drinking and smoking at the same time than those who did not drink or smoke at all. This study confirms that drinking and smoking are significantly related to periodontal disease. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen drinking and smoking cessation education to maintain oral health of the elderly.

본 연구에서는 새만금 담수호로 유입되는 유사량과 담수호의 장래퇴적분포를 추정하였다. GIS(Geographic Information System)와 범용토양유실량식(Universal Soil Loss Equation; USLE)을 적용하여 새만금 담수호 상류유역에서 발생하는 토양유실량을 산정하고, 총유실량-유사운송비(sediment delivery ratio) 법을 이용하여 담수호로 유입되는 유사량을 추정하였다. USLE에 의한 총 유실량은 2,804 천ton/yr, 새만금 소유역별 평균 유사운송비는 12%, 담수호 유입유사량은 328 천ton/yr으로 추정되었다. 새만금 담수호의 유효저수량과 유입량에 의한 포착효율(trap efficiency)을 고려하여 담수호에 실제 퇴적되는 양을 추정하고 새만금 담수호의 표고별 장래퇴적분포는 Lara method (USBR method)을 이용하였다. 새만금 담수호의 유사퇴적량은 302 천ton/yr으로 산정되었으며, Lara method에 의한 추정결과 5년, 10년 후 각각 새만금 담수호의 내용적이 0.4%, 0.7% 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

The concept of non-linearity, which has been derived from a scientific paradigm, has generated new discourse in formative arts. The non-linearity enables various new possibilities such as, generation of diverse and dynamic space, creation of non-geometric form and space, and the shape in the space as it is in nature. This study percepts and explains the concepts of non-linearity and their principles in space modeling in the field of interior design, in terms of the philosophy of fractal geometry. We also analyze cases, which shows trends and specific embodiments of non-linear space modeling. This study will provide perspectives on the non-linearity as a new methods in the space modeling. For the study, we review the concept and characteristics of non-linearity, by examining various literatures, and developed an analyzing tool which was used to study various cases of Western and Korean interior Design.

사물인터넷은 다양한 응용 및 융합 서비스를 창출할 새로운 기회의 장으로 떠오르고 있다. 가트너 등의 시장 조사기관 및 전문가 들의 예측에 따르면 2020년까지 사물인터넷 디바이스는 300~500억 대로 증가할 것이며, 시장 규모는 3,000억 달러를 초과할 것으로 전망하였다. 이러한 거대한 규모의 시장 선점을 위한 기술 간, 업체 간 경쟁도 한층 증대되고 있다. 비 3GPP 계열 LPWA 네트워크는 유럽을 중심으로 이미 서비스가 시작되었으며, 3GPP에서는 LPWA 네트워크 실현을 위해 Narrowband Internet-of-Things(NB-IoT)를 새롭게 소개하였다. NB-IoT는 비 3GPP 계열 LPWA 기술과의 경쟁 속에서도 빠르게 시장에 진입할 것으로 기대된다. 본고에서는 표준화가 완료된 3GPP Release 13 NB-IoT 기술과 Release 14을 목표로 표준화가 진행 중인 NB-IoT enhancement에 대해 기술한다.

Lichen planus is a unique inflammatory cutaneous and mucous membrane reaction pattern of unknown etiology. Lichen planus of the soles generally occurs as an isolated phenomenon. The lesions differ from classic lesions of lichen planus in that the papules are larger and aggregate into semitransluecent plaques with a globular waxy surface. We report a 38-year-old female patient with lichen planus of right sole. The lesion shows erythematous eroded patch, swelling and severe pain. We thought that she might have envolved erysipelas. So, we gave her oriental medicine and antibiotics, so she was improved. But after long walking, lesion began to getting worse. There appeared oozing, ulcer, pus, pain and swelling in her lesion. We gave her oriental medicine and wet dressinf. But it didn't work.

확률강우량 산정은 수공구조물의 설계에 있어서 중요한 과정이다. 확률강우량을 산정함에 있어 지난 수십년간 모멘트법, 최우도법, 확률가중모멘트법, 그리고 L-모멘트법 등의 매개변수적 방법이 발달되어 적용되어 왔다. 매개변수적 빈도해석 방법은 그 적용성이 여러 연구를 통해 검정되었지만 가정한 확률분포와 매개변수 추정방법에 따라 확률강우량이 달라지며 강우지속시간과 기후변화 등에 따른 분포의 변동성을 고려해야 하는 단점이 있다. 매개변수적 빈도해석 방법의 단점을 극복하기 위하여 최근에 핵밀도함수 등을 포함한 다양한 비매개변수적 빈도해석 방법이 제안되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울기상관측소의 지난 50년간 지속시간 24시간 강우량을 바탕으로 수자원 분야에서 다양하게 적용된 바가 있는 인공신경망 기법과 대표적인 매개변수적 빈도해석 방법인 L-모멘트법을 이용하여 확률강우량을 산정하고 비교하였다. 그 결과 인공신경망 기법은 전통적인 매개변수방법의 하나인 L-모멘트법 보다 확률강우량 산정에 있어서 높은 정확도를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

Maxillary sinus retention cysts are probably common findings on PNS series. Many patients remain asymptomatic in the presence of these lesions, but a variety of local and systemic symptoms have been associated with them. A patient presented with symptoms of chronic rhinosinusitis had a finding of both maxillary sinus retention cysts on PNS series. He has taken the Gal-gen-tang and treated by acupunture & infra-red. After about 4 months' treatment, his symptoms resolved and PNS series were normal. In conclusion, Maxillary sinus retention cysts may become clinically important when they occur in the setting of symptoms compatible with chronic rhinosinusitis, or when the diagnosis is in doubt.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to report the effects of Yangdokbaekho-tang and Hwangryunhaedok-Tang wet dressing on the treatment of erythrotelangiectatic rosacea patient. Methods : A patient with Erythrotelangiectatic Rosacea treated with Yangdokbaekho-tang, Hwangryunhaedok-Tang wet dressing and acupuncture. We evaluated the score(frequency ${\times}$ intensity) of the hot flush, the main symptom of rosacea and NRS(numeral rating scale) for the subjective symptom. Results : After treatment, the score of the hot flush decrease from 20 to 6. the NRS changed and NRS score improved from 7 to 1. There are no adverse effects and no relapse of erythrotelangiectatic rosacea after 18 days of discharge. Conclusions : According to the result, Korean Medicine such as Yangdokbaekho-tang and Hwangryunhaedok-tang wet dressing can be effective for the treatment of erythrotelangiectatic rosacea.
