Optimal Rehabilitation Model for Water Distribution Systems (상수도 관망개선의 최적설계)

  • 이 논문의 목적은 기존의 상수도 관망을 개선하는데 있어 어느 관을 교체 또는 재생할 것인가와 펌프용량을 얼마나 늘릴 것인가를 결정함으로써 관망내 각 급수지점에서의 요구유량및 수압을 만족시킴은 물론 그에 드는 비용을 최소화시키는 모델을 개발하는데 있다. 이 논문은 관교체 비용, 세관 및 재생 비용, 관보수 비용, 펌핑 비용, 펌프시설 확충비용 등의 다섯가지 비용들을 비교 검토함으로써 의사결정을 하게 된다. 제약조건식으로는 급수 조건식, 에너지 방정식, 수리학적 방정식, 결정 조건식, 한계 조건식, 정수 조건식 등이 있다. 이 모델을 수식화하면 정수혼합 비선형계획법 (mixed-integer nonlinear programming, MINLP) 문제가 된다. 이 문제를 풀기 위해 비선형해법의 GRG (generalized reduced gradient) 방법과 분기와 한계 (banch and bound) 기법을 통한 implicit enumeration 기법을 접목시키는 방법을 제안하였다.

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Repurchase Intentions for Bank's Corporate Customers (은행 기업고객의 재거래의도 영향요인)

  • In this study, We have newly introduced consumption emotions and switching cost, as a means of managing existing customers, to examine influencing determinants in repurchase intentions along with customer satisfaction and service quality which have been important determinants in previous researches on repurchase intentions. To test them empirically, data from corporate customers of a bank in Korea and corporate banking related bankers are collected and analyzed by LISREL 8.12.. The result of this study can be summed up as follows. First, the most important determinant factor in repurchase intentions is customer satisfaction. Second, it is desirable to measure service quality not only in terms of process service quality, a process of service delivery to customers, but also outcome service quality, what customers receive from services or from service providers. Third, positive consumption emotions have positive influence upon customer satisfaction, negative consumption emotions have negative influence upon customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. Fourth, switching cost, even though small in its influence, has been proved to be antecedent in repurchase intentions along with customer satisfaction and negative consumption emotions. After research, as precedents in customers' repurchase intentions, customer satisfaction and process service quality have exercised the biggest influences. Also, positive consumption emotions, negative consumption emotions, outcome service quality and switching cost can be used as determinants in predicting corporate customers' repurchase intentions.

  • The role of smartphones is changing from a communication system for exchanging calls and information into a universal platform for cultural services. Also, satisfaction for mobile application services on smartphones is a very important factor in the smart business. In This paper, we analyze the effects of the outcome, service scape, costs, and especially the impact of whether costumers having to pay or free for the app on customer satisfaction. For this purpose, we analyzed survey data on service quality of mobile app service from Chinese mobile app service users. We also analyzed the moderating effects of paid and free mobile app services. As a result, it was confirmed that the quality, servicescape quality and cost of mobile app service that customers perceive have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, the effect of the cost of mobile app service perceived by the customer on customer satisfaction showed that free mobile app service was more significant than paid mobile app service. This paper can be used as an alternative to monetization for providing a mobile app service provider or a mobile app service provider who wants to switch mobile app service from free to paid service.

Determinants of the Users' Intention to Retain the Monthly Movie Subscription VOD in the Pay-TV:A Dual Model of Dedication-Based and Constraint-Based Mechanisms (유료방송 영화 VOD 월정액 서비스 이용자의 가입유지의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 자의기반과 구속기반 메커니즘의 이원적 모형을 중심으로)

  • This study investigates the factors influencing to users' intention to retain monthly movie subscription VOD service in the Pay-TV. A dual model of a dedication-based mechanism and constraint-based mechanism used as the analytical framework for the service subscription retention. This study surveyed the total of 366 respondents who aged 15 years or older among the subscribers who use monthly movie subscription VOD service in Pay-TV from May 8 to May 14, 2018 through online surveys. And the study used SPSS 25 and AMOS 21 for data analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the price, the contents diversity and the ease of use were found to affect the user satisfaction. From three components, the price is the most effective and the ease of use is the next. Second, user satisfaction were found to affect the intention to retain a subscription in the dedication-based mechanism. Third, procedural switching cost were found to affect the intention to retain a subscription in the constraint-base mechanism.

  • 외식업체에서 비용의 가장 많은 부분을 차지하는 것이 인건비이다. 따라서 종업원 스케쥴링은 비용절감을 위한 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 스케쥴링은 여러 가지 요구 조건들을 만족시켜야 하므로 복잡하고 많은 시간과 노력이 소요되는 비생산적인 업무이다. 본 연구의 목적은 수리계획법을 이용하여 스케쥴링 업무에 드는 시간과 비용을 절감하고 인력을 효율적으로 관리하는 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 본 연구에서는 사례기업을 대상으로 수리계획법의 현실 적용효과와 문제점을 확인하였다.

  • 데이터베이스에 저장된 맡은 양의 XML 데이터를 빠르게 검색하는 과정에서, 경로식을 만족하는 노드를 추출하는 부분은 가장 많은 비용을 요구한다. 기존 방법은 여러 번의 조인을 통해 이를 처리하기 때문에 많은 비용이 드는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 각 노드의 경로에 대한 시그니처를 만들고, 질의문의 경로식에 대한 시그니처와의 비트연산을 통해 후보 경로 집합을 선택하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 조인 연산 없이 경로식을 처리하기 때문에 기존의 조인 연산비용을 줄일 수 있으며, 기존 관계형 데이터베이스에 쉽게 적용시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

The Role of Perceived Cost toward on Continuance Intention of Mobile TV: Focused on Chinese users (지각된 비용이 모바일 TV 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향: 중국 사용자를 중심으로)

  • This study highlight the role of perceived cost on user's continuance intention to use mobile TV service in china. We proposed research model based on the expectation-confirmation model(ECM) and reclaim 243 questionnaires from experienced users in china. Above all, the analysis results support significant relationship perceived variables, satisfaction, and continuance intention of mobile TV. First, while expectation confirmation has positive influence on perceived playfulness and satisfaction, the effect on perceived usefulness is not significant. Second, perceived cost can significantly predict perceived usefulness and satisfaction, however, we found no evidence of a statistically significant influence on perceived playfulness. Third, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on satisfaction, and perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on continuance intention. This results provide implications from both theoretical and managerial perspectives and the limitations have been discussed for future research.

  • The mobile commerce (m-commerce) has very high market value unlike other technology innovation areas in IT industries and also changing rapidly. Therefore, it is fact that the development of the effective business strategy is challenging in a digital convergence era of m-commerce context. In most of the researches, m-commerce has dealt with conceptual study such as establishment of definition. There are not many studies of influence of information valuation evaluation on users' satisfaction have done so far. In this paper, we have reported a theoretical study as well as empirical analysis and examined an influence of information valuation evaluation have on users' satisfaction. A questionnaire was constructed and data were collected from 192 users of m-commerce system. The results indicated that users' satisfaction was affected by information valuation evaluation and difference between cost satisfaction and service quality satisfaction according to users' specialty.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine if factors of baseball stadium environment which people have spectating satisfaction of professional baseball. The respondents of the study 614 who were spectators at D city professional baseball event. The stratified cluster random sampling method has been used in this study. The material collection device was the brochure named [A Influence of Factors of Baseball Stadium Environment on Spectating Satisfaction of Professional Baseball]. The result of reliability check up was here below; stadium factors ${\alpha}$=.966~.890, spectating costs ${\alpha}$=.922~.988, spectating promotion ${\alpha}$=.894~.789. To analyze materials, the "correlation analysis" and "regression analysis" were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion based on above study method and the result of material analysis are here below. 1. The stadium factors influence spectating satisfaction of professional baseball. 2. The spectating cost factors influence spectating satisfaction of professional baseball. 3. The spectating promotion factors influence spectating satisfaction of professional baseball.
