고객을 중심으로 한 마케팅 기법중 하나인 고객관계관리(CRM : Customer Relationship Management)는 인터넷의 적용과 더불어 다양하게 발전하고 있는 분야 중 최근 가장 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. eCRU이란 CRM에서 인터넷을 이용해 기존의 시스템을 재구성하는 것을 말하는데 고객만족을 극대화하면서 동시에 관련 비용을 절감할 수 있는 새로운 고객관리라고 할 수 있다 본 논문은 웹 상의 고객 패턴을 마이닝을 통하여 고객 정보 추출을 최적화하는 알고리즘을 제시하고 이를 통해 고객분류를 자동으로 할 수 있음을 보였다.

Recently, resettlement problems of low income groups in the urban regeneration area have been issued in Korea because they have no capability to purchase (or lease) redeveloped housing (or apartment). There are several approaches for supplying affordable housing and one of these is the bidding system which can reduce construction cost. However, the lowest bidding system has many problems such as dumping and substandard quality. In this context, this study proposed bidding system based on technical proposal applying the concept of the lowest total combined bid price for optimization of bid price, reduction of construction cost and period, and maintenance of suitable quality. This bidding system embraces the best value and cost plus time concept on the basis of an improved lowest price bidding system. It consists of the following components: work unit based, project unit based, and period reducing technical proposals. The proposed bidding system for determining bidders are designed to evaluate the adequacy of each technical proposal in the order of the combined minimum price in an effort to effectively optimize bid prices and reduce the construction periods, as well as to maintain a minimum appropriate quality.

The purpose of this study is to look into the consumers who show the consumption patterns of brand switching and repeated purchasing, find the decision factors of their brand switching and repeated purchasing, analyze the difference in marketing response variables being represented as corporate promotion activities in the brand switching and repeated purchasing process, and provide a suggestion to apply the result to marketing Therefore, it tries to help the firms, which develop push marketing as the result of excessive competition between distributors and sales competition focusing on external appearance, recognize consumers as individual substances; to propose proper efficient promotion activities; to let consumers increase loyalty to their trademark and continue to purchase their products repeatedly; and to induce competitor brand consumers to do brand switching. The results of this study are presented as follows: First, consumers who prefer events, price discount, samples, and product premium which means the products with brand or logo on them had the feature of repeated purchasing. Secondly, service benefit, point-type promotion, cost-saving satisfaction didn't affect brand switching, and only the consumers who prefer coupon-type promotion did brand switching. Thirdly, a distribution type produced the moderating effect between the repeated purchasing and coupon and coupon-type promotion, and between brand switching and service benefit.

본 발명은 약품 혼합조와 침전조 일체형 초고속침전 수처리 장치 및 이를 이용한 수처리 방법에 관한 것으로서, 일반적인 수처리 공정에서 필요한 각각의 다수의 단위 공정들을 단일 처리조 내에서 수행하게 함으로써 약품혼합, 응집반응, 침전, 슬러지 인출 및 처리수의 배수가 시간 간격을 두어 이루어지도록 하여 전체적인 유체의 체류시간이 줄여 최대 30분 이내의 초고속 수처리가 가능하도록 하는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, 약품 혼합조, 반응조 및 침전조를 별도로 구성하지 않고 단일 처리조로 시설을 컴팩트화하여 시설비 및 소요 부지를 줄일 수 있도록 함과 아울러 처리수의 수질을 SS(Suspended Solids) 기준으로 1ppm 이하로 만족시킴으로써 후단의 여과공정이 불필요하여 시설비를 절감할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, pH 감지부에 별도의 pH 지시계 세척부를 설치하여 안정적으로 pH 감지가 이루어지도록 하여 약품 주입을 경제적이고 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 수처리에 따른 유지 및 관리 비용을 절감시킬 수 있도록 하는 효과를 갖는다.

점차 복잡해지고 있는 사회적 욕구를 만족시키기 위한 건물에서는 반드시 복잡한 설비가 요구되고 있고, 이러한 설비시스템 중에는 급수, 급탕 및 배수설비라고 하는 배관시스템이 없다면 기능유지에 막대한 지장을 초래할 것은 자명하다고 하겠다. 이러한 배관시스템에서는 항시 또는 일부 사용되어질 물이나 사용된 물이 흐르기 때문에 배관내부에 발생하는 스케일(scale)이나 슬라임(slime) 등은 피할 수 없는 사실인 것이다. 건축물 내에 설치된 각종 배관은 건물의 기능을 유지하고 보건위생과 직결되는 중요한 기능을 담당하고 있어 세척의 필요성이 매우 높음에도 불구하고 배관의 수명이 다할 때까지 거의 세척이 이루어지지 않고 사용되어 왔다. 이들 배관에 대한 세척은 배관의 수명연장과 관마찰 계수를 낮추어 급수의 수송동력을 절감할 수 있고, 난방관의 열전달 효과를 높여 에너지 절약 효과를 거두어 건물의 유지관리 비용 절감에 기여할 수 있음에도 적절한 세척공법이 개발되지 않고 있다. 이러한 관점에 맞추어 건물배관의 특성에 맞도록 고압 세척장치를 개발하고 이를 이용한 세척공법을 적용하고자 하였다. 즉, 배관 내에 압축공기를 주기적으로 분사하여 맥동현상이 일어나도록 하면서 기포를 발생시켜 기포가 관의 내벽에서 성장하여 파괴될 때 관내에 부착된 이물질을 제거할 수 있고, 또한 세척효과를 높이기 위하여 관의 벽면에 접촉하면서 배출되는 과정에서 이물질을 제거할 수 있도록 구조와 아울러 이들 장치를 이용한 세척방법의 적용성에 대해서 고찰하고자 한다.

인터넷 공동구매가 실무적으로 많은 관심과 주목을 받고 있음에도 불구하고 공동구매에 대한 학술직인 논의는 그리 많이 이루어지지 못하고 있으며 특히 인터넷 공동구매를 소비자 행동론적 관점에서 실증적으로 분석한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 논문에서그 인터넷 소비자들이 공동구매사이트를 통한 인터넷 공동구매에 대해 기지고 있는 태도와 의도에 영향을 주는 요소를 인터넷 개별구매와의 장단점 비교에 의해 분석하였다. 이론적인 검토를 통해 인터넷 공동구매가 인터넷 개별구매에 대해 가질 수 있는 상대적 장점으로 가격절감, 위험감소, 거래비용 절감을 설정하였고, 제품다양성의 부족 및 시간지연을 상대적 단점으로 하였다. 제안된 연구모형의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 각 변수에 대한 측정척도를 미련하여 설문지를 작성배부하였고, 이 가운데 타당하다고 인정되는 355부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 결과적으로 구조방정식에 대한 만족할만한 모형 적합도를 구했고, 위험감소와 인터넷 공동구매 태도와 관련된 가설을 제외한 모든 가설이 채택되었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 공동구매를 소비자 지각의 입장에서 새로운 연구모형을 제시하였고 이에 대한 실증적 검증을 통해 타당성을 입증하였다는 점에서 이론적으로는 물론이고 실무적으로도 큰 의의를 지니고 있다.

파이프라인을 건설함에 있어 가장 중요한 기술이 배관 용접기술이다. 즉 파이프와 파이프를 연결하는 작업이 공사 진척도를 결정하기 때문에, 이를 얼마나 경제적으로 신속하게 수행해 나가느냐하는 것은 건설기간 및 건설비용을 결정하는 핵심 요소이다. 가스배관 시공 원주용접 방법은 여러 가지 있는데, 현재 국내에서는 전량 수동용접을 채택하고 있다. 이 방법은 국내 가스배관을 건설한 초기부터 적용해온 것으로 우수한 품질을 확보할 수 있으며, 취약한 국내 자동화기술과 열악한 도로 매설 시공여건에서 적용하기 용이한 방안이다. 그러나 우수한 용접기량을 보유한 용접사가 점차 부족해지고, 배관시공 시간을 단축하고 비용을 줄이기 위한 필요성이 점차 커지면서 이를 해결할 수 있는 기술로서 자동원주용접방안이 있다. 이 기술들은 해외 가스배관에 이미 오래전부터 적용되어 용접부위 신뢰성과 품질 우수성을 확보하고 시공비용절감을 달성하고 있다. 자동용접을 적용하기 위해서는 용접절차를 수립하여 절차인증시험을 수행하고, 기존방안과 동일이상의 품질이 확보되며 효율성을 겸비해야만 한다. 국가 기본에너지의 안정적인 공급을 위해 적기 시공이 필요하고, 1 km당 10 억원 이상이 소요되는 배관시공비용 중 약 1/3이 용접비파괴검사 비용인 점을 감안할 때 품질이 확보되면서 경제적인 시공방안이 있다면 이를 적용하는 것이 국가 산업 경제적 측면에서 필요한 일이다. 이와 관련된 연구에서는 국내 가스배관 원주용접에 적용 가능한 용접공정을 검토하고, 용접절차를 수립하여 절차인증시험을 수행하였으며, 추가로 배관 원주 자동용접부위에 대한 기계적 특성 평가를 실시하였다. 현재 국내 건설여건과 비파괴검사 기준을 만족시키고 안전성과 효율성을 겸비한 방법으로는 초층과 2층은 수동 GTAW를 적용하고 나머지 층은 반자동 FCAW를 적용하는 방안이 적절한 것으로 판단된다. 전 층을 자동 GTAW로 용접하는 방안은 품질은 확보되지만 효율성측면에서 대형배관에는 적용하기 어려울 것으로 보이며, 해외에서 많이 사용되는 자동 GMAW 방안은 국내 비파괴검사기준을 만족시키기 어려워 검토대상에서 제외하였다. 본 논문에서는 두 가지 용접방법에 대한 용접공정개발과정과 원주용접부위 기계적 특성을 검토하여 최적방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Korea manufacturers(SMEs) try to reduce logistics costs and make its efficiency by out-sourcing to a third party logistics company. It will improving logistics service for customers by reducing logistics management factors and decreasing related logistics. To reduce logistics cost, recently, logistics services have had a great effect on customer satisfaction, particularly, it is necessary to conduct detailed study on the effect on cost. In this study, firstly, we analyze the factor of improvement of logistics service of the third party logistics company based on the questionnaire and analyze quantitatively the effect of cost reduction compared to logistics service improvement through sensitivity analysis for each factor do. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between logistics costs and the increase the logistic service factor.

The way we work is changing significantly with the rapid development of digitaltechnology, and paper documents are being replaced by electronic documents. However, in accordance with the Enforcement Decree and Enforcement Regulation of the Environmental Impact Assessment Act, the environmental impact assessment report must submit a set number of paper reports to organizations related to the project, and about 42 years have passed since it was submitted as a paperreport. In 2022, the National Institute of Ecology introduced a system to review paperreports as electronic documents in line with the trend of digital transformation. The cost reduction and carbon emission reduction effects of electronic document review were analyzed for 1,398 environmental impact assessments submitted and reviewed in 2022. In addition, a satisfaction survey was conducted targeting type 1 environmental impact assessment companies that were directly affected, and a total of 134 people responded. As a result of analyzing the effect of reviewing electronic documents, costs are reduced by a total of 101,424,900 won per year and carbon emissions are reduced by about 59.7 tons. As a result of the satisfaction survey, 94.8% of the respondents said electronic documentreview was very helpful, and 4.5% said it was helpful. The effectiveness of electronic documentreview was high, with 94.8% of respondents saying it was helpful in economic terms and 91.8% saying it was helpful in reducing work hours. If electronic documents are reviewed through the revisions to the Enforcement Decree and Enforcement Regulation of the Environmental Impact Assessment Act, the implementation of electronic document review is expected to have a ripple effect across the country, not only reducing costs and carbon emissions, but also reducing administrative time and saving storage space. Rapid changes in law and administration are needed to adapt to the digital transformation era.

Recently there is show deep concern at the wellness of health and beauty. therefore this study is to investigate an empirical study on the relational characteristics and collaboration between wholesalers and oriental clinic in herb medicine supplier channel, specially focused on lycium chinense. We collected statistically usable data from 119 questionnaire respondents who live in national provinces and analyzed them with SPSS 20.0 to achieve research's goals. Analysis results revealed that, first, relational characteristics of relationalism, trust, reward power and dependence had impacts on satisfaction between wholesaler and oriental clinic in herb medicine, Second, the survey found that satisfaction has impact on collaboration. Third, this study partially supported mediating effect regarding satisfaction between relational characteristics of relationalism and reward power.
