Creativity is the most important characteristic and ability in the 21st century. Recently leading people in Korean society are aware of the significance of the enhancement of the creativity. However, Korean students are less likely to take initiative or depart from standard ways of thinking or doing things, because Korean Confucius culture puts an emphasis on collectivism. An individual has an obligation to conform in order to avoid conflict and maintain social harmony. The rule of respecting parents and teachers leads to a lack of self-expression and entails silence. Brainstorming technique developed by American Osbron, who originated the group brainstorming in 1953, is the most popular creative thinking method for the students. Brainstorming technique has two principles : ideation can be more productive if criticism is concurrently excluded; The more ideas the better. In doing BS, each panel should consist of chairperson, an assistant chairperson, recorder, and 10 others including 2-3 females. However there are several problems in doing group BS, such as production blocking, uniformity thinking, evaluation apprehension, and social loafing. This study was undertaken to investigate the proper way of forming Brainstorming groups with Korean students according to the Sasang Constitutional Medicine originated by Korean Lee Je-ma in 1894. Human beings are classified in four group in Sasang Constitutional Medicine : Taeyang-In, Teaum-In, Soyang-In and Soum-In. Two Yang-Ins are more self-expressive : Taeyang-In has very unique ides and thoughts; Soyang-In is very humorous and like to present his/her ideas. On the other hand, two Um-Ins are passive and are not likely to speak out their ideas in group. Therefore, in this investigation firstly, the brainstorming group was formed with two Yang-Ins (Taeyang-In and Soyang-In) and two Um-Ins(Taeum-In and Soum-In) separately and secondly, Yang-Ins and Um-Ins were mixed. And the first method was compared with the second method in terms of the degree of participation of the group members and finally the better grouping method to produce more and better ideas was discussed and suggested for the educational system.

To develop a creative design concept, amount of idea thinking between team members is important. In the process of planning to proposal brainstorming helps clarification of problems and allows a creative solution. Here, idea generation is to express thinking into words, and greater amount of idea is more valued than to choose one fine idea at first. This paper studies actual processes of brainstorming, and we utilize network services upgraded in Web and multimedia techniques to develop idea with arrangement. We compare the amount of idea generation by groups and topics with Brainwriting and Braindrawing of Webstorming, without limitation of space and time. Then, we propose a creative idea thinking by analyzing the characteristics of design team members in various aspects. This result will contribute in improving national potential value and design competitiveness by the help of design and IT, on product research and marketing.

Most of people who are engaged in research and development find it difficult to solve the engineering problems creatively due to the lack of ideas. There are two famous methods for inventive problem solving: ＆apos;Brainstorming＆apos; and ＆apos;TRIZ＆apos;. Brainstorming is the most popular tool until now to find a creative solution and TRIZ is not so popular yet but leads us to a very useful and clear solution. These two methods whose goals are the same usually take quite different routes to the final solution; Those routes have their own unique advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, a creative problem solving method optimized by correlating Brainstorming and TRIZ is proposed. And this method demonstrates how rough initial ideas can be quickly refined and how a problem can be solved correctly.

코로나19의 장기화로 인해 비대면 서비스에 익숙해진 사람들은 실시간 비대면 협업 서비스를 기존보다 더 다양한 방식으로 이용하고 있다. 본 논문은 비대면 협업 서비스를 능동적으로 이용하고자 하는 현대인들에게 가상현실을 기반으로 한 브레인스토밍 협업 서비스를 제안한다. 본 서비스의 유저들은 3차원의 가상공간에서 타 유저들과 음성뿐만 아니라 손짓과 같은 비언어적 표현을 통해 소통할 수 있다. 또한, 자신의 아이디어를 블록이라는 특정 매개체에 담아 마인드 매핑하는 과정을 실시간으로 타 유저들과 공유하며 원활한 협업 서비스를 경험할 수 있다.

Since the destruction of World Trade Center the attention of the united States and the wider international community has focussed upon the need to strengthen security and prevent terrorism. This paper suggests an analysis prior to risk factor and structure for anti-terrorism in the korean maritime society. For this, in this paper, maritime terror risk factor was extracted by type and case of terror using brainstorming method. Also, risk factor is structured by FSM method and analyzed for ranking of each risk factor by AHP. At the result, the evaluation of risk factor is especially over maximum factor for related external impact.

The purpose of this study is to classify korean clothing image using brainstorming method. Brainstorming theme is selected 'The Land of Morning Calm 'which famed to foreigner about Korea. Brainstorming members were 10 persons for 1st. 9 persons for End. The 119 words of association from 'morning calm'were to extracted at 1st brainstorming. The group of senses image were to classified at End brainstorming. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The clothing image type of tactual sense implied feeling of that downy bedding in a soft spring and grandmother's hands as warm. rough. 2. The clothing image type of smelling sense associated smells of pleasant. mild. and fresh. 3. The clothing image type of auditive sense consisted mainly sense of indirect. resonance. small, and clear sounds. 4. The clothing image type of visual sense associated pure, passive, gentle, and lasting life-force as weeds and wild flowers. Korean line is pointless and rounded curve. Korean form is soft silhouette as streamy, not exaggerate and wavy detail of slim and short. Korean color is not dyed, just natural color and pastel tone. Korean textile is a natural material as linen, ramie. and coarse silk.

Ship is bring operated under a highly dynamic environments and many factors are related whit marine accident and those factors are interacting. An analysis on the marine accident is very important to prepare countermeasures which will ensure the safe navigation. This paper aims to build a model of the causes and improved policy for marine accident using SD(System Dynamics} approach and to measure a effect which is risk control countermeasures of marine accident. The methodology of this paper is to perform the causes and improved policy for marine accident using Brainstorming method and was to changed by quantitutive, qualitative factors and their feedback loops in casual map. This model was performed over 23 years($1997\~2020$) in a standard simulation model and 4 policy simulation models.
