A Comparative Study on the Influence of Creation Shared Value Activities on Continuous Use Intention in Korean-Chinese Library Big Data Service: Focusing on Brand Quality and Social Resistance

  • In this paper, we propose the purpose of this study is to examine whether the library's creation shared value activities in China and Korea affect brand quality, social status, and the influence of each variable according to the Chinese and Korean groups. To achieve the purpose of this study, the survey was conducted using questionnaires to users who have used the Big Data Sharing Service in Korean and Chinese libraries. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to participants in the study, and 460 of the recovered questionnaire were used in the final analysis, which eliminated unfaithful responses. The data collected through the survey were analyzed as frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmed factor analysis, and structured model using statistical programs SPSS22 and AMOS22. The results of the research identified through the empirical analysis of this study are as follows. First, the CSV activities of the library's big data have a significant influence on the brand quality and social status. Second, brand quality and social resistance has a significant positive effect on continuous use intention. Third, the influence of the CSV activities in Korean and Chinese libraries has been found to be partly different. Through the conclusion and discussion section, the theoretical implications of this study, practical implications and in-depth discussions on the limitations of the study and its future direction were presented.

The Effect of K-Beauty Brand's Social Responsibility Activities on Purchase Intention through Value : Focusing on the Comparison of Korean and Chinese Consumers (K-뷰티 브랜드의 사회적 책임활동이 가치를 통해 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 한·중 소비자 비교를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to study the effect of K-beauty brand's social responsibility activities on purchase intention through value, and to conduct a comparative study using Korean and Chinese data. To To test the hypothesis, a total of 480 data were collected from Korean and Chinese and analyzed using SPSS 27 and LISREL 8.8. As a result, it was found that economic responsibility affect efficient value, and ethical responsibility positively affect social·ethnic value. Also, the effect of efficient value and social·ethnic value on purchase intention had also positive effect for both Korean and Chinese. Regarding the difference in path coefficient, it was found that the influence of social·ethnic value on purchase intention was greater for Chinese than for Korean. These research results expand the theory of K-beauty brands' social responsibility activities and provide practical applications for K-beauty brands operating in China. If a comparative study on the impact of other social responsibility activities is conducted in the future, better implications can be provided.

The impact of motivation of using the corporate Facebook on consumer-brand relationship : Focused on a Self-Determination Motivation Theory (SNS 이용동기가 브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향 관계 고찰: 자기결정이론 적용을 중심으로)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to verify motivations of corporate Facebook usage and to examine the impacts of usage motivations on brand attachment, trust and loyalty. Design/methodology/approach A conceptual model is developed based on Self-determination theory(SDT) and the previous studies. We conducted a web survey with a convenient sample of 121 Facebook users who clicked "Like" button on the corporate Facebook pages. Findings The followings are the findings of the study. First, intrinsic motivation(Entertainment) turned out to have positive effects on brand attachment. Second, extrinsic motivation(information exchange) turned out to have positive effects on brand trust. Third, brand attachment turned out to have positive effects on brand loyalty. These findings provide a valuable basis for constructing an explanatory model for "Like"-clicking behaviors of corporate's Facebook community platform users, as well as making significant practical contributions to enhance social and commercial benefits for businesses and individuals.

The Effect of OTT Service Platform Characteristics on Psychological Benefits and OTT Brand Loyalty -Focusing on the Family Type- (OTT 서비스 플랫폼 특성이 심리적 혜택 및 OTT 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 -가족의 형태 중심으로-)

  • In this study, we are going to study the OTT service platform, which is growing rapidly in recent years. Through this study, the characteristics of the platform preferred by consumers and the relationship between psychological benefits and loyalty were investigated. In addition, the relationship between the type of family and the characteristics of the platform and psychological benefits was investigated. In this study, a total of 255 surveys were conducted targeting consumers who have used OTT services, and 206 cases were analyzed with SPSS 18 and AMOS 21, excluding 49 cases that were insincere or inconsistent internally. According to the results of the study, all factors of convenience, AI recommendation service, and content, which are factors characteristic of OTT platform, had a significant effect on psychological benefits. In addition, psychological benefits were found to have a significant effect on brand loyalty. It was found that there was no difference between the characteristics of the OTT platform and the type of family according to the family type, which is a control variable. This study is significant in providing a theoretical background according to the type of family. Future studies are expected to consider various members or add factors to the study.

Practical Study on Methods to Revitalize Traditional Market (전통시장 활성화 방법에 관한 실제적 연구)

  • The The purpose of this study is to have a positive impact on the evaluation of the traditional market revitalization project by discussing the business details and implementation process of the commercial district revitalization project in depth. The research method uses practical methods for traditional market revitalization projects. First, the activation method of the place was examined through the concepts of Oldenburg's 'Third Place' and Carr et al.'s 'Five Demands for Public Space' and the theories related to non-face-to-face transactions were examined. The first study case was the commercial district revitalization project of the Cheongju Global Market Development Project(Seongan-gil Street Shopping Mall and Yukgeori traditional Market), which discussed revitalization of open space, revitalization through reproduction, and revitalization through festivals. The revitalization project through representation is a project to install a symbolic sculpture at the estimated location of the 'Namseokgyo' buried in Yukgeori traditional Market. The revitalization through the festival is the Korea Sale Festa, which is a vibrant business due to increased sales at traditional markets and shopping malls and floating population in open spaces. The second study case was the Cultural Tourism Promotion Project(Hanmin traditional Market), which discussed revitalization through the development of local brands and SNS content. In the conclusion, the relationship between the six projects and commercial district revitalization methods was discussed, and policy recommendations were made, mentioning the importance of reflecting regional characteristics in design planning. We hope that this study will be used to positively evaluate the traditional market revitalization project, showing that stakeholders are working hard to produce positive results within institutional limitations.

Effect of Restaurant Meal Replacement Product Selection Attributes on Brand Image and Satisfaction (RMR(레스토랑간편식) 상품의 선택속성이 브랜드이미지, 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to investigate the relationship between the factors of RMR product selection attributes, brand image, and satisfaction as the interest and frequency of use of RMR products of dining out consumers increase recently. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using RMR products launched in catering companies and restaurants. The investigation period was conducted for about 20 days from August 10, 2020. The final 291 copies were used for research analysis, and the SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used for hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, the hygiene (��=.160), menu (��=.203), and packaging (��=.291) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on reliability. Hypothesis 2's menu (��=.270), convenience (��=.201), and packaging (��=.195) were found to have a significant effect on differentiation. The reliability (��=.328) and differentiation (��=.443) of the brand image of Hypothesis 3 were found to have a significant effect on satisfaction (��=.428). Hygiene (��=.388), menu (��=.229), and convenience (��=.243) of Hypothesis 4 were analyzed to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Lastly, this study is expected to be provided as basic research data related to RMR products, and is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction in RMR product development of food service companies and restaurants.

Factors Influencing Operation of Travel Agency Services (여행업 경영에 영향을 주는 요인)

  • Recent studies on business performance in the operation of travel agency services note the importance of non-financial factors, in addition to financial factors. They also indicate that in order to enhance the business performance in travel agency services, it is necessary to emphasize the most competitive key factors based on the understanding of the circumstances with which those services are faced. The analyses of business performance in travel services and of related research Papers have showed that the major factors influencing the operation of travel agency services include the relationship with tourism-related companies the introduction of e-commerce and knowledge-based management, the services of employed workers, and brand awareness and advertising. The present study attempts to propose an approach to the efficient operation of travel agency services by reviewing and analyzing the different studies regarding these factors. To do so, this study employs the existing study reports and publications related to the operation of travel services, focusing mainly on literature review. The paper is composed of four chapters: The first is an introductory chapter; Chapter 2 provides the theoretical background; in Chapter 3 an analysis of the previous studies is attempted; and Chapter 4 presents the results of analysis and other considerable suggestions.

Study on Korean SMEs' Brand Luxuriousness Building (마케팅 믹스를 활용한 한국 중소기업의 브랜드 명품성 구축에 대한 연구)

  • As interest and consumption of luxury goods have become more popular, luxury goods market is growing rapidly. Consumers can acquire psychological satisfaction with material abundance by purchasing and using luxury goods. Also, from the view of corporations, luxury goods have price inelastic characteristics, so they can enjoy price premium and it is good to produce good performance. That is the reason why they should pay much attention to securing luxuriousness. This study examined the establishment of brands luxuriousness in Korean SMEs. First, it examined the world market of luxury goods industry and the present condition of Korean market. Then it identified the constituents of luxuriousness by examining the prior studies and related literatures, and designed a research model based on the theoretical grounds to suggest the methods of brand luxuriousness building of Korean SMEs. Luxuriousness can be defined as the attribute of product that distinguishes luxury goods from other products by consumers' perceptions, and the factor that provides situational benefits that motivate consumers' purchasing behavior. In this study, I identified the sub-dimensions of luxuriousness according to whether there are product related attributes and consumers' benefit in consideration of the problems of existing studies. Product related luxuriousness are classified into superiority(functional benefit) and scarcity(experiential benefit), while non-product related luxuriousness are classified into differentiation(symbolic benefit) and traditionality(exclusive benefit). The following are the ways to build brand luxuriousness. First, company can use product factors. High quality, excellent design, high recognized brand with strong, favorable and unique images can enhance the luxuriousness of brand. Second, company can use price factors. Consumers tend to perceive luxury goods as high-priced items, so lowering the price of product can undermine the luxuriousness of product. Third, company can use distribution factors. It is effective for making consumers to perceive the differentiation and scarcity of luxuriousness through limited distribution channel. In addition, store atmosphere suitable for luxury brands should be created. Fourth, company can use promotion factors. The more consumers are exposed to advertisements, the more positive attitudes toward luxury brands are made, and consumers recognize luxuriousness higher. Price promotion negatively affects consumers' perception of luxuriousness. Fifth, company can use corporate factors. Consumer evaluations of products are influenced not only by the product attributes but also by the corporate association and corporate image surrounding the product. Considering the existing researches, it is possible to enhance the brand luxuriousness through high corporate competence and good corporate reputation. In order to increase the competence of the enterprise, it is useful to approach multidimensionally in relation with the knowledge creation capability. In corporate reputation, the external stakeholders' reputation is important, but the internal members' reputation is also important. Korean SMEs will be able to build brand luxuriousness by establishing marketing strategies as above and/or mix(integrate) them according to the situation.

A Study On User Experience Based Storydoing Operating Principles (사용자 경험 기반 스토리두잉의 작동원리에 관한 연구)

  • Along with the spotlight of storytelling, storydoing has attracted public's attention as it has been utilized in various different areas. There are valued message by producer and story to back it up in the storydoing. Recipient will acknowledge the affordance encouraged by producer and confirm the message by practicing it. Finally producer will evaluate the practice process. Therefore, storydoing promotes the product of company, strengthens the brand image and delivers message and value through a previously mentioned cycle. Ultimately, storydoing is operated based on user's experience. In this study, based on the experience theory of John Dewey, in order to discover how the interactivity and continuity operate story doing, we conducted a study on the concept of storydoing, the national and international story doing status, the difference between storytelling and storydoing, the elements of story doing, the relationship with user experience, and the principle of operating story doing. As a result, we learned that story doing had the five elements of message, story, characters, action, and confirmation, and operated by the interaction and continuity between the producer and receptor. Thus, through this research to understand the nature of storydoing, we have identified new trends of the cultural industries and discovered the possibilities to expand the application scope of storydoing, which was currently applied by companies to promote their brand images, onto contents field. More importantly, the proposal of theoretical differences between storytelling and storydoing makes this report meaningful in terms of sociocultural, industrial and academic aspect.

  • In recent marketing circumstances we passed the days just dealt with products sales and faced Sensitivity Marketing era concluded by merchandise, corporate and brand image. Especially although corporate commercial space is the important strategy factor performing immediate satisfaction, experience,sensitive stimulation and social relationship among customers, most of the domestic firms don't recognize its importance when looking into adopted graphic factors at spaces without consideration for a variety of space function, concept,merchandise and customer satisfaction. In addition the facade, which performs as visual information conveyance, boundaries of architecture and concluding space concept, merchandise image and incoming customer based on linkage between interior and exterior, is the important point. This research specializing the examples of facade design of corporate and brand commercial space including service, purchasing and advertising looks into reflected space identity through facade and theoretical factors for commercial space function, concept, merchandise and customers related facade design and makes alternative plans in order to make a better commercial space identity program.
