뷰티아카데미 교육생들의 관계효익이 뷰티아카데미의 브랜드이미지와 신뢰에 미치는 영향

  • 뷰티산업은 2000년대 초반 이후 소득수준의 향상과 개성 표현, 웰빙 등 새로운 라이프 스타일에 부합하여 급속한 성장을 이루어 왔다. 뷰티산업은 헤어미용, 피부미용, 네일아트, 메이크업 등 서비스업과 관련된 미용기기, 용품 등 제조업을 포괄한다. K팝의 영향으로 이미용, 피부미용, 네일, 메이크업 등 K뷰티 서비스에 대한 해외 소비자들의 수요 역시 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이에 대응하여 뷰티 서비스 전문가를 양성하기 위한 전문 교육기관 역시 꾸준히 증가하고 있으나 교육생들의 뷰티아카데미 선택 기준에 대한 연구는 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 뷰티아카데미 수강생들이 느끼는 관계효익을 심리적 효익, 사회적 효익, 경제적 효익, 고객화 효익으로 구분하여 측정하고 이러한 관계효익이 뷰티아카데미에 대한 교육생들의 브랜드 이미지와 신뢰도 형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 각각 분석한 다음 뷰티 아카데미 교육생들의 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해 뷰터 아카데미 운영에 필요한 시사점을 도출하여 제시하고자 한다.

The Influence of the Education Service Quality of State-Sponsored Beauty Education Institutions on Perceived Usefulness and Career Preparation Behavior (국비 지원 뷰티 교육기관의 교육서비스품질이 지각된 유용성 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this investigate the effect of the educational institution service quality f the government-supported beauty-related educational institution on the students' perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior. Participations in the study collected 362 students at a government-funded educational institution located in Seoul and Gyeon-ggi by a convenience sampling method. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS statistical package version 26.0 version. The results derived through a series of research procedures are as follows: First, educational service quality, perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior showed a statistically significant positive(+) correlation. Second, it was found that educational service quality had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on perceived usefulness. Third, the educational service quality showed a positive(+) influence on the career preparation behavior of information collection activities and job preparation activities. Fourth, the perceived usefulness was found to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the career preparation behavior of the information collection activities ad job preparation activities. The results of this research can be used as basic data to increase the efficiency of beauty-related government funding projects by evaluating the quality of education services of state-funded beauty related educational institutions.

A Study on the ProBono Activation Plan for Sustainable Beauty (지속가능한 미용전공 프로보노 활성화 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the beauty Probono activities and to find ways to revitalize the related activities. In this study, the research models and hypotheses were set up, and the results of the main analysis were obtained by conducting the questionnaire analysis of 701 beauty majors in the metropolitan area. First, it was found that the participation of Beauty Probono is to utilize beauty technology and knowledge, mainly through volunteer club activities. Second, Satisfaction with beauty Probono activities was highly correlated with recruitment of service organization. The reliability of the service organization tended to be higher as the level of institutional operation and satisfaction through participation were higher. Third, satisfaction with beauty Probono activities was high, and the more trust in organization, the higher the sustainability of activities. The beauty Probono activation plan suggested the development of various public relations channels, strengthened education for volunteers, and transparent management of the volunteer organization. However, this research has limitations in the limitation of research subject, and it is expected that the study of various aspects of beauty student major students will be continued in the future.

Effect of single-person beauty company's managerial capabilities on management performance -Focusing on the moderating effects of beauty education institutions- (1인 미용기업 경영자 역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 -미용교육기관의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study checks how the managerial competency of a single beauty company affects management performance, and the managerial competency of a single beauty company has a moderating effect of a beauty education institution between management performance and presents related implications. As for the survey for the study, direct surveys and online surveys were conducted from May 1 to May 31, 2021, and a total of 218 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the managerial competence of a single beauty company was divided into three factors: psychological characteristics, technical characteristics, and management ability, and all factors influenced management performance. In addition, it was analyzed that the managerial competency of a single beauty company in beauty education institutions has a moderating effect in the relationship between management performance. Therefore, managers of single-person beauty companies should make various efforts to improve managerial capabilities that affect management performance, and above all, it is important to select educational institutions necessary for each reverse direction.

Analysis of the Current State and the Curriculum of Beauty Related Higher Education Programs in Korea (국내 뷰티 관련 고등교육 프로그램의 현황 및 교과과정 조사 연구)

  • This research investigates the current state of beauty related curriculums and departments of undergraduate and graduate programs in Korea. The results also compared beauty related programs at selected overseas universities. A comprehensive list of 4-year universities with beauty related undergraduate and/or graduate programs were surveyed using the KCUE University Entrance Information (http://www.adiga.kr) site provided by the Korean Council for University Education. Information on the name of the department, curriculum, and year of foundation were obtained from the websites of individual universities. There were 58 universities which have beauty related higher education programs; 43 undergraduate programs, 12 graduate programs, and 40 special graduate programs. The number of special graduate departments were 3.7 times larger than the graduate departments; in addition, 43.9% of the special graduate departments were located in the Seoul/Gyeonggi/Incheon area. The curriculums of beauty related 4-year undergraduate departments were focused on the 'Beauty care service' area (50.2%), whereas the curriculums of graduate departments were focused on the 'Cosmetic science' area (40.8%). In case of the special graduate programs, there was little difference between the 'Beauty care service' area (24.4%) and the 'Cosmetic science' area (27.7%). Beauty related programs of overseas universities were mostly focused on cosmetic science with some universities specialized in the marketing aspect.

A Study on the Hair Style Design in North Korea (김정은 집권 이후 북한 여성들의 헤어스타일에 관한 연구)

  • This paper sought to help north Korean women understand their lives and seek to integrate the in-house between North and South Korea by organizing the overall reality of north Korea's fashionable hairstyles and beauty industry. The research method looks at the appearance management activities of North Koreans in north Korean media, media outlets, and testimonies of north Koreans who have been on the outstay since Kim Jong-un's ruling, among other things, and analyzed their hair activities. C. Studies have shown that some improvements have been made since the Kim Regime through the smuggling of foreign goods by yusists. In addition, it was confirmed that beauty education is being systematically edied out through a beauty training institute in North Korea, and that it has changed from a fixed salary system to an ability-based allowance. This study shows a limitation that north Korea has failed to study. It is believed to be a boon to future research on North Korean hair.

Study on the Policy of Supporting University Students in the Beauty Field through Social Big Data Analysis: Based on exploratory data analytics (소셜 빅 데이터 분석을 통한 미용분야 대학생 창업지원 정책에 관한 연구 -탐색적 데이터 분석법을 기반으로-)

  • In order to revitalize start-ups in the beauty field, this study attempted to derive characteristic patterns of changes in demand and differences in emotions and meaning for 'beauty start-ups' by dividing the period by year from 2019 to 2021 based on exploratory data analysis (EDA). Most of the search terms related to the keyword "beauty start-up" showed more interest in institutions or certificates that can learn beauty skills than professional start-up education, which still does not recognize the importance of start-up education, and as an alternative, it is necessary to develop customized start-up education programs for each major. We establish hypotheses through exploratory data analysis and verify hypotheses by combining traditional corroborative data analysis (CDA). There has never been an exploratory data analysis method for beauty startups, and rather than mentioning the need for formal start-up education, analyzing changes in interest in beauty startups and the requirements of prospective start-ups with exploratory data will help develop customized start-up programs.
