In performing the reliability analysis for predicting the settlement with time of alluvial clay layer at Kobe airport, the uncertainties of geotechnical properties were examined based on the stochastic and probabilistic theory. By using Terzaghi's consolidation theory as the objective function, the failure probability was normalized based on AFOSM method. As the result of reliability analysis, the occurrence probabilities for the cases of the target settlement of ${\pm}10%,\;{\pm}25%$ of the total settlement from the deterministic analysis were 30~50%, 60%~90%, respectively. Considering that the variation coefficients of input variable are almost similar as those of past researches, the acceptable error range of the total settlement would be expected in the range of 10% of the predicted total settlement. As the result of sensitivity analysis, the factors which affect significantly on the settlement analysis were the uncertainties of the compression coefficient Cc, the pre-consolidation stress Pc, and the prediction model employed. Accordingly, it is very important for the reliable prediction with high reliability to obtain reliable soil properties such as Cc and Pc by performing laboratory tests in which the in-situ stress and strain conditions are properly simulated.

As a result of the study, it was found that social support affects career maturity. It was confirmed that in order to increase the career maturity of junior college students, it is necessary to understand the interpersonal relationship including information and evaluation of the student environment, effective support, and emotional interest, and it is necessary to find a way to perceive high social support. In the effect of social support on career maturity, career decision self-efficacy was found to have a partial mediating effect. Instructors should support students who have anxiety about their uncertain future so that they can increase their self-esteem and self-efficacy so that they can enhance their career maturity.

This study tried to examine the relationship between superior leadership and emotional support from co-workers on task performance through performance evaluation fairness and self-efficacy in order to find factors that affect the task performance of a company in an uncertain market environment. For this purpose, 500 copies of questionnaire data were collected from corporate employees, and the research hypothesis was verified using Smart PLS 3.0. As a result of the study, superior leadership and emotional support from co-workers showed a positive (+) effect individually on the fairness of employee performance evaluation, Performance evaluation fairness showed a positive (+) effect on self-efficacy. Through this study, it was found that the fairness and self-efficacy of the performance evaluation accepted by employees affects work performance, providing a theoretical foundation for subsequent researchers. Practical implications are suggested to inspire employees to take on a challenge by managing them properly. In future research, based on the results of this study, various studies are needed on the factors that an organization must have for task performance.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence health-related quality of life in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods: The subjects were 150 outpatients with atrial fibrillation who visited the cardiology clinic of a university hospital in U city. The instruments used for this study were Mhel Uncertainty in Illness Scale (MUIS), Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression Scale (CES-D), State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and the Short-Form-36 Health Survey (SF-36) Korean version II. The date were analyzed by ANOVA, Pearson-correlation coefficient, and hierachial multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: The mean score of physical health-related quality of life (PCS) was $38.92{\pm}6.22$ and mental health-related quality of life (MCS) was $41.49{\pm}5.71$. Physical and Mental health-related quality of life had the significant correlations with uncertainty, anxiety and depression. In multiple regression analysis, physical health-related quality of life was significantly influenced by duration of disease, NYHA class, uncertainty. Mental health-related quality of life was significantly influenced by family income, NYHA class, anxiety and depression. Conclusion: These results suggest that these influencing factors should be consider in developing the nursing interventions to improve the healthrelated quality of life in patients with atrial fibrillation.

Good reviews that Half-Life: Alyx received created a turning point for the vitalization of the VR market with an uncertain future due to the absence of a revenue model together with the increased sales of VR equipment. Based on previous studies, this study categorized the characteristics of VR games according to graphs, first-person system, interface, controller, interaction technology, sound and stories. The analysis results show that the seven elements corresponded with "interactions" and "virtual images," which represent the completion level of games as part of VR components, and were connected to one another, which led to the proposal of an upper-rank concept "presence" to put them together. "Immersiveness," which represents users' emotions as part of VR components, was analyzed with the immersion theory to assign tasks of proper difficulty level for users' abilities. In the research process, the Delphi technique and FGI were administered to a panel of 15 experts to ensure objectivity. Finally, "presence" and "immersiveness" are characteristics in proportion to each other and can be valid concepts in future analysis of VR games as well as Half-Life: Alyx, which led to the proposal a new concept framework called 'presence effects' by combining the two words.

In this study, we hypothesized that the needs for start-up support services may vary depending on the founder's psychological characteristics, such as self-efficacy or his attitude toward uncertainty. To verify this, a survey was conducted on the founders of 86 companies located in Business Incubators at Seoul and Daejeon and an empirical analysis was conducted based on the data. According to the analysis, the higher the self-efficacy of the founder, the more active he expressed his willingness to accept the start-up support service, which aims to provide start-up zones to busy areas outside the university. While the founder, who has experienced failure in the past, responded positively to attracting customers located outside the university. The results of this study supported the hypothesis and suggest that differentiated start-up support services should be designed by including not only characteristics at the level of start-up companies, such as industries and growth stages, but also the psychological characteristics of start-ups in important consideration.

건설공사 프로젝트는 기획, 설계, 시공, 운영 및 유지관리 등 각 단계의 다양한 참여 주제에 의해 프로젝트가 진행되고 각 분야 간 원활한 의사소통을 통한 협업으로 일을 진행해 나간다. 그러나 각 단계별 커뮤니케이션이 원활히 이뤄지기가 힘들며, 이러한 단계별 분절의 가장 큰 이유 중 하나가 실제적 결과물은 3차원 기반인 것에 비해, 그 과정이 2차원 CAD 시스템에 의존하는 결과와 과정의 격차 때문이다. 그로 인해 각 관련 분야에서 발생되는 정보의 불확실성, 부정확성, 표현의 애매모함 등으로 인해 재작업 및 불필요한 작업이 빈번히 발생하여 전체적인 공정의 지연 및 비용의 문제, 결과물의 품질에 대한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 또한 도면에서의 한계점인 거리감, 공간감 등 실제 사람이 느끼는 Scale감을 알 수 없어 공간에 대한 이해도가 떨어지는 한계점을 극복하지 못하고 있으며 1인칭 작업운영 방식으로 인하여 협업 설계과정에서 원활한 팀워크를 유도 할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 협업설계 과정에서 기본설계 단계를 지원하는 설계 도구로서 건축모델의 단순 시각화에서 벗어나 가상공간에서 몰입형 VR 시뮬레이션을 구현하기 위하여 프로토타입 응용을 개발 하였고, 이것을 "Digital Studio"에 구현하여 즉각적인 공간 시뮬레이션을 통하여 실제 시공 전에 문제점들을 검토 및 보완하고 전체적으로는 생산성 향상과 설계 과정 중 오류를 최소화하기 위한 VR시뮬레이션 시스템의 제안 및 Viewer 모듈을 개발 하였다.

This study is about the effect of the founder's self-efficacy on the sales of the founding company by focusing on the factors that are currently emphasized in the founding education. In particular, this paper starts from the consciousness of the problem that the education that is being implemented to achieve the purpose of successful start-up among various government-based start-up support projects is failing to produce many start-up failures. Entrepreneurs cannot be assessed by objective financial data, but there is a high degree of uncertainty that should be determined based on their personal and learning abilities. In addition, many previous studies, which are likely to be successful when there is a high self-efficacy in a specific field due to the influence of factors such as personal experience or learning, will answer the direction of support for start-up companies. This study focuses on the impact of the founder's self-efficacy on the sales of the founding firms, especially the sales that are the key to the survival of the founding firms. This study has six major studies. First, to analyze whether the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs with respect to entrepreneurship affects the sales of entrepreneurs. Second, to analyze whether the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs with respect to market orientation affects the sales of entrepreneurs. Analysis of whether the founder's self-efficacy affects the sales of the founding firms. Fourth, analysis of whether the founder's self-efficiency affects the sales of the founding firms' understanding of management environment changes. An analysis of whether efficacy affects the sales of a start-up company, and sixth, an analysis of whether the founder's self-efficacy of business model building ability affects the sales of a start-up company. As a result of the empirical analysis, this study found that the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs on product differentiation capability and business model building capacity had a positive influence on the sales of entrepreneurs. The self-efficacy had a positive effect on self-efficacy, and the customer orientation had a positive effect on self-efficacy on business model building capacity. Also, it was confirmed that a path exists between the components of self-efficacy and that self-efficacy through the path has a positive effect on the sales of the start-up company. Therefore, the results of this study suggest the implications of establishing such a path and strengthening self-efficacy to create the survival and start-up performance of a start-up company if the goal of the start-up company is to survive when implementing various support projects for the start-up company.

The purpose of this study was to construct a hypothetic model for the influential theoretical variables for the facial cosmetic resurgery intention of female college students with cosmetic surgery experience and to examine the compatability of the re-surgery intention model with real data. The subjects in this study were 320 selected female college students who had undergone cosmetic surgery. After a survey was conducted from July 15 to September 20, 2014, the answer sheets from 300 respondents were gathered, and the answer sheets from 295 respondents were analyzed except for the five ones that included uncertain answers. As a result, it's ascertained that cognitive dissonance was under the direct influence of post-surgery satisfaction with appearance, self-esteem, subjective norm and lookism.. Self-esteem, subjective norm and lookism had a direct impact on resurgery intention, and self-esteem and lookism affected resurgery intention both in direct and indirect ways through the medium of cognitive dissonance. The findings of the study are expected to provide useful information on the development of nursing intervention programs geared toward promoting physical and mental health.

This paper deals with the design and evaluation of the evaluation of the robust controller for a synchronous generator excitation system to improve the steady state and transient stability. The nonlinear characteristics of the system is treated as model uncertainties, and then the robust control techniques are introduced into the power system stability design to take into account these uncertainties at the controller design stage. The performance of the designed controller is examined by extensive non-linear time domain simulation. It is shown that the performance of the robust controller is superior to that of the conventional PI controller.
