Estimation of Transportation Infrastructure Scale for Evaluation of Super-Tall Building Locational Appropriateness: Focusing on Urban Area (초고층건축물 입지적정성평가를 위한 교통기반시설의 규모산정방법에 관한 연구: 도심지역을 기준으로)

  • To accommodate urban concentration of population, multi-purpose super-tall buildings have been introduced, but they induce many travel demands causing regional traffic problems. While several travel demand management policies such as transit promotion or parking limits are presented to alleviate such problems, transportation infrastructure are still insufficient to meet high demands. In this study, super-tall buildings are categorized by scale and purpose, then mode-specific derived demand is estimated using modal share of each category. Optimal transportation infrastructure level is determined by condition-based average changing amount yielded by street network delay (in case of road) or the number of transit routes (in case of transit).

  • In this study, modeling and optimization works were completed for the separation of 99.9 mol% of methyl ethyl ketone from water through a pressure-swing distillation process since the azeotropic composition varies very sensitively with the change of system pressure. PRO/II with PROVISION release 9.1 was used for the computer simulation and Wilson activity coefficient model was chosen as a modeling equation. A pressure-swing distillation process can be classified into a low-high pressure columns configuration and a high-low pressure columns configuration. In this work, each configurations were optimized for the minimization of steam consumptions, respectively and were compared.

  • 홍수와 달리 가뭄은 장기적인 강수량 부족에 의해 발생하는 자연해로, 불확실성이 큰 장기(계절) 기상예보를 토대로 대비하기는 어려운 것이 현실이다. 가뭄에 대비하기 위해 가뭄의 진행상황을 관찰할 수 있는 다양한 가뭄지수가 활용되고 있다. 가뭄은 기상학적 가뭄, 농업적 가뭄, 수문학적 가뭄, 사회경제학적 가뭄으로 분류되고, 이를 정량적으로 평가하고 가뭄의 진행상황을 파악하기 위해 강수량, 유출량, 저수지의 저수량, 지하수, 토양수분 등 다양한 인자들이 사용된다. 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 가뭄지수는 평균에 대한 부족한 정도를 지수화해서 나타낸다. 하지만 우리가 가용할 수 없는 많은 양의 강수량 및 유출량(또는 저수지 유입량)이 가뭄지수를 산정하는 기간 동안 지속적으로 영향을 주게 된다. 이는 짧은 기간 동안 매우 많은 강수 후 가뭄이 지속 되었을 경우, 이를 정상의 상태로 나타낼 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이와 같은 가뭄지수를 통해 가뭄에 대처하기 위한 기준을 수립하기에는 한계가 있음을 나타낸다. 우리나라의 경우 취수량의 대부분을 댐과 하천수에 의존한다. 하천수량이 댐의 방류량에 의한 의존도가 높은 현실에서 우리가 체감하는 가뭄은 댐의 용수확보와 공급에 가장 큰 영향을 받는다고 할 수 있다. 댐은 용량의 제한이 있으며, 계획된 용수공급량과 저수량 부족 시 용수공급을 조절하는 기준이 있다. 따라서 과거 관측된 유입량과 용수공급 계획량, 용수공급 조정 기준을 통해 저수지 운영을 모의하게 되면, 용수공급을 감축하는 시점을 확인 할 수 있다. 이를 활용하여 적절한 유입량의 상한계를 설정할 수 있으며, 이는 가뭄에 대비하는 댐 운영에 활용할 수 있는 가뭄지수로 활용할 수 있다. 이는 댐의 용수 공급과 직접적으로 연관되어 있으므로, 체감할 수 있는 가뭄전달 도구로 활용이 가능하다. 이와 같이 제시된 유입량 가뭄지수를 기존의 대표적인 가뭄지수와 비교하여 활용성을 평가하였다. 우리가 사용할 수 있는 물이 부족한 현상을 '물부족'으로 표현하고, 강수량의 부족을 '가뭄'으로 표현해야 한다는 주장이 있다. 하지만 강수량 부족에 기인한 물부족을 가뭄으로 표현하고 이를 정량적으로 나타내는 것이 가뭄에 대처해야하는 용수 관리자에게 유용할 뿐만 아니라, 일반 국민들에게 체감할 수 있는 가뭄정보를 제공하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

Clinical Outcomes of Associated with Adaptive Seating Device Using FIATS-AS (FIATS-AS를 활용한 자세보조기구의 기능적 효과평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the parent-perceived effect of adaptive seating devices on the lives of infant or young children with physical and brain lesion disabilities(age 1-13y) and their families. Using the seating device for disabled parents of 42 people with disabilities who use FIATS-AS to investigate functional outcomes. All parents completed the FIATS-AS 4 times-2 times before and 2 times after their child received a new adaptive seating system. Repeated-measures analysis of variance detected significant mean differences among the FIATS-AS scores. Also to estimating the impact of the new seating intervention for the 3 age cohorts using the FIATS-AS scores. The FIATS-AS detected a significant interaction between age cohort and interview time. Providing adaptive seating devices has been found that the positive effects on guardians. The change was significant in 1~7 years of age. Environmental modification, such as seating and other assistive technology devices, may have an important role to play in the lives of young children with disabilities and their families.

A Study on the Expansion of Fundamental Categories Based on Thesaurus International Standards (시소러스 국제표준 기반 기본 범주의 확장에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to extend fundamental categories from Clause 11, "facet analysis" in International Standards for thesaurus(ISO 25964-1) by analyzing fundamental categories of Clause 11 and concept and their scope in a thesaurus of Clause 5. For to do this, the fundamental categories were established by adjusting partially and adding mental entities explicitly referencing the highest concepts(YAMATO which is the upper ontology of Mizoguchi, and ISO 2788) and existing fundamental categories(PMEST, FRBR group 3 entities, 13 categories in CRG). Also, established fundamental categories were reorganized and structured based on concreteness/abstraction of PMEST in Ranganathan and independence/dependence of YAMATO in Mizoguchi. And the upper categories were divided into independent and dependent entities. Under these entities 28 criteria are included in the independent ones and 2 criteria in the dependent ones. In the further study, the result of this study can be expected to reuse and refer as controlled vocabulary in the field like classification, taxonomies and thesauri where expected to utilize fundamental categories and as the high-level concept when constructing an ontology for information retrieval.

An Analysis of Understanding Level of High School Students Shown in Trigonometric Functions (삼각함수에 대한 고등학생들의 이해 층위 분석)

  • In this study, using the tasks related trigonometric functions, the degree of high school students' understanding of the function concept was examined through the level of Hitt(1998). First, the degree of the students' understanding was classified by level, then the concept understanding was reclassified by the process or the object. As a result, high school students' concept understanding showed incompleteness in three stages. It was possible to know that the process in the interpretation of the graph is the main perspective, and the operation of algebraic representation is regarded as important. Based on these results, it seems necessary to study the teaching-learning method which can understand trigonometric functions from various perspectives. It seems necessary to study a lesson model that can reach function concept's understanding level 5 that maintains consistency between problem solving and representation system.

  • This study is a systematic review of literature to analyze the characteristics and outcome variables of intervention research programs for domestic thyroid patients. We systematically reviewed the literature published until 2019 in five domestic databases. Six of the 824 confirmed articles were extracted according to the selection criteria. The results of this study were classified into education, activities, and counseling. Education and counseling therapy had a significant effect on psychosocial and physiological variables. Activity therapy had a significant effect on physiological variables. This study presented the basis for the development and implementation of various intervention programs for domestic thyroid patients and can be used for the study of the convergence program development considering physiological and psychosocial problems of the thyroid patients.

Drought Analysis Using the Low Flow Frequency and Computation Model of Maintenance Flow (갈수빈도와 정상유량산정 모델을 활용한 가뭄상황 분석)

  • 최근 국토교통부 홍수통제소에서는 가뭄대응을 위해 1, 3개월 갈수예보를 시범적으로 운영하고 있다. 국가재난 위기경보단계(관심, 주의, 경계, 심각)에 따라 분류된 기준유량과 예측유량의 비교를 통해 갈수상황을 판단하며, 그 중 기준유량은 일본의 정상유량 산정 기법에 의해 계산된다. 그러나 우기 건기에 따라 상이한 유입량 및 물 사용량이 정상유량 산정에 고려되지 않았고, 각 위기단계별 물 부족상황이 재현되지 못하였다. 또한, 하천유량 부족은 가뭄과 관계가 밀접함에도 불구하고, 가뭄상황과의 연계분석이 이뤄지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 갈수빈도와 정상유량산정 모델을 이용하여 기준유량을 재설정하고 가뭄상황을 분석하였다. 대상유역은 영산강유역으로 선정하였고, 보고된 하천수사용허가량, 댐 용수 공급량 및 10년 이상 장기간 관측된 관측소별 일 유량자료를 활용하였다. 일 관측유량을 7일 이동평균으로 변환한 후, 유황분석을 통해 $Q_{90}$을 산정하였으며, 빈도별 $Q_{90}$을 계산하였다. 정상유량 산정 모델에서 입력 자료(자연유량, 댐 공급량 및 하천수 허가량)에 가중치를 두어 양을 조절하고 각 빈도에 맞는 관개기 및 비관개기 기준유량을 산정 하였다. 가뭄지수로는 국내 활용성이 높은 Standardized Precipitaion Index (SPI) 및 Standardized Runoff Index (SRI)를 선정하였고, 이를 지속기간 1, 3, 6, 12개월에 따라 일별로 계산하였다. 7일 평균 관측유량이 기준유량 이하일 때, 이시점을 전 후로 가뭄지수의 시공간적 특성과 가뭄의 지속기간 및 심도를 분석하여 가뭄상황을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 갈수예보 시 하천유량 부족에 따른 물수지 및 가뭄상황에 대한 직관적인 판단과 갈수기 효율적인 하천수 조정 협의에 기여할 것으로 본다.

A Study on the Trend of Employment Effect and Employment Policy in the Digital Bio-healthcare Industry (디지털바이오헬스케어산업의 고용효과 추이 변화와 고용정책에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the direction of industrial policy by comparing the employment inducement effect on the related industries of the digital bio-healthcare industry. The analysis data used the three-year input-output table measured by the Bank of Korea. First, the research method was rewritten into 7 major industries to compare statistical data by period. Second, the Bank of Korea's industry-related analysis methodology was utilized. Third, the weight was reflected and compared by employment, production, and investment sectors of the digital bio-healthcare industry. As a result of the analysis, first, the employment sector had a higher effect than the average of the entire industry, second, the production sector was low, and third, the investment sector required investment in the service sector. The conclusions drawn from the analysis showed that direct investment and continuous investment are required in the employment sector, the development of professional manpower is urgent, and direct investment and long-term investment are effective in the production sector.

Development and evaluation of course to educate pre-service and in-service elementary teachers about artificial intelligence (예비 및 현직 초등교사의 인공지능 교육을 위한 수업 콘텐츠의 개발 및 평가)

  • Major countries in the world have established strategies for educating about artificial intelligence(AI) and with large investments are actively implementing these strategies. With this trend, domestic ministries have made efforts to establish national strategies to better educate students about AI. This paper presents the syllabus of AI classrooms which has been developed and presented to pre-service and in-service elementary school teachers for their use. In addition, the AI education tools they particularly preferred and their future plans for utilizing them in the elementary school classroom were investigated. Through this study, it was found that pre-service and in-service elementary school teachers strongly prefer lectures about AI education tools that can be immediately applied in the classroom, rather than learning about the theoretical basis of AI. At issue, however, is that the ability to utilize AI is usually based on a sufficient understanding of the theory. Thus, this paper suggests further study to identify better pedagogical practices to improve students' understanding the theoretical basis of AI.
