  • CO I gene sequence analysis was applied to earthworms that had been used as test animals in toxicity test in Institute of Kyeongbook Agrochemicals and earthworms used as vermicomposting agents in the farm of Youngdong province to identify their species names. In terms of molecular species, the former was identified as Eisenia fetida and the latter was Eisenia andrei. Cocoons produced from Eisenia fetida was more than those from Eisenia andrei. And No. of adults developed from eggs of Eisenia fetida was more or less higher than those developed from eggs of Eisenia andrei. These results were contradictory to previous reports on two Eisenia spp.. When Eisenia fetida was crossed with Eisenia andrei, hybridized eggs were produced and adults were developed from those eggs, but cocoons and adults were much less than those from non-crossed Eisenia fetida or Eisenia andrei. This indicated that two Eisenia spp. were not distinctly different biological species because there was no complete 'reproductive isolation' between Eisenia fetida and Eisenia andrei. However, this also meant that Eisenia fetida and Eisenia andrei had already been on the tract of speciation.

  • I examine propping within chaebolgroups, using changes of bond rating events made by corporate credit evaluation institutions. Much studies related to the internal capital market and tunneling have enhanced our understanding of the important function of chaebolgroups in emerging market, but relatively little is known about propping within affiliated firms. In a common sense, propping implies capital reallocation within affiliated firms to save a financially troubled affiliate. In event study on announcement the changes of corporate bond rating, I found most positive numbers in chaebolgroup's CAR. Particularly when lower change than higher change, decrease ratio of CAR is higher positively in chaebolgroups, which relatively shows that there is more propping effects in chaebolgroups than non-chaebolgroups. In multi-regression analysis, after strengthen restriction of internal mutual investment, propping effects are decreased positively in chaebolgroups than non-chaebolgroups when credit rating adjust lower, which implies there was more propping in chaebolgroups.

  • The purpose of the research is to investigate the possibility of the tourism resources development preference of sport leisure event activity of participation as one use MDS and clustering market character. An empirical research has been undertaken the questionnaire had be distributed to the whole country inline marathon races participation and there were 330 responses. The research was conducted by using statistical packages of SPSS program. As research methods factor analysis and cluster analysis were also employed. Three distinct cluster groups were categorized by their characteristics: 'money acquirement participation', 'self realization moderators', 'self realization enthusiasts', and there was differences among segmented groups in terms of their affecting factors to the tourism resources development preference. These findings suggested that there were need to tourism resources development for different segmented groups of sports leisure event activity selection attributes and each group pursued different satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the formation of turnover intention of restaurant employees by considering their group cohesiveness, organizational commitment, and employment status(full-time vs part-time). Also, following Baron and Kenny's(1986) guidelines, it examined a mediating effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention. The results of an empirical analysis showed that group cohesiveness had a significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment was negatively associated with turnover intention. Also, group cohesiveness was negatively associated with turnover intention. That is, the higher the group cohesiveness and the organizational commitment, the lower the turnover intention. In addition, the results of mediation tests revealed that organizational commitment was a partial mediator in the relationship between group cohesiveness and turnover intention. Finally, employment status did not moderate the relationship between group cohesiveness and organizational commitment, organizational commitment and turnover intention, or group cohesiveness and turnover intention. Implications and suggestions for future research were discussed.

The data were collected from 280 players registered in 10 K League teams and 24 of them were excluded due to incomplete questionnaires. Therefore, 240 questionnaires were finally used for the data analysis. The data were processed with SPSS WIN 21.0 and Lisrel 9. Frequency Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model were used. The following results were obtained: first, collectivism had a positive effect on team performance. Second, energetic relation had a positive effect on team performance. Third, energetic relation fully mediated the relationship between collectivism and team performance.

The first purpose of this research is to analyze eating habits of food-related lifestyle of the students. The second purpose is to classify them into groups depending on their food-related lifestyle. The third purpose of this research is to identify eating out behavior patters among the groups classified by food-related lifestyle. Based on the information obtained from those results, this study would help restaurants have their marketing strategies. From the factor analysis, 6 factors of "popular-oriented group", "health-oriented group", "safety-oriented group", "decoration-oriented group", "tasted-oriented group" and "wellbeing-oriented group" were extracted. Additionally, "safety type group", "passive food groups" and "high-interest in foods group" were classified from the cluster analysis.

  • The district heating system has been successfully implemented with higher efficiency levels of energy production and reduction of carbon emissions during heat generation. Traditionally the system consisted of small number of production and demand sites, but, recently it has evolved into a network with large number of sites interconnected each other. By connecting multiple sites into a network, heat from low-cost production sites can be supplied to distant demand sites so as to lower the total operation cost. In this study, we simulate and analyze distict heating networks focused on critical links. a critical link is defined as a link in which capacity is fully utilized. If a newtork has critical links, then those cricial links become bottlenecks and it is difficult to improve the overall network efficiency.

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the degree of change of job discrimination of the disabled according to time and to identify factors affecting life satisfaction according to each type. For this study, data from the 3rd to 8th year of the employment panel for the disabled were used and 1,227 data were used. The longitudinal profile of the disabled person's discrimination was classified through latent profile growth analysis(LPGA), and then influential factors were verified through binomial logistic regression analysis. First, the types of change of the job discrimination of the disabled were represented as the decrease group and the increase group. The factors influencing the job discrimination were the degree of disability, chronic diseases, gross income, and life satisfaction. Second, the factors of predicting the life satisfaction according to the types of job discrimination of the disabled are as follows: job discrimination, decrease and increase group have higher life satisfaction as the self - esteem and socioeconomic status are higher. Based on these results, this study suggested the implications of this study to cope with the discrimination of the workplace with the disabled.

A total of 14 sessions were applied to 36 children (18 experimental group and 18 control group). For this study, myths in Shan-hai jing, The Classic of Mountains and Seas), which is the origin of oriental mythology, were used as basic data of class activities and developed to experimental groups. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 statistical program and covariance analysis (ANCOVA) was conducted with covariance score of the group after the activity. The results of this study were as follows: First, integrated educational activities using oriental mythology had a positive effect on all children's creativity and all sub-factors. Second, integrated educational activities using Oriental mythology have a positive effect on children's personality. The expansion and transformation of educational texts to oriental mythology is not only helpful for young children's creativity and personality development, but also enables them to experience cultural balance through their new understanding of the Orient.
