양어사료에서 각 사료원 중 단백질의 비용이 상당부분을 차지하고 있으며, 이제까지 동물성 단백질원으로는 주로 어분을 사용하여 왔다. 하지만, 어분의 수요는 계속적으로 증가하는 반면 어분 생산량은 그에 못미쳐, 어분의 공급은 불안정하고, 가격은 지속적으로 상승하고 있는 형편이다. 이러한 수급의 문제와 경제적인 문제 이외에도 어분에 과량 포함된 인이 수질 오염을 일으킬 수 있다는 문제점이 제기 되었다(Lee ＆ Bai, 1997a). (중략)

現代生物學의 발달에 따라서 發生學분야에서도 장족의 발전을 거듭하여 왔으며 특히 雜種誘導, 形態遺傳學 및 遺傳子의 작용과 遺傳子의 조절기작에 대한 種的이고 복잡한 일련의 과정을 해명하는데 많은 공헌을 하여왔다. 그러나 遺傳子의 작용기구는 單細胞生物에서만 밝혀지고 있을 뿐이고 後生生物의 경우는 원시적인 시점에서 탈피하지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 형태적인 遺傳현상에 대한 遺傳子의 조절기작에 대한 극히 한정된 부분에서만 겨우 성공을 거두고 있으며 이와 같이 연구가 부진한 중요한 이유의 하나는 형태적인 遺傳현상이 가장 잘 알려진 生物이 遺傳현상자체를 연구 하는데는 부적당한 것으로 생각되고 있기 때문이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of job characteristics of working poor on poverty status, focused on sex differences. The results are as follows. First, there are sex differences in career year, job position and industry for determining poverty entry. And second, career year, job regularity and occupy are different variables for men and women in determining poverty exit. This result says that job characteristics partially affects on poverty status of sex differently. Thus we need to sensitive policy that considers different experiences of men and women working poor as to poverty status mobility.

종래의 개발은 양면성을 가지고 있다. 하나는 개발로 인한 경제적 효율성과 편리성 부분이고, 다른 하나는 그러한 개발로 인한 자연훼손 및 생태계 파괴이다. 이로 인해 개발과 보전은 양립할 수 없는 상반적인 개념으로 받아들여져 왔고, 개발론과 보전론의 대립적 구도가 지속되어 왔다. 우리나라는 국토의 65% 이상이 산지이기 때문에 산지의 부분적 개발은 피할 수 없는 사회적 요구인 동시에, 산지는 자연생태계의 보고로서 생태계 보전이 필수적인 지역이다. 이러한 산지 개발과 보전에 대한 상반적 이해를 통합하여 자연과 인간의 공생체계를 갖추기 위해서는 인간중심의 사고에서 탈피하여 사람과 생태계 그리고 자연을 하나로 보는 총체적인 측면에서 접근하는 새로운 패러다임이 설정되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 산지의 정량적인 가치를 평가하기 위해 시 공간적으로 다양한 인자들에 대해 시스템적인 관점에서 그 중요성을 고려하고자 하는 에머지 개념을 통해 산지 본래의 가치를 평가하였다. 에머지 개념은 그 동안 생태계가치평가, 개발사업의 편익-비용평가, 환경수용력 평가, 개발대안 평가, 환경계정, 환경훼손 소송관련 비용 평가 등에 적용되었다. 이러한 에머지 개념을 이용한 평가 방법을 통한 의사결정이 이루어지면 산지뿐만이 아닌 생태계의 지속가능한 이용을 실현하기 위한 적절한 정책의 선택과 이의 이행 실효성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 자연환경 가치의 정량적 평가를 통해서 우리는 한층 더 자연환경 및 자원의 다원적 기능에 대한 자각을 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This research used a survey of 350 staff members working at Korail with the purpose of analyzing influence factors for the railway tourism policy for job satisfaction; results were presented for the proposed factor. First, we selected the influence factor through precedent research related to the railway tourism policy. Second, the selected influence factor and the extent of satisfaction were used to determine whether or not any kind of difference existed according to individual attributes of the railway employees. Finally, we analyzed what the influence factor was between the category factor and the sub-category factor. In conclusion, it was found that government subsidy had a meaningful correlation with infrastructure expansion and the improvement of the railway business as it is connected to tourism efficiency. Human resources have a meaningful correlation with the needs of educational institutions and the retaining of talent. Railway tourism production has a meaningful correlation with railway tour production as it is conducted to satisfy tourists and the consortium. The shift of viewpoint has a meaningful correlation with the escape from the peace-at-any price principle and demand forecasting.

As we are aware that the image of corporation is so crucial to survive in this serious competition, so the importance of CI is constantly emphasized. The importance of CI has been started with the advent of Industrial Society in early 1900s, and now we are flooded with hundreds of CIs as this modem society shifts into ultramodern, diverse, and subdivided one. At this point, we could not say that the final purposes of CI are to represent the corporation, and let everybody know about it. The only way to survive in this situation where we are inundated with lots of CIs is to specialize and differentiate the image of corporation from those of others. The British Airways succeeded in making new CI with new and innovative ideas-daringly break from its old one-to cope with totally different market for the present and future. It did not follow the traditional way which relies only on the visual factor. It produced the original, symbolic, and individual images that could represent the countries where its planes go. And the individual images could be seen on the tail of the plane. A new Corporate Identity of British Airways with this original idea could obtain excellent results to draw a distinction between other corporations

디지털 모바일 멀티미디어 기기가 처음 등장한 이후 현재 그 기능, 디자인을 넘어서 이제 사용성이 제품의 핵심으로 자리잡고 있다. 그러나 기존에 선보였던 제품들의 GUI 가 2 차원에 대부분 한정되어 구현된 평면적 인터랙션에 머물러 있어, 본 연구에서는 그것을 탈피한 3D 가상 큐브(Cube)의 회전 인터랙션(Interaction)을 이용한 보다 진보적인 UI 로의 제안과 이를 구현하기 위하여 새로운 아이디어를 적용한 프로토타입을 제작하였다. 그리고 일반인으로 하여금 본 인터페이스에 대한 사용성 평가를 진행하여 실제 제품화되었을 때 실효성에 대한 부분도 검증하여 보았다.

우리나라 재해 중 사망사고가 가장 많이 발생하는 업종은 단연 건설업이다. 지난해에도 총 2,114명의 산업재해 사망자 중 621명(29.4%)이 건설업에서 발생했다. 이렇듯 건설업에서 사망재해가 많이 발생하는 것에는 여러 이유가 있겠지만, 그 중에서도 현장에서 체계적이고 시스템적인 관리 및 업무처리가 잘 이뤄지지 않고 있다는 것이 주 요인으로 꼽힌다. 이는 현장의 이동이 빈번하고, 일용근로자가 많다는 건설현장특성상 어쩔 수 없는 부분으로 여겨져 왔다. 이러한 상황 속에 최근 설계 도면부터 각종 안전장치까지, 수동적인 시스템을 탈피해 자동적인 시스템을 구축 확산하려 노력하고 있는 기업이 있어 주목을 끈다. 바로 자동화시스템 전문업체인 (주)제이엠디(이하 JMD)다. 이곳의 대표적인 제품으로는 철골 자동화 설계 프로그램인 'Marvel Shop'과 자동안전샤클 제품인 'MASS2 ss11'이 있다. 건설현장의 자동화를 지향하는 이들 제품을 한번 살펴봤다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the hypersonic reactive flow around hyperbolic shaped ballistic launcher, A numerical study was carried out to compare with the experimental results of hyperbolic shaped model, which were tested in a free piston shock tunnel, T3 in ANU. Freestream condition was 98% $N_2$, 2% $O_2$, and total enthalpy was 8MJ/kg. Also this paper used 2-temperature and 1-temperature model to show the difference of them.

밤바구미 유충기의 whole body로부터 cyclic AMP(CAMP)를 추출하여 농도 변화를 측정하였고 cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase(PKA)를 부분 정제하여 활성도 변화를 조사하여 CAMP 농도와 PKA 활성도와의 소장관계를 비교하였다 CAMP 농도와 PKA 활성도는 HPLC와 liquid scintillation counter를 이용하여 측정하였다 CAMP 농도는 밤바구미 유충에서 월동전에 0.57 UMlg로 가장 높았고, 월동중에 0. 14 UMIS로 감소하였다가 월동후에 0.29 UMlg로 증가하였다 또한 PKA 활성도는 월동전에 2.56unit/mg로 가장 높았으며, 월동중에 0.62 unit/mg로 감소하다가 월동후에 07 unit/mg로 다시 증가하여 CAMP 농도 변화와 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 이는 월동전에 휴면에 대비하여 최대의 취식으로 지방체 축적이 가장 많았고, 월동중에는 지방체의 소비가 증대되.기 때문에 감소하였다가, 월동후 휴면 종결과 유충-번데기 탈피를 준비하기 위해 'CAMP 농도와 PKA 활성도는 다시 증가하였다.
