This study is purpose of empowerment of Parents of Gifted Children Using Action Learning. Conclusions and Implications of this study are as follows: First, the gifted children at home parents worry and stress associated with parenting experience, but directly to the nurturing gifted education is insufficient for parents. Thus, the characteristics of gifted and talented gifted parents who have appropriate training should be conducted. Second, a gifted parent empowerment by having a parent in child care for the ability to relieve stress and parenting, parents in the education of their children the confidence to believe that may be helpful. Third, parents of gifted children for strengthening the application of action learning approach is to derive a real problem with gifted children and their parents to seek a solution for the child care that can enhance the capabilities will be presented.

This study looked at how children's mental health is affected by Domestic violence and school violence at home and school after Covid-19, as well as how these victim experiences relate to children's mental health. This study surveyed 650 students from 14 middle schools in Wanju, Korea. The moderating effect of smartphone overdependence in the experience of violence and mental health was investigated. Major research findings: First, children's exposure to domestic violence and school violence has a significant impact on smartphone dependence. Second, children's exposure to domestic and school violence has a significant impact on their mental health. Third, it has been demonstrated that smartphone dependence is statistically significant in the relationship between domestic and school violence. Based on these findings, we present a convergent intervention and practice strategy for children in the Covid-19 era to cope with mental health problems and expand the support system.

This study investigated how abuse and neglect experience by parents affect self-respect, relationship with teachers and variance of emotional problem. Also we verified whether self-respect and relationship with teachers mediates relation between abuse and neglect experience and variance of emotional problem. The results of this study are as follows. First, adolescents who experienced abuse and neglect appear to have emotional problems such as depression, social withdrawal, and somatic symptoms. Furthermore, youth who have abuse and neglect experience have difficulties in self-respect and relation with teachers. Second, self-respect and relationship with teachers have significant indirect effect on relation between abuse and neglect experience and variance of emotional problem. Third, although relation between abuse and neglect experience and relationship with teachers represent positive correlation, the regression coefficients in the direct path are significant in the opposite direction, resulting in a suppression effect. Finally, implications for interventions, limitations of the study, and suggestions for future research were discussed.

This study tries to examine the effects of multicultural adolescent's ego-resilience, biculture acceptance, bullying, and parenting attitude on their intention of school dropout. To do this, the subjects(n=1,347) extracted from the 5^th year of the Multicultural Adolescent Panel Survey were analyzed by using hierarchical regression analysis. The founded results are as follows. First, multicultural adolescent's strong ego-resilience, biculture acceptance and positive parenting attitude decreased their intention of school dropout. Second, multicultural adolescent's bullying had no effect on it. Third, negative parenting attitude increased multicultural adolescent's intention of school dropout, playing the most significant role in the change of their intention of school dropout. On the based of findings, the study suggested various the programs to prevent multicultural adolescent's intention of school dropout which can be practiced in the field service.

유전자 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithms)은 자연의 법칙에서 그 아이디어를 찾은 것으로 순회 방문자 문제(Traveling Salesman Problem : TSP) , 분배문제, 라우팅문제 등과 같은 전형적인 Combinatorial Optimization 문제에 적용되고 있다. 한편 이러한 유전자 알고리즘의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 알고리즘 실행과정에 적용할 수많은 이론과 경험적인 기법이 제시되고 있는데 이러한 기법들은 대부분 우수형질을 확보함으로써 최적의 값을 효과적으로 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 즉, 개체의 우수 형질 확보를 위한 부모 선택방법, 교차의 범위와 위치 및 방법, 그리고 돌연변이의 크기와 방법등이 포함된다. 본 연구에서는 자연의 법칙에서와 같이 자손 세대의 형질이 부모 세대보다 우수할 수 있음을 전제로 적응도 가중치에 의한 확률적인 방법에 의해서 선택하는 방법을 개선하여 부모세대가 같지 않게 하고, 우수형질이 유전되도록 하여 자손세대의 적응도가 부모세대보다 높도록 함으로써 최적의 값을 효과적으로 탐색할 수 있음을 실험하였다.

The purpose of this narrative inquiry is to explore two gifted elementary students' 'happiness experience'. They narrated that they experienced strong happiness at the moment 'doing something they really like for themselves ', 'trying and achieving in self-directed way', and 'feeling trust, love, and support from their family'. Also happiness was the results of their effort. They made an effort to reduce their negative emotion against happiness by 'controling their feeling doing something their favorite activities' and 'working again and again until they succeed'. The results of the study show that social and emotional support as well as help in the cognitive aspects is important. Especially, parents variable was an essential condition for them to have happiness experiences. More specifically, the study show that overgovernment and excessive intervention from parents should be distinguished from 'good caring' of their child. Practical implication of the study was discussed in depth.
