본 연구는 자원의존이론, 거래비용이론, 관계계약이론 등의 선행연구를 검토하여 관계지향성의 원인과 성과를 밝히고자 하였다. 먼저 구매기업과 공급기업간의 행동적 관계지향요인과 관계지향성 분석을 실시하였다. 행동적 관계지향요인으로는 정보교환, 조화노력, 행동적 규범, 업무결속을 들고, 관계지향성 분석을 위해 군집분석을 실시하였다. 연구표본에는 C지역의 전문건설업체를 대상으로 500부의 설문지를 배포, 그 중 185부를 회수하여, 적합한 설문 140부가 사용되었다. 군집분석결과 관계지향성 집단은 정보교환, 조화 노력, 협동규범 수용, 업무결속이 모두 높게 나타났고, 비관계지향성 집단은 정보교환, 조화노력, 협동규범 수용, 업무결속이 모두 낮게 나타나 기업간의 관계지향성을 의미있는 2개의 집단으로 나눌 수 있었다. 둘째, 기업간 관계지향성의 영향요인으로 환경의 역동성, 대안의 이용가능성, 공급의 중요성, 상호호혜전략, 신뢰성을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 선정한 관계지향성에 대한 영향요인들이 관계지향집단과 비관계지향집단으로 분류하는데 얼마나 유용하게 이용될 수 있는가를 알아보기 위해 판별분석을 실시하였다. 관계지향집단과 비관계지향집단의 분류에 환경의 역동성, 대안의 이용가능성, 공급의 중요성은 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 호혜전략, 신뢰성은 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업간 관계지향성의 성과로서 실현경쟁우위와 관계유지의도를 검토하였다. 관계지향성이 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하기 위해 MANOVA(multivariatee analysis of variance)분석을 실시하였다. 실증 결과, 관계 정도가 높은 집단이 관계 정도가 낮은 집단보다 실현 경쟁우위수준을 높게 지각하고 관계를 유지하려는 의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

It is necessary to estimate more accurately the resistance of barge in still water and waves to compute the break load of towline and towing power for safety towing performance. The method proposed by government has calculated the total resistance of barge which is composed of frictional resistance, wave making resistance and air resistance considering the shape of hull and towing speed. However, the added resistance is equally applied with the significant wave height regardless of the type of vessels. In this study, we have carried out the numerical calculation to estimate the added resistance of wigley model in waves and compared with the experiment data to confirm the accuracy of the method. Then the computation was executed for the barge varying shape of the bow. As a result, added resistance of barge was differently occurred i.e. 0.3∼1.1 ton according to encounter angle, 0.4∼1.2 ton according to towing speed and 0.5∼1.1 ton according to shape of bow.

This study examine the selection criteria for recruiting social workers, commonly agreed by the persons in charge of human resources. We visited 46 social welfare facilities and performed interviews individually with them. Thirty three items belong to 7 different areas (ability, career, suitability and agreement to the facility, characteristics, recommendation, religion) were made based on the results of interviews, and these items were sent to social welfare facilities in 16 different cities in Korea for asking questions (from Oct, 2012 to Apr, 2013). One hundred and sixty cases were collected and among them 45 cases exhibiting consistency rate less than 0.2 were finally selected. Superior scope and subordinate scope were extracted and comparisons between day care centers and living institutions were made. Results demonstrated that ability of social workers was the most important for superior scope and suitability and agreement of social workers to both day care centers and living institutions were the most important factor for recruiting workers.

This was descriptive research aimed at determining the effects of emotional labor, nursing informatics competency, and nursing service environment on the nursing performance of convalescent hospital nurses. One hundred thirty-one nurses participated in this survey. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS statics18 program. The distribution of the research variables and general characteristics were analyzed by frequency analysis and descriptive statistics. The correlation between emotional labor, nursing informatics competency, nursing service environment, and nursing performance was analyzed by the Pearson correlation, and the influencing factors were hierarchical multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the average nursing performance was 65.5 (±8.5) points, emotional labor was 27.2 (±5.6) points, nursing informatics competency was 91.3 (±15.7), and the nursing service environment was 88.2(±16.0) points. The nursing performance showed a positive correlation with the nursing informatics competency (r=.32, p<.001) and nursing service environment (r=.25, p=.005). Nursing informatics competency was the biggest factor affecting nursing performance, and the nursing service environment had no significant influence. Among the general characteristics, marriage status and position also affected the nursing performance. The explanatory power of this regression model was 35.2% and was statistically significant (F=9.815, p<.001).

해양수산부가 개발 .운영 중인 항만운영정보시스템(PORT-MIS)은 선박입출항 관련 업무, 수출입 화물 반출입에 관한 업무, 항만시설물관리에 관한 업무, 의사결정지원시스템에 관한 업무 등 크게 4개 업무오 구성되어 있으며, 총 19개의 전자문서와 1,500여개의 단위 프로그램으로 구성되어 있다. 그동안 PORT-MIS를 권역별로 확대 운영하면서 발생한 여러 가지 문제점들을 보완하기 위해 해양수산부와 정보통신부(한국전산원)가 공동으로 $\ulcorner$수출입화물 일괄처리시스템 구축$\lrcorner$ 용역 사업을 현재 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구는 용역과업 내용에 포함되어 있지 않으면서 개선이 필요한 외항선(국전선.외국전선 포함) 선박입항보고서(최초.변경.최종)와 선박출항보고서(최초.변경.최종), 내항선입.출항신고서, 예선사용허가신청서 및 지정서, 도선사용허가신청서 및 지정서 등의 민원업무를, 사용자로 하여금 최소한의 노력으로 처리할 수 있도록 제출방법을 개선(EDI방식에서 온라인방식으로)하여 행정소요시간을 단축함으로써 PORT-MIS의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 노력을 통해 PORT-MIS EDI업무가 개선되어 선박입.출항보고를 1회롤 처리할 수 있다면 연간 29만9천건의 서류절감으로 약 1억3천7백만원의 물류비를 줄일 수 있으며, 시간 단축에 따른 간접비용을 계산하면 보다 많은 효과가 있다고 판단된다. 그리고 내항선입.출항신고서 및 예.도선업무를 EDI방식에서 온라인방식으로 전환함으로써 선사와 예선업체 및 도선사협회가 대화형식으로 업무처리가 이루어져 분쟁을 최소화 할 수 있다면, 전자문서 31만6천건/년 절감으로 1억3백만원/년의 예산이 절감될 것으로 예상된다.rr로 변화시켰고 inductive power는 200~800watt, bias voltage는 0~-200voltage로 변화시켰으며 식각마스크로는 SiO2를 patterning 하여 사용하였다. n-GaN, p-GaN 층 이외에 광소자 제조시 필수적인 InGaN 층을 100% Cl2로 식각한 경우에 InGaN의 식각속도가 GaN에 비해 매우 낮은 식각속도를 보였다. Cl2 gas에 소량의 CH4나 Ar gas를 첨가하는 경우와 공정압력을 감소시키는 경우 식각속도는 증가하였고, Cl2/10%Ar 플라즈마에서 공정 압력을 감소시키는 경우 식각속도는 증가하였고, Cl2/10%CHF3 와 Cl2/10%Ar 플라즈마에서 공정압력을 15mTorr로 감소시키는 경우 InGaN과 GaNrks의 선택적인 식각이 가능하였다. InGaN의 식각속도는 Cl2/Ar 플라즈마의 이온에 의한 Cl2/CHF3(CH4) 플라즈마에서의 CHx radical 형성에 의하여 증가하는 것으로 사료되어 진다.$ 이상을 나타내었다. 박막의 Sn/In atomic ratio는 0.12, O/In의 비율은 In2O3의 화학양론적 비율인 1.5보다 작은 1.3을 나타내었다.로 보인다.하면 수평축과 수직축의 분산 장벽의 비에 따라 cluster의 두께비가 달라지는 성장을 볼 수 있었고, 한 축 방향으로의 팔 넓이는 fcc(100) 표면의 경우 동일한 Ed+Ep값에 대응하는 팔 넓이와 거의 동일한 결과가 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 비대칭적인 모양을 가지는 성장의 경우도 cluster 밀도, cluster 모양, cluster의 양 축 방향 길이 비, 양 축 방향의 평균 팔 넓이로부터 각 축 방향의 분산 장벽을 얻어낼 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 기대할 수 있는 여러

The outsourcing has become a general part of the convergence in modern game development process for generating a higher profit margin. This study examines and defines the work competences required for the game graphic designers in a collaboration performance of outsourcing. In this study, we introduce the basic concept and advantages of the outsourcing and extend prior work on identifying three work competencies of graphic designers. We conducted in-depth case studies of outsourcing system used by North America's major game developer. The findings from this study offer insights into the essential core competencies expected for graphic designers, providing effective guideline from the practical perspective.

Since, Davis(1991) has proposed the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) through a literature review of informatization promotion, which insists that a user conveniency is judged by the degree of effectiveness caused by IT, the advancement of IT such as the Internet, e-mail, electronic data exchange, and groupware have brought into various changes in ordinary corporations and public institutions. However, with the right function, the advancement of IT has provided various benefits including additional reverse functions. Based on an integrated environment of business process, unauthorized user could access to information and a management of information becomes more difficult than before due to informatization of critical information. Furthermore, external hacking or information leakage by insider becomes easier owing to advancement in communication technology. This study has tried to develop a specified management procedure and implementation method for confidential documents.

Ever expanding overseas construction is one of the most important issues for Korean construction companies. Among these issues, strategies for overseas plant construction have widely been discussed, because the plant construction has features of low competitiveness and high ripple effects when compared with other construction sectors. In this sense, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the CM capability of Korean construction industry for overseas plant construction. Fourteen construction business functions and four techniques were defined first. Based on these functions and techniques, CM capability was quantified for As-Is (2013), To-Be (2018) and Gap analyses. Findings of this research reveal that 1) capability for construction is quite competent, 2) capabilities for planning, design management, contracting, and risk management are found to be relatively low, where higher value can be added. In addition, it is found that R&D needs to be extended to develop systemized management techniques. It is also required to secure specialists and original technologies at national industrial level.

This paper aims to analyze the priority of elements in building management system surveying owners living in Small-scale Apartment, and to suggest basic data for establishing effective management alternatives. To achieve the goal, this paper extracted the elements from a guideline supported by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Korea, and tried to analyze their priority. The result as follows. First, the analysis of the first level suggested that people give priority to facility management, moving management, security management and administrative for management. Second, on the analysis of the second level, settlement of budget was the most important for the administrative, cleaning for facility management, parking management for security management and advertisement of the administrative for moving management. By suggesting the result, this paper concludes that it would be very important to establish a regional management corporation to manage the Small-scale Apartment.

This study is an attempt to re-examination of information value and it´s economic efficiency from the viewpoint of information science. This study focuses on the analysis of the considerable discussions about added value of information and cost-benefit analysis of information. This study shows that the researches of information value or value-added information have dealt with the effect of information use and the measuring information efficiency concerns cost-benefit analysis of information services. A case study on ‘the national digital library program’ is also demonstrated as a pilot model for the cost-benefit analysis of information services.
