This study aims to analyze the effect of franchisor's pre-open support services on franchisee's relationship quality and performance in foodservice franchise system. The analysis data was collected from 500 franchisees located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do of Republic of Korea. The finding are as followings: firstly, the factors of information providing, market researching, interior and equipment supporting, education and training supporting, sale and promotion supporting, and legal supporting influence positively franchisee's satisfaction. Second, regarding relationship among relationship quality, satisfaction positively influences trust and commitment, and trust positively influence commitment. Third, relationship quality influences positively both financial and non-financial performance.

한국형 e-Navigation 서비스 개발 중 최적 안전항로 지원서비스는 육상에서 연안여객선과 같은 사고취약 선박이나 서비스 요청 선박에 한해 실시간 선박 교통, 해역 환경, 기상 정보 등 해사 안전정보를 활용한 최적의 안전항로를 지원하는 서비스이다. 본 발표에서 현재 개발 중인 최적 안전항로 지원서비스의 개발 내용을 소개하고, 서비스의 기능시험 결과와 효용성 평가를 위한 성과지표 및 평가 방법을 소개하고자 한다.

In this paper, a fabrication process for PZT preform of 1-3 type piezo-composite were studied using powder injection molding (PIM). The viscosity and the Pressure-Volume-Temperature (PVT) characteristics of the fabricated PZT feedstock were analyzed. The filling patterns, pressure, temperature distributions, and forming defects of the preform were analyzed with 3D TIMON commercial packages during PIM process. Also the fabrication conditions and the delivery system of the preform were optimized during the entire PIM process. Based on the simulated results, the preform having uniform distributions of the PZT rod was fabricated with the PIM process.

In recent years, the maritime industry system including port facilities, VTS(Vessel traffic service) is rapidly evolving with the development of technology. The connection between systems has been greatly expanded, and many research cases using this connectivity have been reported. This paper deals with the structural design of the arrival/departure support system for an autonomous ship. The system requires navigation data from the autonomous ship and radar/AIS data from the port. In this paper, design result on how the arrival/departure support system interacts with the autonomous ship and port system are addressed.

지난 11월 5일 제 6대 가축위생방역지원본부장(이하 방역지원본부장)에 정석찬 본부장이 취임했다. 정석찬 본부장은 농촌진흥청 가축위생연구소 연구사를 시작으로 농림축산검역본부 조류질병 과장을 거쳐 최근에는 동물질병관리부장까지 역임하면서 1981년부터 31년 8개월 동안 공직자로 지내왔다. 지난 본지 편집위원(20대)으로도 활동한 경험이 있는 정석찬 본부장을 만나 앞으로 활동 계획에 대해 들어보았다.

중소기업청은 지난 1월 10일 중소기업의 생산성을 높이고 원활한 활동을 지원하기 위해 올해 총 3조원 규모의 중소기업 정책자금을 지원하는‘2005년도 중소기업 정책자금 지원계획’을 발표하고 중소기업진흥공단 지역본부(15개) 등에서 신청·접수를 받는다. 지원되는 자금의 내용별로는 구조개선자금 1조 7,500억원, 중소·벤처창업자금 3,500억원, 소상공인 창업 및 경영개선 자금 5,100억원, 중소기업 개발 및 특허기술 사업화 자금 800억원, 중소기업 수출금융 지원자금 700억원, 중소기업 협동화 자금 2,400억원 등이다. 지난 1월 10일부터 시작하여 중소기업진흥공단 각 지역본부에서 자금 소진시까지 신청 및 접수를 받는다. 신청서식은 중소기업청(http://www.smba.go.kr) 및 중소기업진흥공단(http://www.sbc.or.kr) 홈페이지에서 받아볼 수 있다. 본 고에서는 사업별 자금지원계획에 대한 내용을 정리해 보았다.
