Insurance has been preferential treatment than other financial products for risk ensure as a original function in tax law. However, the recent insurance products is being released in a variety of ways combined with investment and savings, as well as risk ensure. In addition, as the insurer's sales approach including to tax avoidance, tax saving strategies, tax policy associated with the tax-free savings-type insurance has been criticized. The government amended Article 25 of the Enforcement Decree of the Income Tax Act 2013 in order to prevent tax avoidance and equity among other financial instruments, but there are still many problems exist. this study looks for the validity of the tax policies of savings-type insurance In terms of the Enforcement Decree of the Income Tax Act as amended in 2013, and derived for ways to improve.

With the rapid and broad changes of information ecology human information activity is moving toward a new pattern-networking. Various types of information networks are being constructed over the world, and through the networks various forms and contents of information are being flowed or transferred. Under these circumstances a serious question could arise regarding whether the present cataloging principles and practices are right and appropriate for the so-called 'digital network generation of library users'. This study was developed to explore this question. Especially, this study conducted an analysis on the utility of library catalog with an emphasis on the perspectives of library users. As a result, it turned out that the quality of library catalogs produced by Korean universities was in a very low standard. The degree of satisfaction on the quality was very low, particularly among library users. In conclusion, this study made several suggestions on the cataloging policy and practices: both at the national level and the unit library level.

Stone cultural heritage will either be damaged by composite damage or will lose its original historical authenticity starting with the moment it is created. Various artificial interventions to restore them to their original state have been described, centering on the conservation treatment case of the Stupa of State Preceptor Jigwang from the Wonju Beopcheonsa Temple Site. Restoration of the Jigwang stone pagoda was carried out after securing all scientific and technological means for the research and protection of the cultural heritage in question. Since its restoration was promoted to retain its aesthetic and historical value and was based on a careful understanding of the original materials and prototypes, extensive restoration was sought, which contributed to the restoration of the original form, resulting in both preservation and authenticity.

Even 10 years after the Fukushima nuclear disaster, Japan has yet to solve the problems emerging from generating contaminated water every day. Japan has unilaterally decided to release nuclear wastewater in the sea despite Korea's concerns about safety as their radioactive water storage tanks reach the limits. Despite Korea's response, Japan is still preparing to discharge nuclear wastewater without fulfilling its obligations under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. There are concerns about marine pollution caused by the radioactive materials from nuclear wastewater and invading Korea's maritime sovereignty. In particular, it is impossible to reverse the effects of environmental pollution, so plans to discharge radioactive water must be prevented unless immediate safety is guaranteed. This study proposes Korea's response strategy to resolve the conflict between the two countries due to plans to release contaminated water. Korea should respond to Japan's release of nuclear wastewater in the sea in various ways through cooperation with Japan, provisional measures, and cooperation with neighboring countries.

Beim Luftfahrtunfall kann nach den Interessen der Betroffenen oder nach der Stellungsnahme von den f$\ddot{u}$r die Unfall-Untersuchung zust$\ddot{a}$ndigen Personen der Wahrheitsgehalt get$\ddot{a}$uscht werden. Um diese Sachverst$\ddot{a}$ndnis zu verhindern, ist bei der Untersuchung des Luftfahrtunfall ist de lege lata gefordert, die technische Untersuchung und die rechtliche Untersuchung sich zu trennen. Jedoch ist es umstritten, wie es wirksamvoll ist. Also neben der Garantie auf die Sicherheit als Prevention des etwaigen Unfall in Futur muss die strafpolitische Seite beachtet werden. Damit ist es erforderlich, dass das bestimmte Mittel bereitstellt und damit den Betroffenen ihre Verantwortung erlassen k$\ddot{o}$nnen, wenn sie beim Unfall-untersuchung dienen. Und die Folge der technischen Untersuchung $\ddot{u}$ber den Unfall soll eine kurze Weile insofern nicht ver$\ddot{o}$ffentlichen, als ein gesetztiichcr Urteil noch nicht festgestellt wird. Jedoch wird diese Nicht-ver$\ddot{o}$ffentlichkeit Vorwurf wegen der langfristigen Verhinderung auf die Informationen gemacht, in den man die Elemente von der Gefahr ergreifen kann. Deswegen wird Vorwurf gemacht, da${\beta}$ diese Verhinderung auf die Infonnationen wider das Wesen von dem Gesetz zur Luftfahrtunfallgesetz ist.

In this paper, the development of differentiated programs for visitors as well as those for teaching, ways on how to make these halls a culture complex that can support diverse cultural activities for citizens, and strategies to increase their utilization for the public as an facility open to the community, given the trend that intangible cultural heritage teaching halls are getting bigger and complex. The intangible cultural heritage teaching halls of it is need to make improvements to the facility for their activation. Therefore In this paper as a collected information on their establishment and administration to find ways for their activation from a user perspective by visiting three intangible cultural heritage teaching halls except Seoul and large cities of metropolitan areas. We expect that findings from the study will provide a basis to set directions to make intangible cultural heritage teaching halls a culture complex facility.

PEAT(Procedure/airspace Efficiency Assessment Tool) evaluates the efficiency of the flight procedures designed by Procedure and Airspace Design Program, such as fuel consumption fight time, flyability, noise footprint and etc. For noise footprint analysis among the efficiency metrics, the input generation module for INM(Integrated Noise Model) was designed in this research. The INM input files shall contain the information about aircraft types, noise model, airport and runway configuration, number of flights, flight routes, and also should be satisfied with the exact file formats for input data, since INM is not originally executable with file inputs. Therefore, it has been designed to convert the input data given in XML file to DBF. In this paper, the design result of the module which has functionalities to generate appropriate input file for INM, and to convert and save the analysis results from INM, is presented.

Mobile-IP has been designed to have mobile computer users move from place to place without changing their IP addresses. Mobile-IP introduces the following entities to support mobility: Home Agent. Foreign Agent, etc., and it uses the techniques such as Agent Discovery, Registration. and Tunnelling. Mobile-IP route optimization provides a mechanism by which correspondent nodes are enable to know the mobile host's care-of address to alleviate the triangle routing problem. As a further performance improvement, to alleviate the overhead resulted from the frequent local mobility within a site hierarchical foreign agents are presented, and as a foreign agent which is willing to participate in communication maintain a buffering mechanism not to loss packets for mobile host, smooth handoffs is presented. In this paper, the problems to be thought to support host's mobility and the existing method to support it is discussed.

Nowadays the installation of Real-time Traffic Signal Control system is gradually spread, in order to solve the traffic problem which become serious. The most important thing are reliability of data collection and functionality of system in Real-time Traffic Signal Control System. But, the evaluation for those introduction system are defective after system constructing. So, many systems are not working properly to those systems's primarily purpose. This study is executed expansion through field test and analysis which check performance and advise of system operation. It has purpose to establish of the maintenance system of Real-time Traffic Signal Control system. As the result of analysis, we could find the several problems in this study. So, we also could guess that the effective maintenance systems of the Real-time Traffic Signal Control system is necessary within few years.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how brands are perceived to be most positive when they are presented to users in brand experience design, and to help them communicate more effectively. Originally, brands changed their logos periodically with the aim of communicating anniversaries. These days, not only this information but also emotional communication with users. As a research method, two major portal sites were selected for use in Korea, and a preference survey and in-depth interview were conducted based on the case of the event logos. From the results of the study, we were able to obtain results that the event logos act as a more positive factor when they provide users with various emotional motivations. In the future, we anticipate that users will be given higher value if they have a design approach that will elicit more diverse emotions from the brand experience.
