To establish this support policy standard, evaluation scale is imperative. Delphi is designed as a performance expert group communication process which aim to achieve a convergence of opinion on Korea performance evaluation measures The AHP converts these evaluations to numerical values that can be processed and compared over the entire range of the problem. Evaluation Scale for Korea Performance is consist of 4 Main Category Division. This scale can suggest ways to improve Korea performances.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a culture and art education program on adolescents with disabilities. Craft education oriented toward activities convergence education. The investigator conducted an in-depth interview with seven adolescents with developmental disabilities in a special high school class for a month after the educational sessions were over. The findings were as follows: first, the adolescents with developmental disabilities experienced the joy, pleasure, and interest of study, which they used to have a difficult time experiencing in a common class. Second, they became relaxed with their participation in lessons, felt comfortable through educational activities, and had a positive attitude. Third, they had a feeling of being together and coexistence through collaborative activities. Finally, they were able to share each other's ideas, listen carefully to their friends, talk about works they created, and experience close relationships with classmates.

The ability to use ICT is now a prerequisite for living in the information age, and digital literacy, which can access and utilize various digital information such as online banking, shopping, news, and health care, is more important. It is increasing. Accordingly, the social inequality, or digital divide, related to accessing and accepting digital information and knowledge is also an important social issue. In particular, the digital divide by age is becoming a major issue, not only in terms of resolving social imbalances but also in resolving the structural problems of the economy in addition to the survival of the elderly. This study aims to find ways to resolve the digital gap of the elderly in terms of socioemotional selectivity theory and suggests the reasons for the elderly's less access to digital information acquisition and the implications for the solution.

The purpose of this study is to forecast the sales of convenience store flagship products with nonlinear characteristics and time series characteristics. According to the results, the sales of 'Ice Cup' began to increase from March, reached the highest value in summer, especially July and August, and then decreased, revealing a seasonal pattern. Cigarettes showed a seasonal pattern of higher sales in summer and lower sales in winter and was predicted to decrease in sales in the future. This study provides an academic implication in that it focused on the top-selling products that affected an increase in financial performance in a specific convenience store, a method that has been hardly adopted by the existing studies.

Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI) is a distribution channel system where the inventory at the retailer is monitored and managed by the manufacturer or vendor. By pushing the decision making responsibility further up the supply chain and centralizing the replenishment decision, the vendor can help the entire supply chain be more competitive. The purpose of this research is to explore the factors influencing the adoption of VMI by Korean manufacturers. This research proposes the IT readiness, operating cost, and information sharing as antecedents of burden for VMI, and collected the survey responses from the small-to-medium manufacturers. The statistical results indicate that only the operating cost has a significant impact on the adoption of VMI. However it has also been found that the IT readiness and information sharing have a significant effect on the operating cost. Thus indirectly influence the adoption of VMI. As a conclusion, the academic and practical implications of these findings are discussed.

Smartwork will gradually move from the routine job to the knowledge based job. Therefore, supporting the personal level knowledge activities and the organizational level KM(Knowledge Management) will have a critical effect on the organizational performance. The purpose of this research is to develop strategies that revitalize the knowledge management for organizations that are trying to implement smartwork under such context. First of all, through the research results reviewed from areas such as current teleworking, telecommuting, mobile working and virtual organization, we identify the characteristics of the knowledge management for smartwork. And then, we develop and propose KM strategy that would supplement the existing knowledge management method and techniques in the smartwork environment. Academically, this paper emphasizes the further research needs about KM in terms of smart work. Operationally, it outlines and guides to the KM strategies for the government and enterprise planners that are designing smartwork.

This study highlight the role of perceived cost on user's continuance intention to use mobile TV service in china. We proposed research model based on the expectation-confirmation model(ECM) and reclaim 243 questionnaires from experienced users in china. Above all, the analysis results support significant relationship perceived variables, satisfaction, and continuance intention of mobile TV. First, while expectation confirmation has positive influence on perceived playfulness and satisfaction, the effect on perceived usefulness is not significant. Second, perceived cost can significantly predict perceived usefulness and satisfaction, however, we found no evidence of a statistically significant influence on perceived playfulness. Third, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on satisfaction, and perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on continuance intention. This results provide implications from both theoretical and managerial perspectives and the limitations have been discussed for future research.

Since the Korean privacy policy was legalized in 2011, the related academical researches have been lasted in various fields. Upcoming so-called 3 data laws would be implemented, it is meaningful to review privacy policy studies for exploring future research direction. For this purpose, the total of 146 journals from 2011 to 2019 were reviewed by the content analysis following as research subjects, methodologies and constructions of studies. As results, the numbers of the researches have been conducted on protection policies themselves for improvement, comparing with other countries' policies and also digital finance information protection were deeply discussed. Some of technology based protection applications were experimented and suggested. The major research characteristics was mainly focused on case analysis and criminal laws and policies were developed as protection contingencies. However, most research objects were focused on the protection regulations, not deregulation, therefore, researchers in future study need to explore more digital industry-centric tasks which are practically applied in safer ways. Further, social agreement in using private information will be an essential to prevent indiscriminate use.
