  • Recently, the deterioration due to salt damage and carbonation as the main factors of deteriaoration of the domestic reinforced concrete structures has been increased. Also the national and social concern about the durability recovery of the deteriorated reinforced concrete structures is geratly being raised. Therefore, it is the final purposes of this study to develop the performance evaluation technique for durability of reinforced concrete structures deteriorated due to salt damage and carbonation with the proposal of the service life prediction method for the investigation and diagnosis of reinforced concrete structures, and accelerated test in Lab.

  • 해안 및 매립지 구조물은 염화물의 침투로 인해 매입된 철근의 피막파괴로 철근부식이 일어나 콘크리트 구조체에 열화가 급속하게 진행되기 때문에 앞으로의 해안 구조물의 수밀성, 내염해성을 필요로 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 내염해성 개선에 효과적인 액상형태의 Si/Al 복합 무기염을 모르타르에 적용하여 시간경과(7, 14, 28, 56일)에 따른 내염해특성을 파악하고자 하였다.

  • As the number of concrete building structures in marine environment increases, it is important to study and predict the durability and the compound deterioration of the concrete which is exposed in both chloride and freezing-thawing damage. The concrete's resistance against freezing and thawing is tested based on KS F 2456, while its chloride ion diffusion coefficient is evaluated based on NT BUILD 492. In result, the more exposure to freezing and thawing process, the shorter life it gets, due to the increased amount of chloride ion diffusion coefficient.

  • 열화학 기상합성법을 이용한 탄소나노튜브의 성장에서 촉매 금속 층의 형성 공정은 탄소나노튜브의 직경 및 길이를 제어해주는 가장 중요한 요소이다. 탄소나노튜브의 대량합성을 위해 자성유체를 이용한 촉매 금속 층의 손쉬운 형성공정을 개발하였다. 수용성 폴리비닐알코올과 마그네타이트 나노 입자들이 혼합된 자성유체를 다양한 기판에 스핀 코팅하여 촉매 금속 층을 간편하게 형성할 수 있었다. 자성유체 제조 시 혼합된 수용성 폴리비닐알코올은 자성유체용액의 점성을 증가 시켜 주었으며, 이러한 점성의 증가는 스핀 코팅 시 용액과 기판간의 접착력을 증대시켜 주었다. 또한 건조 과정 이후에도 잔류되어 탄소나노튜브 합성 공정 중에 촉매금속이 응집되는 현상을 방지 차여 균일한 입자 크기를 유지하도록 하였다. 이는 고밀도의 수직 배열된 탄소나노튜브의 성장의 직접적인 원인으로 생각된다. 또한 탄소나노 튜브의 대량 합성을 위해서 Si 기판 치에 알루미나와 금속 기판에서도 탄소나노튜브의 성장을 시도하였다.

  • There are various national standards designed to test the physical properties of waterproofing materials for the respective countries based on each of their environmental parameters, variables and requirements. The problems of these standard systems can be outlined in the following: (1) there are too many test methods and criteria to satisfy in order assess one waterproofing membrane system, and (2) there is currently no known method to compile the separate testing results to provide a comprehensive report on waterproofing system durability. This paper outlines and compares the performance testing results of various types of asphalt waterproofing membrane systems and discusses the potentials of a complex environmental deterioration analysis method.

  • 본 논문에서는 열화상촬영기 및 온도분포 해석 프로그램을 이용하여 금형가열온도와 실제 금형온도의 온도편차를 비교하여 금형가열 시 Stamper 표면의 온도분포를 해석하였다. 또한 전열가열방식(E-MOLD)을 이용하여 복합기능 도광판(Prismless LGP)을 제조하였고, 금형온도에 따른 복합기능 도광판(Prismless LGP)의 광특성 평가를 하였다. 그 결과 금형온도가 증가할수록 패턴 전사성 향상으로 인해 휘도 또한 증가하였고, 특히 유리전이온도($140^{\circ}C$) 이상에서 크게 상승하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the durability performance of polymer modified cement composites for repair of concrete under combined aging conditions. The experimental procedure was divided into three parts. First, the replacement level of mineral admixtures in polymer modified cement composites were determined in an experimental study based on a Box Behnken design. Second, the flow value, compressive strength and chloride permeability test of sixteen types of mixtures were conducted. Test results show that the polymer modified cement composites were effected on the improvement of the compressive strength and permeability performance. Third, the effects on the replacement level of silica fume mixture was evaluated by the compressive strength, chloride permeability, chemical resistance and repeated freezing and thawing cycles test. They demonstrated that the polymer modified cement composites using mixture of silica fume, fly ash, and blast furnace slag improved the durability performance.

  • In the case where the building's rooftop was laid without any foundation, the combined deterioration, such as the repetition of shrinkage and expansion caused by temperature changes, caused further cost generation and damage. To prevent this, the concrete mixing design and construction process shall be established to resist combined deterioration.

  • PWM inverter-fed traction motor is able to occur problems by additive transient surge stress and harmonic loss in contrast with motor driven by 60Hz sine wave alternating source. Therefore in this paper, test method and standard of existed already were investigate, "thermal + electric" complex degradation test that considered additive degradation occurred by inverter drive carried out in order to obtain insulation reliability of traction motor driven by inverter. It seems that this test method confers large value of application at reliability estimation which the subject of complete motor not windings sample from now on.

  • There have been numerous accelerated aging laboratory tests for evaluating suitability of polymeric materials and devices. Aging test for materials and its full scale device has been conducted. Service experience plays a key role in the utility section of composite insulators. A meaningful and reliable accelerated aging test is needed for evaluating composite insulator. During the service these insulators are subjected to aging stress such as humidity, pollution, and electrical field, and erosion and tracking of the weathershed occurs. This paper presents the criteria of reliability evaluation and evaluation facilities for 22.9 kV suspension composite insulator. We adopt the criteria of reliability evaluation consist of two test methods. One is CEA tracking wheel test for examining the tracking and erosion performance of composite insulator. The other is multi-stress aging test for examining effects of environmental factors such as UV, temperature, humidity, etc on composite insulator.
