국내대학은 학령인구 감소와 등록금 동결로 재정적인 어려움을 겪고 있다. 2018년 대학기본역량진단평가를 받으면서 선택과 집중을 통한 생존전략을 모색하고, 효율적으로 대학을 운영하는 방법이 주목받고 있다. 교육서비스 품질의 향상은 대학 행정직원의 업무 몰입을 통해서 가능하며, 이는 직원 만족도의 향상을 통해 이루어진다. 대학 행정직원의 실제 만족도는 사전에 갖고 있던 일정 수준의 기대가 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 사전 기대와 실제 성과의 차이인 직무기대 불일치가 전반적인 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 지원정책의 우선순위를 제시하여 효율적인 전략수립에 도움을 주고자 한다. 남성은 여성에 비해 보수결정과정과 조직내 인간관계를 더욱 중요하게 여기고 있으며, 여성은 정년보장을 더욱 중요하게 여기고 있다. 근무기간이 짧을수록 보수결정과정, 급여의 적절성, 복지제도에서 기대불일치가 높고, 승진의 공정성에 대한 기대불일치는 낮다. 전반적인 직무만족 결과가 개인 특성별로 차이가 존재하므로 직원 지원정책 수립과정에 개인 특성을 고려한다면 제한된 재원으로 효율적인 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것이다.

This study was performed to analysis the social worker's duty in korea and suggest for typology duties of 1st grade social worker, 2nd or 3th grade social worker's qualification. 911 social workers responded to questioner. This objectives was accomplished by the measuring to frequency of duties, and the qualifying cognition of each grade social worker's duties. As a result, social worker spent more time carried out maintenance of facility, direct services, intake, management of file and official document duties than personal management, planning and financial program, evaluation and termination duties. Type of social worker's duties fined out composed of 4 type. Type I(The 1st grade social worker's duties) was belonged to 53 task elements, type IV(The 2nd or 3rd grade social worker's duties) was subjected to 11 task elements. 21 task elements performed to either 1st grade social worker or 2nd, 3rd grade social worker by type or uniqueness of social work practices. To allocation of duties by each grade social worker, fitting out of qualification system, the task elements for each grade of social worker must be prescribed by the rules. This allocation of duties by each grade social worker would be utilized to support qualified social work services, and to strengthening of their professional.

The purpose of this study is to find specific practice methods of single parents self-help groups in community welfare centers. A participatory action research was conducted to achieve the purpose. Six social workers and three researchers participated in the study who shared the problem of lack of specific practice methods even though a self-help group was useful for self-reliance and empowerment of low-income single-parents. Various activities such as reading articles, analysis of each self-help group, case studies, and learning facilitation methods were conducted during 10 meetings. At the same time, peer supervision proceeded at each meeting. The progress of each group was shared, the application of practice methods and plans were discussed, and applying discussed methods to group practice and reviewing the process and outcomes of the practice were repeated in the peer supervison. As a result, the following positive changes appeared: First, the goals and vision of each group became clearer. Second, initiative of the members was promoted. Third, intimacy, mutual cooperation, the attatchment to the group were strengthened. A qualitative analysis was also conducted on the content discussed. As a result, 17 practice methods were derived in four themes such as initiative/ empowerment, cohesion, leadership, and destandardization. Practice issues concerning single parents self-help groups in community welfare centers were discussed based on the results.

전통적으로 바이오인식기술은 출입국심사(전자여권, 승무원 승객 신원확인), 출입통제(도어락, 출입 근태관리), 행정(무인민원발급, 전자조달), 사회복지(미아찾기, 복지기금관리), 의료(원격의료, 의료진 환자 신원확인), 정보통신(휴대폰인증, PC 인터넷 로그인), 금융(온라인 뱅킹, ATM 현금인출) 등 전세계적으로 다방면에서 폭넓게 보급되어 실생활 깊숙이 자리잡게 되었다. 최근 들어서는 2,000만명의 스마트폰 보급이 폭증하고 NFC칩을 이용한 모바일 지급결제서비스가 개시됨에 따라서, 다양한 모바일 응용서비스 출현과 함께 모바일 기기인증 및 모바일 신융합 응용서비스에 대한 보다 강력한 인증수단을 요구하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 고에서는 스마트폰을 포함한 모바일기기에 적용된 바이오인식 융합기술, 출입국심사에 적용한 모바일 바이오인식기술, 원격진료를 위한 메디컬 바이오인식기술, 지능형 CCTV에 얼굴인식기술 적용 등 국내외 모바일 바이오인식기술 개발동향과 및 표준화 동향을 살펴보고, 향후 모바일 바이오인식 신융합기술 개발 및 국제표준화 추진방향을 모색하고자 한다.

다양한 오염원에서 배출된 오염물질은 가시광선 산란에 의한 시정악화 (visibility impairment), 산성 침착 (acidic deposition) 등과 같은 지역규모 (regional scale)의 대기오염문제와 오존층 파괴, 온실효과 등과 같은 지구규모 (global scale)의 대기오염문제를 야기 시켰으며, 더 나아가 인간의 건강과 복지에도 심각한 악영향을 미치고 있다. 이와 같은 문제는 환경에 대한 관심을 고조시켰으며 이러한 대기오염문제를 해결하기 위한 기술적, 경제적, 행정적 투자와 많은 연구들을 증대시키는 결과를 초래하였을 뿐만 아니라 대기오염 피해로 인한 건강 및 복지손실을 최소화하고 산업체의 경제적 손실을 최소화하기 위해 합리적인 각종 대기환경 관리기술이 도입되고 개발될 필요성 또한 대두되었다. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the utilization of emergency medical services and characteristics of emergency medical services according to age group among elderly individuals. Methods: This study conducted t-test and linear regression analysis on data of 1,960,575 participants to achieve the objective. Results: Analysis of the factors affecting the use of emergency medical services showed statistically significant correlation in all age groups. As the age of elderly people increased, the use of emergency medical service increased. Conclusions: Emergency medical policies are needed, such as coordinators with expert knowledge of medical and health administration and specialist emergency room operations that can provide specialized medical service for older patients.

Cultural welfare is the cultural activity provided and supported by state, a local autonomous entity, and private organizations to improve the quality of people's life. And as a basic concept as well as a premise of discussion on cultural welfare, cultural right is a social right, a right which can make cultural express, gain access to cultural activities. A statue concerning cultural activities contributed to the promotion of our people's cultural welfare interwoven with cultural right. But laws were made for the purpose of enforcing national policy and supporting regime rather than promoting fundamental human rights, and they became effective and were understood as a mere part of national government, not as perspective of their execution, security of right or realization of them. On the other hand, based on laws concerning social welfare, cultural life means human life consisting of minimum welfare system, and minimum level of life which guarantees least cultural life is becoming an objective standard. This means the standard level of cultural right, and for the handicapped cultural rights are concretely guaranteed as a right in that they will not be discriminated for their approaching to cultural activities. However, laws concerning cultural activities have limitation in that there are ambiguous concept and limitation of cultural life, and there are no concrete and active laws about cultural rights to guarantee cultural life. In a constitution and laws concerning social welfare, cultural welfare must have concrete contents about the range and the level of cultural rights. In order cultural rights to be turned into complete ones which can assert its rights, as seen in the Supreme Court, a court has to try to understand the violation of cultural rights as the violation of legal rights.

Based on the Everyday Information Seeking Behavior Theory, this study investigates information activities and library experience of 66 elderly or people with disabilities in Autonomous District A. In addition, this study analyzes contextual circumstances of daily information activities through in-depth interviews with a subset of 11 people. Although community welfare centers provide basic welfare, the elderly and people with disabilities seek to learn and socialize in cultural welfare centers, particularly in libraries. This study shows that libraries can fulfill their top three of Maslow's hierarchy of needs: Self-Actualization, Esteem, and Love and Belonging. Specifically, digital literacy education has been identified to be highly demanded. They seek to distinguish correct online information and to socialize using digital technologies in this contactless society. This study proposes a detailed plan for public libraries to offer cultural and information welfare in order to reduce the information gap within the local communities.

'최선을 다하는 삶이 아름답다.' 결과도 중요하지만, 충실하게 엮어 가는 과정을 더욱 소중하게 생각하는 유종근 전라북도지사의 생활신조다. 경제학자이자 경제 행정가로서 국제적으로 이름을 날리던 유지사가 정치에 입문한 것은 군부독재에 맞서는 과정에서 자연스럽게 현실정책의 문제, 그리고 정치적인 문제까지 관심을 갖게되면서이다. 그래서 유지사는 도민과 함께 해 온 지난 5년여 동안, 도민의 소득 수준을 전국 상위권으로 향상시키고, 전라북도를 문화ㆍ환경ㆍ복지ㆍ관광 등 모든 분야에서 삶의 질이 앞서가는 퓽요로운 지역, 세계에서 가장 살기 좋은 지역으로 만들기위해 아름다운 최선을 다해 왔다. 도민과 하나된 힘으로 '새천년 새전북인' 운동을 내실있게 추진해 가겠다는 유지사의 확신과 자신감에 찬 모습에서 발전된 전북의 모습이 느껴져 왔다.
