The electric furnace, inside which the desired temperature is kept by the generated heat, is known to be a difficult system to control and model exactly because system parameters and response delayed time are varied as the temperature and positions are changed. In this study, the GPCEW (generalized predictive control with exponential weight), which always guarantees the stability of the closed loop system and can be effectively applied to the internally unstable system, was introduced to the ceramic drying electric furnace and was verified by showing its temperature tracking performance experimentally.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of product's qualify improvement by the effectiveness which is identified as worker's mindset improvement, a management ability improvement and quality system's establishment in the existing papers as well as the construction of a quality assurance system by acquiring the ISO 9000 series certification. In order to identify the product's quality improvement, the analysis of Garvin's eight dimensions of quality characteristics as well as the analysis a design quality improvement, a manufacturing quality improvement, a service quality improvement are conducted through this study.

본 고에서는 정보보호제품에 대한 국제공통평가기준인 CC(Common Criteria)의 적용방안에 대해 분석하였다. CC에서는 왜 보증등급에 대해 다루는지에 대한 물음에 대답하고, CC에 대해 개발자들이 알아야할 것은 무엇인지, 그리고 기존 평가기준과의 차이점은 무엇인지에 대해 살펴보았다. CC 평가를 염두에두고 정보보호시스템 개발을 할 경우 고려해야 할 개발자 입장에서의 이슈들에 대해 정리하고 처리방안에 대해 제시하였다. 마지막으로 제품 평가를 위한 평가과정, 평가를 위해 개발자가 준비해야 하는 개발증거물들을 제시하고, CC에 따른 제품 평가의 효과에 대해 살펴보았다.

발전소 운전원 훈련용 시슈레이터 개발시 제어로직과 MMI(Man Machine Interface)의 화면개발은 많은 인력과 시간이 수반되는 일이지만 일일이 코딩을 하여만 실제 제어기능을 구현할 수 있다. 하동화력발전소 운전원 훈련용 시뮬레이터에서는 제어시스템 개발의 생산성과 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위해 번역기를 개발하여 현장에서 사용중인 제어파일을 일시에 번역하여 시뮬레이터에 적용하는 방법을 적용하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 하동화력 DCS인 Siemens Control에 적합한 제어 번역기의 개발과정을 서술한다. 번역기를 통한 제어시스템의 모델링 방법은 첨단제어 시스템의 기존 기능을 그대로 유지할 수가 있게 되어 제어기술자의 훈련 및 제어로직 개발 그리고 분석이 가능하며, 이를 통하여 운전원 훈련효과를 제고할 수 있고 실제 제어시스템과 완벽한 호환성을 유지함으로써 시뮬레이터의 정확성을 보증할 수 있게 된다.

Since commercial operation of Kori-1 nuclear power plant in 1978, twenty units are under operation and six units are under construction at 2011 present. Nuclear power become a main energy source in our country. However, the plant was constructed by a USA vendor in its beginning period, the Quality Assurance requirements of USA was applied. Even though Quality Assurance requirements were newly established to the Korea Atomic Energy Act, its contents are quite similar to those of USA. And 10 CFR 50 App.B, ASME NQA-1 apply to most of nuclear industries as a quality assurance plan. In this paper, Quality Assurance requirement of domestic nuclear industries has been investigated and applicable method of ISO Quality Assurance application to the nuclear industries is suggested by a comparison ISO 9000 and nuclear quality assurance specification.

소프트웨어를 구성하는 요소들의 재사용은 소프트웨어 공학에서 가장 중요하게 생각하는 부분으로써 기존의 소프트웨어의 유지보수나 새로운 소프트웨어의 개발에서 생산성을 높일 수가 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어의 경제성 재사용성을 위한 개발방법론이 CBD(Component Based Development)이다. CBD는 소프트웨어 개발 방법론들 중의 하나로써 컴포넌트들을 특정 목적에 맞게 조립하고 배치하여 품질 보증된 높은 생산성의 컴포넌트를 재사용할 수 있게 한다 이러한 장점 때문에 CBD가 유력한 차세대 개발방법론으로 주목받고 있는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존에 구축된 on-line 심사 프로세스 지원시스템을 컴포넌트기반 시스템으로 재구축하여 컴포넌트화의 효과를 알아보고자 한다.

정보화 시대로의 진입과 더불어 정보기술이 발달하고 있으며 소프트웨어는 정보시스템의 핵심요소가 되고 있다 이에 따라 소프트웨어의 품질에 대한 관심이 증가하고 소프트웨어에 대한 품질보증활동이 요구되고 있다. 국제표준화 기구에서는 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 14598을 국제 표준으로 제시하였으나 소프트웨어 개발과정에 대한 구체적인 적용 방안이 제시되지 못하고 정성적인 평가에 종점을 두고 있으며 정략적인 품질 평가를 위한 세부기준이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발과정에서 정략적 품질평가를 위한 프레임워크를 연구하고자 한다 이를 위하여 개발단계에서 이례 당사자에 따른 소프트웨어 품질특성의 중요도를 분석하고 이들 특성의 가중치를 이용하여 정량적 소프트웨어 평가 프레임워크를 제시하며 프레임워크를 이용한 품질관리 방안을 제시함으로써 소프트웨어 개발과정에서 효과적으로 소프트웨어 품질을 관리할 수 있게 한다.

"중재제도를 보완하고 중재의 공신력을 향상하며" 국제상사중재의 현대화 및 국제화를 강화하는 것은 새로운 시기에서 중국 중재사업의 발전방향이자 ""일대일로" 국제상사분쟁 해결시스템 및 기관의 설립에 관한 의견"의 필연적 요구이다. 다원적 분쟁해결시스템의 중요한 구성부분으로서, 국제상사중재는 독보적인 편의성, 종국성, 전문성 및 결과집행의 용이성 등 여러 장점으로 인해 상사거래에서 이를 선택하는 상사주체들이 점점 많아지고 있다. 유효한 중재합의는 중재절차 개시의 전제이지만 국제상사중재안건 중에서 서로 다른 국가 또는 지역의 분쟁주체들은 종종 각기 다른 국적으로 인하여 중재안건의 법률적용이 다르게 됨에 따라 법률효과가 크게 달라지는 경우를 직면하게 된다. 이런 경우, 중재분쟁의 효과적인 해결은 보증하기 어렵다. 본 논고는 중재합의의 효력문제를 연구대상으로 하고 중국 국제상사중재합의의 법률적용문제에서 출발하여 중국 국제상사중재합의와 관련한 법률규정과 사법실무를 결합하여 지금 중국 국제상사중재합의의 효력에 대한 인정에서 존재하고 있는 문제점들을 분석하고 상응한 건의를 제기함으로서 중국 중재법의 개정과 보완에 합리적이고 가능한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

스마트워크는 언제 어디서나 편리하고 효율적으로 업무에 종사할 수 있도록 하는 미래지향적인 업무 환경이다. 이미 국내 외 많은 국가 및 기업들이 스마트워크의 도입을 추진하고 있으며 이에 따라 기업 및 근로자 그리고 사회적인 측면에서 긍정적인 효과를 기대하고 있다. 하지만 다양한 환경에서 업무 데이터에 대한 접근이 가능하기 때문에 그에 따른 데이터 접근에 대한 보안 위협이 존재하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트워크 환경의 보안을 위하여 속성기반 암호 시스템을 이용하여 상황정보를 고려한 데이터 접근제어 기법을 제안한다.
