For exhibition, conducted conservation treatment for a variety of collections acquired at home and abroad such as metallic objects, wooden-ware, paintings and lacquer-ware. Conservation treatment methods for 42 metallic objects were introduced for material types. X-ray and microscopic method were used to identify the current state of the collections and in some case if necessary, various foreign particle removing and stabilization method were used depending on material type. Historical data were stored and exhibited to public.

공정거래위원회(위원장 김동수)가 하도급거래에서 서면발급 및 보존관행을 정착시키기 위해 "바람직한 서면발급 및 보존에 관한 가이드라인"을 제정해 1월 1일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 가이드라인에는 ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급계약서(추가 변경계약서 포함) ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급계약 확인서면 ${\bigtriangleup}$목적물 등 수령증명서 ${\bigtriangleup}$검사결과 통지서 ${\bigtriangleup}$감액서면 ${\bigtriangleup}$기술자료 제공 요구서 ${\bigtriangleup}$계약변경 내역 통지서 등 7건은 의무발급을, ${\bigtriangleup}$목적물 등의 검사결과 및 검사 종료일 ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급대금의 지급일 지급금액 및 지급수단 ${\bigtriangleup}$설계 변경 등에 따라 하도급대금을 조정했을 때 사유 ${\bigtriangleup}$원재료 등의 가격변동 등에 따라 수급사업자가 하도급 대금 조정을 신청한 경우 협의내용 및 조정사유 등 7건은 보존 서면으로 명시했다. 이번 가이드라인은 동반성장협약 평가 항목에도 반영될 예정이다. 또한 공정거래위원회는 하도급법상 서면발급 또는 보존의무를 위반해 경고조치를 받을 때에는 교육이수를 권고하는 한편, 서면 미발급 등 혐의가 반복될 때에는 최고경영자(CEO)가 교육(3개월에 3시간)을 이수토록 규정했다. 특히 서면실태조사에서 서면 미발급 미보존 혐의가 장기간 상습적으로 이뤄졌다는 사실이 확인되면 직권조사를 거쳐 엄중할 방침이다.

In accordance with the revision of the Data 3 Act, such as the Personal Information Protection Act, it is possible to process pseudonym information without the consent of the information subject for statistical creation, scientific research, and preservation of public records, and unlike personal information, it is legal for personal information leakage notification and personal information destruction There are exceptions. It is necessary to revise the pseudonym information in that the standard for the pseudonym processing differs by country and the identification guidelines and anonymization are identified in the guidelines for non-identification of personal information in Korea. In this paper, we focus on the use of personal information in accordance with the 4th Industrial Revolution, examine the concept of pseudonym information for safe use of newly introduced pseudonym information, and generate / use / provide / destroy domestic and foreign non-identification measures standards and pseudonym information. At this stage, through the review of the main contents of the law or the enforcement ordinance (draft), I would like to make suggestions on future management / technical protection measures.

식품의약품안전처는 화장품 중 일부 살균 보존제 성분에 대한 자체위해평가 결과 및 제외국(EU) 조치사항 등을 반영해 사용 시 주의사항에 표시 문구를 신설함으로써 화장품 안전관리를 제고하고자 "화장품법" 제10조 제1항 및 제4항 규정에 따른 "화장품 사용 시의 주의사항 표시에 관한 규정"(식품의약품안전처 고시 제2014-78호, 2014. 2. 12)을 개정 고시했다. 다음에 주요내용과 부칙 등에 관해 살펴보도록 한다.

This research compares and analyzes the legal deposit of national online electronic publishing and related laws that were recently amended in order to preserve the exponentially increasing number of electronic books(e-books). Based on the analysis, it also seeks ways to initiate a legal deposit system of e-books in South Korea. The research, therefore, defines the exact range and types of e-books. This research proposes three conditions to introduce the legal deposit system in order to preserve South Korean e-books. The first is to establish a clear definition and classification of e-books as data subject to legal deposit for preservation purposes. The second condition is to establish a legal system in order to deposit and collect network(online-exclusive) type e-books. The final condition is to reflect the opinion of publishers and to create security measures against any loss of the companies.

The purpose of this article is to review the status of designation and preservation, management of national prehistoric sites and to suggest future applications. Prior to the discussion, the overall status of national prehistoric sites was reviewed. Specifically, the current status of designation, designated area, and distribution by region of national prehistoric sites according to the period and nature of the sites were examined in detail. Next, in order to understand the preservation and management of national prehistoric sites, I report the results of field trips to several sites, such as Geomdan-ri in Ulju, Songguk-ri in Buyeo, and Seoktaek-ri in Hongseong, and propose some measures for preservation, maintenance, and management of the remains. Finally, by referring to cases of US national historic sites such as protection, conservation, operation and management system and academic research project of cultural heritage, it is necessary to consider the need for a direction of the utilization that considers both socio-economic aspects as well as education and research on cultural heritage. The active use of cultural heritage can be a measure that leads to the continuous preservation and management of the sites, and ultimately will be a shortcut to increasing the value of national prehistoric sites.

We examine the relationship between abusive supervision and work-family conflict, and the moderating effects of employee's resilience and perceived organizational support. We collected the employees' sample(n=136) and conducted multiple hierarchical regression analysis. Abusive supervision has a significant positive effect on work-family conflict. Subordinate's resilience has a buffer effect on the main relationship, but perceived organizational support has no significant moderating effect. This study will be helpful for employees who are suffered from work-family conflict.

The pre-treatment for conservation must be needed for the exhumed historic sites. So, the study of conservation and restoration of historical sites has progressed favorably with using various polymers for solving upper problems. The problems which should be essentially solved for conservation of the exhumed historic sites are, however, using reinforcing agents that don't impair their original forms and sorting reinforcing agents on the lines of the historic sites' soil. These agents should be able to use without the effect of outer environments like marsh, winter time or temperature. In this work, we synthesized Epoxy resin and Epoxy hardener for the restoration of historical sites. These products have very good tension strength and adhesion strength and various physical properties that the users want. Particularly, these epoxy with high viscosity have good separation of between Epoxy final product and Urethane pre-surface.

Conservation treatment was done for the pottery-stand of Kaya period which was to be exhibited in celebration of the opening of Kimhae National Museum and for the jar of Chinese celadon which was to be exhibited in Korea National Museum's special exhibition "Formation of Ancient States". Through the examinations by naked eyes and under the microscope, condition before treatment, patterns and manufacturing techniques of the objects were observed. According to these examinations, conservation treatments, suitable for each object was finished. As the pottery-stand was damaged severely, the epoxy resin was pasted directly on the broken surface of the pottery to restore the original shape and pattern, color and feeling similar to original state were given to the restored area. Although same restoration material was applied on the celadon, it was not pasted directly on the broken surface of the celadon so that the restored area could be dismantled, and color and feeling were also treated somewhat differently.

Minutes of cabinet meetings (hereafter referred to as "minutes") offer records on important activities of the government of the Republic of Korea. The National Archives of Korea has implemented a series of preservation for these minutes such as condition survey, deacidification, microfilming, digitization, making boxes, etc. Conservation treatment plans were further established in 2018 to pursue more preservation of over 2,000 volumes of minutes based on the result of the condition survey of the minutes. Among ninety-seven volumes that require conservation treatments, six volumes have been treated so far. A major concern of conservation treatment of minutes was found that a single volume of minutes contains 800 pages, leading to heavier and bulkier than most of other bound volumes. This paper presents the measures taken to solve the problems resulting from this bulky structure of the bound minutes. It is expected that the study will offer an opportunity to consider effective conservation methods for records on paper of which the physical shapes are yet to be determined.
