Bow-tie 마이크로스트립 패치형태로 초광대역 안테나를 설계 제작하였다. 보다 광대역화된 특성을 얻기 위해 급전구조 변화와 반원형태의 기생페치를 추가하였다. 제작된 안테나는 입력단자 부분의 접지면을 전제하고 VSWR${\leq}$2를 기준으로, 슬롯형태가 아닌 패치형태로도 2.3GHz${\sim}$5.5GHz까지 대역폭비 2.4 : 1의 초광대역 특성을 나타냈다. 또한, 수평 단면 패턴에 대하여 넓은 주범을 가지며, 전 대역에서 안정된 방사패턴을 유지 하였다.

웹을 구성하는 웹 페이지들과 페이지들 사이의 하이퍼링크들은 방향성을 지니는 그래프로써 표현될 수 있으며, 웹 그래프가 가지는 독자적인 링크 구조의 특성은 다양한 분야의 연구에서 활용되고 있다. 현재 검색 엔진들이 수집한 웹 페이지들은 그 규모가 수십억 개로 방대한 양을 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 약 3억 개의 국내 웹 페이지들을 수집하고, 링크 데이터를 추출하여 생성한 웹 그래프의 구조에 대해 분석한다. 국내 웹 페이지들의 링크의 진입 차수와 연결 요소들의 크기 분포는 멱법칙을 따르고, 웹 페이지의 진출 차수는 특정 차수 이상에서 멱법칙을 가짐을 확인한다. 또한 그래프 알고리즘을 이용하여 웹 그래프를 구성하는 요소들로 나눈 후 전체적인 구조를 도식화한 보우타이 다이어그램을 도출한다.

본 논문에서는 채널에 붕소를 이온주입하여 불균일한 도우핑 profile을 가지는 n-채럴 MOSFET의 threshold 전압에 대하여 보다 간단한 모델링을 기술하였다. 실제의 도우핑 Profile들 지수적인 Profile을 지수적인 profile로 근이시키고 Poisson방정식과 depletion approximation을 이용하여 실리콘 표면의 Potential, 최대 공핍층의 폭 그리고 threshold 전압을 구하였다. 계산한 threshold 전압이 실험치와 잘 일치한다는 사실은 이온 주입한 MOS소자들에 대하여 지수적인 도우핑 Profile로 근이시킬 수 있다는 타당성을 보여 주고 있다.

본 논문에서는 EV와 NEV 겸용 50kW급 고효율 모듈형 급속충전기를 개발하였다. 제안하는 급속충전기는 10kW급 모듈 5개를 이용하는 모듈형 급속충전기로 용량 확장 및 유지보수가 간단한 장점이 있다. EV와 NEV 겸용 동작을 위해 출력전압범위가 넓은 DC-DC 컨버터를 제안하였으며 높은 효율을 위해 하이브리드 스위칭 기법을 적용하였다. 개발한 50kW급 시작품은 출력전압범위는 50V~500V, PF는 0.99, THD는 2.3%, 정격효율은 95%의 성능을 갖는다.

In this paper, a two-stage and top-down approach of mid-term and long-term R&D planning of public corporation is proposed to incorporate some characteristics of public corporation and to overcome the complexity of the real world planning. Unlikely to R&D planning of private company, the total investiment size of public corporation is institutionally determined. A top-down approach is developed to adopt this feature. The proposed approach has two stages to overcome the complexity. In the first stage, we develop a plan for R&D area by adopting the business area and the public role of corporation. In the second stage, we develop the detailed plan within each area. The proposed approach is applied to develop the mid-term and long-term R&D plan of Korea Gas Corporation.

Some marine hydroids were collected from the eastern sea of Korea during the period from June 1989 to July 1997. Among the identified species four hydroids: Bimeria annulata (Nutting, 1901), Bougainvilla ramosa (van Beneden, 1844), Eudendrium boreale Yamada, 1954 and Plumularia undulata Yamada, 1950 were turned out to be new to Korean fauna.

X-선 측정 및 영상장치를 포함한 다양한 응용분야에서 방사선에 대한 고해상도의 영상을 얻기 위한 목적으로 반도체 검출기에 대한 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 방사선 검출을 위해 요구되는 반도체 물질의 주요 특성에 대해서 조사하였다. 또한 반도체를 이용한 플랫 패널(flat panel) 시스템, 픽셀 디텍터(pixel detector)와 스트립 디텍터(strip detector) 등의 혼성형 디텍터(hybrid detector), MAPS와 DEPFET 등의 단일형 픽셀 디텍터(monolithic pixel detector)의 디바이스 동작 원리 및 특성과 국내외 기술 동향에 대하여 살펴보았다.

In this paper, a CPW fed slot antenna with novel broadband feed structure is presented. To enhance the impedance bandwidth of the slot antenna we proposed the broadband feed structure of new bow-tie slot which is combined with four λ/2 rectangular radiation slot and inductively coupled. The measured 10 dB impedance bandwidth is about 60 %(5.2∼9.4 GHz) and the simulated antenna gain is about 6 dBi at 7.36 GHz.

The characteristics of 3 inch wafer scale GaAs epitaxial wafer grown by molecular beam epitaxy for LSI process application were studied. The thickness and doping uniformity are characterized and discussed. The growth temperature and growth rate were $600^{\circ}C$ by pyrometer, and 1 $\mu$m/h, respectively. It was found that thickness and doping uniformity were 3.97% and 4.74% respectively across the full 3 inch diameter GaAs epitaxial layer. Also, ungated MESFETs have been fabricated and saturation current measurement showed 4.5% uniformity on 3 inch, epitaxial layer, but uniformity of threshold voltage increase up to 9.2% after recess process for MESFET device.
