  • The purpose of this study is to verify whether there is a mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between self-leadership and organizational commitment, self-leadership and job satisfaction. Specifically, hypotheses were established and a research model was established that behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies, and constructive thought pattern strategies have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, self-efficacy among these variables. In order to analyze this, 239 copies of survey data were collected from general domestic companies and analyzed through SPSS 25.0. The mediating analysis was conducted in the manner proposed by Baron & Kenny(1986). As a result, among the sub-factors of self-leadership, behavior-focused strategies and natural reward strategies had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, but constructive thought pattern strategies had no causal relationship with organizational commitment. In addition, in the relationship between these variables, self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect. On the other hand, in the relationship between self-leadership and job satisfaction, only the natural reward strategies among the sub-factors of self-leadership showed a significant positive (+) effect, and behavior-focused strategies and constructive thought pattern strategies showed no causal relationship. Among these variables, self-efficacy was found to show partial mediation. Details and implications of the analysis results were dealt with in the conclusions and discussions of the study.

  • Background: Thoracoscopic R3 sympathicotomy can effectively treat palmar hyperhidrosis. Here, we evaluated post-operative outcomes of patients receiving a thoracoscopic R3 sympathicotomy due to palmar hyperhidrosis. Material and Method: From January 2001 to December 2006, 225 patients were treated with a R3 sympathicotomy, and follow up was completed for 200 patients, with an average follow up period of 51.7 ($11{\sim}80$) months. We measured postoperative hand sweating according to four grades; dry (grade 1), proper (grade 2), light sweating (grade 3), heavy sweating (grade 4) and evaluated patient satisfaction using 4 grades: very good (grade 0), good (grade1), regular (grade 2), and deficient (grade 3). Result: There were no differences in clinical parameters between the compensatory sweating group and the non-compensatory sweating group. There was a 83.5% compensatory sweating rate. The degree of compensatory sweating related to the patient's body mass index and was influenced by the season, environmental temperature, and emotional stress. Conclusion: The satisfaction rate was 61.5%, and the degree of satisfaction related to the development of compensatory sweating. Therefore, reducing compensatory sweating would increase patient satisfaction with R3 sympathicotomies.

  • This cross-sectional study was performed to offer radiographer who registered to the Korean Association of Radiographers as a basic material promote job satisfaction and lower job stress. A total of 213 radiographer were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire. The 105 questionnaires consist of general characteristics, job characteristics, job stress, and job satisfaction. The job satisfaction was categorized into 3 sub-scales; psychological variables, environmental variables, and structural variables. The job stress insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, organizational system, lack of reward, and occupational climate. Job satisfaction in psychological variables of radiographer was higher in the radiographers who have a high level of education, work in seoul, have a high sense of mission, don't have job leaving attitude, have a lower job insecurity. Job satisfaction in environmental variables of radiographer was higher in the radiographers who get lower salary. Job satisfaction in structural variables of radiographer was higher in the radiographers who have a high sense of mission, don't have job leaving attitude, have a lower organizational system, lack of reward, and occupational climate. Job satisfaction of radiographer was higher in th radiographers who don't have job leaving attitude, have a high sense of mission, have a lower lack of reward, and occupational climate.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of implementing internal marketing on the internal satisfaction and on the cognitive organization performance in the K-water by using the logistic regression analysis. The results of test are as follows. First, three internal marketing factors such as reward system, education and training, and internal communication have a significant influence on employee's job satisfaction of the K-water. Second, two internal marketing factors such as education and training, and internal communication have a significant influence on organization performance of the K-water. In conclusion, internal marketing enhances job satisfaction and organization performance, and satisfied employees provide good customer service, thus resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and improved organization performance.

  • A compensation scheme for a class of linearly parameterized systems is presented. The compensator consists of a typical linearizing control and an adaptive observer with integration type update law, which is based on Speed Gradient (SG) algorithm.. Instead of the intermediate functions of the compensation schemes suggested by other researchers, the proposed compensator is designed with some design functions which guarantee the growth, convexity, attainability, and pseudo gradient conditions in the update law. The scheme achieves the asymptotic stability of the tracking error and the boundedness of the estimation errors. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed design.

  • This study analyzes the influences of the working environments and conditions(job cooperation, working condition, stress, compensation and reward, and achievement) on the job satisfactions, and the differences for the staff members to perceive them among staff members according to demographic variables. One hundred staff members of K library were participated in the survey using questionnaires. There were significant differences in the perceptions on the stress, compensation and reward, and achievement according to demographic variables. The job cooperation and achievement among work environments and conditions significantly influenced on the job satisfactions of the staff members.

  • Many previous researches in the area of online games have been carried out about internet addiction by psychologist and about the development of related technologies by scientists. There are a few studies about the consumer satisfaction from the online business model. The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationship between critical factors and consumer satisfaction of online game users. This study model used five themes(interactivity, enjoyment, challenge, feedback, design) in order to identify the effect of critical factors on consumer satisfaction. The result of this study identified that interactivity, enjoyment, challenge have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of online game users. Future areas for studying on the Effect of Critical Factors on Consumer Satisfaction of Online Game Users are continuously discussed.
