The Convergence Study of Employment Experiences to External Hospital of Expected Graduates of Nursing College with an Affiliated Hospital (본교병원이 있는 일개 간호대학 졸업예정자의 외부병원 취업경험에 관한 융합연구)

  • The Purpose of the study was to explore the experience and meaning of employment in the outside hospital of graduates of nursing college with an affiliated hospital. The participants were five senior nursing students, data were collected by three times of Focus group interviews from July, 2017, and analyzed using content analysis. Five Themes and thirteen sub-themes were identified. Implications of the employment experience were 'selection criteria for various employment hospitals according to personal value and experience', 'recognition and reward for hard work', 'influence of hospital name value', 'opportunity to develop own potential', and 'fear coming from employment in non-affiliated hospital'. The results of this study are significant in that it provides basic information that can be taken into account in the employment guidance of nursing college students and the turnover rate of new nurses.

  • This study aims to investigate human capital in Korea's online game industry (as the representative of IT-based creative services) under the knowledge-based economy paradigm. In recognition of the importance of intellectual capital closely intertwined with human capital and the economic potential of the online game industry, Korean government has begun to show active support. In this context, this study measures the human capital efficiency in online game business by using non-parametric analysis (Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA). Most previous studies (human capital theory, knowledge based economy theory, economic growth theory) have proved that human capital has a very positive effect on sustainable growth of corporate management and wealth of nations. As such, this paper uses the DEA to obtain the efficiency of the human capital (scale, investment, education, compensation). The results of this study will suggest strategic implications on maximizing the human capital in online game corporations and provide a reference frame for government policies.

A Basic Study for the Development of Multidisciplinary Intervention Guide Map of Auditory Processing Disorders (청각처리장애의 다학문적 중재 안내도 개발을 위한 기초 연구)

  • People with auditory processing disorders(APD) do not exactly understand what they hear with normal hearing levels because of difficulties in the processing of auditory information in auditory nervous system. The purposes of this study are to investigate intervention strategies suggested by current literatures and to develop a guide map for APD intervention. The problem based intervention strategies are customized to the specific deficits of a subtype of Buffalo model and Bellis/Ferre model and general intervention strategies are recommended with compensatory strategy, auditory training, environmental modification and so on. Multidisciplinary team should determine and provide various intervention strategies to improve auditory capabilities of a child with APD intensively and persistently. APD intervention guide map is organized with four steps. It helps clinicians and teachers related with the intervention of APD find appropriate intervention strategies and process in order to reduce difficulties of a child with APD and a suspected APD.

The Correlations Between Job-Stress And Job-Relation Feature in Occupational Therapist Working in Nursing Home Facility (노인요양시설에 근무하는 작업치료사의 근무관련 특성과 직무스트레스와 상관성 연구)

  • Objective : This study investigates correlations between job-stress and job-relation feture in occupational therapists in nursing home. Method : For this study, self-reported questionnaires were distributed by online and offline survey to 237 occupational therapist from May to June in 2012. Fifty two of the questionnaires were returned, acceptable 46 survey responses were analyzed, expect 6 unclearly answered. Result : The results correlations between the 6 job-stress factors(confliction of professional role, lack of professional knowledge and skills, problem of personal relationship, disagreement with predecessor(manager, chief, etc), limitation of medical system, inappropriate salary) and 4 job-relation feature(period of job, annual salary, work out of therapy, job stability). Conclusion : This study demonstrates correlations between job-stress factors and job-relation feature in occupational therapist working in nursing home. Job-stress average 3.52points of 5points contributes more affecting the stress. Further research is necessary to more sample occupational therapist in nursing home.

  • The purpose of this study was to provide fundamental data for the plans to reduce occupational stress by analyzing occupational stress of medical technologist. The experimental group comprised of 193 medical technologists working in Gyeonggi province. Occupational stress was 49.74 out of 100. In detail, job insecurity showed a high value of 64.42, followed by organizational system, lack of reward, physical environment, job demand, insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, and occupational climate with respective values of 52.46, 52.30, 51.18, 49.57, 48.43, 39.78 and 39.77. It is recommended that those in high-stress job group increase physical activity and reduce job insecurity to improve health. The development of programs to reduce occupational stress are necessary, and this study can provide objective information using biological indicators.

  • This study aims to identify parents' recognition of school-enterprise convergence by type of disability. To this end, it analyzes 150 parents with children attending special school in region D, K, and S. As a result, first, parents preferred their children's vocational ability development, employment rate improvement, and manufacturing and supplying method of goods requested by industrial bodies in the community the most and hoped to complete educational courses for the professional education of a job that they wanted to learn and learn the basic ability education for the job. Second, they preferred participation in practical hours and after-school activities and hoped all 2nd and 3rd high school graders to be selected if they wanted, and as compensation for them, wanted appropriate adjustment of class hours or tasks. This suggests that active participation in classes and selection of various types of business seem to be necessary.

Empirical Verification of the Korean Occupational Stress Scale in Physical Therapist (한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구에 관한 실증적 연구: 물리치료사를 대상으로)

  • Occupational Stress is defined the stress which occurs in the workplace or organization. In Korean workers, the rate of occupational stress was 87.8% which was the highest level among OECD countries(average 80.0%). The purpose of this study was to examine the empirical verification of the Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS) in physical therapists. For this purpose, the subject of this study was set up physical therapists who were working at Gyeonggi province and collected from 388 persons by using purposive sampling. The collected data was conducted explanatory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis in order to ascertain factor structure and practical verification of KOSS. Major results were as following: first, the reliability of KOSS was 0.83, and it means that a measure of internal consistency is high. Second, the KOSS result of physical therapists was composed 7 subscales(job demand, insufficient job control, job insecurity, interpersonal conflict, occupational system and lack of reward, organizational climate) and that is more appropriate measurement scale than the original one by using explanatory/confirmatory factor analysis. This study could be contributed as a tool for evaluation and outcome of the basic information of related occupational stress in physical therapists.

  • 무인지능형로봇 시스템에 있어서 자세의 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 시스템의 자세 제어는 사용되는 모터의 위치 제어로 대응된다. 이와 같은 시스템은 운용 시에 충격 진동이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 충격 진동 외란을 잘 제거해야 요구되는 위치 정도로 제어를 수행할 수 있다. 로봇 제어 분야에서 불확실한 로봇에 대한 자세 제어 분야는 가장 기본적이면서 중요한 분야중의 하나이다. 이러한 문제를 다루기 위하여 계산 토크 방식에 기초한 선형 제어 기법이나 적응 제어 기법, 강인 제어 기법 등을 이용한 연구 결과들이 발표되고 있다. 그러나 그러한 기법은 일반적으로 로봇의 정확한 동력학식을 알아야 하며, 구현하기 복잡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 적응 규칙에 의하여 모델의 불확실성, 시스템의 변화, 외란으로 인해 발생하는 공칭 플랜트와의 오차를 보상하도록 제어 입력을 생성하는 내부 루프 부분과 공칭 플랜트 모델의 명령을 추종하도록 하는 제어 입력을 생성하는 외부 루프 부분으로 구성되는 방법인 외란관측기(Disturbance OBserver : DOB) 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 프로세서의 신뢰성과 수치 연산 및 알고리즘의 빠른 처리를 위해 현재 사용 빈도가 높은 TI사의 DSP시리즈 중에서 부동 소수점 연산 기능을 가지면서 모터 제어에 적합한 TMS320C2000계열의 TMS320F2812을 사용하여, 운용 시 발생되는 진동 둥에 대한 외란 제거를 목적으로 한다. 본 논문은 규명된 시스템 모델식을 바탕으로 DOB 제어 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 PMSM 모터모델 시뮬링크 블록을 구성하여 검증된 외란 관측기 제어 알고리즘을 검증한다. 시뮬레이션으로 검증된 DOB 모터 자세 제어 알고리즘을 DSP에 적용하기 위해 코드변환하고 모터 실험 시스템에 실제 적용함으로써 타당성을 검증하여 상용 제어기로 실제 현장에 적용 가능함을 입증한다.

Attitude Control of Quad-rotor by Improving the Reliability of Multi-Sensor System (다종 센서 융합의 신뢰성 향상을 통한 쿼드로터 자세 제어)

  • This paper presents the results of study for improving the reliability of quadrotor attitude control by applying a multi-sensor along with a data fusion algorithm. First, a mathematical model of the quadrotor dynamics was developed. Then, using the quadrotor mathematical model, simulations were performed using the improved reliability multi-sensor data as the inputs. From the simulation results, we designed a Gimbal-equipped quadrotor system. With the quadrotor in a hover state, we performed experiments according to the angle change of the user's specifications. We then calculated the attitude control data from the actual experimental data. Furthermore, with additional simulations, we verified the performance of the designed quadrotor attitude control system with multiple sensors.

  • 최근 이동통신기술이 급속히 발달함에 따라 국내는 물론 전세계 이동통신업계는 제 3세대 이동통신서비스의 성공여부에 많은 관심을 쏟고 있다. 지금까지의 이동통신산업의 성장이 빠른 기술개발에 의존한 기술추동적(technology-push) 성격을 지녔다면, 이동통신시장이 포화상태에 근접하고 있는 최근에는 서비스 및 장비 양면에서의 경쟁이 치열해 짐으로써 소비자의 기술에 대한 선택이 더욱 중요해짐에 따라 수요견인적(demand-pull) 기술혁신이 예상된다. 따라서, 이동통신서비스의 확대에 따른 특정기술에 대한 소비자의 선호에 대한 올바른 판단이 향후 산업의 기술진화방향을 예측하는데 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 생각된다. 현재 이동통신기술의 진보의 키워드는 '멀티미디어화'이다 향후 VOD (Video On Demand) 등 비디오 스트리밍(video streaming) 기술을 이용한 동영상 서비스, 화상전화, 타 디지털기기(예를 들어 PDA, 디지털 카메라 등)와의 융합 등의 서비스가 본격화되고 차세대 이동통신망의 구축이 가시화됨에 따라 이동통신의 멀티미디어 기능은 더욱 주목받게 될 것이다. 따라서 이동전화 단말기 창의 컬러화는 이러한 이동통신기술의 새로운 패러다임을 떠받치고 있는 가장 중요한 이정표로서의 의미를 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 표시1창의 컬러화로 실현되는 기술혁신요소에 대해서 소비자가 부여하는 가치를 분석하고자 한다. 하지만, 컬러 단말기의 보급이 초기단계에 머무르고 있는 연구시점의 특성상 현시자료가 가용하지 않았기 때문에, 소비자에게 가상의 품질특성을 지닌 제품 조합을 제시하고 이에 대해 소비자가 순위를 매기게 함으로써 소비자의 선호를 측정하는 컨조인트(conjoint) 방법론을 사용하였으며, 소비자의 진술선호(stated preference)에 기초하여 이동통신단말기의 개별 특성에 대한 부분가치와 보상잉여를 측정하였다. 또한, 이를 통해 창의 컬러화로 인해 기대되는 초과이윤의 가능성 등 경제적인 효과들을 정량적으로 분석하고, 브랜드 가치 등 기존의 단말기 경쟁력 요소들과의 비교를 통하여 컬러화가 가져다 줄 경쟁요소들을 추정함으로서, 기술확산 메커니즘을 확인하고자 한다.
