  • 도로, 교량, 하폐수처리장, 공동구와 같은 도시기반시설은 u-City 구축에 있어 근간이 되는 요소로서, 도시민에게 편리한 삶을 제공해주는 동시에 지속적인 유지관리가 수반되어야 할 시설들이다. u-City는 이러한 도시기반시설을 u-IT기술을 활용하여 융복합, 지능화 함으로써 도시민에게 보다 유이한 서비스를 제공하고, 관리자에게 보다 효율적인 유지관리 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 공간으로서, 현재 이에 대한 연구개발이 활발히 진행되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 취지에서 도출된 도시기반시설 서비스와 관련 요소기술 개발 내용을 소개하고, 현장 적용성 시험에 필요한 테스트 베드 구축 내용을 고찰하고자 한다. 이 테스트 베드는 현장 적용 상태에서의 성능을 검증하고 실용 가능한 수준으로 고도화 하기 위하여 구축된 횡단보도가 포함된 왕복 6차선 도로로서, USN 센서 및 싱크노드, 봉합 콘트롤러가 설치되어 원격으로 상황을 감시할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.

Pedestrian Accident Rate Models of Circular Intersection Near Schools (학교와 인접한 원형교차로의 보행자 사고율 모형)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the pedestrian accidents of roundabout near schools. To this end, this study has focus on the comparative analysis of pedestrian accidents across different school areas. The traffic accident data from 2007 to 2014 are collected from TAAS data set of Road Traffic Authority. To develop the pedestrian accident rate model, the linear regression model has been utilized in this study. 28 explanatory variables such as geometry and traffic volume factors are used. The main results are summarized as follows. First, the null hypotheses that the number of pedestrian accidents are the same are rejected. Second, 5 multiple linear regression accident models with higher statistical significance (adjusted $R^2$ of 0.651~0.788) have been developed. Third, while the common variables of 3 models (model I~III) related to school location are evaluated to be the pedestrian island, crosswalk, types of roundabout, elementary school and bus stop. Fourth, while the common variable of 3 models (model III~V) related to near school area or not is evaluated to be pedestrian island, type of roundabout, sidewalk, elementary school, speed hump, speed limit sign and number of entry lane. As a result, the installation of pedestrian islands and crosswalk might be expected to decrease the number of pedestrian accidents near schools.

Geographically Weighted Regression on the Characteristics of Land Use and Spatial Patterns of Floating Population in Seoul City (서울시 유동인구 분포의 공간 패턴과 토지이용 특성에 관한 지리가중 회귀분석)

  • The key objective of this research is to review the effectiveness of spatial regression to identify the influencing factors of spatial distribution patterns of floating population. To this end, global and local spatial autocorrelation test were performed using seoul floating population survey(2014) data. The result of Moran's I and Getis-Ord $Gi^*$ as used in the analysis derived spatial heterogeneity and spatial similarities of floating population patterns in a statistically significant range. Accordingly, Geographically Weighted Regression was applied to identify the relationship between land use attributes and population floating. Urbanization area, green tract of land of micro land cover data were aggregated in to $400m{\times}400m$ grid boundary of Seoul. Additionally public transportation variables such as intersection density transit accessibility, road density and pedestrian passage density were adopted as transit environmental factors. As a result, the GWR model derived more improved results than Ordinary Least Square(OLS) regression model. Furthermore, the spatial variation of applied local effect of independent variables for the floating population distributions.

Spatial Factors' Analysis of Affecting on Automated Driving Safety Using Spatial Information Analysis Based on Level 4 ODD Elements (Level 4 자율주행서비스 ODD 구성요소 기반 공간정보분석을 통한 자율주행의 안전성에 영향을 미치는 공간적 요인 분석)

  • Since 2021, government departments have been promoting Automated Driving Technology Development and Innovation Project as national research and development(R&D) project. The automated vehicles and service technologies developed as part of these projects are planned to be subsequently provided to the public at the selected Living Lab City. Therefore, it is important to determine a spatial area and operation section that enables safe and stable automated driving, depending on the purpose and characteristics of the target service. In this study, the static Operational Design Domain(ODD) elements for Level 4 automated driving services were reclassified by reviewing previously published papers and related literature surveys and investigating field data. Spatial analysis techniques were used to consider the reclassified ODD elements for level 4 in the real area of level 3 automated driving services because it is important to reflect the spatial factors affecting safety related to real automated driving technologies and services. Consequently, a total of six driving mode changes(disengagement) were derived through spatial information analysis techniques, and the factors affecting the safety of automated driving were crosswalk, traffic light, intersection, bicycle road, pocket lane, caution sign, and median strip. This spatial factor analysis method is expected to be useful for determining special areas for the automated driving service.

Analysis of Thermal Environment Modification Effects of Street Trees Depending on Planting Types and Street Directions in Summertime Using ENVI-Met Simulation (ENVI-Met 시뮬레이션을 통한 도로 방향별 가로수 식재 형태에 따른 여름철 열환경 개선 효과 분석)

  • The modification effects of street trees on outdoor thermal comfort in summertime according to tree planting types and road direction were analyzed using a computer simulation program, ENVI-met. With trees, the air temperature and wind speed decreased, and the relative humidity increased. In the case of mean radiant temperature (Tmrt) and human thermal sensation, physiological equivalent temperature (PET) and universal thermal climate index (UTCI), there was a decrease during the daytime. The greatest change among the meteorological factors by trees happened in Tmrt, and PET and UTCI showed similar patterns with Tmrt·The most effective tree planting type on thermal comfort modification was low tree height, wide tree crown, high leaf area index, and narrow planting interval (LWDN). Tmrt, PET and UTCI showed a large difference depending on shadow patterns of buildings and trees according to solar altitude and azimuth angles, and building locations. When the building shade areas increased, the thermal modification effect by trees decreased. In particular, results on the east and west sidewalks showed a large deviation over time. When applying the LWDN, the northwest, west and southwest sidewalks showed a significant reduction of 8.6-12.3℃ PET and 4.2-4.5℃ UTCI at 10:00, and the northeast, east and southeast sidewalks showed 8.1-11.8℃ PET and 4.4-5.0℃ UTCI at 16:00. On the other hand, when the least effective type (high tree height, narrow tree crown, low leaf area index, and wide planting interval) was applied, the maximum reduction was up to 1.8℃ PET and 0.9℃ UTCI on the eastern sidewalks, and up to 3.0℃ PET and 0.9℃ UTCI on the western ones. In addition, the difference in modification effects on Tmrt, PET and UTCI between the tree planting types was not significant when the tree effects were reduced by the effects of buildings. These results can be used as basic data to make the most appropriate street tree planting model for thermal comfort improvement in urban areas in summer.

The Effect of Neighborhood Environmental Perception on Park Use for Health Improvement - The Case of Suseong-gu in Daegu City - (거주지 주변 환경에 대한 인식이 건강증진 목적의 공원이용에 미치는 영향 - 대구광역시 수성구를 대상으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of neighborhood environmental perception on park use for health. The study area is focused on neighborhood parks in Suseong-gu, Daegu city. The analysis results are based on questionnaires of 303 respondents. According to the results, park use for health improvement was significantly associated with the perceptions of accessibility to a marketplace, availability of public transit, accessibility to the park, enough sidewalks, number of crosswalks, and athletic population. The probability of park use increased by 2.326 times as the satisfaction of accessibility to the park increased. Also, greater athletic population, fewer crosswalks, and more sidewalks lead to increase of park use by 1.701, 1.617, and 1.642 times, respectively. Therefore, it is important to increase the available neighborhood parks around residences and to develop exercise programs that people can use continuously in order to vitalize park use for health improvement. Also, it is necessary to improve the convenience of walking such as development of pedestrian streets or malls between residences and parks.

  • This study was performed to investigate how to design, where to construct, why to degrade, what plan to use systematically the underground structures such as underpass, underground passageways. About 50% of the underground structures are located on Seoul, Kyungi-Do. In design of the underground structures such as underpass, underground passageways, the required conditions are defined. And also in construction stage, the conditions of soil, required structure depth, site characteristics, reasonable construction method, are investigated. In the selection of details for underground structure, the items mainly considered, are the wall and column type, the sidewalk type, anchoring-system type, the water-proofing method, entranc shape. The reason and the adequate measures for the degradation of concrete structure are also investigated. The initial cracking properties due to the thermal characteristic are considered. The state of the art report on the new technologies are reviewed. The recent project for the systematically application to the underground structures is reviewed.

Evaluating the Effect of Low Impact Development on Yeongsan River Stream (영산강 수계 저영향개발(LID)의 수질효과 평가)

  • 저영향개발(LID, Low Impact Development)은 물순환체계 개선을 위해 녹색 공간의 확보, 자연형 공간 조성, 자연상태의 수문순환 기능의 유지 기법 등을 활용한 개발 대상지에서의 강우유출 및 비점오염원의 영향을 최소화할 수 있는 새로운 방법이다. LID는 강우 유출수의 지하침투, 강우 종료시 증발산량의 확보, 강우 유출수의 재이용 등을 통한 강우 유출량을 최소화하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. LID 방법은 우수저류 공원, 생태저류지, 지붕층 저류공원, 보도 저류공간, 인공습지, 완충녹지대, 수목 보존지대, 지붕층 배수관, 강우 저장조, 투수성 포장, 토양 개량, 불투수층 최소화, 비점오염원 저감 등으로 효율성, 경제성, 유연성, 합리성, 토지 가치증대 등의 장점이 있다. 영산강 수계의 BOD 배출부하량이 점오염원(21,019kg/일)과 비점오염원(50,047kg/일)의 비율이 3:7 로 비점오염원 배출부하량이 훨씬 큰 상태이다. 특히, 광주광역시, 농업용 토지, 축산계 등의 비점오염원이 영산강 수질에 크게 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비점오염원의 영향이 큰 영산강 수계를 대상으로 앞으로 이루어지는 개발계획을 분석하여 LID 기법을 적용하였을 때 영산강 수질에 미치는 영향을 모델링을 통해 예측하고자 한다. 수질개선에 어느 정도의 효과가 있는지 검증하기 위해 국내 실정에 맞고 QUAL2E 모델을 근간으로 WASP5 모형의 장점들을 접목시켜 Bottle BOD의 반응기작 및 조류의 생산에 의한 유기물 증가, 탈질화 반응 등 정체수역에서 일어날 수 있는 반응기작을 모의할 수 있도록 보완한 QUALKO2 모형을 이용하여 그 효과를 모의하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 LID 기법이 도시화에 영향을 얼마나 덜 주는지, 수계의 비점오염원 효과를 통해 물순환 체계의 개선이 어느 정도로 어루어지는지에 대한 효과를 검증을 할 수 있는 계기가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Design of Standard Submission Format for Underground Structures : An Automated Update of the UnderSpace Integrated Map (지하공간통합지도 자동갱신을 위한 지하구조물 제출 표준 설계)

  • The framework plan for the development of an integrated underground space map was established of preventing ground subsidence. The mapping process is expected to be completed to the level of nationwide municipal government standards by end of this year. To facilitate the utilization of the integrated underground space map, paper-based drawings for specialized organizations in underground safety impact assessment have been provided since September 2018, and services for local government officials have been provided in the underground information utilization system since May 2019. However, the map is utilized based on the information at the time of the initial development of the map, without any updates, thereby resulting in a lack of accuracy and latest information. This has led to a decrease in the utilization and reliability of the information. Therefore, in this study, for the underground structures(subway, underground shopping mall, underground passage, underground roadway, underground parking lot, utility tunnel), which are the key components of the integrated underground space map, a standard format for the submission of completed drawings is designed in accordance with Article 42 (2) of the Special Act on Underground Safety Management, which aims at laying the foundation for establishing the updated system of the integrated underground space map. In addition, through the verification of the automatically updated underground structure data based on the standard format, the reliability of the data can be assured. This format is expected to contribute to the improved utilization of the integrated underground space map in the future.

정보통신윤리교육을 위한 사례중심 코스웨어의 적용 및 효과 분석

  • 매스컴을 통해 자주 보도되는 정보통신 윤리 관련 범죄는 정보통신 윤리 교육의 필요성이 강조되게 하고 있으며, 최근 교육학자들은 정보 윤리 교육의 실행방안에 대해 많은 연구를 하고 있다. 추병완(2001)은 가상공간의 질서 유지를 위한 네티켓은 강제적이고 억압적인 외적규제보다는 네티즌 자신의 자율성에 의존하는 내적 규제라는 점을 고려해 볼 때, 정보통신윤리 교육은 학생들의 자율성을 발달시켜 주는 방향으로 실시되어야한다고 제시한다. 정보 윤리 교육이 학생들의 자발적인 활동과 체험을 중시하는 가운데 양방향적으로 이루어질 수 있게 하기 위한 방법을 제시하고 설명형, 탐구형, 시범형, 활동형방법의 네 가지 방법을 통합적으로 활용하는 것이 바람직하다고 하였다. 정보통신윤리 교육방법을 통합적으로 활용할 수 있는 코스웨어가 필요하며 그 대안으로 GBS(Goal-Based Scenarios) 방식의 코스웨어를 제시하며 초등학생을 대상으로 하여 GBS를 기반으로 정보통신윤리교육을 위한 사례중심 프로그램을 개발하고 적용해 봄으로써 그 효과를 검증해 보고자 정보 나열형 코스웨어와 사례중심형 코스웨에의 두 가지 종류의 프로그램으로 사전검사를 통해 동질집단으로 밝혀진 두 집단을 학습시키고 사후검사를 통해 두 집단간 비교를 하였으며 각 집단의 사전 사후 대응 검정을 통하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다.
