Simulation for Preparation of Preventive Range Requirement against Induction Effect by the Underground Transmission and Distribution Power Lines (지중송.배전선에 의한 통신선 유도전압 대책 규격범위 설정을 위한 시뮬레이션)

  • It is necessary to know what a range is effective for induction to prepare protective measures. In this paper, a simulation is practised to find ranges appropriate to underground transmission and distribution power line. There are two elements for ranges. They are parallelized length and separate distance between a telecommunication line and power line. The legal law presents limited voltages of induction. Simulation means to find what specification range of above two elements the induced voltage is over the limited voltage at. It was simulated that induced voltage for the case of underground power lines was over at the length of about 13km when the separate distance was fixed at 3m.

  • 전력선에 의한 통신선에 대한 유도장애 대책을 위하여 장애를 일으킬 수 있는 유도전압 제한치 초과 여부를 예측하여야 하는 바 전력선과 통신선이 유도 관계에 놓이게 되는 인접 상태는 두 가지 거리 요소에 의하여 결정된다. 즉 이격거리와 병행거리에 의하여 기본 유도 예측 규격이 결정되는 것으로서 본 논문에서는 실질적인 상기 두 가지 요소의 유도 발생 근접 범위를 예측 계산 사례를 통하여 그 범위 규격을 설정하도록 유도기관과 피유도기관 양자의 계산 자료를 활용 국내 기술기준 고시상에 반영되도록 연구분석한내용을 소개한다.

A Case Study on the Construction of Concrete Structures in Parallel with Tunnel Blasting (터널발파-구조물 병행시공을 위한 영향평가 연구)

  • An experimental study was carried out in order to reduce the period and cost of construction of Missiryung tunnel, which is a relatively long one 3.6 km long. An allowable vibration level for curing concrete was established based on the extensive case studies done over the world. and assessment was performed on the possibility of constructing concrete structures like lining during tunnel blasting. Attenuation relationships were obtained by processing more than 130 measurement data from a series of tunnel blasting in the site. A Guideline for safe construction work was suggested. To verification, low small concrete blocks with a constant standoff distance were installed in the floor of the tunnel After the blocks were exposed to blast vibrations for 28 days, compressive strength tests were performed on 20 specimens taken from the blocks. It was shown that the suggested guideline was appropriate for the safe construction work at the site.

  • The various alternatives to reduce the construction period and cost in the wide and long tunnel have been attempted recently. However, the concrete lining forming process after finishing tunnel excavation may delay construction period considering the specific conditions of the wide and long tunnel. The concrete lining is indispensible for the road tunnel. For this reason, the blasting-lining synchronizing study had been carried out to reduce construction period in the Gyea-Ryong Tunnel. Lining models were installed at four different distance conditions the floor of the tunnel. After model installation, hundreds of blasting vibration measurements and concrete material tests were performed to calculate the safe distance between blasting point and concrete lining form. The study also introduces a method which can obtain the better ability of construction by improving working environment with the ventilation and the relocation of tunnel equipments in the working places.

Induced Voltages on Telecommunication Lines Due to AC High-Speed Electrified Railway System (고속전철에 의한 통신 선로에서의 유도전압 분석)

  • This paper analyzed the induced voltages on a telecommunication line due to high-speed a.c. electrified railway system. The induced voltages were measured by domestic regulation, 2 test lines with 2 km length were installed near railway in parallel to compare the influence for distance from disturbing line. The analysis was made on the induced voltages with the distance from railway, line length, and the different earthing point, and also on the waveform and spectrum distributions. The statistical induced voltages for the time for a day and dates was analyzed.

  • That induced voltage by an electrified railway line is related with the position of telecommunication line between traction power feeding systems is practically varified by measurements in the real field. This experimented fact is conformed with the calculated simulation provided by the ITU-T Directives concerning the protection of telecommunication lines against harmful effects from electric power and electrified railway lines. Therefore it is needed to consider at what position a telecommunication line is parallelized with power feeding line of traction system when an induction phenomenon is evaluated or measurement is carried out besides the length of parallelization and the separate distance between power line and telecommunication line.

  • 급증하는 자동차 수요로 인해 발생되는 배출량 증가는 자동차 운행의 특성상 대도시 대기오염의 주원인으로 작용하고 있다. 자동차 배출오염물질의 배출량 추정에 있어 국내 차량의 배출계수 개발도 시급하지만 우리 나라 자동차 운행패턴에 관한 연구도 같이 병행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 Cold start emission과 Evaporative VOC emission의 산정에 있어서 국내 승용차의 1회 주행거리(Trip length)를 이용하여 승용차 부문 배출량 영향정도와 계절별 배출량 변화를 추정하여 보았다. (중략)

Evaluation of Variable Lane Width Need Based on Vehicle Lateral Displacement on Eight Lane Freeway (차로 고속도로 차량 횡방향 주행궤적에 의한 차로별 적정폭 연구)

  • 8차로 고속도로에서 중앙분리대와 길 어깨에 의해 측방 여유폭이 제공되는 외측차 로(1.4차로)와 측방 여유폭이 제공되지 않는 내측차로 (2.3차로)에서 나타나는 운전자의 횡 방향 주행특성을 4개 지점에서 비디오 촬영하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 차량의 횡 방향 주행궤적은 차로의 중심으로부터 주행방향의 좌측으로 이격된 주행 행태를 보이고 있 으며 이는 운전석의 위치에 의한 영향으로 판단된다. (2) 차량의 병행 주행시 외측 차로의 중심 이격 거리는 평균 0.38m이고 내측차로의 중심 이격 거리는 평균 0.34m로 나타났으며 T-test 겨로가 내측 차로와 외측 차로의 주행 이격 거리는 신뢰도 95%에서 상이한 것으로 나타났다. (3) 외측 차로의 주행궤적간 이격 거리는 평균 3.90m이고 내측 차로의 주행궤적 간 이격 거리는 평균 3.54m로서 내측 차로의 주행궤적간 이격 거리는 외측 차로의 주행궤 적간 이격 거리보다 0.36m 작다. 특히 내측 차로의 주행궤적간 이격 거리는 내측 차로간 차로 중심간 간격인 3.6m 보다 0.1m 작은 것으로 나타났다. (4) 내측차로 확장 대안으로 기존 도로폭 유지안 (3.5m, 3.7m, 3.5m)과 기존 도로폭 확장안 (3.6m, 3.7m, 3.7m, 3.6m)을 고려할 수 있으며 두 대안의 비교·분석결과 경제적 영향을 고려할 때 기존 도로폭 유지안이 우수한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • We have analyzed the induction effects by separation distance between the power feeding station and the telecommunication cables. To do this we measured the induced voltage in 11 sections(10km) between Jangseong and Imgok at Jeon-nam province using telecommunication cable installed nearby KTX's feeder line. Sub-section has about 1km length of telecommunication cable. And we used normalization method in installed length of telecommunication cables and mutual inductance to analysis the induction effects more rationally.

A Convergence Study on the Effects of functional electrical stimulation with mirror therapy on balance and gait ability in chronic stroke patients. (기능적 전기자극을 병행한 거울치료가 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 보행능력에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of functional electrical stimulation (FES) with mirror therapy on balance and gait ability in chronic stroke patients. Thirty-five subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated into three groups: the functional electrical stimulation with mirror therapy group(FMT group, n=11), mirror therapy group(MT group, n=12), and control group (n=12). The exercises were conducted for 30 min per day, five, per week for four weeks. Balance and gait ability were examined at baseline and after 4 weeks of intervention. After training, the FMT group showed significant improvement in berg balance scale (BBS), center of pressure (COP) length, affected step length (ASL), Cadence and average gait speed (AGS) compared MT group and control group(p<0.05). This findings show that FES and MT convergence can be an effective intervention for stroke patients balance and gait ability. Continued development of convergence interventions for stroke patients with balance and gait ability in practice, are suggested.
