This study was conducted to identify factors affecting nursing performance of delirium among nursing students. A total of 252 fourth year students were recruited from nursing department in Gwangju. Structured questionnaire was self-administrated from April to September, 2017. The used statistical analysis were t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Knowledge of delirium 29.0±7.24, self-confidence in the care for delirium 71.65±28.55 and nursing performance level for patients with delirium was 41.16±8.97. Nursing performance of delirium had significant positive correlations with delirium knowledge, self-confidence of delirium care. In multiple regression analysis, nursing experience for delirium patients, self-confidence of delirium care, practice experience in intensive care unit, use of nursing diagnosis related to delirium, and satisfaction of clinical practice were significant factors of nursing performance of delirium explaining 29.8% of the variables. In conclusion, to enhance nursing performance of delirium, it is necessary to develop educational program for increasing nursing experience for delirium patients during clinical practice and self-confidence of delirium care.

패킷트레이서는 라우터/스위치 등 네트워크 장비를 가상으로 구성하고 각 장비의 CONFIG를 세팅, 실습 할 수 있는 프로그램이다. 고객의 요구를 받아서 중소규모 네트워크의 보안설정을 추가하여 보다 높은 안정성과 효율성 있는 네트워크를 구성하고 고객의 정보를 DB서버에 저장하여 DB서버에 접근시 데이터를 불러 올수 있도록 한다. 이 논문에서는 중소규모 병원 네트워크 인프라 구축을 위한 방안을 제시한다. 부서별로 스위치를 한대씩 배치하고 외부기관은 멀티포인트 프레임릴레이를 설정하여 전용회선으로 만들어 사용한다. 각종개인정보가 들어있는 DB는 외부에 두고 보안기능을 넣어서 신뢰성을 향상시킨다. 단순히 네트워크 구축뿐만 아니라 DB를 연동하여 정보를 저장하고, 보안 기능을 넣어서 네트워크의 취약점을 보안하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the impact of human rights sensitivity and patient rights awareness of first-year students in clinical practice on clinical practice adaptation and to prepare practical and systematic personality development program education alternatives to foster high-quality medical personnel. Method: As for the research method, an online survey of 155 medical and nursing students from two universities in G-do (76 medical students and 79 nursing students) was conducted, and the collected data were T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and step-by-step multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN/25.0. Findings: The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the differences in each variable according to general characteristics, human rights sensitivity had a significant impact on gender, patient rights recognition on personality type, and clinical practice adaptation had a significant impact on major selection motivation. Second, the factors affecting the adaptation of first-year college students to clinical practice had a significant impact on extroverted personality and patient rights perception among personality types (regression model results F=6.38 (p<).001), 24.2% explanatory power). Conclusion: This study suggests that education and policy efforts are needed to foster accurate awareness of human rights issues by developing flexible and flexible extracurricular activity programs in the operation of the curriculum to strengthen medical and nursing students' ability to adapt to clinical practice and improve awareness of human rights issues.

This study is a qualitative study that explores the essential meaning of nursing through a simulation curriculum targeting nursing students. In this study, 18 students, who were 4th grade nursing students at a university in M city, Gyeongsangbuk-do, completed a simulation during the curriculum. Data collection was done through free-form reports and interviews to help students understand the part of nursing they thought through simulation classes. The collected data was analyzed using Krippendorff's phenomenological method. As a result of analyzing the meaning of nursing through simulation class, 3 categories, 10 topics, and 28 meaningful statements were derived. The three categories were derived as 'virtual nursing', 'thinking nursing', and 'together nursing'. As a result of this study, nursing students were seeking their own solution to solve nursing in unpredictable situations based on the philosophy of nursing through virtual simulation. It is expected that this will be used as basic data to develop various and in-depth simulation education programs in the future.

본 연구는 병원전 단계 기도기 시뮬레이션 교육에 대한 연구로 연구대상은 응급구조학과 4학년 학생 22명으로 구성하였다. 교육시간은 10분 동안 3개의 기도유지기에 대한 전체 강의가 있었고, 10분 동안 마네킹을 이용하여 세 가지 기도기의 사용방법을 교육하고 실습을 시행하였다. 응급구조학과 학생을 대상으로 Airway management trainer Simman를 이용한 기도 내 이물 제거 모델에서 매킨토시후두경과 GlideScope and the AWS$^{(R)}$, McGrath$^{(R)}$ 비디오 후두경의 기관내 삽관 성공률과 삽관 시간, 시행자의 선호도를 비교한 결과 의미 있는 차이를 보였다. 마네킨을 이용한 병원전 기도기인 1차 시도에서는 유의한 차이를 보였지만 2차에서 숙련이 된 경우이라서 큰차이를 보이지 않았다. 기관내 삽관 기구의 선호도 조사에서는 Pentax AWS를 가장 선호하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of professional attitude and image of dental hygienist in dental hygiene students. Data were obtained from 753 dental hygiene students from 3 colleges and 1 university located in Kyungki-do and Kangwon-do. The results, derived from using the SPSS 10.0 were as follows: 1. The level of professional attitude was 3.47 point, the level of image was 3.24 point. 2. Among the professional attitude, first grade, inexperience of practice experimental, dental hospital or general hospital of work choice, continuation of working period, recommend to family or relatives and professional mind of job are the each highest one. 3. Among the Image, first grade, inexperience of practice experimental, dental hospital or general hospital of work choice, continuation of working period, recommend to family or relatives and professional mind of job are the each highest one. 4. The correlation between professional attitude and image of dental hygienist in dental hygiene students was shown statistically significant positive relationship.

Purpose: Clinical practicums via non-face-to-face methods were inevitable due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We developed an online program for emergency nursing care and identified the feasibility of the program and the learning achievements of students. Methods: This was a methodological study. The program was developed by three professors who taught theory and clinical practicum for adult nursing care and clinical experts. Students received four hours of video content and two task activities every week in four-week program. Real-time interactive video conferences were included. Qualitative and qualitative data were collected. Results: A total of 96 students participated in the program. The mean score for overall satisfaction with the online program was 4.72(±1.02) out of 6. Subjects that generally had high learning achievement scores were basic life support care, fall prevention, nursing documentation, infection control, and anaphylaxis care. As a result of a content analysis of 77 reflective logs on the advantages of this program, students reported that "experience in applying nursing process," "case-based learning and teaching method," and "No time and space constraints" were the program's best features. Conclusion: Collaboration between hospitals and universities for nursing is more important than ever to develop online content for effective clinical practicum.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to ascertain the current state of clinical nursing education at hospitals. Methods: Questionnaires were sent out to 236 hospitals which have over 300 beds. Out of these, 116 hospitals responded, and the collected data was analyzed by mean, frequency, t-test, and ANOVA test. Results: These hospitals have teaching agreements with 4.2 nursing colleges and clinical education lasts 8 months. Clinical education status regarding hospital characteristics, between a university hospital, non-university hospitals, among advanced general hospitals, general hospitals, and special hospitals showed statistical differences in colleges per hospital and nurses' degree. 37.9% of cases have no internal regulation for nursing education, and in 68.1% of cases, students' practice was limited to simple nursing care. The current primary guide for student's practice was head nurse (61.25%), and the course professor took charge of mainly the conference. The difficulties as an educational hospital are increases in work load, difficulties in teaching, excessive number of students, simultaneous practical training, complaints from patients, lack in training manpower, and stress. Conclusion: This study determined that the big hospitals are heavily burdened by nursing education and that it will be necessary to establish standards for educational hospitals to ensure higher quality education.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to examine the effects of the Cooperative Clinical Nursing Education Program on the competency and satisfaction of nursing students in clinical practice. Method: The research design was a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design with a convenience sample of 107 nursing students who were at one College of Nursing located in Seoul. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire. Results: Nursing students participated in the program reported higher nursing skills and total satisfaction than control group after completing education program. Conclusion: Cooperative clinical nursing education program for nursing students had positive effects on nursing skills and satisfaction of clinical practice.

The ships have a lot of electric machinery needed to supply electricity from the moment of launching coming out of dry dock to docking at jetty. Thus, the ships always have to use alternator and electric machinery that has low efficiency under the low load. Many government service ships like the MMU training ship have been spending lots of time at jetty rather than sailing at sea. These ships are operated under the condition of low load due to the operation of basic machinery at jetty and electric machineries are driven with the status of low efficiency. This paper would suggest the energy saving method for these ships. The investigation describes that shore connection is a great asset to these ships and that the flow rate control by adjusting revolution with the adoption of inverter is better than flow rate control by using throttle valve to save energy. The result is based on the investigation of cooling pump at MMU training ship.
