Problem solving has been consistently emphasized in national mathematics curricula, whereas the foci of such an emphasis have been changed. Given this background, this study traced down major changes in emphasizing problem solving from the first national mathematics curriculum to the most recent 2015 curriculum. In particular, both the 2009 and the 2015 revised curricula were analyzed in detail to figure out the latest emphasis and trends. This paper then investigated whether a series of mathematics textbooks were aligned to the emphases of recent curricula. It finally discussed some issues that we need to reconsider with regards to problems, problem solving strategies, and the process of problem solving. As such, this study is expected to provide textbook developers with detailed implications on how to employ problem solving in new series of textbooks.

2008년도는 우리 양계업계에 변화를 위한 진통이 그 어느 해보다도 심하였던 것 같다. 양계업계는 변하지 않고는 발전할 수 없으며 치열한 생존경쟁에서 살아남기도 어렵다고 본다. 지난 해의 채란업계에 가장 심각하였던 과제는 병아리 과잉생산에 따른 계란의 과잉 공급으로 인하여 하늘 높은 줄 모르고 치솟는 생산원가에도 불구하고 계란가격을 적정하게 받을 수 없었던 점이 가슴을 답답하게 짓누르게 하였으며 무더운 여름 마지막 날에 서둘러 개최하게 된 전국 채란인 대회의 열기는 역대 어느 채란인 대회보다 성공적이었다고들 자평을 하였으나 대회 이후 결의사항을 지키는 양계인들의 의식구조의 변화는 높은 점수를 받을 수 없으리라 평가하지 않을 수 없다. 그러나 어려운 여건 하에서도 우리의 문제는 우리들 스스로 풀어야 한다는 공감대를 형성하였으며 보다 나은 발전을 위한 진일보한 해였다. 2009년도에 우리가 풀어야 할 숙제들 중에서 중요한 문제들을 꼽으라면 유통구조상의 불합리, 의무자조금 조속한 실시, 과잉생산 조절, 그리고 AI 대책과 차단방역에 역점을 두고 하나하나 착실하게 문제를 풀어나가야 하리라고 본다.

This paper analyzes the changes in rail policy in the UK between 1948 and 2007. The UK rail system, once a nationalized industry, was privatized in 1994. Consequently it increased the role of government after 2000, which was a year of frequent rail accident. Recently the UK rail system has made solving global warming and EU interoperability in rail. This paper examines the main factors in changes in rail policy in the UK, which is through the ruling party's ideology, comprehensive transport policy, aimed at reducing global warming and rail accident. Moreover, this paper clarifies the characteristics of rail policy that is consistent with social role of rail, integrative transport policy and acknowledging the positive role of rail against global warming.

다사용자계층 통행배정(Multiple User Class Assignment) 문제란 교통망을 이용하는 통행자들이 이질적인 통행계층으로 구성된 경우, 이들 각 계층의 통행수요를 교통망에 배정하는 문제를 의미한다. 이는 기존 통행 배정모형들이 모든 통행자의 통행특성이 동질적이라고 가정함으로서 발생하는 불합리한 통행배정 결과를 완화시키기 위한 방법이다. 또한, 최근 지능형교통체계(Intelligent Transportation Systems, ITS)사업에서 교통정보제공시스템이 구현될 예정임에 따라, 교통정보를 제공받는 계층과 그렇지 못한 계층간의 영향을 분석하거나 혼잡통행료부과 등과 같은 교통관리전략을 정확히 평가하기 위해서 다사용자계층 통행배정모형에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 다사용자계층 통행배정모형의 경우, 사용자간의 상호영향으로 통행비용함수의 1차 편미분행렬(Jacobian matrix)이 비대칭(Asymmetric)이 되어 동등 수리최소화문제(Equivalency mathematical Minimization program)로 구성할 수 없고 또한 수치적으로 풀기가 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 본 연구는 이런 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 모형식과 알고리듬을 제시코자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 모형은 2가지 특징이 있다. 먼저, 각 사용자 계층간의 상호영향을 모형내에 반영하며, 기종점쌍간의 통행시간변화에 따른 수요변화를 고려한다는 점이다. 이를 위하여 변동부등모형(Variational Inequality Model. VI)으로 문제를 구성하며, 이에 대한 해석 알고리듬도 제시한다. 또한, 변동부등모형으로 구축된 다사용자계층 모형이 다사용자계층 균형조건과 동일함을 보여주는 동등성조건(Equivalency condition)도 제시한다.

The document delivery service has been influenced by the changing digital information environment and the copyright law. This paper proposes the key points for the improved documents delivery service through trend analysis of BL(The Great Britain), NLA(Australia), subito(German speaking countries), JST(Japan), KISTI(Korea) and KERIS(Korea) and copyright law in each country. The purpose of this study is providing with the clues for developing strategies that can satisfy the users' needs in document delivery service for libraries and information centers.

실중적으로 하중을 받는 선접촉부의 윤활명성은 johnson chart, 또는 Hooke의 Chart에서 나타난바와 같이 강체$\cdot$점도일정명감 (Rigid-Isovicosity region), 점도변화 명성 (Elasticity-Variable Viscosity Region), 탄성체$\cdot$점도일정명성 (Elasticity-Isoviscosity Region)으로 분산 되어지는데 명성내에서 2차원 선접촉의 경우 탄성 파라메터 ge가 적고 점성 파라미터 gv가 큰 Tribology적인 실제 문제가 많은데 비하여 이 점성에서의 윤활특성에 관한 수치적인 Simulation이나 실험적인 보고가 거의 없는 실정이다. 예를들면 engine의 Piston Ring과 Cylinder 간의 윤활, Vane 식의 유압펌프등에서 볼수 있는 습동부의 윤활, Rotary Engine의 Rotor 선단부분, Rotary Compressor의 Rotor와 stator간의 상대운동 점성에서 나타나는 Tribology적인 점성은 대부분이 강체$\cdot$점도 변화점성이거나 그에 바로 인접한 탄생체$\cdot$점도 변화의 초기 점성에 분포하고 있다.

국가의 경쟁력은 급변하는 환경에 적극적이고 빠르게 대처해야만 제고될 수 있다. 최근 고부가가치 창출, 지구온난화, 보안 안전 등의 글로벌 환경변화에 따라 교통 및 물류체계 효율성은 국가의 중요 이슈 중 하나가 되었다. 정부에서는 물류발전을 위하여 다양한 정책 및 물류정보망사업을 추진해 왔으나 국내 물류체계의 비효율성 문제는 여전히 거론되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 국가물류체계의 발전적 개선을 위해서는 최근 세계 환경변화와 각국의 물류정책 및 정보화 추진현황 분석이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 글로벌 물류환경의 변화, 물류선진국들의 물류정책을 살펴보고, 국내 물류정책의 과거와 현재, 그리고 물류정보화 현황을 소개한다. 마지막으로 향후 발전 방향 설정을 위한 시사점을 요약 제시하고자 한다.

This study aims to find whether the solutions for well-structured problems learned in school can be transferred to the moderately-structured problem and ill-structured problem. For these purpose, research questions were set up as follows: First, what are the patterns of changes in strategies used in solving the mathematics problems with different level of structuredness? Second, From the group using and not using proportion algorithm strategy in solving moderately-structured problem and ill-structured problem, what features were observed when they were solving that problems? Followings are the findings from this study. First, for the lower level of structuredness, the frequency of using multiplicative strategy was increased and frequency of proportion algorithm strategy use was decreased. Second, the students who used multiplicative strategies and proportion algorithm strategies to solve structured and ill-structured problems exhibited qualitative differences in the degree of understanding concept of ratio and proportion. This study has an important meaning in that it provided new direction for transfer and analogical problem solving study in mathematics education.

시스템 다이내믹스 연구에 있어서 피드백 루프는 시스템의 구조와 행태를 연결시키는 핵심적인 개념적 도구이다. 특히 여러 개의 피드백 루프로 구성된 복잡한 시스템에 있어서, 지배적 피드백 루프(dominant feedback loop) 및 그 전환(shift)은 시스템의 행태를 결정짓는 구조적 원인을 제공한다. 그러나 지배적 피드백 루프에 대한 연구는 아직까지 그 발견방법에 관한 알고리즘 연구에 머물러 있는 상태이다. 지배적 피드백 루프는 시스템의 급격한 변화를 예상하는 단초가 된다는 점에서, 지배적 피드백 루프를 어떻게 인식할 것이냐는 정부의 정책결정에 있어서나 기업의 의사결정에 있어서 중요한 문제라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 지배적 피드백 루프 및 그 전환에 대한 의사결정자의 인식에 관하여 살펴보고 어떠한 인지적 편향이 있는지에 관하여 검토하고자 한다.

최근 IoT 서비스의 확산으로 스마트 홈 기반의 다양한 서비스들이 이슈화 되고 있다. 특히 스마트기기의 다양화와 이기종 간의 통신망 연결로 인한 보안 문제가 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보안 패러다임 변화에 따른 스마트 홈 보안 취약점을 분석하고 이에 대한 대응 방안을 제시하였다.
