A Longitudinal Analysis of the Influence Process in IT Acceptance Considering Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivations Using the Elaboration Likelihood Model (내재적 동기와 외재적 동기를 동시에 고려한 정보기술수용의 설득과정에 대한 정교화가능성 기반 종단 분석)

  • 정교화가능성모형과 기술수용모형에 의해 정보기술 수용의 설득과정을 시도한 연구들이 이론적으로 미친 영향은 매우 크다. 그러나 이들 연구의 대부분은 횡단면적 접근에 기반한 정적 모형을 사용했기 때문에 시간 흐름에 따른 변수 간의 관계 변화를 적절히 설명하지 못하고 있다. 가령, 교육 프로그램을 통한 정보기술 수용은 일정기간의 시간을 요하는데 설득경로가 유용성의 지각에 미치는 영향력은 달라질 수 있다. 따라서 정보기술 수용과정을 충분히 규명하기 위해서는 기존의 연구모형은 종단적으로 확장되어 시간 흐름에 따른 시스템 사용을 평가해야 한다. 한편 정보기술수용 연구에서 내재적 동기의 중요성이 강조되고 있음에도 불구하고 수용 설득과정에서 내재적 동기에 대한 고려는 별로 없었고 대부분의 연구는 유용성과 같은 외재적 동기를 중심으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보기술수용 설득과정의 이해를 넓히기 기존 연구에서 제시된 연구모형에 내재된 동기에 관련된 변수를 포함하고 전체적인 모형을 종단적으로 확장했고, 실증적 검증을 위해 정규 대학과정 과목의 학생들을 대상으로 두 번에 걸친 표본 조사를 하였다.

  • The distinctive character of a self-written epitaph is that it assumes one's own death. While containing the elements of an epitaph, it is distinctive in that it reveals motive of writing and scolds rather than praises one's own self. The motive for writing a self-written epitaph is two-fold. First, it seeks to tell the truth about one's own self. Second, it is a response to external shocks. The Educational Value of Self-written epitaph lies in leading the elderly to reflect on their lives today, and it bears the appearance of cooperative writing.

The Influence of Game Players' Motivation and Flow on Loyalty (게임 이용자의 동기부여와 몰입이 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was attained to examine the relationship between the videogame players' motivation and loyalty, and to investigate the mediator effect of flow. We conducted a survey based on former researches and verified outcomes through empirical analysis. The results proposed that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation have positive influence on game loyalty, and flow has the mediating effect of this relationship. Additionally, extrinsic motivation has less impact on game loyalty and flow than intrinsic motivation does. The inherent value of game players from this paper will promote the development of VR(virtual reality) games or serious games.

  • 물류 고도화를 통한 기업 생산성 확보 및 생존 경쟁력 강화를 위해 기존의 공급망 관리(SCM) 기술에 RFID 기술을 융합함으로써 물품자동 인식, 물류정보 교환 및 추적 등의 지능화 서비스를 온라인상에서 실시간으로 제공할 수 있는 기술이 적용되고 있다. 하지만 물류정보 동기화 기술 개발 측면에서는 물류정보의 단순 가시화 시스템 개발 수준에 머물고 있는 것이 현실이고, 본격적인 확산을 위해 수집된 데이터 오류 검출 및 보정이라는 물류정보 동기화 기술 개발로 물류 시스템 운용 비용을 절감할 수 있다면 그 파급 효과가 매우 클 것이다. 지금까지는 RFID 인프라 기술 개발에 집중해 왔기에 물류정보 동기화 기술은 아직 초기 연구 단계에 머무르고 있다. 본 논문은 RFID 기반 공급망 상에서 발생할 수 있는 물류정보 동기 오류를 검출하고 보정할 수 있는 물류정보 동기화 알고리즘을 설계하고, 향후 공급망의 변화 및 확장 등의 이유로 알고리즘을 효율적으로 수정 보완할 수 있는 비즈니스 룰엔진 기반의 아키텍처를 구현하여 글로벌 물류 기업에 적용하고, 그 결과를 분석하여 물류정보 동기화 알고리즘과 구현 아키텍처의 효율성을 증명하였다.

The Effect of Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation on Creativity Based on Rewards (보상을 기반으로 내·외적 동기가 창의성에 미치는 영향)

  • Creativity, one of the core competencies of the 21st century, is required as an essential item for members of society. Emphasizes its ability in terms of personality that allows it to be used in the desired direction. However, creativity is considered to contribute to positive change in the organization, not only in creating new ideas or products, but also in adapting to a changing environment and solving problems. Accordingly, by reviewing previous studies, it was concluded that rewards can promote or hinder creativity, which may vary depending on the nature of rewards, the concept of creativity possessed by the researcher, individual differences, and external environment. We also proposed that rewards may influence creativity through motivational, cognitive, and synthetic functions. Based on the analysis, a specific model was proposed for the effect of reward on creativity. This study is based on existing research and analyzed various factors and mechanisms acting in the process of influencing creativity based on comparison of which extrinsic and intrinsic motivations have what kind of relationship. Next, it appears that rewards differ from person to person according to the way they are given in environmental circumstances. Finally, by rewarding various types of creative tasks, an active reward role can be secured.

  • In this paper, the effects of lateral displacement on the thrust, lift force and (guide force) are investigated by 3-D Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in controlled-PM LSM which has some strong points that electrical power can be minimized and the thrust and lift force can be simultaneously obtained. The variations of airgap flux density and the forces concerning lateral displacement have been analyzed and the effect of lateral displacement and airgap length on the motor performance have been investigated in detail by analysis and experiment results. As the result of this study, the characteristics of PM-LSM concerning with the change of lateral placement and airgap have been made clear quantitatively.

A Longitudinal Analysis of Adolescents' Achievement Motivation Profiles and their Relationship to Academic Achievement in Multicultural Family (잠재계층성장모형을 적용한 다문화 가정 자녀의 성취동기 변화 유형 및 예측요인 탐색: 학업성취 수준의 차이를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to explore latent classes in terms of changing patterns in achievement motivation among the samples from elementary school to middle school students in multicultural families and to investigate factors to predict latent groups and their relationship with academic achievement. 1254 pairs of mother and child from the 1st to 6th years of Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study (MAPS) was utilized for the Latent Class Growth Analysis (LCGA), One-way ANOVA, Multinomial Logistic Regression. The results showed that there were four distinct subgroups within the samples in terms of achievement goal orientations (i.e. very-high changing group, average changing group, low stable group, very-low stable group) at all six time points, and students who reported high achievement motivation were likely to have higher academic achievement. Four groups were extracted based on parent's efficacy, students' self-esteem, and teacher's support. Suggestions and practical implications for understanding the types of subgroups for the achievement motivation of multicultural families were discussed.

  • The court-mandated spouse abusers with drinking problems not only resist and complain about taking the court-mandate but also have the low motivation to change their problem drinking and violent behaviors. Therefore, in this study the program is developed to decrease violent behaviors of spouse abusers with drinking problems. Also, the usefulness of this program is examined by quantitative and qualitative methods. The results are as follows: The experimental group's pre-to-post variation is decreased by significant level statistically more than the comparison group's variation in drinking problems. Regarding violent behaviors among groups, the experimental group's pre-to-post and pre-to-followup variation are decreased significantly. It is assumed that Motivation Enhancement Therapy(MET) influences the differences of motivation to change violent behaviors in both groups. The reason is that MET is considered to have influences on the group's dynamics and interaction. Also, it is helpful to change the negative emotions to the positive emotions and to stimulate the group interaction and the participation. This study will be contributed to promote the speciality on providing services for family in a domestic violence in Korea. Through this study, I suggested future implications in research, practice, and political side on spouse abusers with drinking problems.

  • Mathematics learning motivation is an important variable which is not only the primary goal of learning mathematics but also mediates the effects of the mathematics learning. Nevertheless, the present learning environment is full of impeding factors which reduce learners' motivation to learn mathematics and mathematical self-regulatory efficacy. The purpose of this study is to offer various suggestions for program to enhance and forster mathematics learning motivation based on empirical findings and theories on motivation, self-regulatory learning, regulatory focus, reducing academic stress and math anxiety. The concrete and practical ideas are suggested in terms of mathematical self-regulatory efficacy, learners' characteristics, learning task. The analysis of the effects revealed a positive effect on mathematical self-regulatory learning.

The Effects of Motivation Improvement Program for Underachieved Students (학습부진 대학생을 위한 학습동기 향상 프로그램의 효과 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to validate the effectiveness of academic motivation improvement program for underachieved students. Participants in the program consisted of 14 sophomores and senior. They were randomly assigned to either the experimental group(n=7) or the control group(n=7). To analysis the effectivness, matched pair t-test and independent t-test. The programs offered 6times. The results are follows. First, for the experimental group that took part in motivation improvement program, there was a increase in self-esteem. But the improvement was not significant. Second, for the experimental group that took part in motivation improvement program, there was a significant decrease in academic amotivation. Third, the experimental group showed a more significant decrease in academic amotivation. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were presented.
